Reviews
Hotel Emblem is a unique, boutique hotel with a cool atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. It is centrally located near Union Square and public transit, with good restaurants nearby. However, some guests have complained about street noise and additional fees.

Wonderful, convenient neighborhood. Tons of things to do from there.
- 4/5
Motion detector light is super annoying especially in middle of the night. Location good but a bit sketch
- 5/5
Great staff, cute literary vibe. Pretty ideal location for Chinatown/embarcadero/oracle park. Safe neighborhood.
- 4/5
Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind and the location was in a very good spot for our needs and seemed safe.
- 5/5
Its was a classic hotel - clean and well positioned. Staff team could not have done any more to make us welcome Nothing
- 4/5
The professionalism and hospitality of the staff, from front desk to house keeping! There's only one elevator, which can become tricky in the morning. But this is a minor thing!
- 5/5
Great location cool and funky hotel with amazing vibes 💗 and close to Union Square. Loved how we also were able to get early check in 💕 thanks to their amazing staff
- 5/5
super unique with its own soul. Best place i've stayed in a long time!!
- 5/5
exceptional staff friendly and helpful

Staff help us up with our luggage. Coffee pot didn't work. Needed to be put together.

Superb
- 4/5
Good location, clean room, only slight thing is a $40 amenities fee I was charged upon check in which I don’t remember seeing anything about upon booking. Would’ve preferred they charge me it when I booked.
- 5/5
This is a small hotel with a lot of character. It’s priced well and has a great location. It is not a chain type experience with big amenities. The rooms are small but have everything you need. And the style and warmth of this place makes it way more interesting
- 5/5
Stayed here multiple times. Great hotel.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, room size, decor, location Nothing!
- 5/5
Nothing!
- 5/5
This is my new go to spot while visiting SF for work. Great hospitality, rooms, and location for the price. 2nd visit now.
- 5/5
The bar in the hotel is also A+, my go to hotel anytime I travel to SF.
- 5/5
Fab location. Room had such a nice feel to it, it wasn’t big and didn’t have a view but the decor and fittings made it feel like such a nice space. The bar and lounge area was so nice to come back to an have a night cap at the end of the night. The staff were very helpful and really nice to talk to. Nothing

Great spot to stay at in the city! Clean, lots of cool spots nearby, has a bar, and coffee shop in the building. And lots of foods spots around. Would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
They didn’t have a room for me
- 5/5
Juan, the bartender, was fantastic! He was very friendly and helpful as we asked for drink selections and directions. After going to the baseball game we decided to go back the bar just to see Juan. He made us a yummy nightcap.
- 4/5
Location and able to stop outside. Room lacked facilities - no coffee machine, fridge or bar.

Bad
- 4.5/5
- excellent service - perfect location near union square - comfortable rooms - nice quiet hotel - sizeable room - comfortable bed - no gym onsite
- 3.5/5
Nice room, comfortable bed, great location There's a water fountain on the floor, but it was disabled or dysfunctional, perhaps in an attempt to get you to buy their $10 bottle of Voss water. That is not a beatnik ethos. The curtains were paper thin so not good for blocking light from the sky or street
- 4/5
Staff were efficient and friendly and polite. Hotel is in good location and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean with good facilities, necessary essentials for your stay. You can get water and ice on every floor which was a bonus. Breakfast/cafe place attached to the hotel had poor service with unfriendly staff. Food was expensive and poor portions. Stay away.
- 4/5
Staff was lovely. Hotel was clean but our a/c did not work great and the bed was not super comfortable, Kind of a hip, gritty, centrally located. Room was small but clean and dog friendly, but no close places to walk the dog that were not all sidewalk or only straight up a hill. Coffee shop in lobby was great and appreciate the water fountain on the floor. Surprisingly quiet for an old building. It’s got character which is better than a cookie cutter chain. 75 bucks for valet parking is a new all-time high. Remember when rooms were $75 a night? ( I don’t because I am not that old, but I’m sure that would have been cool.

