Quick weekend get away for my boyfriend and I. The location was perfect for visiting San Diego. Close to everything an an amazing view of the bay. The staff were professional and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Not worth the price. More like a 3 star hotel. No lifeguards at pool. Very disappointed use to go here a lot.

The only odd thing that I encountered that I think is worth mentioning is that the parking stalls in the parking lot are insanely small. I still highly recommend this hotel 100% but the parking lot gave me anxiety when trying to navigate with a rental car.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
I paid for bay view room but was given partial view. When I called front desk to get the type of room I paid for I was told they were all committed. Line it was my fault. I emailed the property after leaving only to receive the same answer. Parking and destination fee is over $100 daily. That’s insane. Food/beverage allowances are now only limited to the bar on the top. No more valid at the market or any other bars which ended in me not using it at all.

The hotel is under construction and it shows. We have stayed there a few times and the quality has declined for the price. I would no longer recommend this hotel like before.

Good location, great views. Pet fees very high. We stayed one night but the pet fees was still $100 for the stay. Rather charge nightly, than a high price for the full stay. There is no pet relief area or anything geared for pets for that high fee. Parking fee also very expensive. Otherwise, good stay!

Very quick easy checkin. Room was clean and had a nice view of the water. We were two doors from the elevator and ice machine which was not ideal. The noise from the elevator was constant until sometime between 1-2 AM then started again around 7 AM. I understand that this was likely just luck of the draw in terms of the room we were assigned but for the price paid per night I would not have expected the elevator noise we experienced. Staff was very friendly in the lobby/bar restaurant. I felt safe in the area and there were a good amount of families with younger children who were staying at this location. Easy walk to the gas lamp district and petco park. Overall a good experience.

The check in line was very long but of course we arrived in a 3 day holiday weekend. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. The top of the Hyatt restaurant lounge was good. Great drinks but horrible service. Servers were rude and obnoxious. The front desk staff was amazing. Buffet breakfast was excellent! The server at the buffet was also friendly and super helpful. Amazing stay.

Property is nice staff is rude Booked a queen room with 2 queen beds on a high floor and got a double room with 2 double beds. When I went to. Check in the receptionist said they were very booked and had “a lot of moving around to do” sounds like a you guys problem and not mine. Not sure why I made the booking if I didn’t get what I booked. This was for our wedding anniversary and our night got ruined. Will never stay here again.
- 2/5
Location First, the key card system failed twice, and we had to wait a total of 2 hours in line to resolve the issue. The rooms didn't have enough space to store our clothing or enough drawers. There was a hole or crack in the wall near the fire sensor, which is very concerning. The view through the windows facing the bay was obstructed by a few ropes hanging outside. We were not informed of any maintenance outside our window, and we paid extra for a harbor view that was partially blocked. Although we paid for parking, the lot was full, so we had to use valet parking instead. The breakfast food was okay, but not worth the price. The restaurant (Seaview) had very old and damaged chairs. We had to think twice before sitting. However, the room cleaning staff and restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful. Overall, I'm disappointed since we expected better from a hotel in one of San Diego's most exclusive locations.

The Manchester Hyatt always delivers as expected. They have valet and bellhop which is important to me traveling with a special needs child and I need the convenience of having some help moving all of the luggage up to the room and parking the car for us. The room was well appointed and clean. They do not have any special amenities that we used but the pool looked inviting. We just stayed the night before going on our Disney cruise. It is conveniently close and also they have a Disney counter that can give you extra tags if needed. All in all it was a nice stay and the staff is very friendly and efficient.
- 3.5/5
The hotel is vast, the rooms are very comfortable, great views and in a great location. Our room was quite noisy from the elevators so choose a room away from them.

Perfect location between the convention center and the Midway museum. No need for a car rental; we walked everywhere! Lauren was very helpful! Room 2462 in Seaport section does have an old smokers smell, which could be from cleaning fluids. I’m super sensitive to odors, so we kept widows open to circulate the air. Overall, we would be back in a snap!

