The toilet is so close to the counter that the toilet paper holder is jammed into your shoulder. Very frustrating!!!

Very good stay

Had a slight mechanical issue that I reported, and it was promptly fixed. Staff was friendly and efficient. When traveling I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express. We have never been dissappointed.

The rooms were clean, the pool hours close at dusk, so thats hard when the kids want to swim after dinner, but it worked out

The staff was very friendly from check in to issues with keys (I accidentally demagnitized 2 of them) to house cleaning. The room was clean (and cleaned daily BONUS!) and the breakfast was very good and had a decent selection. The fresh cinnamon rolls were so good! It was also very quiet and they have "Quiet hours" which I appreciate! Will stay there again when in West Palm!

Be prepared for a charge immediately for incidentals but to take forever to get it back.

Awful smell thruout room and hallways. Whatever room sprays are being used, please change it. And there was a big water (cockroach) in my room flying.

The breakfast had enough options for me and was relatively good. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean which to me is a big bonus. I was on the first floor next to housekeeping and it was a little noisy. It is probably quieter on the upper floors.

We stay at Holiday Inn Express at different places as it fits well for our family. They have not disappointed us anywhere. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious enough to hold our family of five. Holiday Inn Express always allows late checkout, but this facility didn't. We had assumed that it is allowed but had to rush out after knowing that it isn't allowed.

The breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30, arrived at 9:00, but a lot of the food was out or very dried out. Asked the girl if she could get us some fresh and she replied ‘no’ we close at 9:30. If the breakfast goes to 9:30, the food should be fresh and replenished until thenu

Food was easy to get.

Book in the web site when I got there the room had a smell come to find out the air was leaking then the Manager tried to offer me 20% off to stay in the room for the night and the maintenance whould get to it when ever had to check out and find somewhere else to stay

Easy to use

Breakfast was ok. Dining area will overfill at peak times. Some folks had to stand while eating. The air conditioner in our room made a loud buzzing noise at times that made it hard to fall back asleep if you woke during the night. Room otherwise was spotless. Pillows are very squishy so if you like a firm pillow you may have difficulty finding a comfortable position. The elevator is very slow but functional. Staff was very friendly.

Parking was easy, the room nice, clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us good suggestions and directions to area restaurants. We'd stay here again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The woman that checked us in was very nice and welcoming. The room seemed clean and well maintained. This was the perfect location for a Spring Training game at CACTI Park. We would stay again when in town.

Tub spout almost fell off. Shower pressure horrible. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Toilet not secured almost busted my ass. 1st floor is tough to stay. Won’t do that again.

The carets in our room were dirty. Made our socks black. The hotel was quiet. The property is aged but seems t be maintained. We did not use the pool. The breakfast was just average. Parking was tight but we made it work. It was conveniently located.

This was a very expensive hotel booking, and the experience did not meet the price. 1st issue was with the front desk clerk, we arrived 1 hour early only to be told no rooms were available to check in, but we could leave our name and phone # and he would call when a room was ready... no call came. He was also eating the foulest smelling fish and the whole lobby smelled really bad. 2nd issue was with the shower in our room, the plumbing was loose and was really shaky. If you are going to charge over $300 for a room... I guess I expect more.

The room was beautiful, the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was actually good too. I would stay again.

Everything was great.staff was excellent. Hotel is clean. The only problem I had was when I walked in the room,it had a bad odor. I don’t know if it was the carpet. They did clean the room and it smelt a lot better. Some hotel have tiles on the floor. I think this is a better alternative for the heavy traffic. The carpet absorb the smell, other than that I enjoyed my stay. I like the set up of the washer and dryer since I usually travel light and breakfast was good.

The only spot we dislike was breakfast, we feel it idid not match the hotel price and could have been a little more abundant in diverse options. But despite this little spot I give the hotel a 9.5/10 in my review.

Guy who checked us in was confused. Room was musty and generally in poor condition. Shelf that was holding microwave looked ready to fall down. Not what I am used to from previous stays. Even the ones in Europe were great.

Stayed here for a weekend trip. The room was clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed the tea in the lobby. The pool was open late which was nice after a long day. Overall was a relaxing place to stay while in West Palm.

Easy check in even though we arrived at 12:30am. Breakfast was a nice variety. Only there a couple hours to sleep before moving on, but facilities were nice and clean.

This was a perfect spot. So many things to do within a 20 minute drive. (I'm from Houston, so that's really convenient in my opinion) Every employee I encountered was super nice. My only complaint was that housekeeping was LOUD 9:00am every morning they were banging around, letting doors slam, knocking loudly on presumably vacant rooms. I was there on vacation. So 9 was early compared to our late nights.

I paid for my room online thru Hotel.com once I arrived gave my confirmaion # & driver's license I was told I had to pay an additional $250 for smoking which I didn't ask for a smoking room. I'm NOT a smoker however I paid the $250 dep. and I ask how long will this hold be placed on my card for I was told 15 days. I hope & pray I receive my $250 deposit back on my credit card as I was told by front desk

I’ve been away on vacation for over a week. This was a one night stop and by far the most comfortable bed this trip and probably any other hotel I stayed at.

