Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location. However, many express frustration with additional fees, particularly for parking and mandatory resort charges.
- Clean and spacious rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Additional fees for parking and resort charges
- Inconsistent breakfast experience
- 5/5
the stay was excellent. room was clean and smoke free. the food was great. Staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent location very close to almost everything
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was always a hit with the kids. The pool was clean. The location of the hotel is perfect if you don't have a car.
- 2/5
The room inside was old. The faucets didn’t work properly. The under sink cabinet was at least 40 years old. Was not worse the money.
- 5/5
Great location, great hotel - clean and well laid out. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the amenities are great.
- 5/5
Staff inside the hotel is top notch. Attentive, helpful, considerate… really great. $70 nightly parking was very pricey though, and my car got a small dent in the side. Overall I’d recommend it but maybe plan to park in a nearby downtown garage for $30/night.
- 5/5
Loved everything about the place and people.
- 4/5
Great breakfast buffet included. Spacious suite rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Gift shop with snacks and drinks to use destination fee credits. Somewhat dated, but still clean.
- 4/5
It was not bad over all.
- 3/5
I like that is walkable and safe. But I noticed that the carpet needs cleaning and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable
- 5/5
There is a $25 destination fee per day and a $70 per day charge for your vehicle. You will receive a $25 credit you can use at the restaurant or in the gift shop. The hotel itself is nice and clean. They offer a free buffet style breakfast and light snacks and 2 cocktails which is nice.
- 5/5
Great!
- 4/5
Everything was good. But valet parking fee is too expensive.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. I would definitely be back
- 4/5
Rooms or at least our room was large, almost like a one bedroom apartment with a foldout couch, microwave, sink, table area. Free snacks and drinks in the evening was a bonus and nice. Breakfast is eggs/omelette to order or you can have the ready made breakfast, but it’s not self serve. Never had an issue with amount of food and I’m sure they will give you more if you ask. Everything was great except the parking! They only have valet parking for like 70 dollars a night.
- 5/5
First time staying there. I needed a last minute toom for a wedding I was part of. From the valet staff to the front desk check in. Vanessa was sweet and kind and answered all my questions. She made the check in easy and quick
- 5/5
Everything about this facility is amazing. The amenities are the best. Traveled to San Diego for my husband’s birthday. We loved the Premium suite with the balcony, the cook to order breakfast, evening service, & location.
- 3/5
It was a clean room. I took my family for a week. The mattresses need to be exchanged out. After the 3rd night our backs were hurting. Breakfast was good enough. Parking was expensive.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was helpful. Valet parking took a bit long on certain days to get your car but overall great experience. Also there were times when there was no hot water in the shower in the mornings, had to wait till the water got warm. Would stay here again though. Great location.
- 5/5
view in the room was perfect the bay beautiful will definitely stay here again. The Valette was fast on bringing your car out.
- 5/5
Breakfast good, friendly baggage storage service
- 5/5
Todo nos gustó ,limpieza ,céntrico el lugar ,un poco caro el valet parking
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at Embassy Suites. The food was good and all staff was so friendly. The room was perfect and beds were comfy.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed staying here, breakfast was good, staff was great, really clean, we recommend this hotel
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel to visit when I stay near the bay front . Walking distance to Seaport village. Great restaurants nearby . The USS museum plus the complimentary breakfast and happy hour are enjoyable !
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
We love embassy suites and this one in particular is exceptional!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing from the clean room to the staff had a breakfast to the park in valet. We are definitely coming back.
- 5/5
The location was excellent and the free breakfast was very good!
- 5/5
The staff were helpful and property was clean.
- 3/5
Vallet is $70 plus an excessive amount of other taxes for each day you use vallet (which is the only option since self parking is not available). There were a few staff in vallet that were friendly. Overall, a little disappointed. I expected better from this location, especially for the price.
- 1/5
This was the first time I’ve ever been to a hotel that wasn’t all-inclusive that carded everyone for breakfast. Very interesting.
- 4/5
Liked everything the breakfast and evening drink were great! The room was big and clean.
- 5/5
The Morning Chefs and Staff during breakfast were very kind and helpful. Great service, great place to stay.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Didn't expect to see such a spacious room in downtown with separate bedroom and living room. Breakfast with custom made omelet is delicious!
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was great, with one exception. The bartender on Saturday evening was very rude and acted like I was wasting his time in asking him a couple of questions. I guess since it was 15 minutes before he opened he didn’t feel like he had to be courteous.
- 3/5
It took 10 minutes for the hot water to reach the room. We contacted the front desk and they said "That is normal". We used the laundry and most of the machines were out of service.
- 5/5
We had a great time staying at the embassy and we will come back to stay very soon and probably to other trips we will like to stay at the embassy’s, my wife and kids loved it, the food was great.
- 2/5
Location is nice. Just across the Seaport Village. Check in and checkout is fast. $75 parking with no calldown service on weekends. $25 fee per person for I don't know what for. No free water in the room, you need to pay for it. Parts of the carpet in our room was also wet, didn't bother to complain.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
The hotel is great, rooms was clean , breakfast it’s ok. Parking staff was great and helpful!!
- 5/5
Everything was great!

We recently wrapped up a wonderful two-night stay at the Embassy Suites in downtown San Diego and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit. Our suite was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Best of all, we had a beautiful view of the harbor and Seaport Village right from our room, which was a spectacular bonus! The amenities here are fantastic. We really enjoyed the indoor pool area, and the room service was prompt and delicious. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with a great spread of options to start the day. If I had to nitpick, our room wasn't quite ready right at the 4:00 PM check-in time, though the front desk handled it gracefully. Also, breakfast seating was a bit of a challenge on our last morning—space was limited because a few large groups were taking up tables to chat without actually eating. Despite those two small details, the overall experience, spectacular views, and top-notch service easily earn this hotel a full 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone visiting downtown San Diego!