The A/C in my room wasn’t working, instead of offering to move me I went back to the room at night to a note saying they got me a heater - which they didn’t. Staff was kind and tried to help but time and time again I was told one thing and got another.

- 4/5
Our room wasn’t cleaned very well but the hotel is in a great location and staff was super helpful and nice
- 4/5
Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Rooms were not well sound proofed which is our only complaint.
- 5/5
We’ll be back!
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Safe location.
- 5/5
Great boutique vibe, comfortable bed with nice sheets. The staff is very cordial. Definitely would rebook. Plus PCH is 30 feet down the streets
- 5/5
Great design and theme, clean and spacious room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Good location, easy access to Union Sq and 25 minute walk to Embarcadero. We were on 7th floor but still had a fair amount of street noise every night. Hotel has cool vibe, small format. No breakfast or coffee provided, but small shop next door. Not a fan of $75 to valet, but few options in area. Front desk was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Nice clean room, convienient location
- 2/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Staff was sweet. The beds are tiny and the rooms are really small. Also, our bed was slanted backwards like you were going downhill backwards.
- 4/5
It was perfect for my solo trip. Great location to get around San Francisco. And my room was cozy and cute.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 5/5
This is a wonderful boutique hotel. We loved the location, decor, and little coffee shop attached. The cute tables outside were fun to sit at and watch the city wake up. The room was quiet and spacious. This place offered everything we needed for a truly memorable vacation.
- 5/5
Very charming..wish parking was better.
- 5/5
Excellent location, within walking distance to all the downtown sites. Lots of restaurants nearby and just a short walk from BART station
- 4/5
Other guests were respectful and friendly which is a great bonus also.
- 5/5
It is always a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Emblem. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Love the location. It is walkable to shops and restaurants. It also has an onsite bar/lounge and coffee shop open during the day. This is my favorite SF hotel. I highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Room was clean - walking distance to everything! Staff was absolutely amazing thank you Orion and Lordes! Really enjoy the unique amenities. I look forward to staying with Emblem the next time I am visiting!
- 5/5
Very nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff
- 4/5
The rooms and bathrooms are pretty small, as is the closet space. We didn’t have a car so not sure about the hotel parking.
- 5/5
Cool location. Friendly staff. Tons of cool little bars in the area and the walk towards china town is mostly downhill. Would recommend a lift or uber back. All in all a great place to stay for a fair price
- 4/5
Always enjoy staying at The Emblem when in San Francisco. So close to everything and it’s a breeze to get an uber in this location. See you again in the near future.
- 5/5
Clean room, lovely view of the courtyard fileld with greenery and the hotel has a wonderful woody and warm smell.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and gave us amazing reviews. The overnight gentleman who worked the front desk was amazing he gave us a great bar to hang out at . Also recommend an amazing place to eat at. 3 am it was so good . Thank you
- 5/5
Wonderful service from staff- Panda and Mandy (maybe) were the best. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, cozy bar off the lobby and small but comfortable room. Loved the reading selections!
- 5/5
Amazing alternative from a big chain. Great location! Staff was great, room was cute, clean and convenient.
- 3/5
Noisy at night. Okay laundry service
- 5/5
Room was clean, front desk staff was cool and always had good suggestions. The room was also good and in good location close to a few food options/bars. Location was close to other neighborhood’s. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the rooms.
- 5/5
Great location with character and welcoming staff
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the room service was good too; however, they didn't have any gym passes, which meant I had to go and register at the gym to get a pass and then bring the receipt back to submit it.
- 5/5
Such a unique hotel! Love all the small details, especially if you are into books or music.
- 1/5
I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. Despite booking a great rate, I was unable to cancel my reservation or have the charge reduced. I had hoped the hotel would be willing to compromise or accommodate my request, but they refused. This lack of flexibility left me feeling frustrated, especially given the location of the hotel in a less desirable area of San Francisco. While I understand businesses need to protect revenue, the rigid policies and unwillingness to work with guests make it difficult to recommend this property.
