Clean room, A/C worked great especially since tems were in triple digits, all staff friendly and helpful. White board with breakfast menu was a nice touch and having chocolate chip cookies available was even better!

Breakfast food was great. The gentleman that checked us in was all by himself, but handled the crowd that he had with grace and kindness. He deserves a pay raise. I just wish I could remember his name.

The shower control is broken and ants anywhere. Apparently the cleaning crew knows the issue.

Put me in an exceptionally loud room near the main artery morning commute road. Traffic woke me up at 5 am and only got louder thru the morning could not sleep. They should double pain those windows in that wing of building

The room was so hot upon arrival. It took a looooong time to cool down. Thank goodness there was no comforter and just sheets and a fleece. Took for ever to cool down.

Not much. I arrived at 11:20pm and there were three people ahead of me to check in. The counter person could not get his computer to work, so I stood in the lobby for over a half hour waiting to get into my room with my two kids. The room was freezing, so we changed the AC to heat. The blankets were super thin and there weren't any extras. We were cold. The room's windows were maybe 25 feet from the highway, so it was like sleeping on the road. And it still cost almost $200 for the night, so we won't be going back.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok, but looks like they are working on renovations, room was larger than most rooms.

Convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful to allow me to book a room for relatives that had 2 queen beds, with disabled parking right in front of the room door. Although the hotel provided a shower chair for my disabled relative, there were none of the required handles for her to grab onto in the shower area (or anywhere else in the room).

The graveyard shift front desk person is a fantastic employee! I wish i could remember his name is was unusual. He checked me in without any issue. I went to my room and it was freezing the AC was on all the way. He asked me if I needed some extra blankets, he was happy to bring them to me and I had turned the ac off and the heat up and figured it would take a bit to warm up. The front desk dropped off the blankets and asked if I need a space heater. This was strange inquiry but I thought once this warms up I should be fine with extra blankets. I only stayed that night and realized the heat never came on. So I left in the morning so I never really got say anything. I am sure they knew after I left. Also the sink pretty cracks in it, and there was a window in the shower that was at chest height without privacy glass. Everything was pretty old and worn down, I am not who they had doing the painting and repair work, but it was not a professional. It’s a beautiful hotel outside but once you get closer you start to see the age and need for restoration and the sad attempts to cover thing up, paint over things that really need just to be replaced or restored. Also I was not told about the heat or the fact workers would be hammering right outside my room door at 7am. I work late and this was annoying and I felt should have been disclosed, just like I stayed a day or two later for few nts. They again didn’t mention the room they were giving me in the same building had no heat. 😡

One of the worst Best Western's I have been to. Long check in line. staff was unhelpful. Door lock did not work. Locked out of room several times. Breakfast was terrible and mostly gone by 8:00 even though it was supposed to be opened much later.

Breakfast was solid for a free hotel breakfast, always with eggs or omelets, breakfast meats, biscuits & gravy, and waffles. Pool was okay. We had 18 guests sharing 6 rooms, and the key cards kept failing, over and over. I had to make four different trips to the front desk to get new keys made during our 3-night stay, and that was only for my room. Wasted lots of time waiting in line at the front desk. The fitness center was a joke, but at least the AC was strong and the treadmill worked great.

Room 140, ground floor. Lovely decor. Guests upstairs were heard walking, showering. We heard everyone going up and down stairs. However it was a busy weekend for train fans do we just turned up tv and put on headphones. The fan in the bathroom stopped working & a repairman came- but he was looking for Room 240. Incidentally he knocked, then after we called just a minute, the workman decides key to open the door. We had not called him. Then he acknowledged his error and left.

They charged me $77 extra on my credit card and couldn’t even tell me what the charge was for. I waited for the manager to show up and they called in sick. So now I have to wait for them to call me back

Don’t stay here. It wasn’t that much cheaper than more reputable brands. The room smelled of human urine. Pillows are half the size of what a normal pillow is. Thankfully we just stayed to sleep and got the heck of there. I think there might be some people living there quite honestly. Pictures of the place are deceiving. Save youself and stay elsewhere.