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was convenient, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

We stayed for 7 days and didn't get our AC fixed until our 5th night. We were sweating and thanks to good old electric fan, we lasted. On our last night the AC started failing again but at this point, we were done and just so ready to go back home. San Diego never disappoints but wished we stayed in a different hotel so we could have had the comfort we were expecting. The breakfast and the evening social hours are great though but when it comes to comfort, one wants to be comfortable after a long day but we didn't really get that in our stay. My kids were uncomfortable and this is the first time they had ever complained about being too hot in a room in all our travels.
- 5/5
Large room with multiple sinks, perfect location next to restaurants, shopping and sight seeing.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. I was upgraded to the 12th floor (top floor) without asking. Felt great. Awesome staff. Will definitely be back. The only negative would be the shower door. The door closest to the faucet is sealed/locked for some reason. It was difficult turning on the shower w/o getting wet with the initial cold water. Outside of that, GREAT stay, great staff and great hotel.
- 5/5
Great breakfast, clean rooms and amazing staff.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 1/5
Everything was nice overall just a little bit of dust in the room and the balcony is a little bit rusted. And the breakfast stuff is very rude, but the location is amazing.
- 5/5
Room was on the 12th Floor, We had a Seagull that came and Visited us on our Balcony. Scenic View overlooking Seaport Village, Coronado Bridge and facing the Grand Hyatt. Easy Travel to and from Petco Park. Its one of my Fav Hotels! Breakfast was Next Level! This was HOT, Fresh to order, Served Buffet. Not your regular Continental plain food choices. Pool was Cold, Bummer! Had to wait for Valet a bit longer than Expected. It was Peak times- so Its to be Expected
- 5/5
Everything went smoothly guest services handled everything perfectly !
- 4/5
Great hotel for the family. My grandchildren enjoyed it. Unfortunately, Upon check-in, I had to wait 45 minutes for my room to become available and upon checkout, I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my car.
- 5/5
Breakfast , stafff and building was very well kept
- 5/5
The area was wonderful and the staff was amazing valet was wonderful. They took their time and respected us… housekeeping, clean the room so lovely There was nothing bad
- 5/5
Fresh breakfast.
- 5/5
Within walking distance to seaport village
- 4/5
Very quiet and clean room. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was decent. Fantastic location as well.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 3/5
They now charge a mandatory daily resort fee even though this is a downtown business hotel, not a resort. In return, you get a daily credit that can only be used on property. The problem is the on-site prices are ridiculous and nearly three times the local grocery store. I would have rather had that amount added to the base price each day to not have that constant reminder of how I was being swindled by a one-great brand. Or even a resort fee that gave us literally nothing. The fact that they kept making us deal with the pressure of getting a third in value for our resort fee was the worst possible outcome. Plus, they didn't credit us back on our last day and acted like it was my fault when I raised the issue after checking out (they did concede to credit without a fight). Also annoying are the timeshare salespeople stationed right by the elevators. It's impossible to get to or from your room without going through this bottleneck, and they use is aggressively to peddle this same experience at their other properties. It's such a bad look for the hotel and embarrassing if you have guests. The staff response is a shrug and "all the hotels around here are going to do this to you". It's such a sad decline. We may just stop meeting up in San Diego altogether.
- 5/5
Nice room, great location, friendly staff, and great breakfast and happy hour.
- 5/5
The only thing I can say the I didn’t like, was having to pay for parking when staying in hotel. I have no problem paying for valet, but the daily parking rate was a bit much.
- 4/5
The happy hour was great and friendly. They can make mocktails and cocktails that suits your taste, Kids friendly too as they serve sodas and chips.
- 4/5
From desk check in staff on 4/29 were kind and answered my questions. The gentleman i spoke to around 9:30/10 on 5/1 was friendly and personable and helped me with my food order that was delivered. The same three caller gentleman that assisted me throughout my whole stay were polite and helpful.
- 4.5/5
The sofa bed was not comfortable and load and creaky. Comforters could have been warmer.
- 4/5
Room wasn’t clean.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
The room cleaning was poor until we complained and then the room was cleaned properly
- 3/5
Beds were old and uncomfortable, as were the pillows and towels. Felt like they bought everything new two decades ago and just haven’t updated things. We were honestly more tired from our vacation given the poor quality sleep. Never felt hotel food was any good and this really is no exception. They make you omelets which is nice compared to other hotels with continental breakfasts. The fact that we have to pay $70/night for parking in addition to a mandatory $25/night resort fee is quite absurd and a sneaky was for these resorts to take extra money from you. Finally, I was pretty annoyed by the guy in the front trying to sell me more Hilton hotel options. I normally am a glass half full kind of person but many things about this resort rubbed me the wrong way for the price we paid. It’s not like I wouldn’t recommend it, but there’s nothing great about this property.
- 3/5
The pool room - chlorine smell is strong! Breakfast & reception hour are nice.
- 5/5
Love this property! This was our third stay in five months. Only complaints - cheap toilet paper and well worn bath towels.
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 5/5
Great location, very walkable area
- 5/5
Perfect location for families with younger kids as it’s walking distance to the marina, Seaport, and new kids museum. Breakfast buffet was not bad with hot food and a good variety of other selections—think 2 kinds of fruit, cantaloupe and honeydew but at least it’s fresh fruit. It’s extremely busy during the entire time it’s open so leave a lot of time for lines. The hotel only has very expensive valet parking. If you plan ahead, you can park across the street in a clean and secure covered parking garage where the Rivian is—2 nights for less than 1 valet at the hotel. All in all, a lovely trip in a beautiful city with near perfect weather.
- 1/5
Location Rooms are old and outdated.
