This was an unfortunate experience and if you can find an alternate hotel I would encourage you to do so. Upon check in the key maker was not working so we had to be escorted to our room. The first room we were assigned did not have working A/C. We were moved to another room. This room had such a strong smell of bleach we started to get headaches and needed to leave for the evening until it got a bit better. The TV either was bad reception or would simply stop working. The staff were very helpful and it was not their fault but I would not recommend the property. The pool was not available either.

Very good value. Large clean rooms, quiet location. Free breakfast. Very friendly staff. You could pay $60 more per night at other hotels for a smaller room and less customer service. I would stay here anytime I visit Roseville.

We always had parking infront of our room and check in and check out was super fast and simple. The staff we interacted with for check in/out were super nice and helpful about food options around us. We absolutely plan to stay here for our trip out next time

We stayed overnight and we like that their parking lot very well lit at night. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is grab and go. Coffee is available 24-7 inside the office. Newer rooms are downstairs, if you prefer, but foot steps are heard from upstairs.

The beds kept moving around due to having wheels. Breakfast was not as promoted on the website, rooms outdated. Lastly and worse than above, saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Will not be returning.

I don’t understand the good reviews for this place. It was a subpar motel at best. The rooms were spacious but kind of dirty. The bathrooms were old and gross. The property is next to a super busy freeway or road that kept us up for a long time even though we had a noise machine on all night. The worst part was when we were packing up to leave, we found a cockroach in the room. If I had found that when we had arrived, we would have checked out and left. We will not be coming back.

Bathtub was good, seemed to have jets (like a hot tub?) but did not sort out how to use that if there was a way. Room was clean and the breakfast was offered to go , which was helpful as I in a rush. The clothes rack was coming off of the wall so i could not hang all our clothes up, but in general it was a good location at a good value

I was in the area for work, and liked the price, so I booked the hotel - the reviews seemed good. Anyway, You get what you pay for, I ended up booking a different hotel because of my anxiety when I pulled into the parking lot. I called and to try to cancel my reservation, the woman at the desk said I had to go through my booking agency, I spoke with my booking agency through a chat bot, hotels.com and they said that it had to be approved through the property, 24 hours later they wouldn’t cancel the reservation, I understand for the first night because it was past the cancel date, but I think that a refund on the second night is totally reasonable. Anyway, again, you get what you pay for, there is a reason why the rooms are so affordable.

No issues at all. Room was clean, and the property itself was very quiet. Very pleased with the experience!

This facility is a clean, no-frills, inexpensive motel. It is well located near many businesses & medical services. The bed & pillows are comfortable, the linens soft & clean. The lighting is harsh cool white led's. The furniture is sparse. The large room was fairly quiet. There is a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. Also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Breakfast is brown-bag, either cold cereal or oatmeal, a piece of fruit a granola bar & a juice box. There is coffee, & tea during the morning in the office. There is a pool, which looked clean. Staff was efficient but friendly.

My only complaint is that the shower did not get hot enough. Also, I had a really creepy downstairs neighbor, but thats not the hotels fault.

Only had turnover service once during 3 night stay

The property needs a lot of TLC. Wifi and cable are definitely not the best and often go out. TV didn’t work half of my stay and I had to call three times to get it fixed. The bed was comfortable; however, other family members in different rooms had some weird metal box under their bed and it squeaked and was uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nobody was available to come and fix anything in the evening or at night. Pipes make loud noises that woke me up.

Heritage Inn was an older complex, but a lot cleaner than some of the major chain hotels I have stayed in recently. Staff was really nice and it was a great price.

Clean room. Parking is good, convenient. Wasn't a hot breakfast, it was take and go, cereal and milk in paper bag. Staff was respectful, no disagreements.

We missed the breakfast but we were still given a grab and go when we checked out. The floor is a little sticky in our room.

We check in and got a room 103 and we went there we saw the door open and we check the room it was dirty hair all over the bad and pillows on the floor called the receptionist and didn’t answer had to go back to the front with her and tell her she gave us another room 230 and we went there and there was a person already in the room I open the door poor man he was scared and I felt so sorry, we went back and told her and she gave us another room with two queen beds, the receptionist was very understandable and very nice to us, but the system off the hotel is really horrible like how doesn’t it not appear which room are occupied and it takes time to do it, we usually stay here but am so upset of this issue

The property was mostly clean. I did unfortunately see a few left over hairs in the bathroom and bedding.