- 5/5
Beautiful comfy room & such fun decor! Staff were super nice! Location was perfect for us! This is going to be my “go to” hotel when I’m in San Francisco. 😀
- 5/5
Clean room, fun amenities, personal service, we love staying here!
- 4/5
The only slight negative was that there was a strange smell in the room when I arrived; however one of the quirky amenities on the list was an essential oil diffuser which cleared that right up! Would absolutely recommend staying here for a short break in SF.
- 4/5
I had to switch rooms, because of a tv issue. The second room wasn’t terrible. It looked like the pictures. The room was a bit more worn than I was expecting. But nonetheless cozy. The bar was very modern and comfortable! The cafe was absolutely beautiful and the lobby was quite spectacular. Hopefully, some renovations for the rooms are underway. I would definitely recommend and go back.
- 5/5
Clean, hotel smelled lovely, great atmosphere, friendly service, comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Room was clean , staff was really sweet and helpful, made my birthday weekend special
- 5/5
Amazing hotel with great spacious rooms, modern amenities and free welcome drink!
- 5/5
The room was clean and the decor was really cool. I love the fact that it had a sound machine to drown out the street noise. The location is also excellent, walking distance to a lot of activities.
- 5/5
Super fun area of town, lots of great food within walkable distance. Love the quirky vibe of the hotel and fun amenities offered.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and fantastic atmosphere
- 5/5
Everyone was really friendly and the room was great. Very cozy and a perfect spot in the city.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, close to cable cars shopping dining bars
- 5/5
Clean room, cool decor, great stay
- 5/5
Breakfast menu good. Did not use the bar
- 5/5
I loved everything about it. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean and the location was perfect.
- 5/5
Good experience. Friendly staff. Great location. Close to restaurants and clubs.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great room, most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Loved using their typewriter to write letters to family. Nice touch!
- 5/5
Everything about this place was funky and fun. Staff were super friendly. Close to everything.
- 5/5
Great place to stay when visiting the City - will return again!
- 5/5
Fantastic place to stay. Was in town for a business trip and loved the vibe, the room and the staff. Will be my place to book when Im in town for work!
- 5/5
Our stay at Hotel Emblem was AMAZING. Our room was super clean the front service desk was really nice and accommodating it's a whole vibe!
- 5/5
Nice room, helpful staff and great location.
- 5/5
super nice staff, great room, clean, good value!
- 5/5
Stood out in a good way. A lot of character, a great cafe, and helpful staff.
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room was clean. Bathroom was neat. Valet expensive but a great option in the city!
- 5/5
The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere, which was amazing! The only thing I’d point out is the smell, which could be due to the age of the hotel - and although the shower and toilet had good water pressure, the sink did not. But overall it was a great experience and will for sure be staying here again during our next trip.
- 5/5
The hotel's beat literary theme is fun. It's clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood with a good (expensive) sushi bar around the corner and a diner down the street and a good coffee shop downstairs adjacent to the lobby. Bed is comfortable, TV is fine, and the price is usually reasonable. Cable cars and North Beach and Chinatown and City Center all within an easy wallk.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and friendly and the rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Great location, the hotel has personality, the rooms are ample and clean, and Gitanjali, the manager, did some magic at the front desk to get me a quiet room. I love coming back to this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice location. Cool bar. Friendly staff. Funky rooms.
- 5/5
Love this hotels ambiance and decorating. So quirky, comfortable, and convenient!
- 4/5
This hotel was conveniently close by premium shops in Union Square like Gucci, LV, and Valentino etc.
- 5/5
We had our first date in the lobby of this hotel 9 years ago. They made our stay comfortable and fun. Service was perfect. We loved getting a drink in the hotel bar (excellent cocktails) and hope to visit again soon.
- 5/5
It was simply perfect, very close to everything and a variety of dining options that are always a plus.
