I asked the staff, they said not offered that service. I was feeling maybe they were lying.

Our sheets looks it was not replaced and d duvet. Needs floor renovation in d bathroom. No laundry bag.

The breakfast buffet was good with a nice variety of options to start the day. Parking was also very easy and convenient, which made the overall experience even more stress-free. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Sacramento area.

Our bathroom was not clean upon arrival. There was a used wet towel hanging over the shower and the bathtub nor sink had been cleaned. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. Unfortunately they were sold out for the night. I cleaned the bathroom using the kitchen dishwashing liquid and sponge. The stay put a damper on the start of our trip but overall the hotel was in a nice location and we felt safe.

Breakfast was really good they provide you with a variety of things, we got locked out of the room at one point cause we went to get food and our dog locked the door and they had a special key to let us in. Thank goodness because I was freaking out about getting to my dog, we usually don’t leave her but when you have to get food and your dad‘s in a wheelchair, sometimes things happen. The outside needs a little work there’s a a few areas that the grass grows really high and looks terrible around the property. I seen the landscapers come but they don’t touch that area.

Loved the breakfast The shower head in the bathroom, felt like it might take your skin off, could not adjust flow, also recommend additional grabber bars for safe entry into shower.

The place is brand-spanking new, so it is clean, fresh, and the room I had was very nice. Big shout-out to the deskclerk "Joe" who was on duty when I checked-in. Very nice, very professional, and just a nice guy. I arrived at check-in a bit frazzled from having to drive through Sacramento traffic at the end of a 7-hour drive. By respecting my frazzledness (?), he showed he appreciated me as a guest and as a human being. I had to take the dogs out for a walk at 11pm, and I wasn't sure if there was a security person hanging out in the parking lot, or just some random person. That was a little unsettling.

Great location and freeway access!

Here for basketball tournament with the family. The first thing my son said was it smells like cleaning products. My husband’s response was that’s a good thing. Everything in the kitchen bathroom and bedding was extremely clean and updated. We will definitely be back here for the next games.

Everything was great

The breakfast was different everyday. First day was omlet with cheese, bacon and potatoes on the side. Second day, eggs, sausage and potatoes on side. Day 3 scrambled eggs, sausage links and potatoes on the side. Loved the variety, and you can make waffles everyday if you like, also fresh fruit daily.....5 stars and the person working breakfast is so polite another 5 stars

Once we got settled in, we found everything very easy to navigate, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only negative was with the Wi-Fi was so spotty. Most of us are used to being on Wi-Fi all the time, these days, and it was frustrating when we were trying to navigate our travel arrangements.

When I arrived to the hotel there was no one in the front desk. I had to called and wait for the worker Priscilla to get back. After she got back she couldn’t fine my reservation I had everything receipt, confirmation number, and email all she said there’s nothing I could do. It was late and didn’t had a room all I got was there’s nothing I could do didn’t seem like she was trying at all even after I show her everything. Overall it wasn’t a good experience.

We entered the room after checking in. There was a "floss" that was not ours. I was surprised that it was so dirty. I thought the facilities in the room were great. I would like to recommend it to my friends because there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Other than that, I couldn't connect to the free WiFi for a whole stay, so I gave up and used my cell phone. I felt sorry for the impression that everything was inadequate.

The room was clean, minor issue for handicap the door was too close to the bed. Had to be careful with opening the door. The entrance door into our room wouldn’t unlock when trying to close the door. The ac wasn’t working well due to batteries being low. Other than that. Nice area would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and honestly I was surprised at what a nice complimentary breakfast was offered. We will be staying here again in the future.

I was told by the attendant that for my pet (6 pounds dog) there was a cleaning fee of $100.00 I was okay with it. My dog doesn't take care of his business inside "never". Now that I checked my card statement, they charged me $150 for my dog's stay, instead of the $100. I was notified at my arrival. I was unable to rest because most of the night, the person above my room was very loud and kept waking me up. And now I have 5 charges to my card, instead of 3. Be careful with the Marriott policies. I regret my stay. Now Hotels.com doesn't want to post my review, I am not going to lie to other people. That is manipulation. It looks like I am not using them further

My room this time was outfitted for handicapped persons. The shower handle did not properly fit within the shower holder and when the water was turned on it sprayed everywhere. Also, the water never drained properly into the drains as the floor was not sloped correctly. Hence, water that should have drained puddled around the toilet creating a slippery floor. Not good if you are handicapped.

