Very well maintained and well located. Breakfast was ok, room was perfect for a family of 4-6. Lots of restaurants nearby, nice mall and water park.

Breakfast was served buffet-style, offering a wide selection each morning, including eggs, sausages, sweet rolls, muffins, toast, and a variety of juices and teas. I appreciated that coffee was available throughout the day. However, we were disappointed that the restaurant wasn't always open in the evening. There were "grab and go" items available all day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. I liked that the parking was free.

Welcoming and kind staff. We requested an extra pillow and blanket and it was delivered within 5 minutes. The room was very accommodating for 6 people and very clean, well maintained, and had plenty of towels. Breakfast included was eggs, Canadian bacon, tortillas for burritos, a variety of breads to toast, fruit, cereals and oatmeal. We would stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Close to Thunder Valley Casino for which I was at a concert for The beds were not comfortable, extremely firm mattress. The tv location for the 2 queen bed room was awkward, if you use the bed on the far side near the window tv view would be difficult.

The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their assistance.

I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It's in a great location near shopping and lots of restaurants. There is no charge for the breakfast buffet which offers a good selection. The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly.

Pretty basic hotel, with its greatest asset being next door to The Galleria Mall. The room was acceptable as were the amenities. We had some loud neighbors, and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and found a room on another floor to move too so that would could sleep. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, so that deserves a five star from me.

This hotel is in a fabulous location near restaurants and shopping. The breakfast included many choices. The room was nice and had a fabulous shower. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all!!

Sue the bartender in evening was very kind and had excellent service. Breakfast crew was very friendly as well and breakfast itself was decent. Friday morning the options were a bit smaller than Saturday which had eggs, Canadian bacon and biscuits & gravy. Would revisit again when in need of place to stay in Roseville. Also the nearby restaurants are pretty dang good too.

Hyatt Place never disappoints.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is central to everything I need. They are very polite and professional. I have never had any problems with anything when staying here.

Room dirty first level, always smell like a wet dog the manager john is really rude. Don’t know what’s wrong with him, but they make up stories and lie about you.

I had a great stay overall. The location is excellent—very convenient and walkable, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were solid, and breakfast was excellent with great options. The only minor downside was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely return.

There wasn't very good ammenties, no 24 hour coffee/tea was provided and the coffee in the room was stale and very weak. No microwave in room to heat up take out food. Sheets felt rough , not soft at all. Ive stayed in other places for cheaper that had much better amenities.

The AC diid start making a loud noise in the middle of th night. We had to shut it off which made the room a little stuffy. Overall the room was clean, the staff was pleasant and the location was nice

I liked the location and the staff was nice. However the rooms are dated, the bed was like sleeping on a board and the bathroom has what looks like mold in the bathroom. This is unacceptable since it’s a health hazard. I have the pictures I will post on google in hopes they fix these problems.

I wish we could have used the hot tub without a bunch of unsupervised kids running/yelling/splashing in both the pool and hot tub until well after the supposed 9pm closure. Also, you could have insisted that the parents deal with the boisterous children who were running around and talking loudly in the hallways until 1am in the morning. For $200 a night, it was not a very restful visit and we got very little sleep. Also, in room 105, the wall paper is peeling off in the bathroom just above the tile and the shower doors are on backwards so you either have to let water spray through the gap or have the interior handle on the wrong end. And (just niceties) the blackout side has come out of it's track and the privacy shade is lopsided.

The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was housekeeper just walked in my room without knocking but I just checked in and I was fully dressed so it wasn’t a problem for me

The room was clean and large and the staff was pleasant and helpful. It was conveniently across the parking lot from The Wedgewood facility where our daughter was getting married. She and her four bridesmaids, along with hair and makeup people comfortably got ready in our room. There are several restaurants within walking distance, one of which we enjoyed for the rehearsal dinner. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had a nice variety.

Stopped by the Hyatt Place in Roseville, California while on a road trip. This place is amazing! Property is in excellent condition. The staff are friendly. There’s shopping nearby. Walk to the Lazy Dog restaurant if you’re in the area. I definitely recommend this Hyatt location.

I sbsolutely loved the location and the staff were incredibly friendly! The pool and hot tub were both great amenities, and it was nice to have those options to relax. However, the pool did get a bit chaotic with kids splashing and making noise, which is totally understandable. That said, it would be a nice touch if there were designated times for adults to enjoy a quieter pool experience. A set time for families with kids and one for adults could help balance the atmosphere and ensure everyone has a chance to relax and enjoy the space."

