We stayed her for a basketball tournament and it was perfect. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, breakfast and close to everything. Staff was great and it was an easy and convenient trip. No complaints

Booked these rooms for my family who were in town for my daughter’s graduation. No complaints from my family. I’m currently waiting for a refund. But Expedia is saying “it’s the property’s responsibility for the refund”. But the property is saying it’s “Expedia’s responsibility”. So in basically in “hurry up and wait” mode

First room we had the beds were broken and coming off the base. Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. Rooms were then switched. New room was ok. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose. Chips and scratches in bathing are. 3-4 times we had to go back downstairs to the front desk because the keys stopped working…hotel is a little tricky to find as it sits behind the shopping center.

Everything was very nice, clean, and accommodating. Our room unfortunately had an electrical issue, but the staff acted quickly to get us moved to another room, which was even nicer! The breakfast had a lot to offer and was delicious! Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Staff is friendly and pleasant! Great location, felt safe walking with the kids. Room was clean and kitchen was clean and useful! The morning breakfast had good food options. The cherry on top was an evening social! That was lovely! Pool was clean and maintained, jacuzzi hit the spot! Thank you!

Soap dispenser was off the wall in shower. Conditioner was difficult to pump, could not use the body was at all. Tiles in bathroom would pop when you walked on them. I've stayed at the Folsom property twice before. The Roseville property is sub standard in my opinion

Internet was awful, room was fairly clean, however, smells like marijuana smoke. Bring your own hair/body products, they use Dove, which is awful.

It was the best hotel suite I've ever stayed in

The suite I stayed in wasn’t very clean. There was chipped porcelain in the bathtub and hair on the ceiling. Also dirt on the kitchen floor. The overall stay was nice and the breakfast was good but paying over $200 a night for a suite I expected more.

Upon arriving we noticed our toilet was leaking & reported it to the front desk & maintenance never came. We had to have our key cards switched out a few times as they would not work consistently, took a few requests across 2 days to have the right amount of bath towels for each of us (4 of us guests only gave us 2) The showers were slippery & had no rubber mat. I didn’t feel like they were prepared for our stay as they also didn't give us enough pillows for 4 nor a blanket for the pull out bed I had to request these items.

Keys didn't work most of the time. Had to get them reset. Ice rations. No housekeeping. Not enough toiletries. Bathroom door would not latch and was stuck. Toilet wouldn't flush unless handle was held down.

While I believe it was a clean property, there was rust in the bath tub and toilet seemed to have low pressure. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap is great!

The phone in the room is broken and cannot be used to contact the front desk. The electric stove top is broken and won't turn on. The dishwasher is about to fall off when you open it. Staff who couldn't say hi. The people above us were too loud, and you could hear them talking, flushing the toilet, and even just walking. The whole place smells sour and moldy.

As for my room, I stayed in 428 which was not cleaned. I pulled out the let out coach in the living room area which had stains of blood on it, a left behind hair clip and hair from the previous stay. The bathroom was not clean and the tub had bad stains. There was dirty left ice in the freezer. When I addressed these concerns to the hotel I was eventually moved to room 420 which was a little better but not by much. I was told I could not be financially compensated since I booked thru a third party. When I filed a complaint with Expedia I was told they would negotiate a refund thru the hotels manager. I eventually got an email from Expedia explaining they could not in touch with the hotel manager and therefore nothing could be done. I am highly disappointed as this hotel stay was over $500.00.

The room had all its amenities, which was great. Our room was noisy all hours of the night, but we were on the first floor. We didn’t use the shower since it had used soap in the drain. The breakfast was great and full of options. For the price not sure if we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay. We are traveling with our dog and love having a wonderful, clean and friendly place to stay with her. We enjoyed a nice room with a kitchen the indoor pool and hot tub and the hospitality beer, wine and evening foods! The staff were all friendly and very accommodating . The two bedroom suite was everything!

