Great Staff!!
- 4.5/5
Selection of menu was great. Different items each day. Staff in cafe were exception. Also a very kind staff/man helped us with our luggage during departure. Rooms were comfortable. The refrigerator in my room did not work. Maintenance staff came and just noted it was not plugged in. He plugged it in and we later noticed that it was still not working. Took 2 days to get a new one. Our food had to be thrown out. No offer for assistance. It was finally replaced. Staff left dirty rags from work in the middle of room floor. Called number to reserve rooms due to emergency situation that brought us to Savannah. Direct call rates were double the amount of third party booking. The hotel was not close to capacity. Highly disappointed that Hilton properties would quote such extreme rates at midnight.

Location was great and easy to get to historic Savannah and riverfront. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. Many restaurants nearby as well. The air conditioning was too cold while it was on and too warm when it clicked off.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the Inn. Wonderful experience.
- 3/5
Was very upset with visit, we came here purposefully to use the indoor pool with our grand sons. When we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for renovation. We were never contacted that the pool was closed. We have stayed here several times with no problems but this was not very professional.

Great location, great stay in Savannah. Refreshing indoor pool!

Breakfast was not good! Only one elevator was working. The pool was closed. The beds are comfortable but that’s the only real positive.

Had to check out a day early due to a national weather event on a prepay - and no one will help provide a credit for the used day. I made them aware of this at check-in. I have made multiple attempts for the credit. No one will take responsibility. Terrible experience.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service and beautiful room. The entire staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!
- 5/5
Great stay! The room was very comfortable and clean! Our check in was great!

