The location a/c leak water inside the room, tv with limited channels, not enough illumination, door in bad condition look like can be open with a small kick. The pool was dirty and horrible, a lot of leaves and a dead insect there. ice maker not working.

I never even stayed here. Upon arrival Anna was very nice. I was given the key to our room and it went down hill. Concrete floors, dirty beds with stains pulled back the blankets and found dirt plus hair. The fridge rocked. Asked about another room, she showed us 2 others but they were only one beds when we needed 2 finally she found a double bed but that even worse. Literally makeup on the pillows dirty shoe marks on top of the beds and stains and still more hair under the blankets and pillows also makeup in the bathroom on the counter. We expressed our disgust and she said put in for cancel and waive the fee which I have yet to see. It’s been 4 days. Also dozens of rat traps around the pool area. Nothing

Room looked like it had recently been remodeled which was one of the better parts of this stay. I wanted to use the pool but it was so green it detoured me from doing so. I didn't have any hot water so cold showers for me. There was mold in the restroom. The sink wouldn't drain properly and I found a flea on my bed at least im hoping it was only one. Breakfast was disappointing, I went to get cereal and the milk was spoiled. The syrup for the waffle tasted terrible. The fridge for the yogurts was not cooling. I feel the stay was a bit over priced for what it was.

My rental car got vandalized at their parking lot. Right in front of the hotel. It has a CCTV right in front where i parked. The management did not cooperate and did not share their cctv footage for insurance evidence.

Location was great. Pool was good. Beds comfortable Mold on ceiling above sink and by the second bed by bathroom ceiling the shower head was installed for short people not someone above 6’.

Disappointing

I asked for a non smoking room and my room smelled like cigarettes. They did not clean the rooms every day. Staff was not helpful.

I truly had a wonderful time! 😊 The wafers were absolutely delightful, the room felt so inviting, and the staff were genuinely kind and went out of their way to make my stay feel special. It really made a difference!

Room wouldn’t close they smelled like marijuana and towels had public hairs

Checked in at 8pm (check in is at 3pm) 2 king room was not ready yet. Cleaning lady was smoking what smelled like mariguana outside our smoke free room left our room smelling like it. Cleaning lady left our room "ready" with missing pillow cases that she was later supposed to bring in (they never arrived during our stay) and wet floor from moping (floor got dirty after stepping on it). No hot water on the shower and AC unit with a lot of noise. Front desk people did not provide any solutions since hotel was "fully booked". Check out day at 8am (we were still sleeping) another cleaning lady tried opening our room 2 different times (unsuccessful thanks to the manual door safety latch) without knocking to see if anyone was there. When arriving to the front desk to speak to the manager I just saw the same young guy from the check in night with bo solutions to any of our problems. Worst hotel i have stayed in San Antonio.

Ac needs to clean

I had booked In advance and when I got there I checked in and then went to my rooms and there was people sleeping inside the rooms on one of them . On the other room the restroom was dirty like it wasn’t clean at all . Then I went to reception to complain and their was two other couple complaining for the same reason that their was people already inside their rooms too .

I booked this hotel online for my grandson’s, Boot Camp, graduation, and For one thing online you have to be careful where you book because it’s not like the picture shows it I end up having to pay for another motel, I had my seven year old niece with me, and there was no way that I could stay there people standing out it just wasn’t great at all they really need to upgrade and be realistic when they’re advertising their property I supposed to have a kitchen microwave, but there was none of that the air conditioner wasn’t plugged up. They said they had a grill where you can grill it was a barrel where people were sitting around drinking.I’m sorry but it was sleezy in a sleezy area put it this way it wasn’t a days inn by Wyndham for sure

The rate with Expedia was good, the bed was comfortable. The key needed a recharge almost every time. There were no hangers or closet. The mirror light at the bathroom sink was dim and there was not another light for dressing. It looked like the pillows lacked pillowcases; they had protective covers on. Only 1 set of towels were given (1 person, 1 towel). I visited the office daily; the staff was polite. Location next to HWY 90, traffic can be heard all night.

