Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the high cost of parking, hidden fees, and poor water pressure in showers.

I loved my time here, the room was clean, the shower was awesome the bed was comfy and the staff was great. The pool was perfect.

Location was good with availability of stores nearby. Not in a busy area. Able to sleep well at night . None

Absolutely perfect in every way! Staff were very helpful. Restaurant and bar were exactly what one expects from a top rated hotel.

The shower didn't work properly in our bathroom. A piece of metal fell on my head as I open the bathroom door. The extra moneybi paid for a balcony, it faces the foof with stones on the top.

Parking fills up quickly. The cost of the parking was high
- 5/5
By far one of the best hotels I stayed at! From the front desk staff, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the pool! Everyone was friendly, property was clean and the pool music was such a vibe! What make it even better it was the location!

My overall stay was short and I was barely in the hotel. However, the sink wasn’t functioning properly. Meaning the water wasn’t draining well. The tv was very slow, the internet kept going in and out and the AC wasn’t working too well either, one moment it was really cold then the next it was super hot, even when trying to adjust the temp. Staff members were sweet and welcoming. They were great with us and overall it’s a beautiful hotel, it was just minor bumps.
- 4/5
Hotel is very clean, well laid out, quiet, and has a great swimming pool. It's also close to one of the trolley stops, with downtown a 25 minute ride away. The area around the hotel is rather bland - only places to go out to eat in walking distance are shopping mall places.
- 4.5/5
Nice to take trolley to Padres game. Pet fee of $150 seems excessive. We paid at other hotels $25, $50 to max $100. Self parking should be free or less.

We will return to the hotel next time we’re visiting our daughter in San Diego, which will be quite often! The staff was very accommodating and friendly!
- 4/5
Shower head too high for short people. $40 per day parking. Restaurant good but limited selection. Close to light rail station. ( Good)
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great area of the city. Highly recommended!!
- 5/5
Super nice hotel. Not used to having to pay for WiFi or parking.
- 2/5
The room had a shower stall that leaked, the toilet looked suspect, & there was dust in random places. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again. The interaction with the staff was a mix bag of helpful & frustrating depending on who we got.
- 4/5
Also, they need to stop giving out single use plastic water bottles if you want water with breakfast. What an unbelievably bad look.
- 5/5
The restaurant breakfast staff was very welcoming and gave us excellent service.
- 4/5
The staff at this hotel was excellent and the breakfast, while very expensive, was quite good. The public spaces are well maintained and attractive all of the rooms are very plain and in need of some updating. Our biggest gripe, and it is a big one, is the pervasive obnoxious music that plays in every public space in this hotel. It is loud and highly interruptive. I asked the front desk people if they could lower it, and they said that it was set by corporate. For this reason alone I would be reluctant to stay at any Marriott property. One arrives somewhat jet lagged, and is up at 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning sitting in a public space trying to get some work done. The music makes this impossible. It's even in the damn elevators. Obviously this is the work of some genius at the corporate level and again I would frankly try to avoid a Marriott in the future because of it.
- 3/5
Bathroom shower had mold. The shelf in the shower was broken and also the bathroom door was broken off the track. The walls in the room were covered in something that looked like snot. Hotel said they would send someone up to fix it but no signs of anyone coming unfortunately
- 5/5
Great place to stay. The breakfast buffet was great and rooms were clean.
- 2/5
For the price paid per night a month ahead, I would have expected more. Breakfast is not included, wifi also isn't included, and the room design needs to ne thought of better. As soon as you open the door, the door barely clears the wall of the bathroom at of you have luggage or another person with you, its a very tight squeeze.
- 5/5
Hotel as a whole was clean and well maintained, standard rooms could use a refresher but clean. Overall we had a great stay, staff were amazing.

The vent in the room was dirty. The wall paper was peeling. The floor in the elevator was dirty.

$28 flat fee for breakfast was too high and $38/day for parking was way too high. The closet was in the bathroom and the bathroom sliding door scraped and made quite a noise.
- 5/5
Brilliant food and JC made every morning better!

They need to update on the hot tub since they no longer had it.

