    Included breakfast was good - not self serve. Line up, and be served one plate of scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes. No bread for toast, no bagels, no cream cheese or spreads. Small muffins, coffee (bold only), hot water, and apple juice. Not the best, but not bad if you like just what they offer. Might stay again, if no other choice....

    This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed because they walked into my room a while. I was taking a shower and getting ready. I was completely naked and made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe, embarrassed, and everything. I never recommend this place. They do sexual harassment here.

    OUR ROOM SMELLED LIKE PEE. THE BATHROOM SMELLED EVEN WORSE. I HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE DOOR OPEN ALL NIGHT BECAUSE THE AC SMELLED SO BAD. MY SISTER WAS IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME HER ROOM SMELLED LIKE A SMOKER WAS IN THERE FOR DAYS SMOKING. STAFF REFUSED TO GIVE US NEW ROOMS OR A REFUND. MY SISTER LEFT THE PROPERTY AT 3AM BECAUSE HER KIDS (AGES 2 & 7) WERE FEELING SICK FROM THE SMELL. I HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE DOOR OPEN ALL NIGHT BECAUSE THE AC SMELLED SO BAD. THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE PROPERTY. HAD TO DRIVE FOR OVER 20 MINUTES LOOKING FOR A PARKING SPOT BECAUSE ALL THE SPACES WERE TAKEN. WE WERE IN ROOM 357+358. WE HAD MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ALL SAID THEIR ROOMS SMELLED TOO.

    Room not as described. The hallway, elevator, and patio reeked of urine and weed. I was there for a business trip and needed WiFi to do my work. The WiFi never worked. I reported it several times, but it never fixed. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he/she was not onsite. Terrible experience. Not recommended.

    I have a service dog and they want to charge me 300 dollars for hair on the floor!! And they said I stained towel which was my dogs foot prints on a wet towel because the shower curtain doesn’t work properly!!!

    The location is superb ! Staff are friendly, answers questions promptly. Stayed for two nights no cleaning was done maybe because i did not request for it . Pillows , sheets smells fresh matress is comfortable. Towels are rough on the skin maybe a softner to smoothen. Peacefull area . I will surely come back .

    I didn't receive a receipt for my stay and the clerk said I would get one through email! I still haven't received one and today is Thursday June 4th. I don't appreciate being played or lied to,. We checked out on Friday May 29th! Where is my receipt! I also think that 200 dollars is to pricy for incidentals when most hotels charge 100 or even 50 dollars! Not very satisfied right now!

    The room I got was suppose to be not smoking but it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There is no actually stove or dishwasher in the room. They have a one mini countertop stove that they take to your room upon request as well as the dishes and silverware. They do not take out trash, fill towels, toilet paper, or soap during duration of stay. Unfortunately it is very poorly maintained. Upon opening one of the room darkening shades one of the handles fell off. The bath tub faucet and shower head are barely hanging on for dear life. You have to be very careful when using them. The TV does not have any Internet so you just watch what's on satellite TV. They use vouchers for breakfast which I actually prefer as to avoid any breakfast chaos with a family of 6.

    Room was clean, spacious; beds were on a softer side. Hot breakfast was very streamlined, it satisfies the goal of 'fuel for the body'. Couldn't tell how many guests were staying next door, their door was constantly knocked by different young men, all similar age from the time we checked-in until we went to bed. WIFI was tricky.

    The room was good but the staff was very unhelpful everytime you ask for things they say they will bring it to my room and never did. And the internet was horrible cant even connect to internet throughout my stay and I staff and just laugh about it and no help at all.     Room was nice but cleaning was mediocre hair in the tub and the tub stopper was useless didn’t hold the water at all for my kid to take bath, crazy there is $200 deposit. I didn’t due my diligence before booking, however the way that parking is set up it’s definitely not worth my $200 being on hold, lol. the housekeeping staff doesn’t seem that friendly & room smell a bit musty ac as well, like an senior citizen home or something, never again :)

    We had real difficulty getting a decent Internet connection and both TVs didn't function properly. One you couldn't even tune in when you could turn it on, the menus didn't work. The other TV wouldn't turn on. I expected that the room might have a few kitchen items like plates or silverware and there was nothing so it was sort of hard to warm up food no paper towels or anything. Otherwise to stay fine.

