Smelled like smoke, carpet was stained, it wasn't clean. Paid $145 and I felt like I was at a super 8 or motel 6. You have to ask for shampoo/soap. I asked for extra pillows, they didn't have any.

Reasonable price for stay. Room was clean and well maintained. Property was quiet and no issues. Plenty of hot water. Only stayed a night, but did notice longer term tenants. Front desk helpful and pleasant. Would stay again.

Doors were locked when my dad arrived. He was left standing outdoors while we called customer service to get him let in. He was uncomfortable that there were loiterers in the parking lot and said the place felt like a penitentiary.

I just stayed for 1 night, its a rundown place. No toiletries, the room looked like public bathroom. No coffee or anyother breakfast.

Very accomidating, polite staff, plenty of shopping, and good food nearby, and the rooms were spotless upon arrival.

Not enough elevators. Difficulty reaching garbage cans. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. I was very surprised that there were no cooking ware or eating utensils and I had to go out to buy these items. I had to buy a toaster and a coffee makerI, pots and pans etc. It was difficult getting in and out of the tub because not enough grab bars. The trees were overgrown and blocked the hotel sign which made it difficult to find the entrance. The young man that signed me in was coughing and not masked. He also was not very sympathetic when I told him that Expedia did not disclose lack of kitchen equipment and that housekeeping services were very limited. They charge you extra if you want a more frequent change of linen. It felt like they were nickel and dining you for items that should be included. The location is rather isolated and poor driveway with potholes. The room was spacious. The air conditioner noise made it difficult to hear the television. I did feel unsafe because in the middle of the night someone was going around giggling the doors knobs as if trying to get in.

Pot smoking in rooms around mine was less than desirable. People hanging out in front of and on the sides of the building smoking cigarettes and blocking walkways was challenging and undesirable. Poorly lit parking lot for walking in late at night. The GFI outlet in the bathroom was out of order. I was inconvenienced for 1.5 hours of waiting for maintenance to replace it. I have stayed in Extended stay hotels in the past, this one will be last on my list in the future, which is too bad as you are very close to my place of business that I travel to quarterly for a week each time. Finding out when I arrived that there were NO kitchen utensils, pots and pans was not what I expected. Being there for a week I expected to be able to eat and cook in the room as I have done in other Extend Dtay properties; kind of defeats the purpose of "extended stay" purpose. That info should be more prominent on your website. I made it through the week as I could not find another local hotel to move to but was glad when the week was over. The one thing I will give props to is the two employees that I encountered almost daily throughout my stay. They were very nice and tried to accommodate me as best as they could with what they had to work with. Thank you!

Guests staying less than 7 days were mandated to take out their room trash or be charged a fee. Pots, pans, or cutleries were unavailable in rooms; guests were offered to buy them from the front desk or drive to Walmart.

I was looking for a nice, quiet, restful 10-day stay and that is exactly what I got!! The room was clean but worn. Everything worked. However, the bathroom sink did plug up over the weekend and they had maintenance take care of it right-a-way. The cable channel selection was quite limited, but then I don't watch much TV. I used the internet quite a bit, which was more than adequate for routine office tasks. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, especially with the receiving and holding of my four Amazon deliveries. I love to walk and there is a safe walking path. Walmart, Starbucks and several restaurants are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The Pace 208 bus stops near Walmart and right in front of the hotel. The only negative I experienced is this: I've had quite a few long-term stays at Extended Stay America all over the US, during the last 10 - 15 years, including PA, IL and WI. Every other Extended Stay America had a Grab & Go Breakfast. So, needless to say, I was looking forward to my coffee, Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chip Muffin, oatmeal, etc, in the morning. Unfortunately, this particular hotel stopped serving the Grab & Go Breakfast and that fact should have been made clear in the advertising.

We had a very nice stay. Very comfortable, very clean and staff couldn’t have been nicer and so helpful. Would definitely go back.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was OK then... Now it's pretty bad... It's clear they cater to thier long term residents. They have eliminated thier breakfast, not that it was worth bragging about. Room was OK, most of the channels on the TV didn't work. We made reservations for 4 nights, we left after 1 night.

The Staff went above and beyond in giving Me info before I checked in, and explaining certain things that became helpful throughout the weekend.

I, a woman traveling alone was greeted by a man also in the walk way who harassed me and made me feel VERY VERY unsafe. When I called it was met with no answer and a call center was called. They called twice with no answer. This whole time I’m getting harassed by this man. They ended up calling the GM who said they would call someone and have them let me in. I really wanted to go back to my car and leave I was nervous he would follow me out. I stayed in and waited. Finally another man who had a key was passing. He also harassed. I ran inside after the man because I was scared. I made sure to shut the door because it is supposed to automatically lock. The man who was harassing me ran, opened the door up and ran inside too!! I got on the elevator so fast and went to the top floor calling my emergency contact. I didn’t know where to go I felt trapped and very scared for my safety. I finally went back down stairs after 15 minutes. And knocked on the door to the office. Finally someone answered- which informed me he had just woken up. He was cussing a bunch and telling me about how terrible his day was and mad bc got called in. I informed him about the man harassing me and he said “me too” said the GM told him that they had a room for him. NO way. They also lost my res and booked my room out 0/10

Unable to see the sign for the property until we were driving by on a barrier divided 2 lane highway. You must turn in on Golf Tower driveway and find your way through the bushes to the hotel parking lot, and that route is not lighted at night, making it very difficult.

Nice place to stay The front desk was closed and no one on site had an issue with the bathroom the morning I was pulling out.And there was no one at the hotel to help with the issue.The Toilet would not flush properly the night.before.