Older hotel but clean and well maintained. Quiet location, except we could easily hear the people upstairs walking around in the morning. Bed mattress was older style however we were able to sleep well. TV channels were difficult to maneuver and we didn't see any instruction sheet in the room. Guide would not come up when pressed. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had.

Do not stay in that hotel. Wery noisy and bathtub water facet broken. Walls between rooms not insulated and you can hear all thing what your neighbor doing.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The only issue was that the AC was bringing in a bad odor at times, which could be improved. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Place isn’t good for more than a night stay. It’s very institutional and like a half way house. Room was minimal with a tv having horrible signal. Maybe a place to be for a few hours and that’s it.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy but this is an older hotel and it shows. There was hair in the bathtub. For some reason our tub was sunken into the floor. Air con was noisy and you could hear all the noises from outside. Good for a place to sleep if you don’t care too mich about the other things. Breakfast looked like it was bagels and english muffins. There was coffe and tea.

Front desk staff wete completely great Unfortunately the floors in the both rooms of my last two stays were dirty, the bathtub was also not very clean so we cleaned them ourselves and used the hotels towels to clean it with . We also left additional towels as n about a half dozen because we have white towels. .now even b u leaving additional hotel style towels we were charged for 2 towels in April's visit due to damaged they stated. And 30$ this ti.me for damaged towels which just had dirt on them from cleaning the hotel room . Kinda a bit of a geem freak so we clean to our liking . Towels weren't damaged or permanently stained only needed to be washed with bleach. So My rating for hotel is a F AS IN FAILURE BECAUSE OF CLEANING THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE DONE XORRECTLY I THE FIRSDT PLACE. AND SHOULDNT XHARGE FOR TOWELS THAT WERE GOING TO BE WASHED ANYWAYS WITH BLEACH THEIR SUPPOSED TO DO THAT ANYWyAYS AFTER COVID. And I even took out the garbage for them. All towels and wash cloths were neatly placed in one area.

My boyfriend and I had been trying different hotels in the area out. I remember when we pulled up to Heritage inn, he was a little skeptical. Once we got into the room, he was very happy with the stay! This would probably had been our favorite hotel in the area, if he was still alive we would probably have returned, great hotel!

The hotel employees from the friendly and helpful registration staff (All shifts) to housekeeping staff. The location is amazing for shopping from dollar tree, trader Joe's, gas stations, fast food, and etc.. The rooms have microwave, fridge, coffee maker (hotel lobby has fresh coffee and other drink options for free), bed sizes are great, bagged breakfast every morning (cereal, milk, apple juice, yogurt, options varies by morning) and fair room prices. 10/10 would stay here again. And, would have friends and family stay here. Bath towel sizes, pillow comfort varies, and while some may have mattress critiques I found it fair. Not uncomfortable, but I slept easily on it.

Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Not far from the malls. Rooms are but it looked like they did some upgrades. Great for a quick stay for an affordable rate.

I was looking for a conveniently located place to stay as well as affordable as I was in town for a tennis tournament at a nearby racquet club. The room was clean and the grounds were quiet. The staff was friendly as well!

This place does not match the pictures at all. After working and a two hr drive, checked in ,tv didn’t work. Went to office and to let them know and was told Maintenance will come, Asked if we could switch rooms and was told that’s not how it works here. They took tv off the wall and brought us an old little tv but guess what that stayed on for 15 minutes at a time. We had no tv, moldy shower, broken shower rod, and basically a sheet for a blanket. It was wild. Chalk it up to an adventure for sure. Date night was a bit of a bummer. I just hope others don’t fall for the pictures. But if you’re just looking to sleep and go then maybe this place is for you.