I am from Roseville Ca and recently moved to Reno Nevada. I had to make a trip back to Roseville for appointments and decided to stay by The Fountains a high end upscale shopping complex and the Roseville Galleria a shopping mall, and the hotel was conveniently located smack next door and a super safe area, which is why i chose the hotel, mostly because of the upscale location. Hotel was clean and safe location.

Great spot for a quick nights sleep. I had my two adult children with me as we were taking a road trip. To queens were fine and the couch makes a nice third bed if needed. Very clean, and very quiet which was nice after a long day. Great value for the price.

We paid more for the room to be on a high floor, which it was, but it faced a wall! Not even a parking lot view! So disappointing. The room itself was very nice. The breakfast bar was a great bonus!

Very good experience, overall. Safe area and parking, quick and friendly check-in, great snack and drink bar in lobby. Comfortable beds and nice size and clean room. Not a severe complaint about the room, but the air conditioner in our room made bizarre "shuffling" noises for the majority of the night. As if little animals were inside (not possible on 3rd floor), OR the sound was similiar to someone breaking down cardboard boxes. Weird and very disruptive to sleep. Should be reolaced. Also, the sink drained VERY slowly, so that could use service. Everything else was really great.

We stayed here with the intention of getting away from the war zone that is Sacramento county on the 4th of July… really like this hotel; close to galleria and quiet enough for the night in question.. pet friendly! We also bring our dog. 🙏

There was very limited breakfast options for gluten or dairy free individuals. My room also had a sticky spot in the carpet that was pretty gross. Staying there by myself was fine, I wouldn’t have wanted kids in the room, I don’t trust how clean the floors were.

Checked in at midnight. One girl at register assisting this family who bought candies, drink and food. Stood in line a long time with others. We were extremely tired from flying all day. Finally help arrived!

We had an amazing h experience. The room was clean, staff was friendly. One employers stood out : Jami. She worked the first night we were there. She was the barista. Bar tender, fire pit regulator. Multi tasked with efficiency and grace and a warm smile. Her customer service skills are excellent and added to our positive experience.

I booked the room a month and a half ago for my daughter and her friends the night before her wedding and for her wedding night When we arrive to check in we were told unfortunately the room wasn’t available anymore which caused a lot of stress before her big day not a great experience for my first time booking

The available food, Starbucks, spacious rooms with sitting area. The beds were comfortable. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. Excellent.

Great place to stay

The property was fine all around. We didn't spend much time in the room, but the configuration was a bit odd: the sink was outside the bathroom and the desk and counter area were all spread out. It was like a long, narrow room with a string of furniture rather than feeling like a comfortable place where you would want to spend any time. All the decor was somber and the blind didn't open so the room felt dark and dingy.

This Hyatt has been updated and renovated, and it's all very good! 24-hour food bar with happy hours, hot breakfast, just a really great place to stay in Roseville near the Galleria.

As we were only staying one night, once again we said whatever let’s just deal with it and wear socks. Then with 3 kids that were over tired and starving we just decided to order from ‘room service’ - which is not actually room service. It’s from the restaurant downstairs but turns out they don’t bring it to your room. When I called to order, once again, the older lady receptionist was rude, condescending and said she couldn’t hear me because I had my baby crying (I understand that’s annoying and I apologized multiple times, but she didn’t change her tone) once the order was placed she said we would get a call when the food was done. Waited almost an hour and finally got a call from a different girl saying ‘um so your foods actually been done and sitting here’ I asked her then if there was any way to bring it up since I had 3 kids trying to get ready for bed (I know it isn’t their problem but thought I could ask for some help) she said no. I would need to come get it. Brought it upstairs and of course am missing multiple things. This place is a joke and definitely do not recommend for families in the area.

When I checked in on Friday May 9th, the gentleman that checked us in let us know that breakfast service in the lobby didn't start until 7 am, though he would have some items, like cereal, yogurt, fruit and juices available around 5 am as he knows many of the young athletes needed something to eat, drink in the morning. This was so amazing and unexpected. Really appreciate Hyatt Place taking that into consideration. We will definitely be back to stay at this location and others.

Stayed here just for a few hours for a wedding we were attending neary by. With a Starbucks in the lobby, and an Electrify America fast chargers just one block over at the mall, it was super convenient for our short trip. Super friendly staff.