Also no breakfast and coffee services.

We've stayed here twice now, because we need a room with a real refrigerator/freezer to store our goodies from the nearby Mitsuwa Marketplace. The room feels and smells clean, and Edna at the front desk is delightful. We'll be back next time we're in town. The kitchen area looks a little outdated, but honestly it looks just like it does in the photos, and everything works, so what do you expect? :)

Stay was great very clean room. Some stuff on blow dryer cord was kinda gross which is why I docked one point for cleanliness. Couldn't use it. Other than that very clean. Staff very courteous. Breakfast was small but enough and the coffe was good.

Samrath did an excellent job checking me in quickly and assist is ting me with any questions I had. Would definitely stay at this location again!

We booked through hotels.com and when we got the confirmation through email we went to the hotel and the hotel says they are sold out and did not have a confirmation we were inconvenienced and had to find another hotel. And now I had pre-paid the hotel and I’m trying to get a refund.

I got here for check in and my room was not available due to their being no King Suites available when I booked the room. I had to pay for another room because they could not switch my booking from Hotels.com

Booked a diuble. None were available. Had to ask for a rollaway bed for other person. Bugs in the room. Freezer did not freeze and fridge was modestly cold. No temp control on fridge either

Towel holder fell off the wall as I reached for a towel. It was evident it had been poorly repaired various times before. AC/Heating unit was very loud and not responding to commands. Bed sheets rough and stiff like sandpaper. There were no disposable cups in the washroom. I've stayed numerous times at other hotels of this chain and have never had any issues. This location leaves alot to be desired and I will never use again.

Service was good. Room was good other than a bad smell in the room. It smelled like grease and stale cigarettes. I wasn’t in a position to leave and find another hotel so I just opened the windows and used essential oils. It’s too bad because except for that everything was good but I won’t be back due to the smell.

Even though the room was a non smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes and the rug had cigarette burns.

My stay was wonderful. The room was way bigger than expected and that was nice. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Only thing was there was no fitness center and google mentioned there was.

It smelled like curry...a lot in the room. Not so good probably.

When we checked they assigned a room. Which hasn’t been cleaned and when asked assigned new room but after spending a night the very next day air conditioner in that unit broke down and because of that shifted to new room. And when asked about the problem they said it happened in some of the rooms in the past as well.

It was quiet, and the room was a good size for one person staying for one night. Pretty clean. About the only negative thing was, when I entered my room for the first time, it was cold as a meat locker. I went over to turn off the air conditioner, and the thermostat was set at 60.

This is a great place to stay if you are staying for a while.

We like this property because of the long-term advantage in staying there. Everything is provided, including a simple continental breakfast. The only difficulty was that there is no bedside table on one side of the bed. The front desk personnel provided us with a chair on which to place items needed at night, which was very nice of them.

Their eagerness to help when Expedia screwed up my reservation.

Good value for the area. Check in area had a pet odor but hallways and room were fine. "Grab n Go Breakfast" consisted of plastic wrapped muffins and granola bars.

Very good deal for the money — the facility could use some simple upgrades (eg, poster offer ended 2017) but it was a lot of space and a kitchen. Mitsuwa Japanese Marketplace was so close — what a treat to have Japanese food and goods available!!

Nice place! The folks at the front desk were friendly and asked if we needed anything when we walked by the desk. The hotel is conveniently located near I-90 and I-290. While we could see I-90 traffic from our window, we barely heard it inside the room. It's only a few minutes' drive from Whole Foods, which we found quite convenient. And the price is reasonable, particularly given Chicagoland's high lodging prices. Thanks very much!

They had no record of my reservation upon my arrival. I produced my confirmation information and was able to get the room but then I also had to pay at that time when I'm fairly certain I chose the pay now option as I was using the company credit card at that time. I knew if I didn't pay now while online I would have to use my personal card at time of check in, which is exactly what happened. Bottom line I was able to stay at the hotel but had they been full the story would have had a different ending.

Love this location. The check in service was out of this world i wish every location had a employee like mylady she should be a manager.

I found bugs crawling in the bedsroom and bathroom. One found in bedroom was similar to cockaroach and one ine bathroom was home cetipedes found in the stack of towel. I have a picture of this for reference. This was found on 2nd day and still had 2 more nights to spend. It eas the worst stay. Never coming back to Extended stay america.

I have stayed at every type of hotel in America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and this is the first time I am actually lodging a complaint after 20+ years of travel. First and foremost the room that was given to me didn’t offer a queen size bed as listed and didn’t come with a breakfast unless you consider pre-packaged muffins, nut bars, and coffee to be breakfast. They wanted to charge for room service as well. What type of hotel does that?

Check in service could be a bit faster 20 minutes to check in is a bit long.

It was like a breath of fresh air compared to the hotel I had to vacate from about an hour beforehand. A small hiccup with the checkin, due to new guy being in training still and left alone temporarily, but pleasant stay overall.

The clerk first messed up and charged me for 1 day accidentally instead of 2. then when i was nice enough to go to pay for the following day i informed her the bathroom had soap and i had hurt my knee as soon as i stepped in. she ignored me and then continued to charge me. She overcharged $10 then gets into a full argument with me. which by the way made me late to work. then she sarcastically yells "have a fantastic day!" as Im walking out the door limping. Great service! (in MY sarcastic voice)

We arrived early and requested an early check-in if available, so we could change clothes and get ready to attend a wedding. Nothing was available, but when the front desk person knew that, she was going to have a room cleaned right away for us. When she called her staff to ask, one was just completed and ready. That is service!!