- 5/5
Soo nice and friendly staff, very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, but like much of San Francisco nowadays, it’s not the safest neighbourhood, so didn’t always feel safe coming and going, especially at night
- 5/5
Such a cute hotel and very good location. The reception desk staff were lovely, both when we checked in and when we left. Would totally stay again when back in SF
- 5/5
Hotel staff lovely, very welcoming
- 5/5
Good hotel, well placed for exploring San Francisco, close to BART, tram and bus options and the cable car.
- 3/5
The staff were very helpful and I can’t fault.
- 5/5
Highly recommended! Clean and lovely boutique hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff!
- 5/5
Love this hotel! I’ve stayed several times in business and always enjoy! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Great location and very helpful and friendly staff!
- 5/5
The staff was great. The room had so many above and beyond extras such as great books to read a window that opened (with safety measures of course) and basically anything required upon request such as yoga mats, microwaves and room defusers. You could basically walk everywhere and the area is safe although be careful which direction you travel in the evening.
- 4/5
Booked last minute due to our other hotel not being suitable. Check in was easy, location was great and staff were very friendly. Room and bed was smaller than you would expect in an American hotel but that didn’t matter too much to us (being from the UK). A convenient Starbucks on the corner too.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Cute historic hotel. Clean.
- 5/5
Food options were slim. The little coffee ahop was over loaded every day.
- 5/5
Its conveniently located and I was able to do a lot on my first day. I had lunch at Sears, great food and service. I shopped around and got on the Big Bus to tour SF and got back in time to take the #30 bus to Oracle Park to watch a baseball game. They have wonderful staff and are very accommodating. Thank you so much for wonderful hospitality
- 5/5
Great little hotel. Walking distance to theaters and union square. Nice coffee house with some food selections. Our 4th time staying here, comfortable beds, quiet: never disappoints.
- 4/5
Quirky building with interesting design. Right in Union Square, easy access to BART.
- 5/5
This is a small but friendly hotel with a fondness for everything literary. We were drawn to it by its quirky theme and decor, something different from other hotels in the area. Desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly, personable and helpful. It was nice to be able to walk into the attached coffee shop for caffeine and a breakfast sandwich. My wife appreciated that they have gluten free bread.
- 5/5
Great place central location would definitely stay again
- 5/5
I loved this hotel! It felt so cozy and like a home away from home. Quiet and safe for a solo female traveler. Front desk staff was very helpful whenever I needed anything. Steps away from Union Square but it is adjacent to the Tenderloin area and there’s some rough folks meandering around. That being said, no one really bothered me and I had no problem walking everywhere alone. Super close to multiple options for public transit too. 5 stars!
- 5/5
I absolutely loved this hotel! It was charming, spotless, and had such a cozy, city-living vibe. The location was perfect—right in the heart of a lively area with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife just steps away. We truly felt like locals during our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!
- 5/5
They have a list of special amenities you can request - including a record player and records and a typewriter to write letters. The staff drops these off to your room. This was a total hit with our family, especially our teenager. This truly was a perfect fit for our family. Highly recommend and hope to come back again!
- 5/5
I absolutely love their staff! Super unique hotel overall.
- 3/5
Friendly staff and decent room for an affordable price.
- 4/5
The beds were very uncomfortable but their smart TVs and extra touches to make it feel like home was nice.
- 5/5
Hotel Emblem is a great place to stay! Service is excellent- rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
- 5/5
Loved the ambience and the book wall!!
- 5/5
I love the vibe walking in and the gentleman at the front desk opened the door for me! I loved the books they had in the room and very clean bathroom is a plus! The little refrigerator was full of drinks and breakfast was the best I ever had!
- 5/5
Cool old hotel. Tons of character
- 5/5
The location can’t be beat. Union Square is a short stroll away, Chinatown is just around the corner, and the cable car line is practically outside the front door. There’s a Walgreens on the corner for anything you forgot to pack, and a liquor store just a few doors down (very convenient!). We found tons of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. One of our favorite parts of the trip? Using the Waymo driverless cars! Not only were they futuristic and fun, but they were often cheaper than Uber. It felt like the perfect complement to the hotel’s modern-meets-retro personality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something a little different, with lots of personality, and close to everything San Francisco has to offer.