- 5/5
It was a beautiful stay. I loved that the pool is heated, the room is beautiful and there’s even a balcony. The hotel is close to the train so going around the city was a breeze. There is also shopping and restaurants close by. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Room needs to be cleaned better. Floors were sticky. Clothes hangers had dust on them. The counters in the room were not cleaned well- I used clorox wipes and the wipes were brown after finished. The door to the bathroom was hard to close and had finger prints all over. The kleenex box in our bathroom had damped tissues- it’s like the box was dropped in water. Would not recommend and will not stay here again

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and it was close to the trolley so getting all around San Diego was super easy
- 5/5
Very clean and the property was not too far from our destination.
- 2/5
Rooms were dirty, dusty . Cabinets broken , bathroom was very dirty
- 3/5
The bathroom was especially problematic: the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't go down, there was a dirty hole in the basin, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. I also found dirty shelves and a band-aid on the ceiling.
- 5/5
Nice, clean and great breakfast
- 4/5
The room was not comfortably clean. My husband and I had the housekeepers come in and strip the bedding to check for bedbugs... you heard me right. We did not see any adult bugs, but we did find what looked like black droppings on the white sheets, and white little oblong things on the sheets in the morning. Not a pleasant experience at all. I did report this to the front deck, the response was "sorry to hear this." :-(

- 5/5
Location was great for us to jump on the train and head to the races. Everything else we did was less than a 20 min car ride. Lot of great restaurants around. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice.
- 2/5
The mini fridge didn’t work, the sink in the bathroom clogged after washing our hands, the sliding door to the bathroom needed to be pushed open with two hands because it wouldn’t glide, there was mold in the shower, and everything was just old. Also, the pool is not nearly as big or nice as it looked in pictures. We only had breakfast at the hotel once and it was fine.

The San Diego Marriott Mission Valley is an excellent place to stay. Many amenities, wonderful staff, and convenient walking to shops.
- 4/5
Yes very good the only thing is that there’s no free internet
- 5/5
Great place to have a vacation
- 4/5
The room was clean and in fine shape. The pool was lovely. Staff were all very nice and helpful. There was no room maid service or water replenishment and the water in the lobby kept running out.
- 3/5
It was okay.
- 4/5
Convenient location. Some items in the room we're starting to show their age (i.e., doors on cabinets starting to fall off and toilet roll holder broken).
- 3/5
The room wasn't that clean, the front desk staff weren't pleasant to deal with but the bar and restaurant staff was excellent.
- 2/5
The hallway on the 14th floor smelled like sewage. We were moved to a different room and the bathroom vent stayed on the whole night. Our room was very cold and uncomfortable to be in.
- 1/5
Floor smelled like sewer during my entire stay. At night, the smell got into the room. Informed front desk and they brushed it off. Room temperature was too warm and the thermostat would go lower than 67. AC also make a loud clunking sound as it turned on and off.

- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating
- 5/5
Spotless room and courteous service.
- 3/5
Clean, but rooms are old. Not worth the price point.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Had a bit of an odor in it. Like if open beer cans were left out and you woke up next morning. Plus a bit of trash in wardrope, house keeping forgot to throw away
- 5/5
Had breakfast of site.
- 5/5
Cleaning staff very nice, except the bar area.
- 3/5
The room and the hotel in general was clean and nice however the thermostat in the room didn’t work every well. We like the room on the cool side and we couldn’t cool the room below 71. We were all a little warm.
- 3/5
Room and amenities were great. Front desk staff was very rude. I was working out and my key quit working. I could not get back in the hotel area to the hotel. I had to go out the back by the pool and it was raining. I went up the stairs (in the rain) to a lobby door that was supposed to be open from 6 am to 11 pm. It was 6:50 am. I tried to open the door (did I mention it was in the raining) and it was locked and the front desk person came and opened it and gave me attitude for not going around to the front (in the rain) because she did not want to get her lazy butt up to ope a door that was supposed to be open, not to mention my key quit working for no reason. Anyways, the facility was great, Hotels.com is great an Marriot is great, but this employee probably needs to be fired.
- 4/5
Lots of construction going on
- 5/5
Staff was polite , room service amazing
- 5/5
Staff was great.. great location.. everything we needed for our stay!! Will definitely book again!!
- 5/5
Everyone was very courteous. However we weren't able to sleep well because of a squeaky bed and very loud neighbors in the room next to us. They woke us up at 2:15 am with loud talking and screaming.
- 5/5
Great location. Spotless and like a yop notch hotel
- 2/5
The breakfast was awful. Im vegan and likitations wete crazy. How can you call a mix of pineapple/honeydew/cantaloupe "mixed fruit"? Ive never even seen such a paltry mix. No berries or citrus added? Cantaloupe and honerdew might as well be the same thing. Also your vegan options for other meals are crazy - grilled cauliflower and grilled pineapple with exotic hot spices no one from the US can even stomach. In the other hand, theres super bland rice with beans. Look, the hotel is good, but i definitely wont return - its simply a matter of notvwanting to order from other places every night. Your side dishes are too lazy - you think its not obvious the french fries are from the cheapest bag in the frozen section? How about make your own? How about add simplr pasta in marinara sauce for desperate vegan? I have to question your sanity as far as the grilled pineapple-grilled cauliflower bizarre spice dish? You couldnt come up with something that's not like kind of complete experiment in flavor mixing? You know, in the gift shop, theres not even a single dairy-free bottled coffee, and there are no dairy free creamers for rooms. Youve gotta be kidding me. The only dairy free chocolate bar was the hot chili bar. What on earth? Whats with trying to make vegans and dairy free people eat strange hot spices? Yeah, the hotel is fine, but theres no way in hell im having spicy cauliflow pineapple surprise every day instead of normal food the next time i need to come to ca