Quiet place with a great staff

The rooms outlets didn’t work for me to charge my phone. The sheets and pillowcases had a stinch… smelled dirty. Also I was not notified about paying a 250 dollar fee for the room on top of already paying 184 fir the room.

I have stayed at many Holiday inn expresses and I seek them out when I travel. This one is definitely not nearly the nicest but its kind of acceptable. Especially considering most of the hotels in Florida are smelly dumps.

Our last night there we saw roaches crawling on the wall.

Needed more amenities in the room.

They didn’t hold a mobility room with roll in shower, that i was charged for. And requested 2 night stay and I was told I only had 1 night reservation.

The check in reception was smooth and friendly. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Important for this heat wave, the AC was quiet and super simple to adjust to a specific comfort temperature. But the cinnamon rolls……oh my, I thought I was at a bakery and a batch had just come from the oven.

The staff was wonderful, helping in anyway that they could, and the breakfast servings were more than adequate and very diverse. We love the fact that the hotel was very clean and orderly, as well as the fact that there weren’t any dogs or cats being boarded at the hotel.

Even though I used my credit card to book the room through Hotels.com as "pay on site" with no issue, the front desk called me day-of saying they couldn't run my card successfully for the hold. I had to give them another credit card over the phone (which made me very uncomfortable), or else the reservation would've been cancelled at 6pm; telling them I would be checking in late wasn't enough. The whole thing seemed fishy to me, but I didn't have time to go searching around for another reservation. Multiple signs in the parking lot ("Park at your own risk...hotel is not responsible for loss or damage..." etc) made me feel very uneasy about the neighborhood.

AC was not working, bathroom was not clean, and would not give extra bathroom towels.

We've stayed at this property twice now. It's not the fanciest hotel but it does the job! The staff are friendly, and the rooms are adequate - a little dated but mostly clean.

No place close though to sit down and eat...it's more industrial. Right off 95 to get to anywhere Place has free breakfast...coffee all day...and different fruit infused water. Only problem was my TV kept going in and out of satellite service for the last 24 hours and was unwatchable. It was seriously frustrating...every 5 seconds it was freezing for 3 seconds. There wasn't a storm or anything that should've caused that!

Wonderful staff and management who took care of me when I needed to stay 2 more days. Rooms are very nice and cleaned daily! Staying again at the end of the month when I finally move down.

Computer glitch showing my room was not paid for … been standing here for almost 1 hour. It’s 1am and I have to be up at 6.

Air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep unless it was turned off. Mini-fridge leaked water all over. Toilet seat was a safety hazard and was barely connected. Minimal water pressure and minimal hot water.....all of this could have been over looked if they were able to provide a room key, instead had to be escorted to my room everytime i wanted to come or go

My room was perfect temp, AC was quiet, room was dark and able to sleep past sunrise. Quiet hotel, adequate amenities and less than 10 min drive to mall and many other eateries. Wouls stay again. Especially liked they have Dove soap.products.

Staff was super friendly from check in to breakfast and check out. The building could use a little air circulation improvement but it was a pleasant one night stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Clean, bed was clean and bathroom so so. However, my main issue was how noisy it was. People in the people all night being loud, and people In the lobby screaming at 4:00 am. I stayed here for the night to dive at Blue Heron Bridge…not worth it

1 - There was a lack of water pressure in original room; had to change room. 2 - One day, all towels were removed from room and room was not made. Came back to room that evening to find their zero towels. I had to request from the front desk. 3 - Toilet paper was lower one night. Next day, room was made but toilet paper not replenished. Ran out of toilet paper that night. I had to request a roll from the front desk. 4 - Went to pool one afternoon. Total of 7 guests there, including two kids. 4 adults were smoking; I was told at check-in that it was a no smoking hotel. Mentioned to front desk person who happened to be walking by as I was returning to my room. When I came back to pool minutes later, the guests at the pool were still smoking. 5 - No body lotion in the room.

The rooms were damp and musty. The shower/tub looked like it needed to be recaulked. Mold/mildew growing in the caulking. I ran the AC on Dry mode at 65 degF to get the humidity out of the air, and it took about 6-8 hours to finally get it to a normal humidity. I coughed all night, possibly from breathing mold.

The hotel is nice in a good location for what I needed. I have the quiet tag hand and someone keeps hitting my door and running away. No liquid soap in the bathroom. All was nicely clean and comfy.

The room wreaked of mildew/mold which was growing around on the bathtub.

Terrible smell throughout the hotel and inside the rooms. Stayed two nights and the smell was on our clothing when we returned home. Had to wash all clothing twice.Hotel is dated a needs an upgrades. flooring inside rooms is nasty.

Stay was disappointing. Despite the room being as clean as it could be, and the room was also cleaned during our 2nd day stay, the smell was terrible. The room smelled musty, moldy. I had a hard time breathing and was sneezing the entire time i stayed in room. I ordered door dash to eat in but even that was hard to do as the smell while eating made the food taste less desirable.

The stay was good enough. We got locked outside in the pool area, as the card key machine didn’t work. The gym was missing towels and water; didn’t seem maintained or cleaned very often. The room was fine but could’ve been cleaned better. Staff was super helpful and friendly.