- 4/5
Alright
- 4/5
Clean room and good front desk. Breakfast was also good and warm for rainy days.
- 3/5
Room was average and clean. Pool area was very dirty with a lot of used towels lying around, eyelashes on the ground and chicken wings on the tables.
- 5/5
Courteous staff and room was clean
- 4/5
UNFORTUNATELY WE CHECKED IN LATE AND LEFT EARLY. i am requesting a receipt since we left so early no one was at the desk to provided me with one. I need to verify that my Hampton End points were credited.
- 4/5
The only thing that I was unconfortable is that it said free parking but when I booked I received a mail saying it will be $7 per day, but at least they told me, after book but what can I did then.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 4/5
we enjoyed staying in Hampton Inn. We will try to pick Hampton next time.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious! It exceeded my expectations!
- 2/5
Don’t we all love how no matter where we go we’re passing for parking. The craziest part is we’re parking our own vehicles and still being charged for parking. I guess it was more fascinating learning that this hotel charged for parking during check in. Made it to the hotel slightly earlier than I thought due to my plane landing earlier. The receptionist was highly rude until I said I’ll find another hotel because she was first adamant about me not checking in so early. After checking me in she stated I couldn’t physically go to my room until check in time. Imagine flying coast to coast, tired, just needing to lie down for a little, hauling luggage, and greeted with hostility, and then told go find something to do until check in time. I hate Savannah, the people are horrible.
- 5/5
The room and amenities were all clean and comfortable while the staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was amazing. Even though the hotel was relatively crowded, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful all weekend. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Savanah outside of the historic downtown area. The only downside is that there are not many sidewalks in the area around the hotel, so it is hard to walk places. There is a parking fee ($7/day) as well, but there was never a shortage of parking spaces. The deck is a bit on the tight side and the ramps are a bit steep.
- 5/5
Breakfast gave fresh and nice options for a hot breakfast too! Parking was easy and I felt safe.
- 5/5
The hotel is super.clean and the staff is excellent. We will be staying there again!
- 5/5
Good room
- 4/5
Clean room, nice workout room, decent breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and a very comfortable mattress. The ladies up front were really nice.
- 5/5
Clean, safe would stay again
- 5/5
Everything was great, friendly staff, let us have a late checkout. Great breakfast.
- 5/5
Exactly as expected. Easy check-in. Clean room. Kind staff. No problems.
- 5/5
It was Nice but they definitely had stains on the sheets & a piece of the toilet was broken.
- 5/5
Lovely stay
- 4/5
Breakfast menu limited
- 5/5
Rooms was great breakfast was good and the staff went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Excellent staff
- 5/5
Easy parking
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Limited breakfast, but shops and grocery stores are nearby.
- 4/5
Good breakfast. Friendly helpers. Checked in on Thursday no housekeeping services received during stay. At the least trash should have been emptied, bathroom clean. Requested towels and wash clothes had to go get them.
- 4/5
The breakfast was almost the same daily, only changing the meat. A simple bowl of salsa and some grated cheese could doctor up the same scrambled “eggs”.
- 5/5
Great stay. Started at the front desk immediately. Fabulous lady. Great personality. Horel was well maintained and clean. Room was spacious with comfortable bedding.
- 4/5
Breakfast was awesome every morning. Friendly staff all around.
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay! I was in town for the Ashanti concert and this location was not too far from the venue. The hotel was very well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and parking was easy, due to a garage being attached for guests. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
very clean room, friendly staff
- 2/5
First, the good: The hotel is quiet. And the location is great, not far from the historic district and Tybee, and central to a lot of good restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious. Now, the bad: * Horrible customer service. The front desk staff had zero customer service skills. They were unfriendly and unprofessional from the time we arrived until we left. And they were rarely behind the desk, but outside or taking breaks. They should not be working in any kind of hospitality. * Sink in room didn't work. Our room was a suite with a mini kitchen. The kitchen sink had no drain attached to it, which we didn't know, and discovered when we poured our drinks down the sink and they went all over the floor. There was no sign saying it was out of order, and no one mentioned it. You had to open the cabinet to see there was a rag stuffed into the pipe. * The shower gel was empty, we had to ask them to replace it. * Pillows were horribly uncomfortable. I got little sleep. * Sketchy environment. There was a couple in the garage, sitting on their car for hours, smoking pot. They were there when we left to go eat, and there when we came back. Plus, people came in off the street to eat the free breakfast. We know this because we heard them talking about it. The GOOD: The cleaning staff went above and beyond to make things right for us. Huge shoutout to Tee! The only thing that prevents me from giving them 1 star.
- 3/5
Hotel Charged $7/day for parking . Not as friendly as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed in. Charged $75 for my emotional support animal which other Hampton Inns have not. Rather disappointing.
- 5/5
Good stay. Well located. Parking garage was key for me
- 5/5
I love the gym and pool area breakfast was good
- 4/5
It was okay. The only thing I can say is that housekeeping did not give us more towels and wash cloths and didn't take out our trash. We were there for 2 nights. Also No business center to use computer for business purposes. The breakfast could definitely been better, the sausage tasted fake and I was nauseous after a bite. Front desk staff was not in front they were always in the office. For the amount of money that I spent, it could be way better than this.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the WiFi. The Hampton WiFi was unreachable in our room and we were given a promo code to access another but that WiFi dropped constantly. While in the lobby, another guest was complaining about the WiFi also. This should really be addressed as it seems like a known issue to staff.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
I thought the property was great. Super clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely nice and pleasant.
- 5/5
Great options
- 5/5