The first room that we were assigned was dirty, the shower was unsafe, so we requested a new room, the 2nd one was way better. The breakfast was very much none existent, not very nutritious, full of sugar. Your hotel should borrow a page from the best western, when it comes to breakfast. They actually have the room to set up a dinning area.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The manager was awful. The pool was closed even though it was hot. I asked if I could get any compensation for that and was told it was an off season. It is in the 90's in Sacramento. Everytime I left my room I had to be let in because the lock didn't work so I had to switch rooms once again big hassle. This wasn't a vacation for me either I was just staying for a few days before setting at my new place. I wanted time to myself. I would have been better off spending more money. The location was awful. People up all hrs of the night. Definitely be careful if your by yourself. This place doesn't keep the best company. Oh and when I needed to switch rooms at no fault of my own I was told I would have to come get my room key because the manager was at the desk by herself. Mund you she has other staff and knows my door can't lock with my things in there and my dog but wants me to come get a new key for a room I have to now move to. Poor management. I had to ask for someone else on staff to have it brought to me. This lady has no business running this place. I also got double charged for this place and nobody here even noticed 2 reservations.

When we got there we noticed that the room next door was under construction. We also noticed that the room smelled like urine. We stayed one night and then canceled per their cancelation policy and they refused to refund us. We will not be coming back.

Walls and windows are very thin and you can hear so much noise. We had a hard time sleeping. Also, the air conditioners are old and was super loud and making weird noise. Everything else was fine, but it is a noisy place.

The mattress wasn’t big enough for the bed… there was about 3 inches on one side that literally the mattress didn’t cover. The biggest complaint I have was the uncomfortable mattress. We couldn’t sleep so we left only after a few hours of sleep. It’s really thin and springy which was uncomfortable.

The staff on the other hand were very kind. Breakfast is served in a bag.

To start the check-in staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, clean white sheets, no mold in the shower, and clean floors. Great nod to the cleaning staff. Would stay here again if in the area again.

Our stay was ok except we had an issue with our deadbolt lock not closing. We had to contact the front desk several times late on a Saturday night. The gentleman was very bi e and helpful but we were tired from a long day and just wanted this resolved. Eventually after a couple of hours, the maintenance guy came and was able to fix the issue. Other than that our stay was fine. It just started our stay on the wrong foot.

Disappointed

This place was nice and quiet. I can’t complain about the room. The only thing I didn’t like is that it says they provide breakfast but they don’t. They provide fruit, wrapped bread and something to drink. Not hot breakfast at all. Other than the staff was nice and the stay was good.

They're doing some construction but their rooms are great. There were kids in the room next to us but once the doors closed it was so quiet. Very happy with our stay. Breakfast was an on the go but still good

I do not know the hotel’s pet policy. I was not traveling with my dog, but the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe staying there. This is an older hotel with exterior doors that lead to the parking lot so if that’s not your thing, you may want to find another place but the location was important to me and so I chose to stay at the Heritage Inn again. the staff was very helpful and I’m grateful. Thank you.

Stay here to be close to my daughters event the women at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room was a good size lots of space. I loved the bathroom huge. The breakfast in the morning was a plus. Would stay again.

Dead bugs in the ac vent. Broken door. Dirty. The whole building was really run down. I left to go another hotel and was still charged for the whole weekend. I called to speak with the front desk staff, they were not helpful or accommodating, and was told they would speak to their manager about at least a partial refund and I never received a call back.

Everything was ok besides the fact that the carpet was still wet from a previous cleaning and the heater was left on a blazing 84 degrees before I arrived.

Friendly staff and the grab n go breakfast was a plus

I’ve stayed at this motel twice now. Both times, I’ve been very impressed with the staff, the convenience of the location, the comfort and affordability of the rooms. My one gripe is that they have HUGE bath tubs, which are a great perk. However, they only have a couple of stoppers. I wanted to soak so badly after a 5 1/2 drive and I couldn’t.

Room was good. The AC seemed to have kind of a diesel fume smell when the fan was on high, but on medium it was fine.

This is a good place with a fair price. Been going here for almost five years whenever i have an event im the area. Highly recommended

The first room (251) had hairs in the tub, the shower curtain & rod were not hanging, they were on the floor, there was red dirt on the edges of the tubs caulking seam, the tv & the phone did not work & they were plugged in. We asked for money back & was refused but was given a different room, hair in the tub in room 223. Overall, I wouldnt stay again until basic cleaning is kept up & maintenance fixes basic items you pay for when reserving room.

This place kept my deposit with mo explaination or call back when i requestd

The front desk at check in said I’d get my $100 deposit back after 10 days. It’s been two weeks since the stay and they’re ignoring their messages while I request for my deposit back.