Short stay but overall good experience. Would definitely stay here again. Room was comfortable and clean. There weren't any extra blankets in the room for the pullout couch so we had to go back down to the front desk, so make sure to ask before heading to your room. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

The stay was great, however, there wasn’t enough towels in the room and the room smelled a bit…breakfast was just fine quite a selection of food. Staff was great very friendly. The stay overall was quite and peaceful. Would stay again but, maybe request a deep clean in the room if possible and more towels.

Excellent place to stay

2 things I wasn’t a fan of. First thing, I pulled out the couch bed and the mattress had an awful obvious stain on it. Second thing, the locking dead latch on the main door was broken, so security is a bust, definitely did not feel as safe and secure as I should have. Breakfast was a highlight. Parking was decent, but the location kinda sucks, you’re tucked away behind a shopping center and it’s an automatic 2 minutes just to get to the main streets, maneuvering through the parking lots, busy shops and stop signs in the lot. Room 320, change out the latch and the couch bed please. 8-28-25

The front desk could not access our assigned room keypad. We stood in the hallway for over 15 minutes. We were given another room, and the key cards didn't work there either.

I was traveling with a person in a wheelchair. We got a handicap room with an extra bedroom and they gave us two extra bedrooms, plenty of beds and the best handicap bathroom and another regular bathroom along with the kitchenette and a living space. It was perfect for us we save so much money staying in and not going out to eat till the last night. We were there. Definitely happy with our stay. Wanted to stay an extra day.

It was a wonderful stay! The front staff was so helpful and curtious. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathrrom suite! My kids were so excited for all the extra space. It was a perfect location for our dog. We cant wait to stay again this fall!

Our stay was okay overall. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite, but nothing really stood out. Breakfast was included, which was nice, but the selection was very limited.

Property wasn’t kept up floors dirty, carpet dirt, bath tub was disgusting.

Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel. It appeared to me that my reservations did not go through as I never got any confirmation or a reminder about my stay. Because I made the reservations months ahead of time I could not remember what hotel I made it at. I travel a lot. In any case, I had to get a different hotel and then Was charged $197 for not arriving and staying at the hotel. Well, some will say that standard practice, I also never received any phone. Call to see if I was arriving nor, as I said any confirmation of the reservation at all. No new reminders, as most hotels routinely do when you’re about to check in. When I called to try to get some help, they were dismissive and basically repeated the same thing and refused to help me. So I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I did not like the lobby drop off. I had to park my car in the red. No parking when I had to drop off my bags and leave my truck there in the red zone while cars were trying to dodge going around to me. This was poor planning when designing the hotel it looks like.

My trip was pretty amazingly awesome. Most of the staff were incredible, huge shout out to Tracy, Hailey, Megan and the other kitchen personnel. Hailey checked us in and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was courteous, helpful and friendly. Next, we met Tracy on the overnight shift, very sweet. She was willing to answer any questions and made my night by telling me about what I could look forward to with breakfast, omg potatoes ( no hotel offers those every morning), next she tells me every Wednesday I can have biscuits and gravy(stole my heart andstomach)! I will definitely come back, just for the hospitality and the amenities! The hot tub was fantastic! It lights up and changes colors(never saw that at a hotel, and the pool was fabulous. I love that they are both indoors (I get sunburned in 20 minutes, so a HUGE PLUS on being inside. The courtyard was peaceful and at night and relaxing. The evening social was a great touch, especially on taco bar night, they were delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. The free parking is a great perk nowadays with many hotels trying to get that extra buck. One negative was there were only 2 handicap parking spots and I can't always walk that far and my second negative was I wish there were walk in showers (personal preference and I would feel safer if I fell down in there). One thing you could add, especially in the summer would be a fresh smoothie bar and I'd consider moving in...

Hotel was excellent and would stay again. However, booking thru Expedia, room was stayes to have 2 queen beds in single room but were only full size. Suite only had 1 small fry pan, 2 forks,knives and 3 spoons, so we spent more eating out than expected.

Our check-in was quick and seamless. We definitely will be coming back. Enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

Our room got someone trying to forcefully break in during the night. We were lucky that lock was enforced inside the door. We did call Rocklin police to the hotel.

