Everything was new and modern, very clean. Staff was very friendly and location was great. Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was the food quality and prices in the cafe

Decent hotel, but being an airport hotel without an airport shuttle is annoying. It is walkable, but just annoying enough of a walk that I will stay at the neighboring hotel that hasa shuttle next time.

They have a Starbucks in the property, so that is nice. I honestly have no complaints about the property. This is my second stay here, and will continue to stay here for my Sarasota trips. It is in a very convenient location for my needs. The staff makes me feel very welcomed.

The hotel was clean, and the check-in was easy. They did not have complementary coffee which for the price, I think should of been included.

Food is pretty subpar. For the price of the hotel, can’t really complain.

Traveling alone and being a woman they gladly moved my location to a higher floor. Booking.com I was a bit put off by as the room they booked was for a handicap room on first floor. This property is at a convenient location, close to the airport, and the Ringling Museum of Art.

The pillows were very soft and flat. If you like flat pillows then it's great but if you like a firmer , fluffier pillow then you will not like the pillows.

Since we were staying for one night, we didn't check out the pool of gym. the property is located directly across from the entrance to the Sarasota airport and was why we booked the room since our flight was at 6:21 am the next morning. Our room was clean and neat. Shower was great.

Desk clerks were outstanding especially the Sunday night clerk. She went out of her way to get us something to eat when the Bistro did not open up that evening.

Room was very nice, staff was great, breakfast was not complimentary but available for $$, no shuttle to airport which is about 5 min away. I think the facility was good but I was disappointed because I felt like we should have gotten more considering the price.

There was no shuttle to the airport even though it was stated in the Orbitz screen when I booked. Also the Bistro wasn't open in the evening even though it was listed to be open on its hours. Very clean and comfortable room

Our stay was delightful! The lady at the coffee/ breakfast counter on Thanksgiving morning was super friendly and helpful! The front desk clerk was very friendly, too, on Thanksgiving morning. My one critique is the lock-out of my room at 10:20 am on check-out day. I was transferring suitcases and bags to my car before 11:00am and upon return to my room I realized my key card didn’t work. My husband was in the bathroom, so I had to wait to get back inside. Please consider delaying the lock-out until 10:55.

Stayed one night to tour the Ringling Museum and have dinner instead of driving back to Tampa. Front desk was super nice. Suite was large and very clean. We'll definitely go back again.

My stay was amazing. First night was a little loud with the guests above me. I told the front desk and they moved me into a new room. I love the secure after a certain time that Lobby door is locked, you have to have a hotel key I will be visiting again.Thank you so much Staff at the Courtyard Marriott

Good stay for Labor Day weekend

Expedia owes me money for fake ratings, room was dirty, carpets & bed squeak every move. Spent $130 let me get that back lol

I agree with other reviews regarding some sort of breakfast should be included. Would be a plus to stay at a Courtyard hotel in the future since it's usually offered by other hotels.

MY FAMILY HAVE STAYED 2X THIS MONTH. ASHLEY OFFERED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN WE HAD THE REPASS FOR A FUNERAL AT YOUR BIG COMFERENCE ROOM. ASHLEY HAS OFFERED FROM THE MOMENT WE CONTACTED THIS LOCATION. SHE IS A GREAT ASSET TO THIS LOCATION. THEY YOU ALL FOR MAKING ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL SO COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO CONTINUE TO WANT TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION.

Only thing is that we were told that breakfast was complimentary at check in and we had to pay $30… maybe we understood wrong but that was the reason we mainly booked this hotel, place was nice, bed maybe a little uncomfortable but did the job, would come back on a great deal :)

We were here fir an overnight stay. The location wsd great and the staff was very friendly. We are however still waiting on our deposit to be returned (3 full days after check out).

The bed was very hard and rigid. The room was hot when we arrived and took quite a while to cool off after we turned the air in. High price and not even a complimentory breakfast. Even the cheapest places have breakfast.

They put our room by an elevator, so it was constantly talking and then a dog was in another room and barking most of the night so my wife didn't get a good night sleep.

The staff here was very helpful, quick and friendly. They were very clear on everything and made us feel very safe and comfortable. They were fast and officiant and never missed a beat with cleaning, answering the phone and being ready and eager to help at the front desk. We had problems with the key couple of times to open the door but other than that was ok

The room is very clean. However, the bed is uncomfortable because the fitted sheet was very rough, and felt like pilling and itchy. The a/c was loud. As a result we didn’t have a good sleep. Only pastries were offered for breakfast instead of a choice of warm breakfast .

Generally this is a good hotel. Comfortable pillows and mattresses. I resent to breakfast bar. It is simply a profit center. It highlights Starbucks coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, etc. but boosts prices beyond a typical Starbucks.

Left large fans that I suppose was doing a hallway carpet directly outside of room all night with no mention of that going to be the case when I checked in - would have gotten more sleep in my car.

There where ant in the bathroom

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was also nice. The only issue we had was the elevator. On Saturday (our departure), the elevator was out of service from 9:00 am until noon. We ended up carrying our suitcases down the stairs when we checked out. We wondered why schedule during peak checkout times. Otherwise, it was good.

Overall, our one night stay was good. The hotel room was spacious and clean. No issues there. The front desk staff was very friendly and the check-in was fast. The only negative was the elevator. Definitely needs upgrading. Also, not too many breakfast options in the cafee downstairs. We ended up going to Dunkin.

It’s a good place for work, though be aware that there are families here in and out at all hours. That’s pretty much the case with any hotel in Florida.

I hate when I Make a reservation and says include breakfast and when you arrive, or there is no breakfast, or you just need to buy it. Also, the bed was uncomfortable. This hotel has a higher price but the quality is normal

My only complaint was that the bathroom sink area had no door to prevent the light and my hair dryer noise from waking up everybody else in the room when I had to get up earlier than the others to get ready for my flight home.

Right across street from airport.

The only disappointment was that the hotel does not offer a shuttle to Sarasota airport, even though we booked it for that purpose. At hotel check-in, we asked about it and was told they didn't have one. We told them they were being advertised as having one, to which they said they check all of their postings to make sure it shows they don't. We showed the front desk where we saw it advertised. It didn't get us a shuttle though. Luckily it was only a 15 minute walk.

My first night however, was like what the hell did I sign up for but then it turns out to be a soccer tournament so it was quite busy with kids then I’m not used to being around so many kids in a hotel but I totally understood why. It was a laughable moment. And the staff in the bistro! perfect, so friendly and made you enjoy your food and conversations that you had with them.

I should've read the reviews before booking this! Major plumbing issues that make up most of the reviews going back 5 years, that they clearly don't care about fixing! Our entire bathroom had NO water pressure!!! Couldn't shower or flush the toilet!!! Luckily we only had to stay in this dump for one night of our trip, but it was very inconvenient using the bathroom in the downstairs lobby every time! Absolutely ridiculous! This place needs fixed before charging people to actually stay here!

Fabulous place!

Small and very nice hotel. The staff was helpful. They a few drinks and snacks. Have a nice little bar/rest operating limited hours. No free breakfast though. A small workout room, pool (no spa tub), and washing machine/dryer. Of the few hotels right there at the airport entrance this is probably the best.

The cleaning of the room is not make everyday one day yes one day no.

The hotel should include in the list of amenities that housekeeping is only every other day . We were surprised that our room was not cleaned during our three day stay.
