Room was very comfortable and quiet. There were good options for breakfast and the grounds were nice.

Great location. The rooms were roomy and the beds comfortable. They didn’t clean the rooms or give fresh towels every day. The breakfast was good, however, they had one attendant who was expected to do everything. She worked non stop, but there was only so much one person could do. Many times the food had run out and people were waiting for refills.

Spacious quiet room, breakfast, location. I booked the room 1 hour in advance to our arrival. Upon arrival I still was not in the hotel system and had to wait 15 more minutes to be checked in. that was important to me as I felt myself unwell and very tired and urged to lay down the bed asap. There were no luggage carts in the lobby, I asked to find one but hotel staff was unable to find. Finally, I found one in a corridor of the third floor. In the other hotels of this chain I've seen notes to guests asking to return carts to the lobby. Anyways, it was a stressful and disappointing first impression from the hotel after driving 600 miles.

The power went out Friday night and the hotel was completely black. No power no emergency back up lights nothing. There was no way out. The staff didn't say anything about it. There should be some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

The bathroom didn’t have body wash. Only 2 shampoo bottles and conditioner that was empty. The bathroom shower door wouldn’t close all the way so the water was all over the bathroom floor

The staff was really patient. There was a guest she was helping who was irate and the staff was patient and calm. When it was my turn to check in, the staff apologized and quickly helped me check in. The breakfast was clean and neat. The staff operating the breakfast was kind and helpful. I enjoyed our one night stay.

The staff here are so welcoming and awesome. The rooms were super clean and the shower had running hot water in seconds. The pools need a little more maintenance or something that meke them look more attractive.

Our check in was super fast, super easy, she was so nice and sweet and very warm and welcoming. We had a long flight, so coming in to her smile and ease of check in was great. We got settled in quick, took was comfy and the next morning breakfast was good, that waffle machine is the best! Thank you!

Everything with the staff and room was good. My issue was with the fact that the room that I reserved was changed without my consent. I booked a room with a king size bed. And was given a room with 2 queen beds. Front desk told me they had sold out the hotel and since I booked thru Expedia(3rd Party) they had to change my reservation. Even though I had booked it in advance. Not happy about that.

Comfortable clean rooms, good amenities, good location and customer service second to none! From check in to check out the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Walls were so thin can hear every pin drop in the hallway and other rooms. The breakfast was a big reason we booked here but was disappointed when we came down 1 hour before the end of breakfast and there was very little options left. One of two elevators was broken so long waits in the morning which kind of sucked.

OK - so this was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Had to stay here for a couple of nights, which extended to 3 which extended to 4 nights - accommodations where I was going just didn't get available on time. So... Usually stay at Residence inn or regular marriott when I travel but this was available and close, so why not? This place is incredible! Very clean, excellent parking, good, hot, free breakfast every morning, and WONDERFUL staff. I asked 3 times if I could keep my room since my plans kept changing - it was no problem for them. They honored the pricing I originally received (even though I kept changing my times nights), beds were new and very comfortable... Everything I could ask for in a very expensive hotel (other than views... the freeway isn't that impressive! lol) I received here - at a very, very reasonabl price. Next time I am in town and need a place to stay, won't even look anywhere else - definitely stay here! Thank you, management and staff for an outstanding service and accommodation experience!

room was clean but shower did not work. Handle broke off when I tried to turn it on. I had to struggle to get it back on to turn on water, then could not turn off completely. I called front desk to tell them water still running, and repeated when I left keys.

The bathroom door squeaked waking up me or my spouse when the other went to enter the bathroom. Needs WD 40 or 3 in 1 oil. Everything else was perfect!

The property was great. Very convenient and staff was wonderful. The only downside was when we returned at the end of the day our room had not been serviced and we had no new towels. It may be the policy of the hotel to only clean rooms upon request but we were not told that on check in. Otherwise a great stay.

It had a comfortable and clean room. There was a leak in the plumbing in the shower. The close proximity to the freeway made it easy to go places, but also made it noisy at times.

Good stay overall. The hotel is located off the freeway, but you won't hear it from your room. However, there is a train track nearby and you will hear that, but only once or twice a day. The hotel did offer breakfast, and it was quite basic, as per usual for a hotel of this class. Rooms seems new and updated. Had good and comfortable sleeps each night.