    The rooms are very good. Spacious and comfortable, the bathroom fixtures all work well the breakfast is good but aways the same. Now for the not so good, some of the lights in the room don't work, the elevator nearest to the lobby has been broken for over a month, they allow people to park cars where they should not, finally, their Internet service is really bad and spotty and it can be very slow often. If you have to do any work on a laptop this makes it difficult and frustrating

    I was vey happy with this hotel considering its price! The hotel itself is very clean in very safe area. The staff is super friendly. It has free breakfast although I wish they have healthier items ( it’s same every day : pancakes, hash browns, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereals and mini muffins , coffee) but breakfast staff is super friendly. It has full sized fridge and microwave oven, and coffee maker in the room. Highly recommended

    We stayed in the jacuzzi suite on the 3 floor the room was clean however once we got in we called the front desk to tell them about the loud toilet that kept running every 5 mins. The maintenance guy came up to fix it for 3 mins then left the toilet started running again within mins. The other issue is that all other entrances close at 11pm. Meaning if you don’t enter into the main lobby you will not be able to get in. Which would have been great information to provide us with on the 1st night. We had to go the front desk every night thinking it was our key that was causing us the problem we found out on our last night 3 that the only way in after 11pm is the main lobby. We came to visit Disneyland which doesn’t close until 11pm. All the parking is very far from the lobby so that long walk every night was unnecessary. Especially when you are forced to walk through the main entrance but there is no real security so that begin required was more of a hassle then a safety matter. Especially when this information was NOT told to us the day we checked in or the 3 times we came to the lobby after 11pm.

    The breakfast is fine, the room is great, the outdoor seating is good. The internet service is VERY bad, it has been bad for the last 3 times I have been here. The elevator closest to the front desk has been out of service for the last 2 weeks and it doesn't seem its going to be fixed any time soon.

    They only clean the room once every 7 days( when you check in and ok every box on agreement, you don't realize it's in there), so you have to ask for clean towels additional coffee for the room etc. The mattress was ridiculously soft, so no support and both had sore backs)

    We’ve been coming to this hotel for Disney trips for over 8 years. Usually it’s a good stay. This time was different. Our room was filthy. The curtains were caked with dust and the bathroom floor didn’t look clean. The shower drain kept getting clogged. The rooms are starting to look a bit beat up. Over all it was okay. We went for a last min Disneyland trip so didn’t spend much time in the room. Just to shower and sleep. I don’t think we will be returning.

    They only had parking for one of the three nights we stayed. The second night the lot was full and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for them to arrange parking next door. The next night the lot was full again so I had to leave my car in the check in area. The staff was not very helpful and did not communicate what was going on while they were trying to arrange the parking. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The two bright spots were that the grounds were very well kept and the breakfast was served rather than just being left out to get yourself. Other than that I would not stay here again.

    The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. I had chosen this hotel because they served breakfast and had a laundry facility. We were traveling for greater than a week and needed the laundry facilities. Upon arrival, only one of the four sets of washers/dryers were in service. Then the change machine did not work. When asking at the front desk if they could make change so I could finish my load that was already in the wash, they could not provide coins but would send the maintenance man to check the change machine. They just put an 'out of order' sign on that machine too. I had to go to a local store a mile away, stand in line to get extra change. This was quite disappointing and frustrating! Breakfast was served later on the weekends, and unfortunately, we had early appointments on the weekend, so only took the food to go. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit or yogurt, or muffin along with the eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. It was functional, but the service was definitely lacking.

    The facility was clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good, but only dairy based creamer was available, so I had to get my own for day two. The only real negative issue was parking. The first night I found a spot, the second night of my stay there was no parking and the check in driveway was also full. I had to circle and wait at 1am for a spot to open. I'm not sure if the problem is not as many spots as rooms, or multiple cars per room.

