Booking was for a non smoking room. First room smelled like an ashtray. Staff moved us to another room but that room was smokey too and people around the property were smoking and tub had burn marks despite being a smoke free hotel. Didn't look like pictures and was older than expected and was not worth the $120 a night that was spent. Very disappointed.

It was close to the venue I attended People next door fighting. I got bit up by something in the bed. Had itchy bumps all over my arm. When you sat on the toilet felt like the whole toilet would come out. Burn marks all over the tub and toilet.

My initial room smelled like cigarettes and the shower wasn't clean nor working properly.

We booked a non- smoking room. However, the room has traces of smokig like the bedsheets burned by cigarettes and even the bath tub. The toilet bowl’s flush is defective. We even didn’t have breakfast. Only coffee was left at around 8:30 am

I recently stayed here while vacationing, and unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of quality, but it simply was not worth the money spent. The most immediate issue was the room environment; it felt damp and had a persistent, musty odor that made it hard to relax. The cleanliness was also well below par, the fixtures were dirty, and the showerhead was disgusting, appearing as though it hadn't been deep-cleaned in years. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast provided, despite it being advertised as included. While I will say the staff was very friendly and professional, their kindness couldn't make up for the poor room conditions and the lack of basic amenities. If you are looking for a comfortable vacation spot, I would recommend looking elsewhere for better value.

Well, it's a Super 8, so I didn't expect much more than a clean room. Long story short, that didn't happen. People had obviously been smoking in that room a lot. It smelled horrible with cigarette burns on the floor, bathtub, and toilet seat. The carpet and walls looked like a murder scene right out of an episode of CSI. About the only things that were remotely servicable were a cold fridge and clean sheets. Other than that, the place was a disaster. The staff allowed us to change to an updated, clean room that was better, but all they could say was "People smoke in the rooms all the time, what are we supposed to do about it?". Anyway, stay here at your own risk. There are better options available at a similar price point.

They don’t offer breakfast, the room was not clean, asked for an extra towel and said could not help cause housekeeping went home, holes and stains in all linens. Called Hotels.com and the said that breakfast was not in the booking, they offer it on app but in reality they don’t at all, Hotels.com also said to complain to manager and the manager said that’s how all the rooms are. We also had 2 different people living in their cars staying on the property next to our truck.

The staff was very helpful making sure our accommodations were accessible. The rooms were decorated nicely, clean but dated. Great location for our travel and conveniently located to restaurants.

Room had so many cigarette stains on the toilet, the tub, bed sheets, carpets. It was despicable. They showed me a second room and it was worse than the first. We had no choice but to stay there for the night. Never again at this location or another super 8.

Expedia mentioned that full breakfast is included, it was not. Tv was broken, 2 lamps, and AC (on/off). Was fixed, but still.

I book a room for the night, i ended up leaving the property after a short time and i booked another room on a different hotel i was having allergies from the carpet had a hard time to breathe. And the hotel manager refused to give me a refund.

The day before I visited Florida I had a fraud alert charge from this hotel. When I arrived the next day they told me I already checked in, even though my reservation was for Thu-Sun. They claimed it was updated to Wed-Sat. The room was covered in cigarette burns and what looked like rust or blood all over the tub and toilet. We immediately left.

The bad: Tub was covered with cigarette burns. Stuffed chair had a large rip, large hole in floor carpeting, microwave had a broken front glass. People were talking outside the door at 3:00 am. When going to check in, no one was there and doors were locked. Someone did show up after four minutes and calling phone number. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling.

The place is a dump! No breakfast as advertised, room did not need a remodel it needs to be completely gutted, stayed for 5 nights only because there was no refund (I should have asked to see the room prior to checking in), for the first 4 nights had no key to the room needed to go to the office and wait 45 minutes for someone to unlock the room, unsavory characters milling around all night and forget about the pool (disgusting to say the least). In the past I have stayed at Wyndham properties but now never again.

It was a good hotel in not so great neighborhood. Service was fine but the lobby was closed and they didn't offer breakfast as they supposed to do. The room was clean but needed some renovations. It had cracks in the bathtub. Maybe new carpet because it smelled a little . The pool was nice and warm and without much chemicals which is always my concern. Overall I would choose another hotel for the same money with breakfast available.

Front desk clerk wasn’t available at check in or check out. I had to wait, with bags in hand outside in the front. Room was FILTHY AND NASTY!!!

Stay was ok. No hot water in sink and no water stopper for the tub to take a bath so shower only. No iron and all lights didn't work. Price was economical. Location was quiet so that’s a plus.