We booked two rooms for two nights. When we arrived, the rooms weren’t ready so they offered us an upgrade to the penthouse suite at no additional charge. The suite belonged to the former owner of the hotel as a private residence. It was beautiful, spacious, first class with amazing views. The thermostat in the master suite did not work. The first night, we called maintenance to come fix it. They said it was controlled remotely and made some adjustments but the room only got colder, down to 64 degrees for the entire night. The thermostat itself was modern and lit, but it was right next to the bedside facing my wife. The thermostat stayed lit all night in her face. After a terrible night’s sleep, we opted not to stay another night and checked out a day early. What started out to be a very nice option turned out to be very disappointing. When we come to San Diego, we like to stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt because of its great location and nice amenities. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back. When I checked out and expressed my disappointment, all the staff member did was apologize and not ask how they could make our stay better. Clearly the penthouse is not available for booking, so don’t offer it to the public if the amenities don’t work properly.

It’s a decent hotel more or less. Great location though.
- 5/5
The property was very clean. I like seeing her very much. I did see a large dog and it seemed welcoming to pets. We have a pet and I was hoping to bring it. Maybe next time the only complaint I would have is the main pool was under renovation or some kind of construction. We were really helping to go in a hot tub. Maybe if there was one by the adult pool that would be nice.

Housekeeping services were lacking. Had to ask for basic supplies on a daily basis. For example, coffee, coffee cups, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some towels were stained and they were all worn out and needed to be replaced badly. When we arrived to our room, there was a half-full water bottle on the counter that someone had left. Location is excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, an okay experience.
- 4/5
Great location. Really appreciated the breakfast buffet package and everything that came with that. The hot water was hot watering! I liked being able to get in and out of the parking garage with my room key. The facility was quite grand and had several places to eat, which I liked as well, including a full bar. No microwave in the room. No balcony to enjoy from my room. Air conditioner was good, but it wasn’t great in our bedroom. Sometimes we were hot. Pillows were pretty flat. I would’ve appreciated either one more pillow or two solid pillows. Bathroom light was terribly bright. It would’ve been nice to have an alternate dimmer light in the middle of the night when i had to go to the bathroom. I really would’ve appreciated room service that was normal and not “economic” and also one that ran later hours…we ended up having to call for takeout and then meet someone outside because there’s no way for them to get up to our room.
- 0.5/5
No room service at night, huge hotel. Had to Uber Eats and staff don’t deliver food to room either
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, great location.
- 1.5/5
Location was nice by the water. Almost $100 in hidden fees that get paid at the hotel. Plus another $45 a night for parking. The pool was dirty, the seats to lounge were dirty. Such a large hotel and they only had one little hot tub open that was filled with people. The room smelled like fresh paint, we had to leave all the windows open to try not to breathe in all the fumes from the paint.
- 1.5/5
The only positive thing I can say about the property is it a good location in the downtown area. The room was very low quality and wasn’t equivalent to the pricing. There was a large crack running across our bathroom sink. I felt like I was staying in a low scale hotel. The pool area on the 3rd floor and the sport courts were closed. The family pool area was run down, the water was freezing and murky, there was no restaurant service at the pool only alcohol .

5th year in a row my 9 year old daughter and I stay 1-2 nights for our annual Daddy-Daughter Christmas date. Great hotel, beautiful with amazing views of Seaport Village, the Coronado Bridge and the sunset. Great snack and dining options onsite, easy valet parking, or very walkable from the train station which we've done a few times. Conveniently located near gaslamp for tons of dining options and fun. Will be back next year for our 6th annual trip.

Everything was fabulous! Loved the location as we got to do many things while there. Seaport Village was really fun and we got to see the seals playing by the boats! Gaslamp was also fun! Great time!
- 2/5
We reserved a King renovated room, which was not available during check in. They offered us a Double renovated room, but the bed was full size, not queen or a King unrenovated room. We chose this hotel based on the newer condition and photos, so we went with the double room. It was an uncomfortable rest after driving for 4 hours. The hotel needs better planning, especially for a holiday weekend. If you get the room you booked, then it's a very nice stay, but if you don't why not choose the many other options in the area?

Fantastic gym and location is great (right next to seaport) ... on the downside, staff was ok, ie., housekeeping missed our room 2nd day and when we called, no response, went downstairs to front desk, long line, went to bell desk, they called and still no service ... also, lots of rain this week, so several leaky spots in hotel, ie., gym, parking garage, out front, etc.
- 5/5
The room had an excellent view of the bay and the pool. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The valet was slow but everything else was great!
- 5/5
Good place and near petco park!
- 4/5
clean room, amenities, hope there was a microwave oven
- 3/5
Registration staff was friendly and helpful. Bell staff, not so much. The hallways and rooms could definitely use a deep clean and updating. The vinyl couch in our room was peeling and falling apart, bathroom sink was cracked. It rained while we were there and a lot of places had water leaking through the roof, especially the area between the Harbor Tower and the parking garage
- 3/5
The room was in good condition there was trash there from the last stay, the biggest think was I put it was my daughters birthday and there was no acknowledgment… I usually get something sweet in the room for when we check in but this time nothing. And it was new year eve … that’s crazy. I called before I checked in and I put it in the reservation. The kids event that was available for New Year’s Eve was fun, but I do think they should have had the balloons set up on the ceiling for a pull release :) but everything else was good. check out was good.