The front desk over charged us twice and we informed him that the first time the CC went through he said it didn’t so we swipped again and went through. When we got our Bank statements it shows 3 transactions 1)for $1 to make sure the CC is good 2) for the 1 day stay,3) another transactions for the same 1 day stay. Called and spoke to front desk and he took my name and number and ASSURED me this will be resolve and someone will call me back the same day because the staff to review will be coming in @ 12:30. I have tried numerous times calling BUT nothing rings and rings, then gets cut off. I am very frustrated… This is the only issue we have , along with someone car alarm kept going off all night. I believe there should always be someone PRESENT at location to see to these matters, and someone to speak to to get things resolve. I am still waiting for a RESOLUTIOM

This hotel was excellent for our needs. The office staff were extremely kind. There was free breakfast and free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7. The rooms were clean and had great amenities for the cost. Would stay again.

Stayed here for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. 10 min away from the Robelen Center/@theGrounds. Rooms are big and spacious. Room and beds were clean. Reasonably priced and affordable. Only thing that was annoying was the beds are on a metal frame, and we would accidentally kick the bottom of the metal frame and it would make a loud bang noise, but it’s not too big of an issue. Will definitely stay here again.

One man operation in the office. He didn't know the wifi, so I never had wifi during my stay. A bit sluggish to check in and out. The room and facilities were clean.

Staff was great. All 3 front desk and 2 cleaning crew staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The motel/room was very clean, but could use some upgrades. The door looked like a crowbar had been used to open it at least once and the floor/step-down into the shower/bath tub was odd, definitely not easy to use if you had stregth issues. (any one with weaknesses or knees issues would have had issues getting in/out).

The plastic handle on the shower broke so the water temperature could not be adjusted, resulting in cold showers. Television reception was horrible. Screws on the door lock were loose.

Thankfully I didn’t unpack but we did have to move twice since in our first room the remote was not working, in the second room the remote worked but tv wasn’t working, third room was great but the heater/ac wasn’t working, we didn't want to keep changing rooms so I just cracked the window open for some nice cool air.

TV quality was low, management might want to check that out because the quality seemed as if it was going to go out at any time. Shampoo in shower, but no conditioner in case you tend to not travel w these items because you assume hotel will provide. Kitchen was being remodeled so they offered a grab and go sack breakfast, which we did not get so I can’t speak to that. I would stay here again for a night or two, but would request a room not on highway side. Quiet grounds though for a Saturday night.

Now the reason for only 3 Stars There was black hair all over my bathroom floor. I have blonde hair. The bathtub was mostly sunk into the ground and for somebody like me who has ADA issues made it nearly impossible to get in and out of the shower.

Then, being a motel, there were car alarms that kept going off and around midnight, our room fire alarm went off. We reset it fell back asleep and it went off again at one am. I went to the office and the manager had left so the clerk told me to take it off the wall, it probably needed batteries. There were no other rooms to move us to and she told me the whole county was booked and my best bet was Sacramento (at 1 am). So I walked back to the room, went back to the office and gave her the smoke alarm. It went off again and I could hear it all the way back to my room. I feel that they should have at least offered a discount. We were there for a basketball tournament with two teenagers and were woken up twice by the fire alarm.

We stayed there tonight due to my daughter‘s tournament and we supposed to check out Sunday at 11:30 but my daughter tournament got delayed so the agent in the front desk I didn’t get his name, he’s very helpful he extended our checkout and that was really nice of him. This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The only reason I’m even giving it one star is because the lady at the front desk was so sweet. Otherwise, the room was terrible. They put us in a handicap room which didn’t even allow me to shower because I was 3 feet taller than the showerhead. Second the people in the room next to us apparently also had the room above us and we’re up all night, banging each other, doing drugs, and partying the the entire night while myself and my 13-year-old tried to even get a wink of sleep. Terrible terrible place. Not to mention it was freezing cold and the heater didn’t work. Another thing is that they had basically sheets his blankets so we froze and had to listen to people screwing and doing drugs all night and banging up and down the stairs.

Bed was a thin mattress on metal springs. . No water in the pool, but our patio was flooded We were not able to sit outside. Towels were so thin. Had to request extra towels for every shower. Garbage and sheets only changed every 3 days so our garbage piled up in the room. Bathroom sink had mold in the caulking. Doors did not close. No paint around toilet.