I had to change my room 3 times. All of the bed linen was grimy dirty. Bath tub was filthy. The floors wasnt mopped. There were dead roaches every where and crawling every where. I shower head was capped so the water couldnt get hot. Please do not stay here it was for sure false advertisement and in a bad neighborhood

Everything was good, except the pool was really dirty and that was the whole point we book a hotel

When we arrived the first room we were given was dirty the sheets were dirty and had blood on then. We were given a new room those sheets were dirty and had blood on them. I had them change the sheets. There were dead bugs all over the floor. And the toilet stopped working. And smelled bad. The 3rd room we moved to was at least clean. Sad to have to include that as a plus.

There were ants in the bed, the blankets were dirty, there was no cold water only hot water and it was a huge inconvenience for my daughter and I to bathe. There were cockroaches in the food area and flies...it was a very bad experience😖

Place was amazing, I was for sure surprised with the place and the room. I wasn’t expecting much but it exceeded my expectations. Front desk workers were very nice, will be back!

The pool was so very nice to have after a long hot day. If your staying bc your child is at lackland it is very close which is nice since you need to be there very early! The customer service is very good, they are accommodating and very friendly! I would definitely stay again if I needed to be at the AFB! The price was right!

ABSOLUTELY NOT! If you are looking for homeless people and drug addicts to be sitting in front of the door this is the place for you. Also the tv didn’t work in our room and the ac was not cutting it.

This property was a complete disappointment. When I arrived, I saw people openly using contraband in the parking lot. The pool was so green and nothing like the photos advertised. I decided not to stay and immediately left. I requested a refund since the property did not match what was shown online, but was denied. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place.

Do not stay here, place was filthy rooms were half way renovated and staff is extremely unprofessional. They have not returned my deposit and there’s no way to reach them.

The hotel room was completely dirty! The floors had dirt all over. The refrigerator was so wonky I couldn't even open it without it falling over. The bathroom wasn't cleaned! There was a hair and dirt in the corner. The shower head was cracked open. The room smelled like cigarettes or marijuana. Most disgusting room I have ever had! Also, they did not let me take the breakfast waffles that I made for my autistic daughter go to the room. The staff was rude. No one said hello to me, they said 'good morning' to everyone who was white, but not me! Racist and discriminatory and complete filth. Never ever coming here again. Would never ever recommend. I have pictures and videos!

Customer service was great. Breakfast options are limited, but my kiddos loved it. We would def stay here again.

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the room and all it had to offer. Nice bed, nice pool and the breakfast was a plus. The shops around was convenient which I liked since I didn't have a car.

The AC was not good at all. The box kept running making more noise and when it shut down the humidity came back.

Once we got checked into our room, we noticed there was no water. The front desk said it would be about 30 mins before it would be back on, maintenance was being done to a pipe leak. There was a small, dead roach under the AC unit. The day was good at that, until late into the night when we heard a "pop" come from the bathroom area..I got up and didn't notice anything, until I opened the fridge, and it was not a fridge, it was a freezer unit. All 5 shelves in the "fridge" now contained frozen water bottles, frozen coffee creamer, frozen energy drinks and frozen soda..One of the sodas had exploded. There was only one dial for the settings, and it was either "off, 1 or 2". I tried both settings and neither seemed to keep our items from freezing, so we spent the next few days without using it. And no, we did not have the time nor energy to find a new room or hotel, due to us being there only for our sons Air Force Graduation, or else we would have found a different place to stay.

However, the bathroom lighting could be better, especially for tasks like doing makeup. Also, having access to a fresh-water pool would be perfect after an emotionally exhausting day — a relaxing way to wash away the stress when your child has just graduated from AFB Basic Training and is moving on to the next step in life. Overall, it’s a great place to stay near the base.

Staff was awesome, cleaned everyday. No complaints. Perfect for any Air Force geaduations it is in Excellent position to visit Lackland base.

