This place was good at what you want them to be good at! Recommended.

Excellent location to the airport. Great breakfast... On my previous stay, the staff were more welcoming and happy. This stay, the evening and morning staff were not as welcoming or happy.

Hotel was clean and room was updated. Poor hot water. Had to let it run up to 5 minutes to get it warm. Overall hotel served our purpose for our stay. Breakfast was not that great. Pancakes were soggy, scrambled eggs were slimy.

Rooms are huge. There used to be a snack shop but no evening restaurant. Breakfast is free but of a basic standard. Staff are delightful. Pool is good, you can walk to the airport. Parking is great.

The girl at the desk was my only staff contact. She spoke very fast, very direct, no, hello, no smile, very unhappy.

Overall it was good, but I didn’t like the breakfast. It was after 9 am when we got in there. They didn’t refill most of the items (except fruits) and also I didn’t see any staff around. Overall it was good experience except the breakfast.

My wife and I had a very nice stay here. I would recommend if your staying in the area. Only problems we had were walls a bit thin, and snacks the had available down at check in were pricey. We enjoyed the included breakfast. And for me most of all staff was very helpful and enjoyable to converse with. I am a taller and larger person, I would suggest for the pool or shower to bring your own towel or ask for extras. If we come back to area to stay and price is right, we would stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this hotel! We had an unfortunate hotel experience which is directly across the street from your Hampton Inn, and at 6 o'clock a.m., your registration desk clerk, Autumn, set us up with a beautiful room. She even told us that if we got checked in my 10:00 that morning we would be able to get breakfast! The breakfast bar was excellent, the swimming pool very clean and very nice, the room and bed very comfortable and all the staff friendly. The price of the room included free parking and a free wonderful hot breakfast. It was just around the corner to SRQ airport. Stay here!! You will not be disappointed. Oh and if you leave before the breakfast bar opens, example for a very early flight, you can get a very nice "take away" breakfast. What more would want!!

The room was clean and comfortable, with nothing needing repair. Our stay was quiet and relaxing, even though the hotel seemed to be full. The breakfast was good although the first day there was no breakfast meat, but plenty of other options. Parking was free and convenient. We would stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean, nice comfortable beds, great breakfast with plenty of choices, walking distance to the airport. Although hotel offers shuttle to the airport ( Lift) paid by the hotel! Excellent service! Very happy with our stay. Walking distance to the Ringling Brothers museum ( about 10 min walk) and plenty restaurants nearby.

Everything was great and even with an event at the hotel everything was seamless and well stocked…

I am giving both Hotels.com and the Hampton Inn & Suites (Bradenton, FL) a failing grade. Several months ago I booked a non-refundable, two-night stay near Sarasota through Hotels.com. A family emergency prevented me from traveling. I attempted to change or cancel the reservation and asked Hotels.com to make an exception given the circumstances, but they were unresponsive. I also called the hotel and left a message for the general manager, but received no reply. Overall, I was unable to resolve the issue and felt the companies showed no flexibility or customer empathy. I will not use Hotels.com again, and I will not stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bradenton.

Clean rooms , pet friendly

The pool had many leaves in it. It would have been nice if it had gotten skimmed.

When we got there I told the front desk I asked where to get coffee, she said in our room, so I asked how do I get replacement for the morning and she said to come back down and get more, the nice thing to do would to give me the coffee then instead of making me come back, simple customer service. The TV didn't work in our room, The technician was nice but we had to change rooms. We had two beds, and moved to a king and pull out bed and was assured the pull out was made by the hotel and very comfortable, NOT AT ALL it was horrible and had springs in it. The breakfast was okay. The overall hotel was run down. Only one elevator worked and it was very slow.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Items were stolen from my room (Room 314) during housekeeping service. Multiple brand-new dresses and even the purchase receipt disappeared immediately after staff entered the room. This is not a misunderstanding — a police report has been filed (Case #26-014974). What is even more alarming is the complete lack of response from the hotel. No incident report was provided, no proper communication, and no sense of urgency. Management showed no accountability for a theft that occurred inside a guest room. I was traveling with my disabled son, and this situation created extreme stress and completely ruined our stay. This raises serious concerns about guest safety. If items can disappear from your room while staff has access, your belongings are simply not safe here. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Unacceptable.

Did not make me feel welcome at all. I would have canceled but would lose my money. The front desk person named Autum was amazing, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. My flight was canceled and we were worried about having to stay longer. Autum was amazing!