- 4/5
Very nice location, neat hotel, rooms are small. Front desk person during checkout wasn’t very nice.
- 5/5
Excellent value for money near Union Square. Very cool vibe!
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel, very welcoming and top notch service. Rooms are well appointed and location is excellent. The only negative I can provide as feedback is that the automatic closing bathroom doors are a bit annoying and the towels had a bit of a musty smell.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
sooooo central,, greeat food and drink options close by
- 5/5
Hotel right near union square and within easy walking distance of Chinatown. Beds were comfortable and large tv was nice. It was a nice surprise to have housekeeping and fresh towels after only one night. If in town again, we would stay here again!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone at the front desk that I interacted with was very nice and helpful. I loved the cafe. The bed was comfy. I’d stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine but had a really nad odor.
- 5/5
I stayed one night with my sister for a short city trip. The room was very comfortable and we really like the interior design of the room, lobby and bar area. There is a lot more character than your typical brand name hotel.
- 5/5
Lovely boutique hotel with a lot of charm. Great location, nice rooms and bar!
- 5/5
Great vibe, staff was nice, location was close to everything, and bluestone coffee is great. Rooms great too.
- 5/5
Great place for a decent price
- 5/5
Shout out to Mandy Fong, for using her own personal cell phone to book passage for us on big bus tours when our cell phones were not cooperating!! 👍
- 1/5
I tried calling multiple times to discuss my reservation and ended up on hold for long periods of time, then the call would get dropped. I called six separate times, left on hold indefinitely multiple times, several dropped calls and still with no success in answering my inquiry. Never again will I book at this hotel.
- 4/5
Nice small boutique hotel .. sometimes the rooms are too small and with no enough natural light
- 5/5
Loved that it leaned into the Beat Generation vibe of nearby North Beach. The decor was playful and tasteful. The staff were warm and very attentive.
- 5/5
We loved it here, I can’t wait to go back! The staff was amazing & so great with everything we wanted help with. Such a cool spot too with so many awesome features & amenities. ***** 5 stars!
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Lovely hotel in a great location, perfect for our trip. Would stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Emblem - it's a charming hotel. A number of hotels in this area seem to spend their money on lobby decor and doormen and have very blah rooms. In contrast, Hotel Emblem feels like it puts more money into its room (though the lobby is nice and there's also a cute coffee shop attached). The staff were lovely and the Expedia package I was on waived the resort fees (which I think are in general a rip-off). The area around the hotel is safe - as it's a few blocks up from Powell Street, it's more removed from the less salubrious characters who linger near the BART station. I would recommend Hotel Emblem if you're staying in the Union Square area, and would stay again. (Also try Fanoo's across the street!)
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Really fun vibe and close to shopping, restaurants, union square and the world famous trolley’s.
- 5/5
The hotel was very unique in style, there was always staff at the front desk , very friendly and helpful to our needs
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, the space was beautiful and creatively designed, and I had a wonderful experience.
- 5/5
It was great - also great that San Fran is so clean and safe feeling again!
- 5/5
The room was unique and interesting. Beds were super comfy and the staff were wonderful. A great location!
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Staff went above and beyond. I will note that I was hit with an 80 dollar amenity fee when checking out. Be sure to read through all details of your stay as I was definitely surprised by this. Would stay again but definitely would budget for this ahead of time!
- 5/5
What a sweet place and it is so charming! Great theme and location. Fabulous staff!
- 5/5
A great boutique hotel with an artistic theme. The price was great for the location in SF and accommodations. Very close to plenty of food options and convenience stores. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!
- 5/5
Staff are helpful and courteous. The room we got is small, over looking a roof of building nextdoor. But the room is very clean and functional. Bed mattress and pillows comfortable. We even got microwave and small fridge delivered to our room, no charge as included in amenities. Also requested typewriter to be delivered , part of amenity.