- 4/5
Breakfast was bare minimum but convenient
- 5/5
Great location for cruise terminal, clean room and public areas and helpful staff
- 2/5
Valet staff took almost an hour to bring our luggage up to the room. Tipped very well. 45 minutes in hotel staff text us how our say was and mention we have been wanting a long time to get our luggage. They responded saying it’s because you just got your room… I walked down stairs to see no one checking in and had to ask the valet to bring up my bags up. They didn’t seem to be in a good mood. And leaving we load up our car and about to pull out and the valet pulls up a car to block us in and had to wait a long time to get out.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great, the cleaning staff were so kind. Donna was great at breakfast, friendly and kind. The staff at the store inside was a little rude and there wasn’t much variety. Also the people trying to sell vacations were very obnoxious. We had just checked in and were pounced on, after that someone tried to talk to us every time we went to the lobby or the complimentary drink/snack time.
- 4/5
Great staff, breakfast is good. Room
- 4/5
Small swimming pool
- 4.5/5
How you have to have a card to get breakfast and for drinks during evening social time
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
- 4/5
The place is great but obviously a little more worn out than the last time we visited a few years ago. Still a solid choice in a good location, close to waterfront and tram and children's museum.
- 5/5
Great Nothing
- 4.5/5
Room was spacious Breakfast was very good with make your own omelette Complimentary happy hour was good At the the onsite restaurant. Food preparation time after ordering was slow Parking was super busy at times and congested . However the valet folks were running to get the next car trying to cut down the wait time.
- 5/5
Front desk staff and the people who were able to support arrival via messaging in the Hilton app were amazing. They treated us with respect and compassion! They are also very accommodating to special needs. The only thing that put a little damper on the stay was “resort fee” that also includes credit to the restaurant and shop…the shop in the hotel shows no prices on anything! So if you try to spend your “store credit” for the day - you have to bring each item to the store clerk to scan to find out the price…Please, put prices on stuff in the store! It was still worth it to stay there for the great location and the care shown by the front desk staff and the cheerful staff serving breakfast. Will stay there again.
- 3/5
Parking is super expensive, $70 per day. Is not included with your stay. Breakfast is normal, pancakes are dry. Rooms are clean.
- 1/5
Breakfast menu was terrible and
- 5/5
“The breakfast was a bit disappointing.”
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is golden; very walkable to most things
- 5/5
Close to all attractions
- 5/5
It was a walking distance to the navy seal museum. We enjoy staying at this hotel. Everything is a walking distance.
- 3/5
We had a flood in our room but were given another right away. At checkout we were emailed a receipt for the daily resort fee and incidentals and were charged everyday for $70 parking and we never had a car at the property which we made clear when we checked in. Now we will have to call to get hundreds of dollars refunded. Pay very close attention to your final payment when you check out. I doubt we will stay here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, free cocktails were nice
- 5/5
Omelette was not as good as they used to be Not as many pastries choices. Breakfast ok. Staff was super friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Celebrating the kids Spring Break in San Diego was awesome! Our stay here at the Embassy was perfect. Jenisha at the sports restaurant was very nice and took great care of us. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning! Donna, Erica and Ineigo were all so great! We will definitely be staying here again! I was thankful for the daily clean towels. The only thing was the left trash in the room. But overall it was a great stay. Thank you guys so much for everything!
- 4/5
Would not stay there again
- 3/5
Had issue with dirty standing water in the tub/shower and engineering could not fix until next morning and then did not complete repair at scheduled time arranged. Due to the delay in repairs we could not shower until late morning and delayed plans we had for our vacation. We were given discount on our room, but not the usual Hilton service we are used to receiving.
- 5/5
breakfast was great if you need any advice visiting San Diego find Clay - he's amazing
- 4/5
There is the parking fee of 70 per day, it is not clearly mentioned any where while booking hotel
- 3/5
The overall experience is descent. It is a high rise hotel in downtown next to the USS site.
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing! The happy hr/snack hour is something we looked forward too in our 4 day stay. Loved how we were able to have our puppy with us. Over an amazing place will definitely be staying here again!
- 5/5
I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay with the family. The location is across Seaport Village, marina, and tour cruises. Gaslamp amd restaurants just blocks away and the bay view each morning was gorgeous! Staff was super friendly and even got to check in early. Beds comfy and rooms had everything you need for family or groups. Gym was small but had the basics. The indoor pool was small and had ton of chlorine and for a heated pool it needed to be warmer especially because California nights are chilly. Breakfast was great and very busy so get there early cuz the last hour had a crazy long line. Happy hour was really nice. It’s valet only so make sure you have change for tipping. Two thumbs up for me!!
- 5/5
The property is walking distance to several San Diego attractions (USS Midway and Seaport Village is visible from any bay view rooms). The rooms are clean and well kept up. The breakfast gave lots of options. To be the rush, go early! The property and staff are very family-friendly. The one draw back is that there will be someone in the lobby selling timeshares.
- 5/5
Location is everything, and this hotel is in the right place...
- 5/5
Everything was amazing in
- 5/5
Seaport village was across the street and had great shops and a host of top tier restaurants.
- 5/5
Excellent location in downtown San Diego and walking distance to the waterfront and SeaPort Village. Continental breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets. Suite was spacious and clean, which made it very comfortable for a family of 5 with an infant. Free pack and play cribs are available upon request. I recommend bringing a cushion and some blankets for your baby to make the bed softer and more comfortable for them. Overall a great experience!
- 4/5
I thought the room was lovely, the staff were amazing and so kind. My only negative is that it was a little warm in our room. We tried lowering the thermostat but even set to 65, it did not feel like it at all. We were able to cool down enough.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel and great location!!
- 5/5
Excellent Hotel, very clean and spot
- 4/5
The breakfast area was really crowded and took a long time to get your food. The parking was $70 dollars per night. This was robbery.
- 5/5
It was excellent! The rooms were clean, customer service was excellent and the location was unbeatable. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The location and amenities Only valet parking, there’s no self parking
- 5/5
Wonderful and friendly staff
- 5/5
Wonderful staff!!