Great room and staff
- 4/5
Entry was awkward and confusing.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. The only negative was check out. You can’t check out on the tv and they don’t ever answer the phone. After 20 minutes of trying I went to the front desk in person the ok’d fashioned way. I was surprised it was so hard . The app would not accept my password even after changing it 4 times
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent
- 3/5
The sink has a slow drain. It needs plumbing check up.
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was comfortable and inviting. The beds were super comfy and the in room dining was yummy!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice room, good rate
- 5/5
Great location.
- 3/5
The hotel has a major construction project going on now. The check-in drop-off area is closed off and the swimming pool is closed. This information was not revealed when I booked my reservation. I prepaid for a two night stay, but skipped the second night and drove home.
- 4/5
Great location, hotel is under construction so part of the hotel is completely closed off for construction.
- 4/5
We would have liked to know the pool would be closed during our stay before arriving.
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous. Daily room cleaning.
- 5/5
Nice, smelling hotel - nice staff and really clean rooms! Would definetly stay again.
- 5/5
Efficient and easy!!! Very friendly
- 2/5
Everything was good until i was woken up literally in the middle of the night by banging on my door because the building was on fire. I was out in the cold for over an hour or so. The staff did not come to let us know what to do where to go. Finally someone came with bottled water. That's it, no sorry for the inconvenience or any kind of explanation. The hallway smelled horrible once we were let back in. I had no rest n i didnt feel safe to go back to sleep. It was just a horrible night.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Except for the parking, was expensive !
- 4/5
The bathroom and shower head are too old.
- 5/5
One disappointing thing was no jacuzzi. They should update the photo of pool area. The pool was heated and it was okay to use.
- 5/5
100 percent A+ all around
- 5/5
The people And staff here are so nice Angel checked us in and he was so nice and helpful Highly recommend
- 4/5
Nice hotel but quite a bit of construction going on next door, more of a mess and inconvenience. IMO the best part was the flooring in the rooms, no old/dingy carpet. Close to several restaurants and stores to choose from!
- 2/5
Won't stay here again.
- 5/5
We liked it
- 5/5
The people in the check in counter was not nice same at the checkout they can do better and friendly
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Very close to Fashion Valley shopping center. If you have your own car, very convenient location.
- 2/5
Response by Front Desk and Security Guard were inadequate when I was exposed to an illegal drug apparently being used by adjacent room - the air leaked through an adequate adjoining door. This happened from Sunset to about 10:00pm. No appropriate options were given to me. I was drugged with no hotel help.
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable
- 3/5
Hotel was excellent but on the last day of our stay, the room next to us was exceptionally loud, left their door propped open and was playing music next to us until at least 2AM. Unfortunately the sound insolation between rooms was not great, otherwise it would have been a great stay.

Great!