- 2/5
I like the pool....dislike is I didn't get my deposit
- 5/5
Nice Place
- 4/5
I didn’t like housekeeping is only every other day. I enjoyed the breakfast
- 5/5
Even though construction was going around, we couldn’t hear anything inside the building.
- 5/5
The room was amazing, spacious. Beautifully decorated new carpet new furnishings. Clean. Excellent customer service. Rate 10/10
- 4/5
Near everything I was looking for
- 5/5
I didnt like that you had to pay for parking, but everything else what great. I liked the room with the pool was warm, the gym was a nice size. I loved the options giving for breakfast. I liked how clean the rooms were, and how comfortable the beds were.
- 5/5
Very clean and super nice staff.
- 2/5
Didn’t like the location
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Charmaine went out of her way to correct the reservation mistake. She must have worked on that for a few hours. In the end she resolved it
- 4/5
Con: Parking garage at night was dimly lit and there was no security on duty.
- 5/5
Even though they were remodeling, it was still a nice visit. Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet is really nice.
- 4/5
It was nicer than expected
- 3/5
There were only 2 elevators on the property and 1 was broken. That left one elevator for all of the guests and staff to use, leading to 10 minutes waits for the elevator.
- 1/5
The hotel had us booked the weekend and not tell us. The pool was not working. We attempted to cancel and get our money back. But they charged us anyway.
- 5/5
Room and location were great ! No issues !
- 5/5
It was very good.
- 5/5
Everything were good
- 5/5
Nice hotel and very spacious hotel room! Enjoyed my stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Always a good breakfast
- 4/5
Ice machine on floor wasn’t working! No one around when I checked out
- 5/5
Charmaine was absolutely wonderful! She provided us with outstanding customer service! All special requests were honored and I highly recommend this hotel!
- 4/5
Good value. We had a great weekend in Savannah. Clean accommodations, comfortable beds.
- 5/5
It was relaxing after a frustrating trip, and comfortable after a day out on the town.
- 5/5
Renovations are super
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
We arrived after work so it was about 8:15. We got checked in and the receptionist wasn’t rude but not the friendliest. We got up to the room and settled in to find the tv not even powering on and half the outlets were unusable due to being painted over or painted and shifted. Very frustrating stay for $200.
- 4/5
Nice place

