Sheets were clean, some remodeling done, breakfast available, nice staff, air conditioning, area is nice. Toilet was ugly and old compared to the nice remodeled bath tub. Unfortunately I saw a lady throw a cup of some liquid to her boyfriend from the upstairs rooms to the downstairs area in the middle of the night. The breakfast is okay but was only coffee waffles or cereal with fruit.

The shower needs a new shower head the water goes all over the place.

I was disappointed this time. Walked in the room and a hand towel was on the floor in front of the bath tub. I had to ask them for two hand towels and two wash cloths. They gave me one hand towel and a mat for the floor. No wash cloths. One of the bath towels was dingy and humid. Also they have an ice bucket but no cups. The room looked run down. The coffee maker where breakfast was served was broken.

Beware of regular renters stay far away from them they sleep all day and are up all night making way too much noise.

Overall not too terrible to stay for a few nights. Bed was actually softer than I had thought, but the metal frame beneath the bed was quite loud and would make noises everytime i would climb in or out of bed. Only other complaint I have is that it's more "Motel" rather than the "hotel" it is marketed as.

Was too tired from my flight, so I just needed some sleep. I got good and quiet room, so it was okay . peaceful area, far from LA actually

The pictures LIE. The room was disgusting, brown stains on the bed sheets, grimmy showerhead, blood on the telephone, annoying bed frame makes loud noise when you’re getting on the bed. Seems like they just go in to make the sheets and not even clean anything.

People next door had music full blast so I had to bang on the wall that was like 2 almost 3 in the morning.

Bed have metal frames and made lots of noise throughout the night, bathroom is so small, no coffee maker

This hotel is nice for the price and my stay was quiet, but unfortunately cleanliness was a major issue. The mattress cover had blood and urine stains, and it looked like it hadn't been properly washed. The sheets had hair on them and were clearly not fresh.The refrigerator was also dirty. I reported this to the front desk, and while I was moved to another room, it had the same issue.What was most concerning is the staff went back into the original room,quickly remade gust without properly cleaning it .I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of basic hygiene and sanitation.

Some of the worse customer service at the front desk extremely rude individual who can barely speak English, rooms smell of urine and mold, nothing works water pressure is horrible, we stayed for one night only thank god please skip this headache if you want rest and relaxation better go somewhere else also crackheads all around inside and outside of the property

Amazing staff

Solid efficiency motel room with a few extras like microwave, nice free breakfast with oj, coffee cereal makings of pb and j sandwiches toast jelly butter milk. They also have apples and or oranges. I was impressed. Property has an ice machine no community jacuzzi or hot tub. It is just in some rooms.

Room was dirty, sheets and AC were also very dirty with dirt and stains. Bathroom very small and not updated. Breakfast was terrible with only boiled eggs and a juice machine that did not work. Staff was nowhere to be found.

This hotel was disappointing. The room looks nice in pictures, but at least the room I was assigned was severely in need of repair and proper cleaning. There were dime sized holes/damage to the wall in several places that had not been patched. Some sort of red paint or dye was staining the bathroom sink, parts of the bathroom door frame, and the toilet seat. The comforter had areas of melted fabric, I would assume from ashes/cigarette butts. One of the leatherette seats had multiple stains on it. The pillow covers were also stained. Breakfast was okay - not much selection but it was there. Overall, I would not stay again. The only plus is that it was one of the cheaper stays in the area. You get what you pay for!

Towels were old and dirty/stained. I reported to front desk and replaced but seems all towels/sheets were the same (dirty, seemed used). I hope this 2026 they will offer new and clean towels. Thanks.

Mattresses were thin and mounted on a metal box base that made a loud clanging sound if you shifted weight or hit it accidentally. High external noise level inside the room. (Sirens, cars, etc.) We would not stay here again.

The breakfast was just white bread, few apples, and horrible black coffee. No sugar, milk, juice, or water. There is no hot tub unless you get that specific room. I'm never coming back.

The room was dirty, the bed was sitting on top of a metal thing! I heard another guest say there was blood and dark stains on the sheets! There is one employee who seems to be doing everything there! When i went to get breakfast it was a little mi i waffle aker cereal and already boilded eggs in a bag! Ill admit i did come down like at 8 breakfast was 7-9.