- 5/5
Very cute!
- 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating staff, felt really at home here and had a wonderful experience
- 5/5
Unique hotel- different vibe and coziness. Very friendly staff. Decoration brings you in another environment. Super relaxed, chill, with a touch of out of the box ideas,
- 5/5
Excellent stay for a first intro to the city! Walking distance to all of the luxury Union Square shopping, one street over from a car car ride, safe and walkable! Super cute sandwich/smoothie bar next door! Dope lobby, super nice amd helpful staff and ONE of the BEST BEDS I've ever slept! Super clean and CRISPY duvet and sheets! Only stayed for one night but wished i had more time.for a longer stay! Would definitely return and recommend!
- 5/5
It's 60's vibe was right on for our generation.
- 5/5
Close to the shopping District really cozy and close to shopoing, Chinatown, and Amazing restaurants!!
- 5/5
Good option if you need to stay in this not very appetizing area (which isn't really the hotel's fault...). Small but nice, with sangria on arrival and water machines scattered throughout as well as a nice room and diner next door for breakfast. It's nothing fancy, but it's good value for the price.
- 5/5
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent—the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet and cozy. It truly felt like they thought of every little detail to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and well-thought-out experience!
- 5/5
Stayed here many times over the last 7-8 years. Super friendly and helpful staff…always accommodating and welcoming. Comfy beds…great decor…awesome bar and lounge area and good coffee shop right next door!
- 5/5
Fashionable hotel with a great flair for contemporary design and unique style
- 5/5
Friendly, accommodating staff.
- 5/5
Hotel was amazing. Loved the decor!!
- 5/5
It was a very nice hotel, the only thing was the thinness of the walls as I was walking in the hallway and in the room we were staying, some rooms were very loud.
- 4/5
Funky, fun and friendly
- 5/5
Easy check in, nice lobby, simple, but elegant hotel.
- 5/5
Wonderful, boutique, hotel beautifully done with friendly and hopeful staff.
- 5/5
Loud outside - could have used a noise machine.
- 5/5
Loved our time at the hotel, the staff were excellent and very helpful!
- 4/5
Funky decor, convenient location. Older building , no hot water one day, shoddy plumbing fixtures, super loud outside with picketing union workers across the street. Nice lounge area.
- 5/5
Great location, interesting vibe, very comfortable bed and helpful staff. Very good value for the price, I would be happy to stay here again.
- 5/5
Fun stay
- 5/5
Ever since I found the Emblem I always stay there and will keep staying here in the future. The staff is great, to coffee shop as well, the rooms are conformable and quiet, the hotel is funky, and the area is perfectly located. Far enough from the zombie apocalypse of Union Square, and close enough to walk to the financial district or embarcadero.
- 5/5
My Wife and I love this Hotel and everything about it. We stay once a year and look forward to every trip.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel. Great location and staff. A bit noisy outside and the hot water was a bit hot and miss. Overall great place to stay.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay here. Central to a lot of different neighborhoods to check out in the city. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy walk to several great restaurants and bars
- 5/5
I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Great location and it’s an old building with a facelift that may need add new carpets at least for price charged per room Parking $75 it’s out of control…
- 5/5
I love boutique hotels offering something beyond a cookie-cutter, comfortable experience. We were mainly looking for a hotel that could provide both a coffee shop and a bar/lounge on property, and Hotel Emblem delivered perfectly on these along with a fantastic, quirky vibe. We loved the music in the lounge, the kind and helpful staff offering Sangria on check-in, and the delightful signature scent in the public areas. We also loved the extensive list of unusual amenities available even if we didn’t take advantage of most. Our very minor criticisms are that we would have appreciated better lighting in the room near the full-length mirror and also that the bathroom door closed on its own and couldn’t be held open to let steam out. However, these issues were very nominal and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wish there was more space for storing clothes. With two kids it was a bit tight living of our suitcases but fine for 3 days :)