Excellent stay...wonderful staff
- 4/5
The room was very clean and well-kept, and the whole property felt fresh and tidy. They are doing renovations, but there wasn't an absurd amount of dust or debris anywhere. The location is excellent—a short Uber to the Gaslamp, perfect for a night out in the area. Despite being in such a convenient spot, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The only con that I have is that we were asked if we wanted to pay an additional fee for a renovated room. The room we were in was great, i.e. clean, spacious, individual heating/cooling, coffee maker, etc... so I'm not sure what the renovated rooms would have offered. I guess I would have liked to have the option to see a renovated room for comparison. The valet fee is steep; it's about $120/night, which is crazy because other hotels in the area charge literally half that amount. Overall, this was a great choice for a short stay, and I would happily come back again, but park my own vehicle and save the extra cash for drinks :)

The room needs a remodel. The blinds are ripping on the sides, and the bathroom needs a full replacement. Tub spout leaks during shower, drain was fully clogged, mirror is coming apart at all corners and wires are showing.
- 3/5
Stayed for three days the room only been cleaned once had to request clean towel due to this but no one clear the trash bins

Room was neat and clean. Amenities nearby. Good experience. Staff was all great!
- 5/5
Great room, nice staff. Great location.
- 5/5
we did not eat food there
- 2/5
the room was dusty. it seems that our room hasn't been lived in or roomed for awhile. we were put in the harbor tower in the 18th floor. it wasn't as fancy and clean when we stayed in this hotel the last time. this side was more old, dusty and dungeony.
- 4/5
Check-in was great. Sam at the front counter was very pleasant and informative. Bell hop crew (Mike, Nick) was very friendly and quick with the service. Valet crew was also very quick and professional. Only complaint is that we got hit for $25 towel charge. I hosted my extended family in three rooms and one of the rooms forgot to dump the towels in the bin and took them to the room instead. Lame move from a higher end hotel. They didn't leave the property but we got charged as if we took them home.
- 5/5
All great and staff is so nice.
- 3/5
I wanted to know the ins and outs of the property and used the information provided to choose this property over others nearby. I was disappointed that upon arrival the Landing bar was closed (we checked in just after 4pm. This is the only place in the hotel that the daily $15 food and beverage credit could be used. The front desk staff was accommodating in letting us know that we could use the credit at the Market One convenience store. Not quite the same menu as Market One is basically an overpriced convenience store serving Starbucks coffee. Unfortunately this was the only option for food on site (other than the breakfast buffet) as the Landing was closed during our entire stay. This seems like it was possibly a last minute thing as I had spoken to the hotel just over a week before we arrived and was not told of any closures. Overall the hotel itself was great. All the staff that we encountered were very professional and friendly. The room was fine. Not saying it was a bad thing but it served its purpose. What elevated the room was the view of the harbor. We were on the 20th floor so the view was amazing. It was also very convenient that Enterprise has a desk on site in the lobby. This was helpful as we rented a car at the airport and were able to return it a day early at the hotel and save a little money.

She answered all our questions and got us settled rather quickly in time to enjoy the evening. Everyone from this Hyatt staff were outstanding. We will definitely stay with this Hyatt again due to the great staff along with Yessica's expertise and outstanding customer service. The Hyatt Team should be very grateful to have players on their team like Miss Yessica. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff.
- 5/5
When I asked about breakfast they said I didn’t have it
- 5/5
Fantastic front desk staff and guest services staff. Very welcoming, kind and helpful and also fun personalities with good recommendations. They made a big conference style hotel feel welcoming and cozy. Views from corner rooms are amazing. Overall great experience.
- 5/5
Front desk were very nice and polite will be coming back for sure
- 2/5
No service. Wrongful charge.
- 4/5
The suite really wow’d us!
- 5/5
We did not have breakfast. However, the Landing Place lobby bar had great food.
- 5/5
It was nice and the bar up top was great
- 3/5
Great hotel but they are so many “other” fees and taxes that are just not warranted. 65.00 a night for valet parking. California is in trouble.
- 5/5
Great view and renovated room. Close to everything!
- 1/5
way over priced and wasn’t great
- 5/5
We love staying there every time we’re out there. This is our 4th time staying and it hasn’t disappointed
- 5/5
Great place, need to improve the rooms !
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Ideal location
- 4/5
The vent fan and half the lights on the bathroom mirror were out. I have stayed in better rooms for less than half the price.
- 5/5
Had a nice corner room that overlooked the bay. Everything was great. Didnt get the breakfast though. Id only assume it was great
- 5/5