Even though the property is old, you can see that the property has been renovated to the best it could be. The room was clean. The AC worked well and the filters were clean. Staff was very responsive to replace the broken microwave in my room. Grab and go breakfast was convenient and contained a variety of items. Walkable distance to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We had a family emergency and found Heritage Inn closest to us. We're so grateful for the quickness we were able to reserve the room for my family. The ladies at the front desk, Ms. Jamie, and the young lady in the morning afterwards were excellent, attentive, and answered and helped us in a professional manner. We felt welcomed and appreciated! The water was shut off to the entire property Saturday morning. No advance notification to all the guests. I personally had a business appt that I had to cancel because I could not shower and get ready for it. I thought this was a display of very poor customer service. Really did not like the sunken tub. Grab bars were not even usable if you are getting in and out of the shower. The faucet in the bathtub is not functioning properly. I would expect some partial refund of my cost due to the extreme inconvenience of not having any water for well over an hour. I will never stay at this location again. Nor will I refer anyone to this location.

This hotel was extremely misrepresented in their pictures online. They must have photoshopped them since the pool was empty except a tiny bit of dirty water with no furniture on the deck (unlike the pictures). The room and bathroom had a very sparse, outdated feel with very old fixtures and finishes. The front desk staff was very nice and professional, but the rooms were horrible. Also, our room was right next to the freeway so very noisy even with our tv on (that was hung crooked) and white noise playing on our cell phone.

They turn the water off at around 9am and we couldn't turn a shower or brush our teeth before checking out.

At approximately 9 am my wife was taking a shower and without warning the water turned scalding hot, then stopped running altogether, with her body covered with soap. The front desk lady said the water would be off for 10 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later the water came on. The staff should have advised us they needed to turn off the water before they did. Poor customer communication. Made us late to a very important meeting. Will be contacting corporate management for the motel to file complaint. Also my wife skin color is still red after 4 hours!

The employee named Christian in the front desk was really rude. Charged us twice for the deposit was very condescending and just plain rude. When we tried to explain to him, the toilet did not flush right you needed a hole down the handle. The shower was not working properly. They had a notice that the pool will be closed October 13 and when we showed up for a visit on the 11th they said that the pool was closed and when I explained to him about the notice he said like I said it’s closed and I told him to read it closely and he was mistaken, but still closed

The front desk staff was friendly, but they couldn't do anything to help us. So I sent the manager an email, including pictures of the roaches, and the only thing they offered was a discount on a future stay. No thanks, don't want to stay there again!!!

At check in an hour later than stated check in time, the room still wasnt ready. The computer went down and it took them 3 times to run our credit card. Shower head was pulling away from the wall. They said they would have a walk away breakfast but only had coffee.

I stay at this hotel often, and everything was more or less acceptable. However, this time the room cleaning was terrible. When I checked in, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the toilet was of poor quality, and the toilet paper holder was barely holding up. I was particularly upset by the presence of other people's hair.

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. Nice location, close to shops and highways but not busy. Hotel amenities are good. Breakfast is included, just to note that it is bagged breakfast and not the sit-in type. We had a minor issue with bathtub knob and it was addressed to immediately. Overall the stay was good.

I booked my room using my debit card. When I checked in I informed the clerk that the debit card was no longer valid and I needed to use my new card. He said that was fine so I used that card for payment. I later got a call saying my card was declined. That was my old card. My bank had already approved my new card but I was told I needed to redo it. I was assured the manager would fix it in the morning. That didn't happen and when I called all I was told is that there was only one transaction and nobody wanted to investigate. Now I'm out $98.40 for the first transaction and nobody seems to care. It was a horrible experience. Heritage Inn needs to admit they made a mistake (which was already acknowledged) and make it right

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. As a female traveling for work, I really appreciated that I felt safe throughout my stay. The only minor downside was the quality of the TV, but aside from that everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My stay started out ok. Lady at front desk was a bit rude when it came to my service animal. I was put in a down stairs “non smoking” room that smells like an ashtray. Beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the ground. Upstairs above us where people up at all hours and people next to us hitting walls. This meaning I didn’t get much sleep. And well to top it off I’m disabled and was unable to use the shower as the tub in in ground with a ledge and no support handles. Would like a partial refund for this inconvenience. I will not be back nor recommending this motel to anyone.

