The Service at the Bistro was awesome Too far away from WPB city centre

Good price, but there are a few things that need improvement. The room smells musty; the sheets on one of the beds had a bad odor, so I had to use the other bed—the mattress is old and lumpy.

Hotel room was cleaned and staff was amazingly helpful.

The room was clean, which is most important to me. However, the beds weren’t the comfiest. The TV was glitchy and the balcony lock didn’t lock at all. But we weren’t in our room hardly at all so that didn’t matter much. More upsetting was the fact that we could hear a man snoring super loudly in the room next to ours.

Billed for parking not in hotel description. Room NOT serviced on a daily basis. And hotel has NOT refunded security deposit taken at check-in although room was fully paid in advance. Will not stay at this property again!

I'm not one to leave a bad review just because I'm not fully satisfied but staying at this courtyard was by far one of the worst experiences. The room was dirty, the floor and carpet. There were not enough sheets and pillows to set up the sofa bed, so if you arrive late in the evening and want to get everything ready for your family, make sure to let the front desk know well in advance. There was some sort of blood stain on the sofa bed, it was a good thing nobody in my family stayed there. The only good part of this stay was the employees.

We booked a King size bed and none were available at check in. Food was not great at Bistro. We stayed at a Courtyard with a bistro the week before this stay and the food was much better.

I enjoyed the pleasant staff. They responded with cheerful and professional attitudes. Thank you for being understanding when I asked to be checked in many hours earlier than 4:00. And making my future reservation seamless. Also- when the Starbucks cafe was CLEARLY closed, the barista still prepared an oat latte for me. With a smile. The sheets are a bit scratchy. But the room was very nice.

The location was convenient for me and my plans The couches, carpet and chairs could use a good shampooing in the room. I couldn’t sit on the couches without covering them up

The room was nice. Everything was clean two things that I did not like I booked at the end of January just so I could get a room that’s not on the first floor cause I hate being on the first floor and they gave me a room on the first floor and everything was already booked even though I booked ahead of time and the second checkout is at 12 PM. It was 930 housekeeping kept knocking on the door banging and we were trying to sleep so I did not like it, but other than that, it was clean. Customer service was good. Front desk was nice.

The lady that was checking me in had the worst attitude. I was checking in the hotel after driving for 4.5 hours, my booking included parking, breakfast for two and internet(I paid extra fee for these). She told me I need to pay for parking, I told her I had it included with my booking, the attitude became worse, like she was doing me a favor by “reverting” the parking fee for this one time(I already paid for it through Expedia!) - I never had ANY issues like this by booking through Expedia. She didn’t point us in the direction of where our room was located(realized we were on the wrong side of the hotel by the time we’re walking out of the elevator. The internet was awful, couldn’t connect my device to stream from the device to the TV, breakfast is atrocious choice between yogurt parfait and a pastry(when asked if I can replace pastry with an egg or two - I got refusal). The bathroom in our room didn’t have a working air vent - think anyone using a bathroom and or shower and the smells just stay there. I’ve stayed in Courtyard Marriotts before, in different states, but this experience has been the worst. Still have “temporary” hold on my card. But nonetheless, I will be avoiding Marriotts on my future travels just because of this one stay. Atrocious.

Breakfast was just okay, proximity to the water is good especially on a hot day. Very close to the airport which is nice! Way off exciting places for family and kids who love adventures and or get away. Pool wasn't open and didnt look clean or managed especially been in the summer

The price price was great for the quality of the stay. We looked at many comparable properties that seemed to be much more run down for a similar price. The property has obviously been remodeled and everything felt pretty new. The staff was great, it was nice to be able to go down to the lobby and get coffee or a drink when the little bar was open. Parking was pretty good. AC worked great. Water pressure could have been a little bit better, the ice maker closest to our room didn't work either time I went to use it, and there was no free breakfast. Some noise from I-95, but not terrible. There was a tiny balcony of sorts facing the back parking lot. Not big enough to go out on, but you could open the sliding glass door if you wanted. We opened it to put wet shoes outside to dry and there was a puddle of some kind of disgusting goo out there that smelled like dumpster water. It was awful and lingered in the room even after closing the door again after a minute or so. I don't think they knew that it was out there, I don't think it's a normal place they clean. The woman at the desk when we checked out seemed mortified that it had happened and typed something into the computer about having to clean it as we checked out.

Angry Policy.

The Expedia description made it sound like breakfast was complimentary so we were disappointed to find out otherwise. The "restaurant" had one worker and our evening tater tots took almost an hour. My teens were excited to play games by the fire pits that were highlighted on the website, only to find out they were out of service during our stay. The rooms were great though! We've never given a bad review in any of our Expedia stays but wanted to express our disappointment.