    I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was reasonably priced with a lot of amenities. The room had alot of space with a living room and two tvs. The fire pit/pool/jacuzzi area was nice my family really enjoyed it. Clean property felt safe and loved the free parking.

    Everything was great. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious and was pretty central to everything we needed. Theres even a dispo right across tbe street if thats your thing. The only thing i didnt care for was that the hotel has no conditioner only shampoo so we had to buy some at walgreens. Otherwise would totally stay again!

    Clean room, great hot breakfast, nice staff. Parking is really bad at night, especially on weekends. There’s a lot of double parking and cars illegally parked in fire lanes, which could be dangerous in an emergency. Very slow internet. TV reception is very poor. C

    Breakfast was the same every day, the kitchen ladies are not too friendly. We had no hot water the first two days we were there, no housekeeping or room service , I was told they clean the rooms every 7days. I spent a lot of money and don’t recommend this place I won’t be staying again. Also the first night we were there some drunk guy was running his mouth and playing loud music on his speaker and telling obscenities out of his window and the hotel staff did nothing about it.

    Bathroom could use a shower curtain liner and the pole should be adjusted so that the wall doesn’t get wet. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate enough to have some nutrients before going to Disneyland. The grounds were clean and the property was pretty quiet. Just be aware that if you stay till closing at the parks, you may not have a parking space available however they did accommodate us by letting us park in areas we should not have parked in. Keep in mind we were there during spring break.

    We had a Terrible roach problem and their attempt to help is to have a guy come in our room and wipe the roach off the wall and spray Toxic chemicals on the walls when we were tired and had to sleep with the patio door open so we could breathe!!! No accountability and I NEVER got my discount! But the breakfast lady was Pleasant and the highlight of our stay!

    Negatives, one of the beds was rock hard the other was broken so we just sunk into it. The refrigerator was leaking water constantly inside We found spiders in the room daily There was debris left behind from other guests that housekeeping failed to clean. Housekeeping only serviced every 7 days. The room smelled musty and moldy every time we walked in. Overall NOT happy with our stay!

    Good hotel, rooms are large and include a desk, couch fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, 2 tvs but no range. The breakfast includes sausage, eggs, hash browns and pancakes. The only bad thing here was the Internet service, it was painfully slow throughout my 3 wee stay. I even mentioned it to the front desk twice, they said the would check it but nothing ever changed.

    Breakfast is the same items everyday. The hot tub was cautioned off for part of the stay, and the pool looked pretty cloudy so we did not use those amenities. Room was very spacious which was nice to have. I left a bag of candy on the counter that i didn't realize was open and some ants found it before i noticed. Overall for the price this hotel was decent and the staff was very nice.

    Geographic location is fine if you are okay staying away from more congested areas (e.g. Disneyland); however, you do need a car to travel from location to location. Adjacent Avis/Budget rental facility was super helpful. Check that your tub & toilet drain and flush properly. Ours did not and we had to call the front desk for it to be serviced. Be sure to tip cooking staff. They worked hard to provide fresh food and serve it efficiently.

    “Kitchen” is a good sized fridge, sink and microwave. No stovetop, can’t really cook anything. WiFi is BAD, asked the front desk and they said “only strong enough to read an article.” We had to move hotels bc we work from home and couldn’t do that with the WiFi there. There was also not enough parking, had to make my own parking spot next to a curb/planter. Rooms are decent sized. Convenient location. Breakfast was good and could take it to-go.

    There was also a limited amount of amenities within the room. Mostly just very minimal towels and no conditioner or body wash it's shampoo. These things are not necessarily complaints just things I noticed that were a little different than most other hotels I have stayed at. I would stay here again it is just worth noting they had less than most other hotels I am used to. I cannot stress enough though that the staff were very wonderful. Also I went on a run outside the hotel and the area seemed safe which aligned with what the staff told me when I asked.