I recommend you have the screens on the hairdryers cleaned. While drying my hair the handle became too warm for my comfort. The filter was covered in lint. [FYI: I find I leave the same suggestion at every hotel I stay at.]
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Parking was my only issue but found out there is an extra parking lot on the other side !
- 2/5
Poco mantenimiento en los cuartos.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean. Great view as well.
- 3/5
There was noisy construction 24x7 around the property. This should be noted when people are making reservations.
- 3/5
Apparently this is an eco-friendly hotel meaning the air conditioning system in the room is only motion-activated. This means it does not kick in all night long unless you are moving about. No ceiling fans and no stand alone fans either to help give air circulation or cool the room. I think Marriott needs to rethink how they can meet eco-friendly requirements without subjecting their guests to sleeping in stifling air. Very uncomfortable sleeping environment.
- 4/5
Nothing spectacular. Just an average hotel
- 5/5
Restaurant was fantastic!
- 5/5
We liked the restaurant and little convenience store. Staff was awesome!
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 4/5
It is a nice property with a friendly n helpful staff.
- 5/5
The stay was amazing the staff are amazing and the room are very Nice.
- 4/5
We have always had a nice stay at your hotel. A little disappointed this time when we did not get our room cleaned. I called down to get coffee/cups brought up for the morning and at 5pm someone came up to clean room. I'm guessing it was because I called to have coffee delivered. This is becoming a pricey hotel which is fine considering the location, but a little better room service would have been appreciated.
- 5/5
Great service. Hotel and pool so nice!
- 3/5
A lot of the walls were peeling in the rooms
- 3/5
Self parking lacked proper spacing. One elevator wasn’t working causing difficulties in exiting the hotel. Hotel should be better prepared for this congestion for student college check in day.
- 4/5
We arrived a little later than we wanted because of traffic. It was around 4:30 and we were having dinner with family at 6:00. We were told they had no rooms ready at this time. I was like a little flustered as this had never happened before, the person behind the counter said they could not guarantee the room being ready for me. I thought that was the reason check out is at 11:00 and check in is at 3:00. It is now 4:30 and you’re not sure when a room will be available. They took my phone number and said they would call. We had our 13 month old granddaughter and getting showers and ready for dinner was going to be a little rushed as it was, now I had no clue if we’d be on time. Fortunately a room came available about 20 minutes later and we were able to rush and make dinner barely on time. The person did apologize a few times and they waived my parking fees. I’m sure everyone was doing their best to accommodate everyone but was a little stressful beginning to our trip. The remainder of our three day stay went well and all the people who took care of us, i. e. Housekeeping, waitresses, bartenders, lobby workers, were outstanding.
- 4/5
Misrepresentation of the room
- 4/5
I will say great water pressure and nice shower head !! I wish the bathroom had a fan but otherwise it was great .
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
One area that could use improvement is the parking situation. The express parking system wasn’t as smooth or convenient as I expected. It felt a little frustrating at times and I think this is an area where the hotel could really enhance the guest experience by making it easier and more efficient. That said, the housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently kept the room spotless throughout my stay. Coming back to a perfectly clean and refreshed space each day made a big difference. The amenities inside the hotel were fantastic. From the pool to the fitness center and common spaces, everything felt well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The food options were also impressive – fresh, flavorful, and definitely a highlight of the stay. I will admit that the food did upset my stomach a little at one point, but honestly, it still tasted amazing and felt worth it overall. In the end, I had a great time at Marriott Mission Valley. Between the excellent housekeeping, quality amenities, and delicious food, the positives really outweighed the few hiccups. With a little improvement to the parking experience, this hotel would be close to perfect. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for
- 3/5
The staff were polite and helpful.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent, the location was ideal, and the room was comfortable. My only complaint was that there was a party in a nearby room that lasted until after 4:00 a.m. whivh made sleeping difficult.