- 3/5
Great location. Appreciate the included breakfast and happy hour. But the $25 daily credit was difficult to use, so ours was wasted. Every time my husband went to the shop, it was closed. We had also paid extra for a room with. Balcony rather than just a window, but with no furniture on the balcony, it was not used at all. Would stay again but would be more mindful of the shop hours and would not pay extra for the balcony.
- 4/5
The staff at breakfast and happy hour were great. This hotel seems a bit older, for some reason they only had accessible rooms when I checked in when I did not request this style room. With the accessible room water gets everywhere in the shower, house keeping didn’t come by when I didn’t have my privacy sign up. Overall a great location to walk to seaport, gaslamp, convention center and other wonderful places. Also, not far from airport.
- 1/5

- 4/5

- 5/5
Do not know
- 1/5
Breakfast was ok. View is very nice if you pay top dollar. Elevators are fast. Valet is very cumbersome and expensive with poor customer service. Staff throughout hotel is run down and unhappy, and it shows in their poor hospitality and accommodation. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows lumpy. Cannot turn on shower without getting in and getting all wet. The place is very overpriced and in addition, they force you to pay $25/day for unknown on top of fees and taxes and other nonsense. Located close to seaport village but certainly not as depicted in photos.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.
- 5/5
Location is brilliant- very close to all the amenities- Top Gun Bar practically next door! Highly recommend.
- 2/5
I noticed that the room had an unpleasant smell. The room was in poor condition. The staff is great!
- 5/5
Great location, great breakfast, the room was huge, clean and it has some snacks, soda and water. The only thing it is a little expensive the parking.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

- 5/5
All good.

Staff was great
- 5/5
Great
- 3.5/5
Room was very clean, Accommodations were good. We enjoyed the breakfast provided. We did not like that there were no other means for parking our car other than paying for valet parking. Too expensive and the hotel should advise of this before booking.
- 5/5
Amenities
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and spacious. Nearly instant hot water in the shower. :) Definitely use the restaurant/gift shop credit to offset the destination fee. Breakfast and restaurant were great. Evening reception a bit less so food-wise but people enjoyed the free drinks.
- 5/5
Our second stay there. Wonderful staff, clean room, and that breakfast!
- 5/5
The restaurant was very good and the staff was excellent-thank you Chris! Gift shop attendant very helpful in helping us as well. This ES was the best one we have stayed at in a very long time. The location is a perfect for Seaport Village, walking to the Gaslamp District, Midway, and we even walked to Little Italy. Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful to work with!
- 5/5
Great location for walking distances to restaurants, seaport and USA midway! The all included buffet breakfast was so good! Will definitely be back
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Like to the fact that breakfast was not a referral.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. Great that breakfast was on sire. The staff was nice and professional. The hotel was close by the pier and restaurants.
- 3/5
Another concern was the parking fee — charging $70 for parking is simply too expensive and didn’t feel reasonable
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The bed rails is not clean , the table too and the staff in the check in area is rude. She’s not explaining very well about what you get while your staying in the hotel.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The view and location were great. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast with made-to-order omelette station. Short walk to the trolly.
- 4/5
Everything was good.. parking was expensive but it’s downtown. It was the typical Embassy suites stay. Clean and free breakfast.
- 5/5
Beautiful, great location. Lots to see and do by foot. Also the breakfast was amazing!
- 5/5
The hotel went beyond my expectations. We have a six year old and she loved the room and stay. The location was great and the hotel was family friendly. We had a great time. The room was perfect. The pool was warm and very clean and we enjoyed our time. The breakfast was great as well and very convenient.
- 1/5
Parking is falsely advertised. The site says “valet parking optional,” implying self-parking exists. It does not. Valet is mandatory at $75 per night plus $25 every time you retrieve your car, easily reaching $150–$200 per day. This is forced valet, not optional. Breakfast was the worst part. What’s advertised as a buffet is not self-serve. Staff control portions, refuse seconds, and create an uncomfortable, almost humiliating atmosphere—especially for families. My child was denied extra bacon twice. That’s unacceptable at a $420/night hotel. Service also felt inconsistent, with noticeably better treatment given to some guests who speaks spanish, which left a very bad impression. Clean rooms and a good location do not excuse misleading parking and a restrictive, disrespectful dining experience. Families should think twice. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location, helpful staff, free breakfast, happy hour
- 4/5
The room was immaculate. Super easy to get to from the lobby. Bartender in the pizza restaurant was very friendly and helpful

Amenities, Staff
- 5/5
Great location, right by Seaport Village. The valet staff was extremely helpful but note that overnight parking is $70! The front desk staff was also great. Room was spacious with an anteroom separating the bedroom. The daily resort fee was returned as a food & beverage credit and guest also had access to a 1-hour stand up paddle offsite. The daily breakfast and evening hour was decent.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Great room, lovely people, service was amazing.
- 5/5
Great rooms and a very helpful staff. Excellent location!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean!
- 3/5
Room was in good condition
- 5/5
Staff so friendly! Family friendly! Great location!
- 4/5
I would have given our stay a 5 Star rating, but the $70/day valet parking fee was over the top. The room was great, nice view of the bay, good location, good value for families.
- 2.5/5
Location Needs new furniture and bed were awful
- 5/5
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly and fast service. The hotel and our room was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed but if we didn't then it was provided to us quickly. The breakfast was phenomenal and thankfully complimentary. The only downside was hotel parking because it costs $70 a night! Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The amenities such as the evening reception and resort credit were a very nice surprise but our favourite part of the hotel was the location. It was so close to the water and some great little shops. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 4.5/5
Two separate bedrooms and bathrooms
- 4/5
The location is walking distance from many locations we wanted to see. The staff was all friendly. The breakfast was not good. Sausages were undercooked. Potatoes were cold.
