    Had family come in from out of town for a party. They checked in. Went to the room. It was dirty. Both beds unmade etc. The housekeeper yelled 20 minutes. I'll be done in 20 minutes. Who wants to stay in her room that only takes 20 minutes to clean. They left and went to a different hotel.

    Nice property for an overnight stay. Price is good. There were a few sketchy people hanging around. That leads me to believe there transient. I dont like that idea. No microwave in the room. Wasn't thrilled with that. But they had one to use by main office.

    "Non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes and cigarette burns on blankets, loud music playing at 3-4AM requiring police to be called. Other neighbors had a shouting argument 1-230 am. Front desk was pleasant is the only reason to rate my stay a 2. Paid for my second night (but didn't stay) due to safety and health concerns.

    The photo looked a lot better than what it actually is. In fact, it's rather misleading. The facility is super old and hasn't been maintained well. Won't say much about cleanliness as people have different standards. The heating (we stayed in early March and it was cold) did not work. The wall unit emitted only luke-warm air the whole time. Staffs were fine. Parking was fine. But overall not a good stay.

    The staff was nice but my tv didn’t work for the first night. I told the front desk it needed an hdmi cable and she told me it didn’t and tried a few different things but it didn’t work. The next day the different front desk person moved my room and I showed her the hdmi cable on the tv and how the other room was missing one. Other than that it was alright. Rooms need TLC.

    There isn’t anything positive I can say about this experience. The rooms are NOT clean. There was dust particles in the air & honestly it seem like they have been reusing the same bedding for over a decade. I had an allergic reaction to something within 40 mins of which could’ve been fatal & the manager “Micheal” lack accountability and denied me a refund for the stay even though I couldn’t stay passed 40mins & had to return the keys. No resolution was provided when I voiced my concerns about my allergic reaction at the front desk. She didn’t even try to give me a new room. The manager was unprofessional & rude! When I gave him a call to discuss my concerns about my experience and request a refund he told me that after you step foot in the room you are no longer entitled to a refund but it doesn’t just stop there! As I was trying to walk him down my experience the night of this tragedy he felt the need to describe one of his workers in a derogatory manner. I told him I was assisted by a woman that night & he then stated “that’s not a woman, that’s a man, that’s a transgender” which was BEYOND inappropriate & unprofessional to me. I was so upset that I told him he was unprofessional for not calling to apologize for my experience and also blatantly disrespecting a person who works for him under this location. He lack so much respect and dignity that he hung up in my face as I expressed my dissatisfaction with his behavior and my stay. He gave every reason why he couldn’t give me a refund even though I didn’t end up staying at this location after experiencing a tramatic allergic reaction to something in the room. He even went to further lengths and lied to corporate about what was used within the room to justify keeping my money. Please keep in mind that the Inn rented out this room not even 10 mins after I returned my keys (I had the last available room). DO NOT BOOK HERE! They’re dirty, the manager is careless, rude & reckless on top of being unprofessional. Corporate cannot help you!

    For the price point it was a great stay. Clean comfortable, close to plenty of dining options my only complaint was they could add a couple more large towels and make sure the soaps and shampoos dispensers are filled. But otherwise highly recommend. We will be staying again in a couple of weeks.

    My stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating. The customer service was shockingly poor from start to finish. Staff members were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them, and any issues I brought up were ignored or brushed off. I wouldn’t recommend you staying at this hotel .

    Yes, the room felt dirty. The floors were dirty. I had to wipe some water up in the bathroom with the white towel and it turned black. I wore socks and shoes until time to go to bed. The sheets didn’t seem fresh, I brought my own towels from home and had to use them over my pillows because they didn’t seem fresh. I also sprayed the bed with Lysol. This was my first and last time staying at a red roof inn, I tried it and didn’t like it at all! Bathroom was really small. It may be ok for some but NOT me!

    I stay at this property twice a year for business. I like the low cost and the location near the interstate. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room and it was updated from last year.     Awful. Was just hung up on by the manager when I asked to inquire about extra charges. Was told by him that non-smoking rooms will not actually be non-smoking because the building is over 50 years old and all rooms have been smoked in. Was also upcharged for use of the safe each day because I "didn't tell them I didn't use it", even though this was not communicated at check-in. I was told it was in the fine print of the paperwork I signed. Never in the hundreds of places I've stayed has this been a requirement- to stop in personally to communicate safe usage. Also bugs all over the bathroom floor and holes in curtains. Do not stay here!

    Good location ok rooms. Bad personnel and Myers. They took 2 paid nights from me because I didn’t have my id with me the last 2 days after staying 2 weeks with them. Just because I forgot my id and they had a copy of it. Had to drive 4 hours back home at night just for that reason and they denied the manager was not present and they wouldn’t help me .     This is hotel is cozy with great staff. I’ve stayed here before. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is most helpful and on site security is good. I left early due to the people in one of the rooms next to me were having some sort of party constantly banging things around at one point there was a lot of yelling and someone threatened to shoot his girl and they kept trying to get into my room. Worse stay experience I’ve ever had.

    Located off State Street which is a main road with plenty of options: eating, shopping etc. King size bed, in a quiet setting.....3rd time staying there.

    Worker charged a deposit then refused to check me in than called the police claiming expedia owed her money. The police and everyone else involved found the situation ridiculous. Never got a refund for the deposit. she refused to refund expedia so expedia refunded me out of their pocket. Wasted everyones time. Workers name is Lia

    That being said, the rest of the room seemed clean and smelled clean, and was decent for the price. This was the second time i stayed here, and i didn't have any of those issues the first time. It is really cheap to stay here and the room amenities, dining choices, and easy parking are worth the price.

    This motel is located right across the street from a casino. Don't expect to get any sleep here. We checked in just before midnight, and at 1:30 am, we were still awake due to noisy neighbors in an adjoining room. I called the front desk requesting assistance and was told there was nothing that could be done - she couldn't move me to a different room because the room was "locked" but she would call the guests next door and ask them to be quiet. At 4:00 am, I was still awake by the noise next door and smell of marijuana smoke emanating from the adjacent room. I again called the desk. She finally said she would kick them out. At 6:30, I went to the desk to speak with the desk clerk about the issues through the night. She said to me, "Well, I kicked them out." That was her only consolation. When I checked out an hour or so later, the manager was present an assured me I would receive "a refund" in a couple days. This did not happen. It is highly NOT recommended that you stay here!

    It was a convenient place to stay and pet stay was free, which was great! The room was clean surrounding areas. The only issue was the room AC vent was blowing out a horrible smell. So, we had to spray the room to take the smell. Not sure if the vents need to be cleaned, but it smelled bad.

    Bed was comfortable, very clean, tv does need better channels especially with sports coming up this Fall, love the location, easy access to dining and new Hard Rock Casino opening soon , easy parking right outside your door , ice and vending is a walk but overall a nice clean place!!

    The cleaning staff was wonderful and did a great job. The front desk staff was terrible. The hotel turned off the water during our stay for routine maintenance, after the water was turned back on our toilet wouldn't work. Long story short they moved us into a room another where the carpeting was COVERED in mold. When we pointed this out to the front desk we were told we could accept the room as is or we were welcome to check out without a refund. The horrible night shift front desk staff was completely disrespectful and couldn't care less. We ended up going back to the room with the broken toilet and just used the bathtub as a toilet. What else were we supposed to do?? It was a horrible experience and I would never never recommend this hotel to anyone.