- 5/5
Great hotel, met all my expectations!
- 5/5
It was a nice stay. The water pressure was really low. And you can hear everyone’s conversation from inside
- 5/5
Good was great and service was great
- 5/5
Very clean, and they have food options 3-day
- 5/5
Nice Hotel, a little noisy at night.
- 3/5
Trash on our floor wasn’t emptied for days until I asked the front desk to take it out. and the smell was awful. I noticed lots of trash around the property piled up and pool towels left around for two days. Room was clean but property didn’t feel clean.
- 3/5
Only complain I have is that they charge extra for wifi. You should not be charging extra for wifi if you are a guest.
- 3/5
This is a low teir hotel masquerading as something better. Floor smells like dog. Room is basic and let's in light under the door. Sink had lukewarm water. Connecting door to neighbors let's in a lot of noise. Would not come back for the overrated price.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay and felt very safe during my stay.
- 5/5
Lo más importante para mí es que esté limpio y lo estaba y, renovado
- 5/5
Nice place, friendly staff, good restaurant. Had a great time
- 3/5
Overall, I wouldn't book with this location again. They really need to address these issues especially the rust part in the pool. otherwise the facility and staff are wonderful.
- 3/5
There is one restaurant on site but we choose to eat out more. We did order an appetizer of wings that were good. The actual hotel seemed overall clean there were just a few things that needed attention. In the gift shop area there are two microwaves that hotel guests have to use if they would like to warm up anything which were extremely filthy. For the amount of money that is being paid I feel like you should have their own private microwaves in their room. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean besides a little rust in the bathroom by the shower. I was very surprised that you have to pay for Internet access which I think is a downfall. The hotel is in walking distance to several eateries and retail stores. Our refrigerator was not working upon arrival which was no big deal. Maintenance came in and switched it out immediately. The pool area is very nice, but there is no hot tub and the lounge area above the pool with fire pits was relaxing as well.
- 5/5
All
- 4/5
This is our second time staying here. The staff is wonderful. They are incredibly nice and accomodating. The rooms are nice but they diffenitely need some attention. The room we stayed in had a shower head that worked fine but the separate sprayer did not work at all. And the ring that is supposed to cover the hole in the wall wher the shower head comes out had fallen out. Also, we need to call down to the front desk to ask as question and the phone didn't work. It sounded like the entire inside of the phone was just floating around inside of the handset. Of course we ended up using our cell phone to call them. The big draw about staying here is that they are pet friendly.
- 4/5
Overall I love the Marriot - the parking area was horrible, we pulled in at 10pm and there was no parking in addition the lines in between were so narrow when we parked our car it was so hard to get out of the vehicle cause it was so tight between the lines.
- 5/5
My daughter and I had a great stay! We arrived in an Uber and left in one, too, and it was very convenient and safe. We walked around the surrounding area and took the Trollery for further areas. It was great weather with a lot of sunshine!
- 5/5
Always love this hotel. Close to trolley when you want to go downtown.
- 3/5
Easy check-in but the room was not clean and the refrigerator was leaking, had to use towels to soak up water. Stayed there in the past and the upkeep has degraded the property. Parking was at best difficult
- 3/5
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was adequate, with decent beds and space. The sliding glass door for the bathroom seemed old and worn out, making moving it annoying and noisy (it also leaves a gap even when fully closed, affecting privacy). The parking was cramped and limited, with very small spaces that made parking difficult. Also, parking per night cost $38/night which felt ridiculous. Amenities within the hotel such as the restaurant and pool looked nice, but we did not partake in either. Overall, the experience left us more frustrated than we'd liked.
- 5/5
We like the rooms, the pool, the friendly staff, the great food.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Marriott was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
The shower handle was very stiff and awkward to use. It required a lot of force to turn, and I couldn't do it myself so I had to ask my husband for help. It definitely needs to be fixed or replaced. And there were some stains or spots on towels.