- 5/5
Great stay! Nice property. Perfect location. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet room. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms, clean. Liked the breakfast and snakc option in evening
- 5/5
The perfect location. A minutes walk to the USS Midway, Sea Port Village, and downtown. Rooms were clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good Location for us was great the only thing lighting in the room was not so great, but we delt with it.
- 5/5
The staff (Juan, Aida(hostess in food area) Charity, Miranda (we think),the omelette makers and the young man who served bacon and potatoes in omelette area, all so professional and kind. Juan helped us in so many ways. Excellence in service. Great visit and experience while there for this past week (1/7/26-1/15/26) Hotel was clean. Food service good.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and informative. The onsite parking was expensive. Overall I will stay there again because of the location.
- 4/5
Nice clean room and great service
- 5/5
The young lady who checked me in really put me in a positive mood. I had the worst day driving in from about three hours away, and once I was greeted at your front desk after having a very strenuous hard day, my day turned around she was great nice informative, and professional
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
Friendly staff, good sized rooms, good location downtown, long pool hours
- 5/5
Very easy vacation, convenient breakfast as well as location.
- 5/5
None
- 5/5
Breakfast could have been a little better; potatoes were hard did not eat them. Otherwise say was excellent
- 4/5
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel’s location was convent to all of our interests. The staff was superb: helpful, courteous, and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The nightlight above the in-room sink interfered with sleep. It could be unplugged.
- 5/5
Amenities was excellent
- 4/5
Nice room with amazing view of San Diego Bay. Breakfast area was very poorly designed crowded. Why have custom prepared eggs when they can be in a chafing dish for quicker service and more variety? Coffee was terrible. No boiled eggs available. No waffles. Only rubber pancakes and bacon and iced cold cheap breakfast pastries
- 5/5
Great location, nice room, good service, we had a very good time.
- 5/5
Staff are friendly.
- 4/5
Perfect except room would not cool.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! Everything is great!
- 5/5
When you go to travel , you actually miss your home . The moment I met Madison in front desk whose smile and greeting with such a warm heartedly made me feel I am home . Not only that , her concern of me be there with my teenager daughter alone and giving me all the additional information for my safety and everything else I need is just made me feel like I will have my best time . And later on , she didn’t forget to check on me if everything is going well and if there anything she can do make my vacation comfortable.. In one word “Outstanding!!” . Service like this you never forget and become loyal customer forever !!!

- 5/5
Indoor pool, location,
- 5/5
The room was overall clean and comfortable for our family. The evening drinks and snacks for the entire family was also a nice amenity.
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty, breakfast lines were ridiculously long, $25 resort credit with no amenities.
- 2/5
Evan I am a Hilton honor l, I had to pay for parking $70 per night which is very expensive. Also, the room did not smell good and the carpet was not clean. They refused to give us a cart to bring our stuff in and they said we have to have their bellman do that which is also extra tips. I do not mind paying tips at all and I do that always, but they can’t force me to have someone looking at what my stuff and felt rushed off loading our belongings.
- 3/5
The location was fantastic. The amenities were decent. The rooms were fine. Housekeeping could have been better.
- 4/5
The room was great. But there parking fees were way too high. I got a welcome letter through Expedia for my stay and it stated that parking was $60. the hotel said they now charge $70 (per nite). the checkin girl said she would talk to her manager about it and she never got back to me. I had to talk to a different person right before we left and she took it down to the $60. They also have a weird additional $25 fee per night, that they said you could get $25 worth of food or stuff from the store or restaurant to compensated for that charge. I got $25 worth of Altoids
- 1/5
This was one of the worst embassy suites we been to Shower had no hot water. Living room tv did not work, one trash can in suite. Reception area only gave u veggie and ruffles
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Room was great only thing is we had a leak from the shower that kept going on the floor. Besides that everything was good. The breakfast was decent, would be helpful if there are people down there monitoring and guiding people where to go and to check the tickets which they never checked mine. Overall I would come back it’s a nice hotel and the staff are awesome :).
- 3/5
Rooms were ok. Bed would creak alot when one move on it. Staff wasn't very friendly.
- 5/5
The room was clean, and the staff was terrific.
- 5/5
Perfect location , friendly staff , good buffet
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff
- 2/5
Hotel fee $25 per person New York West quality very poor
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very efficient
- 5/5
Very nice, and clean hotel. Friendly staff, and close to amenities.
- 5/5
Roo. Was perfect, staff was pleasant and efficient. Great breakfast served in the morning.
- 5/5
Great hotel in very convenient location. Close to everything on the waterfront.
- 2/5
The only place will be the mini market where 3 to 4 candies will cost you about $25. Breakfast is bad. Look somewhere else. There are better options near by.
- 5/5
Always love Embassy Suites! Loved the corner room! We will pick this one at all future stays!
- 1/5
Took us 25 mins to check in, theres only 1 attendant and we ended up getting our luggages since it was taking so long to bring it to our room.
- 5/5
Staff and clean room
- 5/5
The room was great and staff was polite and professional.
- 4/5
The parking fee per day and the other added, just because fees are obsurd.
- 3/5
The mattress had blood stains on it.
- 5/5
Room was excellent and the hotel staff was superb! Will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great property.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Nice stay.
- 5/5
It was a great location, walkable to the seaside village. The rooms were large and great for larger families. The kids really enjoyed the gym. The breakfast and happy hour was fantastic. Self parking would be the most desirable option that is missing.
- 4/5
Great breakfast— omelets to Order were perfect and fast.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean, very accessible to town.