Honestly the room was dirty I am a person who don’t complain but I asked can you clean my room they took until the second day to do it. Breakfast i didn’t try it just coffe that looks fine. Staff was fine and welcoming. The toilet was clogged so you need to be constantly flushing and flushing.

luckily we had the door blocked off with the little lock inside the room. we looked through the window and saw them just walking away. my question was why is landscaping coming in the room? why didn’t they announce themselves? Overall i definitely will never be staying here again and my advice spend the extra money for a better spot.

The neighborhood was a little rough. There was no carpet in the room. Outside noise was a bit much. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice and soft

The people that work there were great and the issue we had is really nothing the hotel could do about it but it is alot of homless folks and meth heads floating around we also had a guy knock on the door and ask if we had any meth to sell

Floor was dirty. The outside of the building was dirty. The fridge did not work and kept freezing everything despite fixing the fridge temperature. At one point it stopped working.

Over it was ok hotel , stay was really friendly and nice. But the hotel itself needed a lot of work done. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling , the toilet kept clogging up ( we didn’t put paper down the toilet it went in the trash). Not to mention the pool broke down so so it was unavailable, breakfast was ok it ran out really quickly for a week day .. good thing the shower was awesome not to mention the bed were super comfy .. everything else in the room was really good.

Payed for room 2 days ahead and when I got to property they gave me a room that was already occupied. I went to front office and she gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned. House keepers did a quick 15 min clean with dirty bed sheets and dirty bathroom.

The hotel was super dirty, the pool was green and unusable, and the area was full of drug users and homeless people. You don't feel safe because all those people are walking near your car and the room door all night. For this reason, I do not recommend this place at all.

The room I stayed in had a bathroom door that wouldn’t shut, and floors were very dirty when we came in. There were dead ants around the room. And the front door kept getting stuck so I couldn’t probably close or open. I had to use all my force for an open/close. The shower looks like it was remodeled and wasn’t covered during remodel so it looked gross. I did whatever I could to not touch the shower walls as they looked like they’d never been wiped down. The rooms smell very humid. I appreciate the towels and bedding to be very clean. The tv was great as well. The lady at the front desk let us check in very early like 8am free of charge.

The workers were great so I feel bad about leaving a negative review but... The pool was green and unusable. The neighborhood felt unsafe with sketchy people roaming around. The room was okay and clean but the bedding was lackluster..basically just sheets. It was also hard to get the room dark because the outside was lit up like daylight, i guess because of the neighborhood.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I was woken up by a Mouse rooting around inside the trash can and could not get out at 3am! Management was very confrontational when I addressed it in the morning, not to mention the homeless people that were in the staircase at all times! Absolute worst stay at any hotel I’ve ever been in! I had to tie the mouse up inside the trash bag. Photo attached.

It was not in the best area. The rooms were not very clean. The pool was green. The TV did not work and the lamps had no light bulbs.The front desk said they would be available 24 hours. I went to talk to them at 8 pm and no one was there and the doors were locked. I had spoken to other guests who said they left.

If the deciding factor for getting this hotel is breakfast pick somewhere else it was not existent. The pools pump was broken so it was a lovely shade of lime. The room overall wasn’t bad, but the floors were not great.

The 1st room the door didn’t close so when we got there in the middle of the night and storm the floor was all wet, we couldn’t lock our room. The shower head was missing and the knob was broken off. 2nd room was better but then we didn’t have hot water and showered with cold water. The breakfast provided was ok! Overall would not stay there again? NO

Our experience was not the greatest. The room still had dirty belongings in it from the person before the floor was never cleaned toilet didn’t flush unless she flushed it three times bathroom door wouldn’t shut the refrigerator still had old food in it. We could not swim in the pool because it was very, very murky with a lot of dirt settled on top

The room was very clean. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our luggage. The kiddos loved the pool. staff were all very nice.

I have a disability and they carried my bags in and out the room for me. The outside of the property don’t let that fool you. I checked around at different properties and stayed put. Anything needed they provided.