Overall a nice place. Full amenities. The TV was surprisingly old for the rest of the room but worked fine. Probably just stood out more because the rest of the room was so nice. One thing to note about this hotel and the one literally next door is they charge a $10 parking fee above your stay. The parking lot is big and really there is no reason for this. It's probably a way to artificially increase the cost $10 rather than baking it in.

Room 436 was wonderful and looking forward to staying in the same room again soon. Staff are really nice and friendly.

Beautiful room looked very clean. Room has stove, fridge ,microwave and dishwasher. Staff was pleasant Pool was warm. Place was quiet and safe. Great place to stay at I recommend. Oh and breakfast was delicious

The Hotel was very nice but I can't believe that we had to pay a $10 a day fee for parking. That is ridiculous. How did they think we got there? I've never been charged for parking before and we will consider not staying in your hotel because of that fact. We'd have to stay on the street somewhere. Rethink your fee.

We loved our room. It was nice having a little kitchen. Breakfast was nice and lots of option. My only issue would be no one cleaned our room or provided clean town. We checked in on Friday and left Sunday.

Very clean and comfortable and worked well for what I needed. However, the $10 fee for self-parking is ridiculous. It’s surrounded by empty strip mall parking lot and a Chilis. There’s no security, no fence, absolutely nothing for the money.

The location is right off the freeway. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within walking and a short driving distance. Hotel allowed early check in for our stay. Check out is 12!! Weekend breakfast was until 10 a.m.!! Hotel is clean and plenty of free parking. Will stay here again when in need.

As we have a King bed at home, we booked a King room with sofa bed. Arrived to find we had a Queen bed, no sofa bed, very small room. We called the front desk and they said they had no King rooms available. I wouldn't have booked here knowing we would have a Queen. In order to get into bathroom, you had to open door which was next to the bed. When door was halfway open it hit the side of the bed. Another words, you could not open door fully as the bed was blocking it. Poor room design. Even the bed linens were strange. The bed was made so in order to be fully covered, you had to scoot all the way down in the bed. I wished we were home in my own bed and did not have a good night's sleep. My husband had trouble sleeping as well. For almost $200 ($188 and change) I expected better. I will not stay at another TownePlace Suites. Not sure why Hotels.com booked me a King when one wasn't available...

My stay was excellent. All of the staff was very nice and helpful.

I reserved a king bed with sofabed. They gave me a queen and still charged me for the king bed with sofabed. I had a terrible nights sleep having to share the bed.

I booked a room with a King bed and paid to have a King bed, but once we arrived and entered the room, we had a queen bed. Spoke with Front Desk and they did not have anything else available. Disappointing!! Bath tub was not clean! We won't go back to this Hotel!

Room was REALLY small and they don’t clean the room unless you are there for 4-5 nights. We were there for 3 and only got the towels that were given to us on day one. Very disappointed in that service.

Great rooms ... friendly, helpful staff ... excellent breakfast ... safe parking ... nice dog walking areas.

Everything was acceptable except that the handicap accessible room we booked for the in-laws didn’t have a true handicap accessible shower (it was a standard high walled tub with handicap grabs inside), and we had to get a step stool for them to get into the bed.

The rooms were dirty and in need of some updates. There was dirt/grime in the bathrooms as well as in the kitchen. The room overall just didn't feel clean. Staff was friendly, but just average. Nothing above or beyond to report.

The hotel was conveniently located 10 min from thunder valley and the highway. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the free room upgrade. Decent breakfast with GF options!

Great property close proximity to thunder valley...was there for a concert.

Property is sort of in this remote and windy area of Rocklin. Felt a little isolated. Room was small. Other than that it was a nice stay for our family.

Our king bed suite was well appointed with a full kitchen, a desk, a couch and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The free breakfast had eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereals, fruit, fresh baked muffins, a variety of juices and fresh brewed coffee a few steps away in the lobby. My husband really loved the breakfast, but unfortunately I was fasting for my surgery. However, he surprised me with a delicious apple cinnamon muffin and a perfectly fresh banana after my surgery. The property itself was very clean, inside and out. There is a small indoor pool which would be nice for children, but it isn’t really big enough to actually swim. I do wish that there had been a hot tub as well. There was also a well equipped gym near the pool. In conclusion, my husband and I highly recommend staying here and if we find ourselves in the Roseville area in the future we will definitely stay here again! Joanne S.