    There were so many things wrong w the room I will never go back. A bright automatic "motion sensor" light went off if anyone woke up in the night to go to the bathroom. Even after maintenance came and "fixed it," it still went off. I finally had to unscrew the light bulb and put it in the bedside drawer to get any sleep :/ Toilet was clogged and didn't flush when we arrived. The sliding door to the balcony was stuck and barely/extremely difficult to open. Shower water pressure was super weak, and the water in the shower didn't drain well. After 5 minutes it started to pool in the bathtub and build up. Bathroom sink stopper did not work. They give you 2 towels if you ask for a full set. The neighbors in the next room were so loud and pounding on the walls the whole 5 days we were there, day and night, woke us up how loud they were. I can't even imagine what they were doing to make so much noise 24/7, was horrible and made our heart race. The POWER WENT OUT every day we were there if we used the microwave. The light on the microwave didn't work. Also no guide button on the remote, you have to flip through each channel to see what's on. The only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast. They make plate for each person, incl. pancakes, hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage. With juice and coffee, was great. Rooms need so much work tho, and deposit is most we've ever paid $200!!! Crazy! Do not book here

    Bed was hard, pillows went flat, shower water was coming out too much spread, so it was hard to rinse my face. I asked for a shower chair cuz I have sciatica but they didn’t have any. We stayed for 4 nights, and they never cleaned our room. We will go to other hotels next time.

But on the 2nd night i noticed a swarm of ants on one of the end tables, and then a few were crawling on me. Also, not enough parking due to many people parking crooked.     Smells like smoke upon entry. The room was extremely dirty, so was the bathroom. I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had hair in it and the sponge was black after cleaning. Prior to booking my reservation I contacted the front desk Hotel staff to ask about storage for my items and early check-in. Upon arrival, I was not granted early check-in. I was first instructed to leave my stuff in the Hotel lobby unsecured and unsupervised. After asking to speak with a manager, they allowed me to put my items in what looks like an old restaurant that is no longer open by the lobby. I had to put my refrigerated food items in a freezer not a refrigerator. In which it all froze. Upon check-in on Saturday, I asked to speak with the Hotel manager about these concerns given, I ask these questions prior to booking. I was informed that there’s no manager on duty on the weekends and the manager would reach out to me on Monday. My intentions were to also speak with the manager about my disability and health condition. In the event, The ambulance needs to be called due to being on chemo, I needed to make sure that my insulin would be stored safely that is kept in my room. The second day of staying in the hotel my insulin froze in the refrigerator. It is now spoiled and not viable. That’s $5,000 worth of insulin down the drain. Every front desk person I’ve spoken to has not escalated my concern. They only put a note on my account. No manager has contacted me still.

    Room had mold growing under the kitchen sink so requested another room immediately. The front desk staff lady was kind and understanding and switched my room. When I got to the next room it smelled better and no mold but amenities were scarce. Only shampoo dispenser in the shower. No shower gel or conditioner or lotion. Luckily my stay was only one night. Won’t select this hotel in the future.

    I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bed had an unpleasant odor, as if the sheets hadn’t been properly cleaned. I also experienced repeated key issues—having to reset my access three times over just two days—because the key often wouldn’t open the gate or my room. On top of that, there was a strong smell of weed lingering in the hallway. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

    Despite this incident, maintenance work continued inside our room for more than thirty minutes while we were trying to rest, with no consideration for our comfort or privacy. The property manager stated that he would escalate the issue to his superior; however, no follow-up ever occurred. I have since sent multiple emails, all of which have been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable and falls well below the standards expected from a reputable hotel brand.