For $165 a night i expected a little better hotel. Super 8s aren't known as the nicest, but this really was bare minimum. The lobby was closed for renovation but the room was terrible. Might want to focus on the rooms before something your customers will spend 10 minutes in. The tub was detaching from the shower enclosure, you could actually move the entire fiberglass tub/shower. There were cigarette burns on the edge of tge tub. The walls were dirty and even had things carved into them. There's zero weather striping around the door to the room so the a/c couldn't keep up with the outside air coming in through the gap between the door and the frame. You're also right next to the highway, so you can hear everything outside. It was basically an open window all night. We weren't looking for anything fancy, but this was absolutely terrible.

I’m just glad that I survived the night, and we got out of there the next morning as quick as we could.

Lobby closed down. Checked in & out thru tiny window. Ceilings have water stains, microwave filthy, carpet & tile so dirty, I put towels down to walk around. There was daylight coming from between wall & door. The worst part was the bed smelled like urine! I had 2 beds so tried the other one on second night. Same thing! The smell was horrific. The toilet was also caked with nasty dirt. I went to office window to complain after 1st night. I was told he was just the manager & wouldn't even listen to me. He said owner would be there at 4pm. I came back at 4pm, owner wasn't there. Also, after one night, I was leaving room and ran into housekeeping. I told her "not" to clean, as i would be leaving the next day. She waited until I was gone and came into the room anyway! When trying to check out, I couldn't find anyone around! Nobody was inside the window area and Lobby was still closed & locked up. All this, and the noise level was just as bad. Very bad area as well. There's a lot of people loitering around at night. Worst hotel stay of my life!

The lobby is being remodeled and has been for a long time. Therefore, there was NO breakfast which we paid for and was listed. The check in was through a glass cubicle and we felt like we were checking into the NO-TELL MOTEL. The bed spreads were full of burn marks. So was the tub. The only reason we booked this was because it was a Wyndham property and it included breakfast.

The place is a dump. Expedia should not permit sorry properties such as this to be included on its website. I hope to get advance payment for one night refunded, given that I left, holding my nose, in less than five minutes.

The bathroom was covered in mold. Every piece of floor tile had mold in the grout. My bedspread had at least 16 cigarette burn holes. There was no breakfast as advertised. The lobby was. under construction so no one could enter it.They had no coffee packs for the coffee machine in the room or in the front office. The parking lot asphalt was cleaner than the carpet in the. room.

They advertise free breakfast but had none due to remodeling their office area. There were items in the room that clearly could have been cleaned much better.

Room carpeting badly worn, linens on one bed needed replacing. It appears they are trying to improve the property. Thankfully we only needed a place to shower and sleep for one night. Shower was good. You could see light coming in under the door.

This hotel is full of illegal activities. Room had webs on the pictures, burn marks and rust on the tub and toilet. We had some food we ordered and had on the counter and upon walking away and coming back the container was surrounded by roaches. Lots of chaos going on in the middle of the night by other hotel guests.

This place was the worst place I have even been to. The room had an awful cigarette smell. The picture above the bed had a smoked cigarette on it. The carpets were stained with what I could only imagine was blood. My shoes stuck to the carpet. Bathtub was covered in cigarette burns along the sides. The TV was even locked down with an alarm. There were people sitting at the pool smoking crack pipes and hookers walking around. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL

The manager on duty when we checked in was very friendly and nice and the beds were comfortable but other than that we were disgusted by the state of our room.

The property and room weree ok for the price you pay but on their website offer breakfast with your stay....but fo rmu surprise they didn't offert hsat becausse of construction happening on site right now. Most likely will be for long because on their main door has a bote from the city staying that they need to review plumbing and electrical issues so they will be for long time. The room was pretty, welm design but for my taste smell cigarettes eventhough you can't smoke but it is sign of people smoking insidee the room, plus they need to wask the carpets ,it has stain of something spelling.

This whole experience was awful. When we arrived the man at the counter was rude & when we got to our room it was filthy. If we had of had more time we would have looked for another place to stay but we had a concert to get to. When we got back to the room, we took showers with our water shoes on & luckily had slippers with us to wear. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We booked here because it was close to the port for a cruise and it was a huge mistake. The rug was smelly and stained. It smelt like nasty cigarettes, rust stains in the bath tub, dirt all on the floor and bathroom. Broken door knob, stained couch, stains on the walls, etc.. the Indians that run the front office were rude and very unprofessional. I don’t suggest anyone waste their money here.

First of all, parking a 70 ft rig can be a challenge in the middle of a city. This place has easy, great truck parking 3 miles from my customer, the manager was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, the room was 5 Star clean, very quiet, and tv was good. Lots of food and shopping choices nearby. I put it in my GPS as i plan on using it again!

I wouldn't stay there again, I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They said they serve breakfast? Which was coffee and a muffin, they should make that known in the advertisement.

I have a BIG problem paying over $600.00 for a room for 3 night that should cost $225.00 and using the excuse that it’s Florida! Hotels are out of control!