Although my room was clean, it smelled so strongly of Pine-Sol. It made me nauseous then there was no hot water the next morning until 1 PM. when check out is at11 so I had to leave without a shower.

Stay the night for a birthday. The room was so hot. The air-conditioning barely worked. The beds were so hard. The sheets were so itchy. The shower was not that clean and the Jacuzzi tub was disgusting.

I arrived to the room and immediately noticed that the bed sheets were stained and dirty. They had what seemed like blood stains and yellow marks. I let the manager know and she responded “they are not dirty, they are old stains”. I requested for them to replace the sheets and she just gave me a sheet to put over the stained ones. I was exhausted and didn’t want to argue so I just cleared the dirty sheets and went to sleep. I would not stay here again.

The bathroom was full of ants, they were coming from little cracks in the grout and wall, I had to cover the cracks with wet pieces of toilet paper. Killed a baby roach. Super dingey towels. Bed was ok.

Property manager was great and informative of the ameneties. As far as the property is concerned, it was okay. Slept great, the only con is the metal box for the bed frame, as it would be loud when you would accidently kick it.

I enjoyed my 2-night stay at the Garden Inn. The pictures online were spot on to the room I reserved. The beds were big and comfortable, the tv was a pretty decent size (and worked contrary to previous other motel stays). I liked that there was a microwave, as I usually will have leftover food. There was complimentary breakfast, the coffee and waffles were pretty good. The only thing was the metal platform of the bed; I kept bumping it with my shoes/feet and it is very loud! But would definitely stay here again.

Upon my arrival, I discovered my room had two washcloths (one was dirty), two bath towels, and no hand towels or drinking cups. Housekeeping staff nicely brought me hand towels, a clean washcloth, and cups. There was a single towel bar in the bathroom that wasn't even wide enough to hold the two bath towels without them overlapping. There was no place at all to hang the hand towels; not in the bathroom, nor around the sink area. The most bizarre thing was that the shower, with nice 2" square tiles, had NO place to put a bar of soap or bottle of shampoo. I had to place mine on the floor of the shower or outside the shower curtain on the ledge between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. How could the designers or construction folks leave out some sort of built-in soap dish and a ledge of some type to put a bottle of shampoo on?! On the morning of my third day there, I got up early enough to go to breakfast. I arrived to discover that the waffle batter dispenser was empty. The desk clerk returned and I asked her if she could fill it. She said no, and said, "It's 9:30 already." As she said that, she showed me her phone, which had large numbers that said "9:21". She could have nicely said, "I'm sorry, but I'm not able to refill that for you," or something to that effect, but instead she wasn't very nice about it at all. Overall a disappointment.

It’s a bit rough but we never had any issues except the weird guy who fills two bowls with cereal and recommends health tips with sores on his face at kitchen in am, room was large with new Reno … not crazy for the sound of my foot hitting the metal bed frame like a gong. Kitchen was pristinely kept … no peanut butter :( price was right !!! Stayed extra handy to coin laundry a dollar bus ride away … IN AND OUT NEAR

The staff is exceptional. I have stayed here on numerous occasions, and the rooms are consistently immaculate. They recently completed a significant renovation, which has greatly enhanced the property’s aesthetics.

we reserved the room using Hotels DOT com. the room we chose offered two queen beds with a "deep soak bathtub" and upon entering the room, the room only had a shower. The staff was friendly, inviting and everything one would expect. we checked in a little late, rang the bell from outside, instead of dealing with staff via the window, we were invited inside. the room was spotless, sheets and towels were clean, meaning no prior stains that didn't wash out, huge plus! the environment was quiet, many places to eat nearby as well. if you're looking to crash and grab McDonald's, this in probably not the place for you. If you enjoy some fine dining however, there are plenty of options, including "The Hat, Wolf Famous Pastrami" overall we enjoyed our stay and didn't even question the lack of the deep soak tub. had we arrived earlier, I have no doubt the staff would have addressed the situation and made things right.