    Great location, newer hotel with nice appearance, staff friendly, good breakfast, spacious room with full-size refrigerator and microwave. No utensils or dishes for the kitchen but the front desk provided plastic utensils, and Walmart is not far away. Too cold to use the pool, but the pool and hot-tub setting is nice.     My room was very clean and ready the 3rd time that I arrived at 11:00 at night. To qualify that, the 1st arrival was before check in, 2nd was 20 minutes prior. The people were great, but stressed, seemed understaffed. Parking was near non existent due to work crews and huge trucks. They were also quite noisy around 5:30 am. The woman fixing breakfast was great, especially running it on her own! She needed help. The place was a little run down, blinds broken, old tv stands, etc. Employees made the rating good, averaging everything out.

    The worse part of the whole stay is parking. The lot is tight to begin with and since there aren't enough spaces for everyone, people park in odd places making it every more difficult to navigate.

    Front desk staff was horrible. One guy didn’t want to help with anything and told us wrong information. He huffed and puffed when we asked for towels because he had to sit his phone down. Other questions he would just say “ask my coworker.” They were extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was big, but old.

    Our family went on a beach & Disney trip and this place was amazing for the price. It offered hot breakfast daily and even though it was the same thing daily ( hashbrowns, possibly powdered scrambled eggs, sausages, and pancakes) the kiddos loved it and one less meal I had to buy. FYI they make the plates up and you need a ticket. When we asked for extra sausages they gave us 1 or 2 so it’s pretty much a set menu. In my opinion… still worth it. The building is obviously older but the grounds are well kept and they seem to upgrading the rooms little steps at a time. The bathrooms were probably the most dated part of the room. My husband and I felt the beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but the kiddos were comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and definitely came in handy. I loved the free parking but if you want to do a wash, it’s $10 for do it yourself wash and dry.

    The bed was so hard I had to sleep on the couch. The bathroom had pink mold in some of the edges of the shower. The key failed to work. Rather than investigating, the front desk rekeyed the original card and said they are sensitive. I told him I kept in my pocket with nothing else. I went back to the room in the pouring rain and the key still did not work. We went back to the front desk and they did nothing with the keys. He said he would send maintenance. Before maintenance arrived, the keys suddenly started working. It seems to me the problem was the system had is us checked out. I’m not sure how else the key magically worked 10 minutes later. I travel a lot. I am very tired of hearing that the keys are sensitive. This is not my problem. Proprietors need to ensure the equipment works. Even if the key is put in one’s wallet, which was not the case for me. Moreover, staff should make an effort to investigate the problem further than blaming guests for user error. I had to walk back and forth twice outside of the building in the pouring rain. I was tired and carrying heavy bags. This was a very disappointing stay.

    The hotel layout wasn’t ideal for us but the space was awesome. We had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room with all of our luggage and it’s an outdoor hotel- then of course the key didn’t work so had to go back down lol. The bathroom leaked and one of our tvs didn’t work and the breakfast was the same thing everyday and you had to make sure you had your voucher ticket which wasn’t explained to us but we figured it out. Just a little different than what we’re used to. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, not my style.

    When my husband and I checked in, the female at the front desk was rude. I called down to the front desk later that day to see what time breakfast was served for the next morning, again she had a snobby attitude. The breakfast was the same thing every morning and was always cold. And not once did housekeeping come to our room and tidy it up. Will definitely not go there again.

    Facility rooms are dated, no pick up of used towels and wash cloths, breakfast room was very cold because door didn’t shut quickly. Food amount placed on plate was paltry. You had to go up 3 times to get an amount of food normally given at other hotels. No daily room service for changing bed linens or the used towels and wash cloths, I had to go to front desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper. Front desk staff was very nice along with the lone housekeeping lady I finally saw on my 4th day of my stay there who politely took my accumulated used towels when I asked her to. I didn’t hear one positive word from the many people I ran into who were also staying there. 👎👎👎

    We had no housekeeping service. When I asked the maid for fresh towels she said no. Eventually we called the front desk and got some. Emptied some of our own trash. Parking is extremely limited. We didn't leave the facility in the evening or we would lose a parking spot. Cars were parked all along the fire lane every night and other oddball places.