We just stayed one night for a concert at Thunder Valley. It's fairly close and much cheaper than staying there. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got coffee and grab and go breakfast in the morning. It was quiet and right off the main road, close to freeway.

The tv was broken, had fuzzy lines running through it. The room was nice. the beds were super comfortable. Not enough towels. The quality of people around us was super questionable. Saw quite a few cops circling the lot, a car got graffitied with tires slashed. It was an interesting stay. The kids insist it was haunted.

The room I stayed in was fly infested, the floors were sticky and it smelled of smoke. I wasn’t going to write a review but when I brought my concerns to the receptionist she had no regard for anything I was saying and refused to let me talk with management. They also charged two separate cards for two transactions when it should’ve only been one so now I’m dealing with my bank to erase one transaction.

This was the worst hotel I have been in..it is the equivalent of a motel 6. The toilet was dirty, there was a large gap in the front door, there was a strong chemical odor in the room that burned my throat and I felt unsafe. We walked into the room, looked around and left and checked into a different hotel.

I want to give a shoutout to Christian, the one and only person behind the counter. He was professional and used composure under pressure with a filled lobby of customers wanting to check in. He deserves to be recognized. Thank you Christian.

We have found our new place to stay! Normally we stay in Sacramento for our yearly trip to Lake Tahoe. Rooms were large and clean. The pool was large and had a large area to lounge around or layout in. The staff was very friendly. Check in was prompt. Breakfast is grab and go and was way more than anyone can eat and was very good. It was a very quiet room, except for our loud kids. Roseville is a very nice area, lots of close restaurants and grocery stores. The other guests we saw were families.

But the kicker was the insanely loud air conditioner which sounded like an old rough engine and came on every 5 minutes. We called and where told that they will send a technician in the morning. It’s older building and I could hear the person upstairs walking (stomping) all night ( More of a hotel for people to sleep that have been given homeless assistance), Someone was smoking outside my room and the AC just pulled the smoke in. When I went to wash my face the sink was clogged with someone’s vomit so I had to use the shower to wash my hands and get ready in the morning. The hotel staff was kind. I only liked the idea that the parking was right outside the door but, it is definitely worth paying more for a better nights sleep.

The hotel stay was ok. Nothing special. Lobby was beautiful. However, landscaping could be updated outside in front of building and all along the outer rooms. It's amazing how nice plant life can update a space. The outdoors was very bland, first impression when driving up reminds you of more industrial park than a comfortable Inn. This place has great potential. They're definitely not there yet. Staff was very friendly. This issue is not a staffing issue. It is a management/corporation office issue. They need to invest in their property and I'm sure more people would stay in their Inn.

I like the convenience of parking in front of my room and saving money so I took a chance on this place. You can tell they are making improvements even though curb appeal may not be there. We felt safe and comfortable. Beds feel new and very comfortable. Bedding looks new. Furnishings and flooring are updated. Room and bathroom are very spacious. Lobby is in progress but clean. Coffee needs some work. As does the pool area but it has potential. The room photos on Expedia show a variety of new and old and had me worried about an old room but we were satisfied.

TV regularly lost connection and was in a constant state of snow/fuzz. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so much. A lot of interesting clientele frequenting this hotel that made me uneasy with my son. Our hotel was the only on the row with no peep hole. The pool is not worth visiting. There was a homeless tent on the other side of the metal gate. Reception and staff were great. Room itself was fine. Just felt a bit uneasy with some of the noise and activity levels of other hotel stayers which sounded right outside my room oftentimes at all hours.

We got a great deal on this room, and you get what you pay for, so i wasnt expecting anything too fancy. The outside was run down looking, but the rooms themselves were renovated like in the pictures. They were very bare bones, but modern and clean. The only real issue was a beeping that started around 5am. Eventually, it sounded like someone came and took whatever was beeping out of the room next door. I went back to sleep. About half an hour later, the beeping started again. This time, it woke up my husband, and he callled the front desk. They said it was a faulty carbon monoxide sensor, and that maintainence was on it. It beeped all morning until we got up and checked out a few hours later. It seemed pretty ridiculous to do nothing about it for hours when it is disrupting your guests' sleep.