The room was spacious, contemporary and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I didn’t take pictures, but noticed the bathroom doors kinda dirty. I guess that’s not a very big deal. Then I noticed there was a receipt under the dresser drawer. I thought it was mine. When I went to pick it up I saw it wasn’t. It was from another guest Housekeeping came by while I was out and tidy up. However they didn’t replace the towels they took. I didn’t leave any on the floor. I wasn’t expecting them. While I did notice, I shed a lot I’m embarrassed to say. And I could see my hair still on the floor. So they didn’t bother to sweep up. I’m curious, how often they do sweep since the receipts were there from previous guests. Bathroom shower toiletries fell off the wall and was just sitting on the tub . I had to keep bending to use. It’s a low rim, so that wasn’t comfortable. Otherwise, I really liked the hotel.

Room was comfortable- very quiet and clean. I traveled solo and I felt very at ease there. Only issue I had was with my bedroom TV and it was quickly resolved. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our Air conditioner did not work, after the first night of my family not sleeping due to the heat, I asked the front desk to look at it and give me a call. I received no update, we got back in late, the front desk person in the evening was unsure of anything with the room and was once again warm in our room, leading to another awful night. The freeway noice was too loud to open the windows.

The hotel seems a bit older and smells like an older building. It’s a cute room with a little kitchen area which is nice. The front staff was quick and check in was easy. There’s lots of stores within walking distance so that’s convenient. You can hear other guests yelling and laughing as the walls are a bit thin, and sometimes the room shakes when people run by. There’s a pool! And easy parking.

This place is amazing. Won’t stay anywhere else when we come to this area.

The doorway to my room was not secure. It was missing a ton of stripping and didnt seal properly. The room sleeps 4, however there were only 2 towels, 2 spoons, and not enough of anything for 2 people. There were extra blankets or pillows for the hidaway bed. The pool had zero towels. The bathtub was a combination of dirty and rusty.

The tub did not drain and water came out both the tub spout and the shower. There was no fan in bathroom so it stayed damp the whole time. But the worst was the kitchen cabinets were so sticky they were gross. We were there 7 days and the room was not cleaned once during that time. While the free breakfast was great I had to ask for coffee packs for the pot in the room each day. Also clean towels!

The tub had what looked like nasal mucus stuck to it, I had to clean myself. We were told there were no other rooms available. We have stayed here before and never encountered these kind of issues in the past. I can provide pictures.

Our favorite place to stay when we go to events at Thunder Valley

We got in late to the property (about 1230AM) and we were greeted promptly with a delightful staff member who was quite cheery for that hour of night. Our room was much larger than expected. I loved the little kitchenette. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable, I wish I could have slept in longer. I will definitely be coming back. Only bummer is I that we had to leave before breakfast. So I have no review for the food. Hopefully next time.

Size of the suites was good. Breakfast was good with several options available and CJ was so kind.

The staff was very friendly. The property was very close to a shopping plaza with a lot of dining options. The only thing I didn't like was we were not able to enjoy the free breakfast as we were there for a volleyball tournament and we had to leave early before breakfast was being served. Breakfast was only available from 7:30am - 10:30am and we had to leave at 7am. Other than that everything was great.

Overall, our stay was nice. I liked the fact that our hotel was kind of hidden and secluded. The way our room was situated downstairs, could hear everyone flushing toilets from upstairs at early hours in the morning. The shower walls were not fully clean.

The hot tub was very dirty the swimming pool wasn't warn enough. The towel they provide at pool are next size up from a was cloth. The room where very clean.

This should have taken into consideration and extra staff brought in to handle the volume. Hotel was okay.

Check was 4p. Didn’t get to check in til 4:47p. Has to scramble to get to my event that evening. Just a bit disappointing. Then had to wait 15 minutes for a fresh pot of coffee at the breakfast the next day. Then they were out of items to eat at the breakfast even tho there was still an hour before the breakfast closed.