    Hello! I am very disappointed with the hotel and the entire experience. I arrived after 2 long flights, took a nap and woke up bitten. Also, there were insects in the room, terrible smell of chemicals, and shower clogged when I tried to shower. I had to check out and reserve another hotel.     The room had A LOT of ants. When calling the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room, I was told that there weren't any rooms available and there was nothing they could do. When I tried to escalate this to a manager, there was not one working. After them suggesting they would come and spray the room, leaving me in a toxic cloud, they then moved me to a new room.     Place was great an reasonable priced, I was told there was security in the parking or at night but u didn’t see any although big property, there was a light sensor that kept me up all night an I was too delusional from traveling to know it was a sensor (I move a lot in my sleep) so make sure to call maintenance an have it removed, the little kitchen was convenient, I liked the balcony, tv had good channels, restroom an floors needed deep cleaning but the maids took a long time cleaning other rooms so maybe better cleaning supplies? A/C a fan was great. Good work space. Breakfast was good, pancakes sausage hash browns a scrambled eggs, I’m a night owl, so waking up late I missed the coffee, they had tea. Staff was polite an attentive. Pillows an beds were comfy. I’d stay here again as a middle aged solo chick traveler.

    The hotel doesn’t have a pleasant smell — it smells like urine. The hotel doesn’t even have water for sale. The receptionist was not friendly. My friends were charged twice and had the inconvenience of contacting the hotel to try to get a refund. Since I paid with a debit card, I didn’t have that problem.     Everything was fine except for the parking on the weekends. There wasn't enough spaces nor are they big enough so some trucks and SUV's had to take up 2 spaces. Asked the front desk where to park when we came back late and they said we could park in the fire lane. Granted there were already some cars parked in the fire lanes and in non spaces.     Property is showing its age that some cosmetic updates in the rooms can't hide. Water pressure was horrendous and the toilets are round, not elongated so keep that in mind if you have digestive needs/requirements. Parking could be a challenge as it's limited (but free). All rooms are faux suites with no real wall to divide the living from the bedroom spaces. Mini kitchen does not include hot plate or tools (cutlery, serving ware, plates etc.,). The kitchen did not even include soap, dishtowels, or paper towels. On our last day I saw a tiny fridge magnet shoved way to the back on the side that said we could request items from the front desk but too little, too late. The full size fridge was great. There was a faint dog smell in our room but we arrived at 2am so we weren't going to complain. This is a dog friendly place so that just might be the way it is. Everything seemed clean, otherwise. Just a little run down in corners (like the tub and plumbing).

    And someone smoked in the elevator and there’s no smoking on the property and it smelled for a good hour afterwards. Plus, it’s a little annoying to have a kitchen that has absolutely no eating or drinking utensils.

    my main issue was my key card stopped working 6x over 3 days. also they do not have any body wash or conditioner. parking lot was full saturday night. other than that I had no issues.

    It was ok. Definitely pictures makes one expect better. Breakfast was subpar and garbage from janitorial staff left or forgotten upstairs by railings. Front desk staff when checking in was on phone and not very communicative. To be fair, she may have been dealing with an issue with supervisor. Will try another hotel when down for business.

    Stuff are nice and helpful. Free parking is awesome. Convenient access to a freeway. The wifi connection is not good. Due to internet problems or something related, we were not able to watch TV. But watching TV was not our main reason to stay, so it did not affect us emotionally at all.

    There was not enough parking in the property so cars had to park in front of the lobby so exiting the parking lot was quite a hassle but otherwise the stay was good. Breakfast options are not great but it was still ok. Overall I'd give this hotel a solid 4 stars.

    The hotels.com page is misleading, wifi poor, free breakfast is bland hospital like food, parking lot at night is scarce. Steady noise from airport as motel is in plane flightpath.     To start I am not trying to rate all MainStays, but just this one. The property needs some work. Our greeter I felt could have been more pleasant. There are things that they charge you for that I have never seen ever at any hotel that I have stayed. All that I am going to say is to read EVERYTHING before signing it.

    as the sheets on the bed! I asked for front desk to have housekeeping take out my trash and replenish toilet paper/towels… they didn’t. I had to do it myself. Also, I got bit by bed bugs and saw a roach in the kitchen area at night. A lot of sketchy people roaming around the area.