Awesome staff and service! Check in was fast and easy.

The water pressure is comical. If you have hair on your head, good luck washing your hair. Even the sink is a trickle.

This was one of the most unpleasant stays I've experienced at a hotel in a long time. The cleanliness left something to be desired. There was hair on the bathroom floor and stains on the couch. Housekeeping failed to replace glasses or or coffee supply. The worst part, however, was at night. The guest in the next door room woke us up every night with the tv blaring. We called downstairs to notify them but it took 2 times for them to finally turn it down. This happened each night. On our last night, we asked ther front staff if they could remind them to keep it at a lower volume, but, again, we woke up at 2 am to the tv blaring. It seems the guests in the next room should have been asked to leave or at least move rooms. It was a very disappointing stay and we won't be staying there again. We visit San Diego every other month so they will be losing what could have been a returning customer.

Front desk are extremely friendly and helpful, allow us keep lodging on the day we check out and come back to pick up

Nice property

It was okay

While we were able to check-in early, there was still hair in the shower from the previous guest. I was able to ask one of the housekeeping staff if they would clean the bathroom and she did reach out to her supervisor to address. When we returned it was cleaned. The paint on the doorframes to the room were chipped and so was the shower pan. The staff however were great. Not enough parking available in the gated lots, had to park offsite on an adjacent lot.

Very clean and tidy. All the staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time visiting CA

Stay here if you are going to a concert at snapdragon stadium. The only negative was the bad water pressure in the shower.
- 5/5
We loved our stay for one night. It was convenient for us since we were going to a concert.

Nice location. It had wood floors, but the walls were dirty. Overall, nice looking property, but it could use some paint on the walls and the

Property was clean, reasonably priced, bathroom was nice. Only downside was the people next door arguing and fighting 2 nights in a row.

Really clean and renovated. Worth the stay. Quiet spot

Awesome location! Great Amenities!

parking is $38 a day for the smallest parking spots I’ve ever seen. All room say they have a balcony. Our king room was at the end of the building where the balcony is about 15 inches wide. Useful for drying clothes but nothing else. Pool area is nice. Front desk staff great. Rooms basic 4 star Marriott rooms weird setup with sliding bathroom door and closet inside the bathroom. Don’t let anyone open the room door if you are using the commode, looking straight out to the corridor if you haven’t shut the sliding bathroom door. Comfortable bed. A/C was temperamental, set at 70 but room always seemed to be 73.

Not very well kept or appealing to the eye

However, housekeeping is absolutely terrible, not bon voy points Luke warm shower and sink has slow drain Would i stay there again? Absolutely not

Hotel seemed to be clean. The handle on the shower was broken. No microwave or fridge in room. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very nice property. Great breakfast for cheap price.

Every thing was as expected or better. Definitely go back.

Great one night stay
- 3/5
Great location, hotel outdoor area was under construction. Which made parking inconvenient, so parking should have been free. The room was okay but all the furniture was scratched up and wallpaper was much the same. It’s not the best and it’s not the worst.

Nice buffet breakfast available. Excellent pool area. Convenient location at crossroads of major thoroughfares. Parking is a bit expensive.

I am incredibly grateful that the front desk allowed us to check in early. My family and I were exhausted after a very active getaway and wanted nothing more than to rest. We got checked in quickly and were in our room in less than 10 minutes. The room was spacious, clean and nice and cool. The view of the pool was beautiful. Just a couple things that I found kind of inconvenient was the bathroom door was very heavy and hard to close, and unfortunately our beds were not as comfortable as we are used to when staying at other Marriott properties. Other than that, the stay was great. We did go to the restaurant on site and ordered a bar drinks, pizza, wings and a salad. Everything was delicious.

below average from other Hiltons.

Better than I thought.
- 1/5
No parking with construction going on. Non starter had I been informed.
- 3/5
$38 for parking...for one night. That BY ITSELF takes my rating down for this property. Get rid of that greedy, money grubbing demonstration of your pathetic greed, owner, and the rating goes up. Other than that, the hotel is basically average across the board. The food in the restaurant is not good but can be tolerated.

The front desk associate who checked us in was extremely rude and her attitude alone made us not want to return. The closet rack is in the bathroom next to the toilet, this was very unusual and gross. Not worth the amount we spent. However the bar staff and kitchen staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed our conversations with them. They are definitely a great asset to this hotel

This place was great. Maybe it's me but the room was not detailed clean curtains are dusty and door area when you close it was dirty. But other than that it was great. Will come back again. The only thing I hate is that you have to pay for parking.

Great location close to lots of shopping with out having to get on the freeway. The staff is friendly, nice spacious rooms w small terraces which is wonderful. Gracias

Friendly helpful staff!
- 4/5
My only complaint is that the A/C does not cool the room and continues to reset to warmer. Myself and 8 other co-workers in their own rooms had the same issue, so I believe it's hotel controlled.
- 5/5
Nice properly, everything was modern, spacious, there were just some dirty spots. Room needed a more deep cleaning.

Construction all night and all morning. I was there for business and could not get any rest at all. Who does construction all night and all morning.

The restaurant’s waiter Juan Carlos was super nice and recommended delicious food.