- 4/5
Staff were amazing
- 4/5
Great location, clean, rooms with an excellent view, parking (valet and self serve) onsite. Excellent customer service from all staff we meet. Upmarket hotel but with a hive of activity on the ground floor, conferences and similar, but also seemed to be just a meeting point.
- 5/5
The room was great. Very spacious. Everything you needed was there.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
This was the second time was have stayed at this s hotel, and it did not live up to the first. There was construction throughout the hotel, we were played in a smaller and older room than before, the front desk did not give us complimentary water or explain the hotel features like before. It just seemed to be tired staff that was not happy to be there.
- 5/5
Amazing location great place and helpful staff
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and room was clean
- 5/5
Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the market one location was extremely convenient with a great selection of food and drink. My room had a wonderful view as well as being very clean. Overall very pleased with my experience and would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Great staff!

Great
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Seaport Village, offering everything you need within walking distance. You and your family can fully enjoy your stay without having to venture far—Seaport Village and the hotel itself provide plenty to experience. The dining options are both affordable and excellent. There is truly no better hotel to choose from.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel to stay at while in San Diego From cleanliness to outstanding staff. The San Diego is an amazing place to stay. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted by cleanliness and outstanding staff. The rooms are spotless, and the decor is beautiful. The bay view is simply amazing. But what really sets this hotel apart is the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. They were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
- 4/5
We had a studio suite on the 38th floor and the view was amazing. It was a nice, spacious room, but the bathroom was so tiny and the bed was not very comfortable. The bellman mentioned that there are upgrades planned in the near future though...
- 3/5
Location is excellent, lots to do. The room needs some updates, some of the furniture was ripped and worn out. The Top of the Hyatt is spectacular, a must see!!!
- 4/5
The room was a little less than I expected based on the description. It did have a fantastic view of the water, but the room itself didn’t seem worth the price. It was only that view which really was obscured by a sofa and lots of other heavy furniture, so it was in consequential, unless you walked over and looked out.
- 5/5
Always great! Room and view were beautiful. Only thing was the hallway had bits of trash throughout.
- 5/5
She was very very informative and made sure we had a great experience. Thea Seaport tower gave a perfect view. The room was so clean and very comfortable. We said this is the place we are coming to when we come back to San Diego
- 5/5
It’s an amazing hotel, a must go in San diego
- 4/5
Room was not ready at check-in time, but other than that, we had a good time.
- 5/5
Well trained staff and good food. This is one of the best hotels near a convention center. Highly recommend it.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and accommodating whenever I needed something they were able to help me right away and had a quick response if I needed to have anything delivered to the room or any other questions I had
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
So nice staff. Even they help me find my lost cell phone. Highly appreciated.
- 5/5
Great area to explore
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 5/5
The Manchester Grand Hyatt is our go to hotel in San Diego due to its convenient location by the Seaport Village and many restaurants and shops. We have stayed there several times and always enjoy the scenic views from our room and the hospitality of the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of offerings including an omelette station. The MarketOne Cafe downstairs has many items including delicious pastries and other food and drink items. It is always a great experience to stay at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego.
- 5/5
The Hyatt is in a great location to walk to Gaslamp or Seaport Village and to Petco Park. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Love the location, loved the hotel and the layout of the hotel. We had a great room that overlooked the water. Having all the little markets on the water was fun to explore. We got an updated room for an additional $25. I’m glad we did. It was a great room.
- 5/5
The pool was being remodeled when we were there, that would have been nice to know when we booked the reservation.
- 5/5
Everything was great from beginning to our checkout and all area in between. :-)
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful and clean, was hoping not to get charged for all 4 days since the San Diego airport shut down and cancelled my flight. Although I stayed for 2 out of the 4 days, 1 day comp would have been great!