Older property, but for the weekend stay with family, good enough. Also, A/C unit is outdated and we couldn't make it run, I went to the lobby and told staff about it, they called maintenance guy right away and by the time I was back to my room, he was waiting for me to show me how to turn on A/C unit. He was a saviour in 90+ heat that weekend. Excellent customer service and affordable prices compared to surrounding hotels that raised their prices with huge basketball tournament going on in the neighborhood that weekend.

Unfortunately not a hotel i will recommend. My check in process was unlike no other. Had a perfect room with accessible parking which i needed ~ Unfortunately had a rude and offensive next door guest that the staff didn't seem to know how to handle. I ended up needing to move locations which was less than accessible.

It was very very noisy. The room door had big gaps which let in cold air and lots of noise. The parking lot flooded. The towels were thin and scratchy. The beds were comfortable and good pillows.

The room was ok but we had a joining door between us and the room next door and there is a large gap under that door so we could hear everything going on in that room. The walls were paper thin to. People showed up after 11pm and very so loud and started playing music! The next night they did the same thing so I had to go ask to move rooms, which thankfully the front desk did right away. So I guess my review is that the property is not that great but staff was understanding and accommodating.

Nice place with a good value for money

Waited in line for two hours to check in. There was a rush of customers when the freeway closed, and the location accepted bookings but did nothing to accommodate the rush of people coming in. Truly miserable experience.

However, the room was comfortable and they stay wasn't bad, just the check-in; enough to make give a lower overall score.

The initial room that they gave me had a horrible smell! The hotel was old and rundown inside. The bed was not great. It was really a low budget type thing.

The beds had a top sheet over the fitted sheet, a thin blanket and another sheet over the top. It didn’t have any kind of bed spread or comforter. The mattress corners had dust and small little black things in the seam. I don’t know what bed bugs look like. I went to the front desk and shared my experience with the receptionist. I asked if there was another room that we could stay in and he said they are all the same rooms. I booked through Expedia so I called them to request a refund. I also took pictures. The agent said it was not necessary for me to send them. She put me on hold to call Best Wester. Then the agent told me that Best Western declined the request for a refund to them therefore they could not give me one either. I was disappointed with Expedia as well.

Clean and cozy!

Everything else was great except for Wi-Fi not working. The problem was brought up to the front desk during our stay, but it was not resolved.

The t.v. did not work but the fellow at the front desk came and fixed it right away.We could not use the shower and the sink faucet needed to be replaced could not turn to hot or cold with out moving the handle all around with your hand in the water to test the temp.This was the handicap room.We were not up upset we know you have to deal with the little in life.We did notify the staff.

The customer service is wonderful at this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Rooms were very clean. Will stay again soon. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower but I’m not sure if this is normal for California due to water conservation.

The room was clean with comfortable beds & pillows. Breakfast buffet had tons of selections from waffles & eggs, to cereal & yoghurt. Staff was excellent, even calling once we got to our room to check that all was good.

Stayed here overnight with my kiddo, our tv didnt work and the the bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The room had a musky smell as well. We just stayed overnight so it wasnt terrible. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast wasnt bad. Would i stay here again? Probsbly not if i coild help it. But if it was the only place then sure.

Air conditioner leaked water all on the carpet, the room had a very musty smell, the sink had an extremely slow drain and the toilet was clogged. We had to use the office bathroom since maintenance does start until 8:30am. Won’t be staying here again.

This was the worst place I have ever seen

Check-in took 20 minutes even though I was 3rd in line. Unfriendly staff during check-in. Breakfast was “ok” but not great.

The room and common areas were not very clean, and the overall condition of the property felt outdated. The area around the hotel also didn’t feel very safe or comfortable, and it was noisy at night. Staff service could have been more welcoming and attentive. I appreciated having parking available, but overall the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose this property again.

