Not a bad spot for a couple day visit or so if you're trying to be near off base but probably better options around. More like a budget area to stay in really.

Nasty dump in the middle of the slums...Felt like I could be robbed walking down the street, crack heads everywhere. Dont stay here, run away quickly from here!

They had bedbugs. I had to throw my clothes away. We had bites all over us. Told the man at front desk I was getting bit while I was checking out. He said do you have pictures, I said look at me as I am being bit and scratching. Still no refund.

Honestly had a great stay here. The room was clean, everything worked well, and it was nice and quiet at night. The location near Lackland AFB was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, I was really impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was much less expensive than other options, and for good cause. But management endeavors to take care of its guests, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to base. It was excellent for all our priorities-especially when we discovered we could get coffee close by at McDonalds.

Friendly welcoming staff, clean room, working a/c & tv, perfect water pressure & comfortable temp… what more can you ask for? Although I would have liked fresh towels throughout my stay overall I was pretty satisfied.

Nothing No ice machine ( broken) but thanks to the girl upfront I got ice one time then I had to go buy a bag next door at the gas station .

I loved the stay here. This is my favorite hotel in the area because the staff are super-friendly, rooms are clean. if you ever in the area I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s convenient because everything is nearby. You name it and it’s there.

They are running a deposit scam to keep some or all of customers deposits. The manager here demands a $100 deposit using your credit card to stay here. My card would not accept the charge so they had to take my $100 deposit in cash. I ended up staying 3 days and before I check out I always wipe everything down, I sweep using a small broom in my car and I throw the trash out just so I don't have to put up with the manager trying to keep my deposit. However, when I went to check out the manager went to check out my room and spent 10 min before coming back and she started telling me that she was going to keep $10 of my deposit because my towel was wet and dirty and that I was lucky she didn't keep all of it cuz m the inside of the fridge was dirty. So now we have to do our own laundry and detail our room before we are allowed to check out? She is stealing $10 from me to pay for basically shop rag that she is going to put into the washer and reuse anyway. Horrible stay, management was so unprofessional , rooms are small n uncared for.

At 1st it was horrible, didn’t realize that it was a non refundable hotel for 50$, plus you need to put a deposit of and extra 50-100$ which you get back BUT at the time for check in I didn’t have it, came back later on with my friend and they spotted the 50$ deposit and they do inspect the room before you leave.

If I could give this place, no stars I would. I think a food truck has more room inside than my hotel room here there were ants in the bathroom the caulking all around the bathtub and drain was cracked and missing in places. Hair on the toilet and in the bathtub and not from anybody’s head, One of the people who worked there told me a guy lived in that hotel room for three years Prior to them, renting it out. There was no soap no shampoo no extra toilet paper. I would not recommend staying here even for the price.

The staff was extremely hard working which was reflected in the cleanliness of the property. They were also extremely attentive and accommodating. For the price of a night there, I could not ask for more. If you are visiting the Lackland AFB, this place is extremely close and within walking distance. Highly recommend.