Everything was great! The only thing I wish the pool was open later then 9. We were there for our sons lacrosse tournament so got back to late for him to use the hot tub.

I had to go downstairs twice because the keycard did not work then when it did work I got locked in my room so we had to change rooms, the iron in this room did not work which was an important item needed to iron out traveling wrinkles in our clothing

The room was clean, the staff was professional and friendly, and the complementary breakfast was reasonable. The area is far too developed for my taste, but that's no fault of the hotel. This was a great hotel to stay at for a business trip in the area.

I was very disappointed when I checked in. Apparently I did not read the fine print. They wanted a $150.00 deposit which I think is very high. I travel a lot and most are $50.00 sometimes a $100.00 but $150.00 I think is way too much. Also I could not believe this but they charge you for parking. Now I have been charged for parking before but it has always been when staying in a big city. Not when they have a huge parking lot that is only a quarter full in a small city like Tustin. I guess they have to get every penny they can. I will never stay here again. Too many other choices.

The entire team/staff were engaged and extremely nice!! The facilities were very well kept: the room, bathroom, breakfast area, lobby, gym, and laundry room. They even had EV-Go!! Chargers outside the hotel in the parking lot. The hotel is also close to the freeway, which made it even easier to travel anywhere. The only issue was the hotel WIFI, was kind-of laggy…which this would be me nitpicking. Overall experience though was amazing. Next year when we come back, we will be definitely staying at this hotel. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

To top it off, at 3 AM, a group of loud, drunk guests outside of our room smoking made it impossible to sleep. Despite multiple complaints, the staff failed to enforce their own quiet hours policy. It took three calls to the front desk for them to admit they couldn’t control the situation and I was told “there’s nothing we can really do about it”. This hotel completely fails to care for its guests. Basic customer service is nonexistent. I will never return and strongly warn others to avoid this place.

The room was clean and quite for being next to the freeway. The room and hallway must have just had new carpet installed which was really nice. The free breakfast had lots of options. Great customer service!

The bed i was in was sagging one my side, didn't sleep well, also are room was next to the stair well where the kids were running up and down till about 11pm every night shaking are room.

They overbooked us in a two bed when we originally got the single which wasn’t too bad since we did book it late. Unfortunately the room was dated. it didn’t feel comfortable with the two beds. The bathroom door never stayed open. which was a hassle as it made the loudest screech as you opened it. the bathroom has a curtain but i don’t really trust those. there wasn’t too much space to put our things but thankfully it was only for the night. i wouldn’t stay here again, the people at the front desk were nice but that’s about it.

Like everything except for the breakfast hours. It would be nicer if the hours on the weekdays are 6-10 and weekends 7-11.

Have stayed here on business several times. There’s a distinct smell of mold and funk in each room I have stayed in. You’ll need an Uber to get to food and other amenities like a drug store. Staff is friendly but this can’t make up for the run down feeling throughout the property.

We loved our stay, two days, wished it could be longer. Everyone was so nice, breakfast was great alot of options, bagels, mini waffles, cereals, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, 3 types of coffee, apple juice, orange juice, sausages, etc. Our room was the Executive suite, we were five adults and a baby, and it was perfect size. Two TV's, bathroom was large, all areas were very clean. My only complaint was the bathtub was very slippery, don't know what that was about but we had to wear our sandals because my daughter almost slipped and fell, it could have been bad, but thank god it was all good. Anyway it was a positive experience all around, would definitely go back over and over again!!! Thank you

The hotel is close to highway and there are several construction in progress near by, so it is little noisy. The WiFi keeps disconnecting. Need to call front desk for room Cleaning service. The breakfast is good and staff is friendly.

The location for this hotel is ideal for our travel needs here in Orange County. Staff is friendly, helpful and available 24 hours which is very convenient. Breakfast is quite adequate with plenty of variety. Our only concern was the comfort of the bed which was fine but not the best as we come to expect from Fairfield Inn.

Did not like that the pool and hot tub area closed at 9pm. The main purpose of staying was for the hot tub. Adults should be allowed to stay later in the leisure areas.

Even though we only stayed for one evening, everything was fantastic! All of the employees were very friendly, professional and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great and the two ladies assisting at the breakfast were wonderful!