The chair was uncomfortable, and worse, it was soiled. The room temperature was a freezing 68 degrees when I arrived. I never figured out how to adjust the thermostat to get a livable temperature.

Staff was courteous and helpful in every way, from the desk workers to the housekeepers. The room was clean, the fitness center was well-equipped for a thorough workout, and the breakfast options were varied and good quality. All in all, a good value, clean and friendly.

Unable to find a parking place due to a holiday party even after driving around for 20 minutes. A reservation was not honored and had to return home to Orlando. After over 15 years of stays. Never again

The room was ok. The air conditioner was loud and annoying. There was black mold around the bottom of the shower. The fitted sheet was not put on correctly so it kept coming up. I did try to adjust it but it didn’t work.

The one saying that did not work what is the TV I tried to put it on but it would not work that’s the only bad thing about staying here yes I had my iPad but not using my iPad when it’s charging so yeah the TV you would be the one thing nice

It takes quite a while to get hot water to the 4th floor but after a hot day it wasn’t a big deal. Check out Floridas oldest Tiki Bar about a mile away for a great Mai Tai

We checked in very late and our room was ready. It was nice and cool. Very clean and comfortable. We were so amazed at how quiet it was when during our stay. Breakfast was free and yummy. I recommend this property!!!

I picked this hotel because it is extremely close to the airport and offers free shuttle service. I was picked up within 5 minutes after leaving the terminal and arrived at the hotel shortly after. Check-in was swift and the King suite clean and surprisingly large. Breakfast was plentiful with many different options. Overall, a very positive experience!

The front desk staff were Amazing!!! Drew was the BEST!!! He assisted me with an unexpected credit card fraud issue i was having while traveling that froze my account so i had to book another night stay. He discounted the rate for me that i was able to manage it better!!!! I will definitely stay here again.

Arrived late after delays at airport, hungry and tired. The young man at the check out was so helpful, friendly and efficient. We were starving as we hadn't eaten since early am and luckily there were handy TV dinners he pointed out to me. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more ot the area. Breakfast was hot and excelllent!

Very easy to find every one is pleasant. We stayed one night and were please with everything but one recommendation bathroom has to be thoroughly clean I am very particular with this since I have small children and first thing I notice is the bathroom I clean it to my liking.

Breakfast was free everyday which was a plus for my family. No restaurants inside the hotel thou for dinner. The only thing i didn't like was finding a moldy apple under the bed, it was so moldy that it didn't even look like an apple anymore. To me that means the staff does not clean under beds

What I found unique was the front desk associate named Yasmine, she was incredible. My check in was a breeze. Yasmine was extremely professional, friendly, and greeted me with a great smile. She is definitely an asset to the company.

Maintenance man fixed tv, but despite trying to change out two brand new phones still unable to provide working phone. Said phone technician would have to come. I feel this is a big safety issue despite most folks having a cell phone!

We had a very comfortable stay. We plan on returning soon. The only issue was the hot water in the sink in the bathroom just never got hot. The shower did. We don't know why. Overall we had a fine stay.

The hotel was right next to the airport which helped with our very early morning flight. We were placed in a room right next to the elevators and that made the room a bit noisy.

Room was not available when we came to check-in. Placed in a room for disabled people with chair in the middle of shower.

We arrived around 6 pm. Check-in was supposed to start at 3 pm. We were told our room was not ready. The person at the desk said they would text housekeeping to see if a room was ready. We waited 45 minutes and nothing happened. She sat there like she didn't care. We asked and all she said was that she texted. My husband walked the halls until he found housekeeping and asked them. The rooms were ready. No big deal. Meanwhile, there were no towels at the pool. Guests said they had been there four days and never had towels at the pool or extra towels in their rooms. It was like they didn't do laundry. At the back door by the pool smelled strongly of natural gas. There were also strong smells of marijuana in and around the hotel. Very upsetting experience.

This is a beautiful property. However, the fire alarm went off every morning at 7:30am disrupting our sleep. Many of the other guest complained as well. It was unfortunate because when you go on vacation you want to relax and catch up on sleep vs waking up early like a typical work day. Also, the breakfast food was cold each day so we ended up spending money eating out despite looking forward to complementary breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff.

We stay for two nights, and both mornings the fire alarm woke us up

We checked in and then went to the room. The room obviously had not been cleaned. The bed was not made, and the bathroom was not cleaned. We waited another thirty minutes for them to clean the room. Once we were in the room, some kids kept banging on our door and running down the hallway repeatedly!