- 5/5
Liked the location, dining options and walkablity
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room, very nice staff, great breakfast, fun evening reception hours
- 5/5
Our family of 4 stayed for the weekend to take our kids (ages 2 and 4) to the zoo. We loved this hotel! We arrived 1 hr before check-in time and our room was ready. Once we dropped our bags, we were able to enjoy the indoor heated pool. My 4 year old said that was the best part of the whole trip! Room service that night was convenient - food was basic but when traveling with young kids, we look for convenience above all. Similarly the breakfast buffet was just what we needed - decent coffee, made to order omelets, variety of breakfast staples that the kids eat (pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal), and plenty of seating. There is nothing worse when traveling than trying to get breakfast with hangry toddlers and having to wait to be seated, then wait for your order. Room was a 1 bedroom with separate living room and lots of features that made it easy to share the space with our kids—like 3 sinks, a fridge + microwave, and blackout curtains. We appreciated the complimentary happy hour each night as well! My only gripes were that parking is valet only and is quite expensive, even with Hilton Honors, and that the tv didn’t have Netflix or other streaming services.
- 5/5
The hot foods variety weren't enough and it's not placed for people to take
- 5/5
The Embassy Suites San Diego Bay was in a great location. The staff were very accommodating and the room was clean! We stayed the night before a cruise. It was close to the port. It was quite walkable, but we elected to take a cab due to the size of our suitcases. Lots of choices for dinner. We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff were Great/ Front Desk Support was Excellent
- 2/5
Windows dirty. Tub wouldn’t drain.
- 3/5
The couch was dirty in the room but the staff were very friendly
- 5/5
All of the above!
- 2/5
There was an extra hotel charge, despite Expedia claiming the final rate.
- 5/5
Room was very clean…. Great views… hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and things to do.
- 5/5
Great room, clean, comfortable, great location, great view. Comp breakfast was great way to start the day.
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice. Hotel interior was comfortable clean nicely decorated. Enjoyed complimentary bkfst and early evening drinks/snacks. On site restaurant served excellent food, Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
- 4/5
Adequate amenities and overall experience. The location was great and stay went as expected. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the $65/night parking and the $25/night resort fees
- 3/5
I didn't partake in breakfast so I can't tell you about that. Overall, it's a great location.
- 4/5
Great location in San Diego. Surprised at being charged an additional $25 Destination Fee and overnight parking at $65. Neither TV's in room would work and tried calling Front Desk but got no answer. Went to front desk and they said when the rooms are cleaned the housekeepers do something to the TV's and you have to press 8 on the remote to reset them. Thought this should be mentioned to all new check ins to avoid the hassle.
- 5/5
great place to stay
- 5/5
The suite was spotless and very comfortable!
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh. Could use a bit more variety in the fruit section. Rooms could use more lighting but otherwise they were fine. Area around hotel is very walkable. Nice touch having the cocktail and snacks in the evening.
- 2/5
Room was ok, initially the AC was broken but they fixed it reasonable. The Hidden Fees $25 a night and $65 a night parking fee. I thought the room was a good value at first but when you add the additional fees I could have booked a much nicer room at a different location.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 5/5
nice room but the lighting in the living area could be better - needs another lamp or ceiling light
- 5/5
Quiet. Clean. Great stay.
- 5/5
Location, clean room, and amenities.
- 3/5
The food was not great and the pillows felt like stuffed tissue paper.
- 5/5
Great location with walkable stores and restaurants. City view was amazing. Breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
Thumbs up
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay at but just hate the parking situation.
- 5/5
Location , what's wonderful directly across from Seaport Village. Lots of shopping and dining. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great view of the bay.
- 5/5
Room, location and staffs are good
- 2/5
Location is perfect, we always get the Bay view with Balcony for the views but this last stay we got room 1012 which is not all Bay view we mainly got a big building view and half a bay view which I would consider it a city view but they charge for bay view, the room did not have hot water when turned on you had to wait about 10 minutes to let it the water heat up, once in the shower it kept changing from hot to cold, we asked front desk for another room and they offered a non balcony room which they had available so we agreed, asked us to pack amd wait 30 minutes they would bring up the key to the new room after 45 minutes we decided we couldn't cancel our plans and keep waiting so we told front desk to forget the room change we'll stay and deal with the hot/cold water shower since we had one more night left. Engineer said they switched a pipe between rooms 1011 and 1012 so it takes a while to heat up. Do not get those rooms if you stay there not worth the amount you pay. Otherwise everything else was good.
- 4/5
This property is absolutely beautiful and has lovely scenery surrounding the area. We loved having the option to have breakfast included and even a cocktail hour. There was not as wide of a variety for breakfast items as we would have liked. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL And very kind.
- 5/5
Lunch options
- 5/5
Amazing staff, great breakfast… over all EXCELLENT
- 5/5
Loved the location, room size and breakfast!
- 3/5
The crew were excellent. The rooms are a bit dated. There was constant noise coming from the bathroom. The hotel in general needs to be freshened up.
- 5/5
Hotel was in a great location
- 5/5
Overall very good experience
- 1/5
Toilet was running water unable to sleep
- 5/5
Overall is good
- 5/5
Love this. I highly recommend it if you’re wanting to visit San Diego. It’s at a perfect location. Walking distance to many attractions and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. I had no problem with being charged but you should know that valet parking $65 and a $25 daily charge will be added at your stay at check in. I did realized that would happen cause I didn’t read the fine print. But I didn’t mind it. Valet was great and we did use our room service.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing clean staff was very pleasant. Breakfast is delicious with with omelet/eggs made to order social hour is amazing and indoor pool made the entire trip
- 5/5
So close to so many places.
- 4/5
Great location with adequate facilities.
- 4/5
Great location allow walking to major dining and sight seeing attractions. Breakfast was just average, typical Embassy on the mainland. Staff is wonderful. Valet only parking was expensive and slow. The staff was working fast but there's only so much they can do.