- 5/5
Excellent time
- 4/5
Great place very clean
- 2/5
They left my room door wide open after cleaning, despite the fact that I had over $10K in valuables inside. When I brought it up, it didn’t seem to be taken seriously. On top of that, they didn’t even restock the towels, which was the reason they were in the room in the first place.
- 4/5
The hotel is nice but more tailored for the convention fare & less of a resort ambiance. Service was efficient yet impersonal & why no concierge? They make a hotel experience.
- 3/5
Room was not clean during are stay and had to go to the front desk to request clean towels. Long elevator lines. Parking was a mess if you do not have a small car. The room was not worth the price need an update. Pros. Gift show was nice and had everything you would need.
- 3/5
The hotel is in a very nice area, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms aren’t as nice as they should be if you’re paying almost $600 a night (on weekends) The carpet was stained, our shower handle was broken, shower curtain stained.
- 5/5
This is one of the best places to stay in San Diego near the convention center. The hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. It is clean. It is quiet. It has a great bar and multiple dining options. The pool and the upstairs athletic Court and outdoor movies are bonuses. The service when you check in is warm and friendly. Jazzy was the best. She was kind and accommodating, and even explained some of the other services and options to enjoy in San Diego, such as Seaport Village, a bay cruise, bike rental rentals and more. The hotel is completely walkable to the gaslamp district little Italy, and more not to mention if you need an Uber or Lyft, they are easily available and affordable our room was clean and quiet. Again, can’t say enough good things about this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice property
- 5/5
Nice view Perfect location Expensive parking
- 4/5
I was not able to cast MLS matches or the Canelo fight on my television. Pretty upsetting. Lol.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Our room wasn’t ready for over 2 hours after check in time which made us miss our dinner reservations but we tried to make the best of our trip. Once we got in the room, it was beautiful and the views were amazing!
- 5/5
Location is amazing
- 5/5
We stayed in the newly renovated corner suite, it was perfect in every way! 10/10 we will surely be back.
- 3/5
The property and our room were extremely beautiful. The only thing that really disturbed us was that on of the our nights, we could not find ANY parking in the building. They charge us per day and we really struggled since most cars would take up two parking spots. Other than that, great experience.
- 5/5
great location, friendly staff, elevators are very modern, roof top bar was great and restaurant was great...
- 5/5
Nice view of the bay. A lot of dining options around. Very upscale property.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel and location. Specially the breakfast buffet in sea view location👍
- 5/5
Very nice!
- 5/5
The ambience was magnificent!
- 5/5
I enjoy walking in the evening around that area
- 5/5
Stayed while attending baseball game at Petco Park and we loved it. The security was nice that you had to use a key connected to your floor for elevators to work. We had dinner at Sallys Waterfront the food and atmosphere was excellent. We loved that they had a special pet menu for our little granddog who was traveling with us
- 5/5
Our stay there was great. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The front desk attendant Alfredo was amazing and so hospitable. Our bellman was also very welcoming and just wanted to make our stay the best experience. We went for a staycation and truly enjoyed ourselves. My kids felt welcomed and enjoyed themselves. We picked this location because of the pickleball courts. The only negative thing I have to say is that the price of parking fluctuates depending on how busy downtown is going to be. I think a flat rate for guest would work best and leave no surprises. Also the pool area tends to get very windy, so take a purse or bag for your items or they will fly everywhere.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff.

We love staying at this hotel when we visit San Diego. The hotel is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice property with plenty of amenities and location was great
- 5/5
Great hotel.
- 3/5
Everything was great except the elevators every time we needed to go the elevator we had to wait over 15mins!!! There was always only one elevator working!!!
- 2/5
Pool was very dirty, jacuzzi is extremely small which is not enough size to be able to handle people
- 5/5
We celebrated our 30th Anniversary at the Manchester Grand and booked a corner room; the view was outstanding and the room was large and comfortable. Angel at the check in desk was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend staying here if you are in San Diego.
- 5/5
Best hotel location, room, good 🌟 management I can tell. I like the system of operating the hotel
- 5/5
5 stars , GREAT Location. You won’t be disappointed !!!

- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Very big hotel, great location and great amenities.
- 5/5
This hotel didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrive to the time it's time to depart you're treated as if you are home. The greeting of, welcome home" goes a long way.
- 5/5
Definitely needs a bigger pool
- 4/5
No tengo problema con eso.
- 5/5
amazing clean
- 5/5
Great hotel walking distance to everything in the area
- 5/5
Quilt evenings, steps to Sea Port Village, lovely pool
- 5/5
Hotel is always amazing!
- 3/5
Valet needs improved. My husband is handicap and when I called at 5:30 am for a bellman and car for heading to the airport I got a recorded message they were too busy and to bring ticket down. I had 2 50 pound pcs of luggage, a bypap machine and bag, backpack and a husband on a walker myself. No room cleaned for 2 days
- 4/5
Rooms are a little outdated but clean.
- 1/5
The Room I reserved was not available and they gave me a horrible option.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, stunning views. Parking is very expensive.
- 5/5
All the other Hyatt staff I met during my San Diego trip were very courteous, especially Lauren (of the front desk) when I checked in. She was very considerate and offered to put both rooms on the same floor level. She also reminded me to let the restaurant hostess know that free breakfast was included in both room rates to avoid unnecessary extra charges. She gave a very detailed description of the hotel's amenities and clear instructions on how to get to our rooms. We stayed in double queen bed rooms with a view of the bay on the left side and a city view on the right side. Both rooms were spacious and clean, but the bathroom counters were slig
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed. Pool area furniture and chair in hotel room are a little old.
- 5/5
Beautiful building. Professional staff.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel and very clean. I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Great location in San Diego near the Gaslamp Quarter. We attended a concert at the Rady Shell and were able to easily walk, no need to worry about parking of paying for an Uber. It is a pricey venue, but great for special occasions.
- 5/5
Best hotel I've ever stayed in!
- 5/5
Love the pool & jacuzzi with Marina views, and the views of Coronado, North Island, & Point Loma from the gorgeous hotel.
- 5/5
Beautiful views walking distance to Gaslamp
- 4/5
The shower handle broke and we couldn’t get water from the shower. They were fast in fixing the issue
- 5/5
All was fine
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Promise this a treat for anyone…..The rooms were clean and the staycation was welcoming.
- 4/5
Nice quiet property
- 4/5
Lots of hidden fees
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Nice to get away on weekend with my love one. Definitely go back again
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great hotel in an amazing city
- 5/5
We had a great stay here.
- 4/5
Great location! Clean, comfortable. Room recently renovated. Early morning lobby music made teams calls challenging on east coast time
- 5/5
Was so nice, great views and great food
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Great place, check in was very slow. Long lines.
- 1/5
When I first got there, I was not able to park out front to go check in. I waited in an hour long line just to check in. When I got up to my room, it wasn’t clean no bags in the trashcan no soap. Would definitely never stay here again. Would definitely choose one of the other two hotels on the water next time. I’ve stayed up both of them and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Hyatt.
- 3/5
The view from the room is nice and staff are friendly. However, check-in experience is horrible, 40 minutes waiting, too many people and too little front desk staff. The soundproofing wall between rooms seems not working at all. I could hear every conversation from the room next to mine.
- 2/5
Now for the not so good things... The room seriously needs updating. The bathroom tub was very worn. Check-in was a very long wait, and the fees are ridiculous. I'm not sure if it was extra busy this weekend, but the elevator was so tied up that it took forever to get up and down from our room to the lobby. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. We wil not be going back.
- 5/5
Great spot !
- 5/5
Everything meet and exceeded expectations.
- 1/5
Bedsheet has stain Room has smell!
- 3/5
Room view was terrible. EVERY other room has either a city or harbor view. We literally looked onto a skylight. Advertisements in spots for an adult pool - does NOT exist. Only one pool and two hot tubs which are so awkwardly skinny that you are playing footsie the whole time. Great location but not worth the price.
- 4/5
Fun!
- 5/5
Pool was nice, view from room exceptional.
- 1/5
Ok
- 5/5
such a great experience here! everyone was so nice and the room and views were breathtaking
- 3/5
Too many people there, bleach odor in the room, sink cracked and flooded
- 4/5
Everything was great thr kids pool area could be clearer......
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel to stay staff pleasant and knowledgeable very clean lobby and in general entire hotel we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Our room had a great view of the seaport. Room and bathroom were quite clean. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Hotel had overall friendly atmosphere. Location was close to the SDCC. Will surely book here again when we come back to San Diego.
- 5/5
Presidential Suite was half the entire roof floor. Recommend if your hosting a large party or to celebrate a birthday
- 5/5
Loved loved loved how clean it was! This is the second time staying at a Hyatt hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Will continue to stay at many more of their locations.
