Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare

I stayed for a short amount of time and the staff was really nice and friendly. Especially when an error occurred on my credit statement and they were quick to find the issue. The food is good and there different options

From the Airport Shuttle Staff to Front desk staff to the Restaurant Bar staff, our trip was amazing. Great location to the airport and vehicle rentals. Great proximity to food and sights. Our stay at this location was amazing. Only thing that would have topped it off was a pool!!!! Thank you so much for making my husband’s graduation weekend one to remember!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close to the airport and short driving distance to dining and shopping. There is a restaurant/bar on site in case you don't want to leave the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was great. My only complaint is the $39 a night parking fees. It is just crazy to me to pay to park at a hotel I am staying at then it was self-parking at that. They really need to do away with that fee.

One of the lamps in the living room did not work-light bulb? Neither of the two remote controls for the TVs worked-batteries? The lights on the buttons on the elevator did not light up-never knew where I was headed. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Although the drive to downtown was approximately 40 minutes, the comfort and quality of the hotel made it well worth it. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The on-site restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Staff were amazing and helpful. The only reasons I gave a 4/5 was because the room TV/outlets were not working, there was hair in the bathtub, there was a stain on the couch, and the towels looked worn down. All semi-fixable things.

An exceptionally clean and modern environment. The rooms are incredibly quiet and well-insulated, despite being right next to the tarmac. Its prime location close to the airport allowed me to sleep peacefully and wake up just before my flight without any stress.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fine - 3 min walk from ORD rentals or every half an hour the hotel shuttle. If you have to go downtown it's a long uber/cta ride (~ 1h)) though. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. I didn't really like the food. Breakfast and dinner can only be compared to that of a 2-star hotel in the rest of the world - it is not worth to pay for it. Free Wifi (which requires to register to Marriot) is not very fast, you need to pay extra for fast speed wifi - should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel.

Servers for breakfast were very polite and helpful.

Overall, a comfortable stay. Housekeeping came in daily to tidy up and provide fresh towels, which we appreciated. The 24-hour Starbucks in the lobby was also a nice convenience. My only complaint was the overnight parking fee; $40 per night felt pretty steep.

Great location across from O’Hare Airport. Free airport shuttle to/from the airport. Pickup shuttle outside of Terminal 2, baggage claim level near door 5E. Gym was really good. Room was modern, renovated 18 months ago. Best of all, it is only a 1.2 mile walk to Giordano’s pizza!

Bed and space in the bedroom very confortable. HVAC well performance. Mac Donald near hotel good option for breakfast. The location is so far to downtown. Restaurant near to the hotel very expensive.

We appreciated the easy parking and check-in of this property. Our room was spacious and clean, although our door didn't latch properly and we didn't know it had been left open until we returned from an event at 10 p.m. that evening. The Wi-Fi also appeared to be down, which was unfortunate as it was $9.95 per day to use. Restaurant on-site was high-quality and hotel staff were all incredibly friendly.

Super clean and kind staff. Spacious room and areas. Happy to have the coffee shop on site. Unfortunately only negatives are spotty internet connection (during a conference), & additional fee for parking overnight. Service and cleanliness outweigh it all.

Well, common sense would lead me to believe that if your establishment accepts a booking, then you would also be able to cancel said booking.

There were very accommodating our whole experience. Any time we had questions they answered them with no hesitation. They were very friendly and welcoming. Our room has the best layout and we had a nice view of the airport. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Random loudy noises (pipes) in the room happening overnight.

Room and bathroom were both clean and well kept.

We’ve stayed many times and park for free with nights stay. This time they charged us $600 for parking at their park and fly hotel

This hotel was great. Rooms are big and spacious, the location is actually close to O'hare (especially given most airport hotels at O'hare aren't close to O'hare at all). The staff were friendly, and the shuttle was on time.

Called to find ice as I use a cane and have limited walking...it was 9 rooms away. Told them on phone I couldn't walk that far. No offer to bring some ice to me. They had to know about wet carpet....

The only thing worth mentioning maybe would be that once the ice melted that I’d gotten from the ice machine, there were several noticeable black pieces of something floating the water… dirt? Mold? Other debris? Hard to say if it came from the ice machine or the ice itself but it would have had to be from one of the two, unfortunately.

I’ve stayed here before multiple times when I have a concert at Allstate arena it’s is very convenient and in walking distance with many gas stations and food around

Close to the airport, clean room and friendly staff. The elevators all seemed to have issues like the buttons not lighting up or it would show wrong floors or gibberish but they did work at least.

One of my favorite hotels in Chicago!

Property is older but it's kept pretty clean. Elevator buttons mostly work. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and all staff are friendly. I don't often stay at airport hotels so the traffic was somehow louder than inner city noise. Bathroom was updated but a bit small. Toilet flush was weak and shower knob kept falling off the walk. King suite was very spacious for the value. Housekeeper was very overzealous. I put the DND on the door on day 1 out of 4 - they barged in day 1 anyway, then took it with them lol. I said something to the front desk but from the looks of other reviews. It appears to be fairly common. It didn't bother me but for other travelers who need more privacy, just beware. They let themselves in each day following while I was there. Other than that, rooms could use a microwave and fridge is a little small, but as a solo traveler I felt pretty safe. The Rosemont Blue line was just a quick cab ride away.

Please note there is NO MICROWAVE in the entire hotel. They don't have one in the rooms or at the front desk so you cannot be heat your food if you need to

Personally I feel like this property is too pricey to not have working outlets, the water would flood on the floor from the shower because the drain didn’t work. After notifying their staff; they too their precious time to come see about my concern. The only convenience was the property is only a couple miles from the airport & offer complimentary shuttling. I’d definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Comfortable large/full service hotel. Very spacious room. Most of it had been renovated but the toilets were old and very low. Ordering food for pick up was confusing, tagged it with the wrong time and I had no idea when it would be ready, nor do they notify you. Shuttle service is great.

This place was perfect for catching a flight the next day. Harry Carray’s was next door and a few other places are walking distance. We wanted Italian so get an Uber. Staff was great and we had a 12 pm checkout! Awesome!

This hotel is excellent. It was mine and my girl’s first time in Chicago and we were so well taken care of and comfortable here we absolutely would stay again. The amenities were amazing and the food, oh my god the food we ordered on room service was incredible! Absolutely worth every cent.

Really impressed with the hotel as it was a last minute stay to be closer to the airport for an early flight, ended up really loving it! The elevator takes an insane amount of time but other than that, loved it

It is not okay for the cleaning woman to enter the room at 9:10 and ask when we are leaving. Then to return at 11. Check out is noon!!

Front desk staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Our AC did not seem to be working, the room was very warm despite turning the thermostat way down. Housekeeping woke us up with a knock on our door just before 9am asking what time we were leaving. I believe check out was noon so this was a little weird.

The 'amenities' were few and far between. If you needed things like contact solution or tampons you were out of luck.

It was close to O’Hare and a nice, enjoyable stay.

Flight from Italy 6 hours late so arrived very tired. All was easy at the hotel & the suite very comfortable.

Pretty and spacious room. Very clean. Liked that there was a recycling receptical in our room. Liked the sink apart from the toilet for two people getting ready. The only complaint we have is that when we left the parking lot we were not told we needed the room key to exit. I had to go back and get the key after checking out. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Food service is a bit limited

I booked a double room. They changed my room from a double bed to a king room when I needed a double bed the most. When we got to the room, it looks like they barely put effort into cleaning it. There was a used thong from the prior guest chilling on the sofa. It was disgusting, we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the sofa.