- 4/5
The people at the lobby promoting Hilton honors were annoying and pesky. We had several approach us over our stay that would not leave us to our getaway. We loved the location of the hotel in this interesting city but the $25 add on each day led us to focusing how to spend in the hotel when we had other plans. T shirts, shorts etc bought at the hotel store with exaggerated pricing made us feel almost victimized. I would rather you just increase your rates and not play games with the fee. End of the day the chorus of the Mennonite conference one evening in the atrium lifted our spirits. Wonderful
- 5/5
Great location in the middle of everything
- 3/5
the manditorory 25$ charge each day was totally ridiculous to make us buy items at the gift shop was not good this was not brought up in items when I booked I would not stay at this hotel again if I knew this was a charge It would have been nice if they would have had a container of water in lobby They need to have the front desk more informed on bus costs and where to pick the bus up I asked the people there and they had no idea how much bus fare wAS or how far down the street it was to catch These are people dealing with tourists they need to be more on top of these things
- 5/5
The courtesy of staff and atmosphere of hotel.
- 5/5
Nice hotel near esplanade
- 5/5
Amazing stay!! The staff and location were incredible. As soon as we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. Morning breakfast had great options.
- 5/5
Love embassy’s, great amenities, fyi. Sink in bath room didn’t not drain properly leaving it with inch of soap water
- 5/5
Courtney was helpful actually all where nice
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Good hotel but there is a lot of hidden fees that were not mentioned. Parking fees for every night, mandatory $25 of spending per day, delivery for room service fee which does not include tipping or tax, and random fees of tourism marketing dest assistance (no clue what it is), state of California assessment.
- 5/5
Was sad to leave was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was overly helpful. We loved our stay free. Breakfast was incredible and free drinks at happy hour never seen that in any other hotel ever
- 5/5
Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and location
- 5/5
Always enjoy our stay at Embassy Suites! Wonderful room, delicious breakfast, and happy hour is an added bonus!
- 5/5
Will stay again.
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. only thing I would complain about is the $25 a day fee that you have to use or lose each day that doesn’t accumulate. I would also say the pool’s not heated, but it’s not terribly uncommon. Lastly, if you Hilton‘s rewards member, it’s $60 a day to park through valet. There is another parking garage not too far from the hotel but that’s about $32 a day and you need to pay every time you go in and out of that garage so the $60 is cheaper than finding a garage around town.
- 5/5
Clean room and hotel, friendly and professional staff, wonderful breakfast.
- 5/5
Early check in, snacks in the room, great breakfast. Donna in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly
- 4/5
I don’t like the atrium and the noise it creates in rooms
- 5/5
Great hotel and area. A little overpriced but a lot of amenities.
- 5/5
The rooms are really spacious and provide a good workspace if you need to work from your room or in the public areas. The wifi was decent enough for video calls. I slept great in the comfortable bed and the rooms are so quiet, I never heard anyone else walk past or in other rooms. I'm usually a very light sleeper.
- 5/5
Cleanliness
- 5/5
Short walking distance to restaurants and bars
- 4/5
The breakfast dining area was crowded, and it took us some time to find a table. The breakfast menu is limited, but no complaints. The rooms are large and have a nice setup. Overall, it’s a nice hotel.
- 5/5
Clean room. Would like to stay there again
- 5/5
The amenities were quite enjoyable, especially the two complimentary drinks offered nightly, along with snacks and made-to-order omelets with sides each morning. The presence of an on-site restaurant and room service was also appreciated. Furthermore, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the valet and bell service, which handled luggage with care, was truly convenient.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
- 3/5
Was ok
- 4/5
It is
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Its a very nice hotel to stay at.. very convenient
- 3/5
We were not expecting the cost of the parking. By the time I got around to checking my email day of, I was blown away! I will not stay at the downtown location again!
- 5/5
Nice property
- 4/5
Centralized location.Walkable to Seaport Village, shopping, Gaslamp District, Petco Park, and more. Hotel had complementary Happy Hour and buffet breakfast. Room spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Always enjoyvstayung at your establishment. Smells so good when you walknin. Customer service is always friendly. Great location
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Vanessa is fabulous
- 5/5
I didn’t like that valet was the only option to park my car in the hotel
- 1/5
The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I told them the day after. Also, the parking is very expensive, there is only the valet option at $65 dollars per night. The location is very convenient for walking close to the ocean.
- 3/5
What is that? San Diego is expensive , they don’t need to add more, and forget about help with your luggage when you are checking out, we had to make two trips taking our r luggage to the parking to pick our car.
- 5/5
Great place clean rooms. Great breakfast. And awesome staff. Best place in town
- 5/5
Very clean & well presented
- 4/5
Loved the complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour. However, the room was not as clean as it could have been, nor was the pool. Also, there was an event happening, and it was a bit loud.
- 5/5
Courteous, professional staff, ocean views, exceptionally clean room, fantastic & clean fitness/gym and pool area.
- 3/5
Many elevators
- 5/5
The fact that it was pet friendly made all the difference
- 5/5
Wonderful location, friendly staff. We love this hotel, we will come back.
- 5/5
Wow! The Rooms are nice and large perfect for my family!
- 4/5
The beds were very lumpy
- 5/5
Friendly staff and location was excellent.
- 5/5
Great Breakfast, love the options available! Great staff and valet!
- 4/5
Like the spacious room. Lobby & eating area was way too warm. Unfortunately, our room's bathtub drain would drain really slow as you took a shower. Liked that ice machine & water refill station were together. Staff at registration desk were friendly.
- 4/5
It got pretty hot in the hotel itself and the indoor pool was overcrowded
- 1/5
Air conditioning was not working
- 1/5
Hidden fees. They charge additional $25 fee once you check in. Theres no way around it. Also no self parking. You are forced to pay for valet parking and waiting for your car; takes forever each time. Receptionist was rude. Baggage employee was rude. A lot of stains in our room on the couch and cushions. Very hot in the lobby. Wouldn't stay here again
- 5/5
Breakfast was perfect. Room service food was delicious. Location allowed me to walk locally instead of driving. Rooms are spacious.