    The room was okay...liked the space with the double queen beds. The room began to have a funny, urine type smell during our second day...not sure if it was due to the humidity and running the A/C all day. The bathroom was okay..but vents could have been cleaner. Also, no clean towels were delivered daily, and the trash wasn't dumped; would have been nice regardless of if they cleaned the room daily or not. Overall, it served it's function.

    Unique hotel, some amenities not working such as laundry and ice machines. A bit of mold in bathroom and room did not feel as clean as I personally like, but its not like we felt we couldn't stay there. If there were no other options I would stay here again without feeling too upset, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make sure I booked here.

    I was able to book the stay on the Expedia website so they were still offering booking to stay. However, once I arrived to check-in I was told that they were having a plumbing issue and that the water would be shut off until possibly Monday.. this was on a Thursday. They then informed me that if I wanted to cancel the reservation and book at another hotel in the neighborhood, they wouldn’t charge me for a cancellation, which I would hope not considering not having running water that long is inhabitable. After canceling the booking I glanced around the area and noticed how the lobby looked “unfinished” like they were remodeling (?) and the outside property landscaping was unkept as well as the building itself looking grimy and dirty.

    I was very disappointed with this hotel. I received a call same day I was suppose to check in saying the pipeline was not functioning and there will be no water supply within 24 hours. He continues to say you can stay but no water supply to toiletries or cancel my reservation with no charge. He also said there is plenty of others hotel you can stay in around the area. (1) I was irritated because I was driving far away from Northern California to Santa Ana,(2) cancel my reservation last minute, and (3) I had to pull over to look for a hotel last minute. Delay my travelling drive. He also stated you need to contact Expedia or whomever you booked your hotel with. I should not have to do anything when the hotel itself did me wrong.

    The property location was easy to navigate to and from when commuting around the area. There is shopping and restaurants about 10 minutes down the road. The room was huge and offered more than enough space for our family of 3. The fridge and freezer was amazing for cold drinks, snacks, and even ice cream! The area was quiet and nice to just lounge in the courtyard, on the balcony, or by the pool.

    Hospitality was great. Can’t complain because everything went well for me. Cleanliness was good, always provided good guest service experience. Call the front desk for extra towel and I was in reach within 2 mins. Very quick and the breakfast was decent. The lady in the kitchen always worked so hard which I appreciate. Very friendly staff. Laundry on site and was able to use it but it’s pretty pricey. $5 a wash and $5 to dry. Imagine doing 2 loads and you’re already spending $20 max. The machine never gave me the correct change. Put in $10 and it spit out only $8 in quarters missing $2. Can’t expect much here.

    I’m guessing that this hotel used to be really nice, but it has gone downhill. Nobody serviced our rooms in the six days. We were there until the final day when we asked to please service our rooms I had to empty the trash in my room every other day because it was not empty, and then the trash cans outside near the elevators where I had emptied my trash remained full of the trash, I had emptied the days before, and then the ice machines were not easily accessible because there would be a sign for the area where the ice machine was supposed to be, and I would go there, and the room would be Empty With no ice machine, but I do have to say the beds were extremely comfortable as where the pillows and also maybe increase the water pressure because it was just like a drizzle

    Do not stay at this hotel if you have a car, it is impossible to find a place to park hotel staff had cars parked along the fire lanes, which is completely unsafe. There was absolutely no way you could get a fire engine to put out any fires as a older woman traveling at night not finding a place to park was frightening no street parking available as well

    Outdoor pool and gym are open until 10pm I believe. A simple daily breakfasts: pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages and hushed potatoes. And three kinds of cereals. Coffee, tea and soft drinks.     We stayed here for 5 days. Our room was never cleaned, everything in our room stayed damp, we had to request towels every other day, they were “out” of washcloths, and breakfast was the same thing every morning with no variety.