The room has an odor, and was somewhat run down in the bathroom. Very difficult to turn on the tub/shower faucet. The breakfast was very good all three days. Really liked the yogurt dispenser and other offerings that were displayed. Overall, my experience wasn't bad but the bathroom is in pretty poor shape, broken ceramic and cracked tile, bubbling paint, etc. It appeared that repairs were made to the tile, but looked very unprofessional.

Coffee was good and well stocked but breakfast was horrid, eggs were runny and sausages were way over cooked, the so called omelet serving was terrible ,it just seemed like it was just thrown together just to serve it and be done no care in prep or flavor in anything

It felt unsafe and it was extremely loud from the freeway. Not a single sitting area where a person could enjoy a cigarette. Breakfast was delish but there are little to zero amenities other than that.

We arrived after 4:00 pm and they gave us keys to a room. When we got to the room it wasn’t ready the bedding was in a pile on the table and room had not been cleaned so we had to go back up to the front desk to be moved to another room. The room they moved us too was smaller than the one we originally had. We drove 4 hours to this location because we were there for my friends birthday and a concert. We left the room and went to the concert only to come back at midnight to find we weren’t able to get into our room. We called front desk tried two other sets of keys and ended up having to wait for someone to come to let us in because the key lock to the room would only work with the master key. We were told if we left the room at any time we’d need someone to come let us in because only their keys were the only one that could open the room. Late night and early morning staff were friendly though and walked us back to the room in the morning after breakfast to unlock the room once again

I always choose Best Western when I travel for work, and each time, the front desk team impresses me with their kindness and helpfulness. They remember my preferences—like staying on the side of the hotel near the shopping center—and usually have a room ready for me in that exact area. On my most recent visit, I asked to be near the pool so I could enjoy a swim, and they placed me in a perfect suite right next to the pool entrance. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly stand out. I look forward to many more stays—the rooms are great, and the staff makes every visit feel special.

Breakfast and dining area are below average. Overall, this is an older property that has been through multiple refreshes and updates. The dining area is make-shift and cramped. However, it is also one of the most affordable options in the area.

Then, our door stopped working. Not the key, the door. I had to go back and forth to the lobby 6 times in order to get the lock fixed. Everytime they acted like i messed up the key, when in fact, the door needed to be reprogrammed. On the third day, the finally allowed us 4 clean pool towels. None of this would have been an issue if the staff had been the least bit empathetic. We were inconveniencing them by not being able to get in our own room.

Okay, no frills place to stay as needed. More of a contractor-client than anything else. Place was clean but a little noisy by the highway. Room was spacious and clean. Not too far from downtown but nothing really going on around the hotel itself. Guy at desk was friendly.

For the price you should still pass on this property!! It is run down and not clean! The property is nice enough but nothing around it when looking for food!! inside the rooms were not much better old and dirty looking towels worn down nothing nice!

Very outdated hotel. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower head was broken, mirror on bathroom door was loose and dangling. Lots of road noise, as our building was right next to the freeway.

Bedding was stained and gross, found spider in bed, cockroach in bathroom. The shower had a huge bubble with holes from water damage. Then the staff would carry the trash cans up the stairs and you could hear the clinking.

The shower kept going from hot to cold. I would adjust to correct temp the it would go cold and take awhile to get hot again. The room smelled like a former smoking room with a musty smell. No good restaurants within walking distance. Would spend about $20/night more for much better accommodations somewhere else. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re totally on a budget

This place is a motel that claims to be a hotel. The room is dingy and stinks. They don't clean the rooms while you stay. I tried talking to the hotel and they wouldn’t give me a refund when i told them I wasn’t satisfied. Way over priced, just go to a motel 6. Blatant false advertising across the board.

This was a horrible experience they had bed bugs and refused to do anything about it.