- 1/5
The hotel is very nice but we paid for Bayview. They didn’t give us a pay view check in supposed to be at 4 o’clock. they didn’t check us in until 5:30 They said the room is not ready and we only came for one day, so that was really bad.
- 3/5
Location was nice, hotel staff was wonderful… but the temp of building / food was disappointing. Also, the door-stop for the bathroom door blended in with carpet, my husband did not see it. He stubbed his toe on it and broke his toe!
- 5/5
Great stay!! Wonderful valet and customer service!! Beautiful view from our suite!
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
$65 of parking that you cannot avoid per night. Then they charge you $25 of hotel fees per night, which you can redeem at the gift shop where it sells 8 dollar Waters. The pool area gets congested with people bringing an alcohol and getting around here. Management doesn’t do anything. When you asked them a question about any other fees charged, they respond in a condescending manner. Things are just plastered over. Meh. Very disappointing. Do not recommend to anyone staying here.
- 5/5
Check in to check out the service was great! Comfy, clean room. Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay. The property is very close to the padres stadium and convetion center. Very clean
- 4/5
The property could have been better cleaned before I checked.
- 5/5
Great breakfast daily. Professional staff and clean property.
- 5/5
We had a great time and enjoyed our star
- 5/5
Love this hotel’s location. Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Great location, close to the beach, panoramic view, good free breakfast buffet as well as light afternoon refreshments.
- 4/5
Great location and walkable and safe with lots to do. Staff is helpful and responsive and breakfast is really good. The valet parking is terribly though. No space and you always wait for your car for a while. That my only issue.
- 4/5
Like: Nice room and amenities (including indoor swimming pool and free breakfast). Dislike: valet parking and long breakfast line.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient lodging with an excellent breakfast that has a made to order omelet station. Queen suite had two large rolms, living space had a dining table, chair, couch, wet bar refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom vanity outside of the bathroom with a sink, as well as another vanity and sink inside the bathroom. 5 people could sleep comfortably.
- 5/5
The location of the property is close to tourist spots, mostly are walking distance . The hotel overall is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. The only thing i noticed was the towels. Some of them needs replacement. They are kind of old and worn out, some stitches are torn. But overall will come back and will recommend to friends.
- 5/5
The area around buffet and bar reeked of vomit daily. They mopped with a dirty mop. Ugh. Our only complaint. The hotel was beyond expectations.
- 3/5
The property is centrally located and very close to Seaport Village and some amazing spots in San Diego. That’s it! I am a Marriot Gold member and I am used to a few things when one checks-in.. example bottle of water! Surprising if you are not a Hilton Honors club you don’t get a bottle of water on check in. They don’t tell you this but they would charge $25 per day mandatory charge which they say they give it back to you to use in store and in restaurant. So no matter what you have to use that $25 even if you do not want to cuz they will charge you anyways. Top of it, room service charge is $10 to deliver the food to your room plus 18% gratuity so you end up paying more then $25.. such a ridiculous way to charge more. Overall ok property with great location.
- 5/5
Great for families
- 5/5
Great Location
- 5/5
Super amazing last minute booking ! Food was incredible pool was amazing .
- 4/5
Breakfast chefs were rude and rushed us thru the line. Only once line staff was nice and I wish I grabbed her name. Aside from her the three chefs were rude and one staffer I asked for gluten free bread from spoeared bother with the ask. People have food allergies such as myself, so mkre options would be great, and without the attitude. The stay otherwise was great, but id say the food st the Monterey Bay Embassy Suites was superior, including the staff.
- 5/5
awesome breakfast
- 3/5
Hotel is a little run down. Great breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Outstanding in every way!
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
The room was ok, we have stayed in this hotel years ago and it seem much better. Today the breakfast felt cheap and the place is due for a remodel. But, we were disappointed about the extra fees and parking fee.
- 5/5
Great space for our family of 4. We always look forward to breakfast and happy hour drinks/snacks.
- 5/5
The evening cocktail hour was fabulous. Unexpectedly great mixed drink offerings. Breakfast was excellent with many options and the service was impeccable. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
- 1/5
Shame on you as a company to accuse your customers before you discuss with your employees!!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful in the hotel and the restaurant
- 2/5
I booked bigger room $327 and got smaller room $266. I should get my $61 credit back.
- 5/5
We had a great experience at Embassy suites. Their breakfast selection was great. And we loved the evening reception. Unfortunately, parking was very expensive. But I think that’s the case for most hotels in the area. Thankfully, we had tons of things to do in the surrounding areas.
- 5/5
We extended our stay after San Diego Comic Con, and this hotel always delivers. The rooms are spacious and great for families with kids (they can actually spread out a bit and have space to play). The breakfast is fast and delicious with omelet options (the cooks are amazing!). The evening reception is perfect to wind down (the Pride-arita is my favorite). The location is great for walking by the water and going to Seaport Village. We try to stay here every
- 5/5
The room is spacious and clean. I like their breakfast buffet, hot and fresh, and included with the stay. There were a lot of people but the lines were moving really quickly. Location is great, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Reception and breakfast
- 4/5
Nice hotel… probably too big for our needs
- 5/5
The hotel is really good but there are lots of surcharges that makes me decide not to go back in this hotel. Embassy Suite is always nice, but this branch is the least on my lists.
- 5/5
Great location and breakfast, would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms, comp breakfast, great price
- 5/5
Great location, excellent breakfast included, clean surroundings.
- 4/5
Also they chafed $65 for valet parking and 25$ fee… too many hidden fees. Staff were nice a complimentary bfast was a plus.
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable, the sheets felt good, bathroom was fine. Only complaint I had was that the breakfast thing began closing 40 minutes before the states close time. As such, by the time we got out of the omelette line, all the fruit, yogurt, toast, danish were all put away. After eating half my omelette, I wanted more coffee, but the sweeteners were all put away. Very convenient to shopping, the Gaslamp District…