The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. The lobby and hallways SMELL AMAZING. They are very clean and accommodating. The parking is plentiful, and the property is clean. The pool and courtyard are beautiful. nothing bad to day

I paid for a king bed with a sleeping sofa, I was given 2 queen beds instead. The furniture was scraped badly like it was donated. Had plumbing issues. TV kept messing up fuzzing. I showered and the water ran all night. Worst thing of all, there was a stain in the sheets like body fluids.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so disappointed in the Courtyard that I felt compelled to write a review. Let me start by saying the Courtyard has, in the past, been my reliable hotel for low-key travel. Affordable, clean, and well-maintained. This experience was different. The staff were very friendly; however, the room felt very neglected. The furniture looked like a wild animal had scraped off the varnish. The sheets felt like sandpaper, super thin and a little dingy. The couch was so dirty that we were afraid to sit on it. The room gave me had a general "ick" feeling. I've always liked a courtyard, but this was far below the standard I remembered. My friend's room had no air conditioner, and apparently, they were aware of that and put her in the room anyway. Overall, I would not give this stay a good rating and would not stay there again. The experience has left me feeling leery about Courtyards by Marriott going forward. Cutting corners to save money can also cost you customers!

Prices for the bistro’s breakfast is less than $15

It was a great stay. Staff was great and the room was nice. Very convenient next to I-95 and lots of restaurants and shops near by.

Check in took too long even though we were the only people checking in or out. They didn’t finish cleaning our room until 30 minutes after the promised time.

Rooms are clean but this place is a dump. I can’t believe the overall rating is so high. This place needs a gut Reno.

I stayed at this hotel on 11/14/25. I woke up covered in bites. Waited 10 mins at the front desk before check out and nobody came to help us. We had a flight to catch. As soon as I had a moment to contact the property they said it was too late to complain about the issue. I’m covered in bites and it’s disgusting. And the front desk refused to address the issue.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport. The staff were very professional and very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Overall fantastic stay, even if it was just the night

The room smelled of wet carpet/mold which affected by allergies terribly and the bathtub had hair in it. When I asked the manager to move rooms, I was told they had no more available suites and that I could switch to a smaller room for the same price. Definitely will not be returning.

The room was excellent I couldn't use my rewards card forgot to bring and desk couldn't find me (Or didn't try) Was charged for the internet after being a rewards member since 1995, didn't care for the bristo expensive but the bartender was excellent she was friendly and polite however ther hotel smelt very strong like perfume it was sicking to say the least.

I liked the close proximity of the hotel to all the places we visited. The gym was a plus! We will definitely book again once we are visiting West Palm Beach again.

Someone threw something gross on my rental car that was parked in the parking lot. That was gross too. I liked the gym but it was hot in there. Needs AC or it needs to be fixed.

The place was clean, room service was on days expected, the gym was ok, didn't make use of the pool. But you have to go downstairs to use the microwave.

The property is in a very nice area. Easy access to a main road (no road noise). The lobby area is well designed for small group or sitting alone with a nice coffee shop. The room is modern with a spacious bathroom.

This property was beautiful and our room was great after our cruise. The pool and patio areas are very welcoming, and our flatbread pizza for dinner was delicious. We didn't have a rental car and the only drawback was having to Uber everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel though.

I had to ask multiple times for house keeping to at least take our trash out. They came by 1 time in a 4 night stay. I was basically begging for basic necessities. There really needs to be more organization here because it becomes nothing but an inconvenience when I am on vacation. The staff overall was not bad however the bistro being closed during random hours was very weird. Strange way to run a business.

Carpets down hallways were dirty and the place uses a strong deodorizer that tried making it smell like a flower shop! LOL Everyone was smoking on their balconies and outdoors. Was good for one night on a work trip!

The grounds are beautiful, clean and private. Inside is squeaky clean & smells so good. They have Starbucks and breakfast menu for morning. However if you aren’t there by 9am you won’t get coffee ☕️ or breakfast. That’s a downfall. Pub opens at 5pm. Yummy food, wine and cocktails. They have nights where they do s’mores, walking taco night, ice cream sundae bar and etc. wonderful seating areas. Pictures doesn’t do this beautifully done hotel justice. Thank you everyone.

I prepaid through Expedia for a king size bed for 3 nights stay. Our flight was delayed arriving to West Palm Beach, however, I had already checked in online. Upon arrival to the hotel, they stated no king rooms were available, I was out in a two double room. I feel like I should be compensated, because I had already prepaid. I’m usually happy with Marriott!

THE BAR WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT TO SMALL. THE ROOM WAS AVERAGE I THOUGHT FOR THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. THE SHOWER WAS WEAK. THE DESK TRIED TO OVER CHARGE ME. I HAD A WRITTEN CONFORMATION WITH THE PRICE OF MY ROOM.I AM A HILTON REWARD MEMBER. YOU DO NOT COMPARE I WILL NOT STAY IN MARRIOTT AGAIN

Mostly updated, clean and comfortable. Quiet area, close to everything. Not as nice as most Marriotts I've stayed at but all the usual comforts you expect from them.