I walked in with a walking stick and the gentleman at the front desk, gave us a bottom floor room without having to ask. Staff appeared to care

I had an Expedia reservation for a deluxe king . Arrived check in time ,was told won’t be clean for a long time .. and take a regular double queen . No compensation given to a lesser valued room. Room bathrooms run down in standard rooms, chipped tubs and walls . There are super hard mattresses , cigarette butts all over grounds . Visible Security camera tv feed at front desk , and roaming security guard. I suggest pay lil more and pass on this hotel .

Our non-smoking room was extremely smoky and smelly, and there were no other rooms to change to until the second night.

Even though we were facing the freeway there was no noise in the room with the AC on. Free breakfast but i slept thru that, but they offer coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby at all times.

From around 3am to 5am the couple in the next room yelled and screamed at one another. I called the hotel and asked them to have them quiet down. If they did anything it did not work. I did need t call the police because I did not hear violence other than threats not constituting Penal Code section 422’s. Horrible experience. Plus there was an odor in the room.

Woke up to bed bugs and our children and ourselves bit up by them! They offered to do nothing, finally gave is garbage bags for our belongings but ended up leaving our belongings to lessen the chance of taking them home. Unbelievable. We have stayed here many times and thought theyd be much more helpful. Be careful.

I wasn't sure when I first entered the room but after I looked around I realized it was clean and well maintained. but the property is definitely showing its age. management is doing a good job of keeping things working but it's clearly a bit worn here and there. when I arrived, the table and chairs were missing from the deluxe King room so I asked the front office and they provided a replacement. I was happy about that because it was one of the main reasons why I chose the room. and the wet bar was nice. the refrigerator worked. the TV worked. the only problem with the room was with the jacuzzi tub. I was happy to have an extra large tub but the drain did not work correctly. when I arrived, the drain plug was sitting on top of the toilet. I fiddled with it for a while and managed to get it to work but the tub would slowly drain out. this needs to be fixed. and as far as the jacuzzi goes, it didn't work. no amount of fiddling with the timer got it to work. and yes the tub was full of water. I was disappointed with this but still somewhat happy with the big bathtub. I enjoyed it even though it was flawed. if the jacuzzi tub was working, this would have been a fantastic room instead of just a mediocre one. the bed was very comfortable but a bit too soft. not really a problem. the pillows were perfect. staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Shower takes a long time to get warm/hot and sometimes it will suddenly get ice cold when the nob is on the heat side. Bed is also uncomfortable

The property was very nice. I only dislike was the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom because of a leak at the connection. I informed the front desk and was told that it would be taken care of. It did not get done so I put some electrical tape over the connection leak and that allowed me to take a shower the second day without soaking all toilet paper and the toilet and floor.

This is an older hotel with paper thin walls that is by a highway. I sadly had the misfortune of having a neighbor who pumped the bass on the music at 2 am. Front desk staff was helpful in resolving it. Fortunately this only occurred 1 night. Rooms are dated. Breakfast has a decent variety of items like eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, oatmeal and the staff who stocked it was courteous and friendly.It was an economical hotel for those on a budget. I would not likely return.

Appears to a old Motel 6. Three buildings, all two story, no elevators. Single pane windows provide freeway noise 24 hours a day. Tub/shower valve is the screwiest I've ever seen. Not going back.

Stopped in for a concert in town. Check in was easy and the staff was very kind and friendly. Our room was clean, furniture was clean as well, the hotel is a little old but still good condition. Beds aren't the most comfortable but is was good enough for an overnight stay.

The business center computer was not working. Fitness center had most things out of service. The room didn’t smell good. The water took a long time to get warm. The walls are so thin everything seems loud.

Affordable. Near grocery stores and across from a gas station if you want to grab quick snacks. Clean room. I would stay here again.

Room keys kept demagnetizing, at times no hot water . Not enough seats for breakfast

The motel was convenient for my surgery the next day. room was clean but needs updating. The tub faucet needed repair as did the shower head. The breakfast was okay.