None
- 5/5
Convenient location to Candler Hospital. Excellent staff, excellent customer service
- 5/5
Very comfy beds. It was clean and staff was very kind
- 5/5
The property was well maintained! No THC odor
- 2/5
Everything was good but the renovations.
- 3/5
great
- 2/5
I’m probably not staying here again even when it’s time for Homecoming. For the cost the rooms weren’t that great and the breakfast was definitely not good.
- 3/5
Not as advertised, pool was under construction, no transportation provided into downtown, most of the staff was helpful except for the desk person when we checked out! She was nasty, not helpful and had a major attitude!
- 3/5
Staff wasn’t very helpful or tentative when asking for help.
- 1/5
First, construction going on that is not mentioned on Hotels.com. Second, states they have EV charging point on site, but was no where to be found. Front desk said they did not know if they had one, but there was a Tesla service center down the road. That was one reason i booked this site. Third, fire alarm went off at 8pm for about 20 minutes, then again at midnight for an hour. So much for peaceful sleep after long day at work.
- 3/5
The reason for the poorer ratings is one is that they were remolding during our visit. But besides that our check in person spoke very softly and we told her very nicely that we were having trouble hearing her with the noise in the background and she just got disgusted with us. Also I had to call the desk around 10pm as our neighbor was very noisy and the desk said that there policy is noise stops at 11:30pm. So if you want to get rested this is not a good place.
- 3/5
When we arrived no one had told us that the lobby & common areas were under construction. We finally found a way to get in at a side entrance. Everything was covered in stone dust because they were cutting stone. We brought our little 8lb dog & by time we were done with charges for that & the parkin, it cost us double room rate.
- 5/5
Otherwise all was very good.
- 4/5
Hotel is being remodeled but turning out beautiful
- 3/5
We were unaware of the renovations upon booking, but much effort was made to avoid any problems by staff….Upon arrival the desk clerk was a bit standoffish and not very friendly, but did her job at any rate.
- 1/5
Several people making a lot of noise next to our room after midnight keeping us up all night. Air conditioning was so loud you couldn’t sleep. Booked this hotel because it had a pool only to find out the pool was not even open.
- 4/5
The property was nice but was under major renovation when we arrived and the pool was closed and most of the lobby.
- 4/5
Currently renovating
- 5/5
Good experience
- 1/5
Not the best place to stay
- 4/5
Even though the property is renovating, the service was amazing. I would recommend this location. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff made sure you felt comfortable.
- 5/5
Staff was great Room was clean. But I wish we were told the pool was not available because of renovations or the rate was cheaper because all amenities weren’t available
- 3/5
All in all it was a good stay, the air was not super cold. And at the time of our stay they were renovating to hotel. The room was clean but did smell of fresh paint.
- 3/5
The entire bottom floor was a construction zone with debris everywhere inside and outside the property. Floors 2-6 were fine and the room was acceptable but I was not advised that the hotel was being renovated when I made the reservation. I would NOT have booked a reservation had I known!!
- 4/5
Other than a renovation of lobby area, my stay was great except I wish the shower head water flow was higher.
- 5/5
Great staff ... professional. Will be great once the updates are completed
- 4/5
Property under remodeling constructions. Front desk staff not friendly
- 1/5
Horrible customer service. Tile busted out int he floors. Not clean. A complete nightmare with checkin.
- 4/5
Very nice clean room. Major construction going on but warnings were posted. Overall good stay with good breakfast.
- 5/5
Pleasant experience. Everything was good.
- 2/5
Our room had a sink that was not hooked up to any plumbing… the hotel was under construction and smelled like an open sewer when you step off the elevator. The lady checking is in was clearly high and smelled like marijuana. Do not stay here if you have values and good morals.
- 4/5
Good amenities. Quiet. Clean.
- 3/5
The entire property is undergoing a massive renovation, property is covered in constant materials scattered everywhere. The pool and hot tub were closed. There is no where to sit outside the hotel except in the smoking area on the backside of building. There are no benches out front. Hallway on fifth floor smelled sour. There was a pile of dog hair in my room next to the sofa.
- 2/5
When I booked this hotel I was not informed that they were doing a major renovation. When we arrived we were told that work would be limited to daylight hours. Not true! We were awaken by hammering and metallic banging early in the morning. Some desk people were extremely rude. I asked for directions to a local theater and the response was "don't you have GPS? When I asked for an extra blanket for my husband [86 years old] I was told to look in the top of the closet. When I told the desk clerk we were in room 421, she said they didn't have a 421! The rooms went to 428!!!!!!!!!!!!! The housekeepers were the only pleasant people we met. We have stayed at numerous Hamptons over the years. The beds are very good and the coffee is great but this stay has definitely affected our plans for next month.
- 4/5
Under renovation was a lot of mess in areas not closed off well
- 1/5
I was charged twice. Once by orbits and once by the hotel when I arrived. I told the attendant I prepaid and he said it was only reserved not paid. The hotel was under renovation and the price was very high for the hotel condition
- 3/5
They are doing construction and the pool is closed. We would not have stayed if we had known that.
- 1/5
Upon checking in the front desk was rude !!! I would never stay here again! I use to work for a Hilton Hotel so I was shocked!
- 4/5
I am a business owner of a cleaning service so i tend to look at thing different. The mirror and toliet but we bought our own cleaning supplies. Over all it wa a great experience.
- 1/5
We were not notified that the gym a pool was closed huge disappointment. Hotel is under construction another inconvenience
- 2/5
Was given a handicap room the shower was very difficult to operate and the hot water and water pressure were no good
- 3/5
The hotel has been in renovation since June and the pool, gym and the elevators show. The fire inspection for the elevator of the garage also lapsed in January of this year. For the price I paid (240) it should have been half for the inconvenience of not having the amenities usually accessible.
- 3/5
The place was under construction, and the pool was closed. I would have selected another property it this was advertized.
- 4/5
The mattress and pillows were really comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The remodeling equipment was really noisy
- 4/5
Great location and staff. Construction work was going on but it didn’t interfere with our comfort. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our only two complaints are the air conditioner being very loud and our pillows being really flat. My husband was given new pillows when he went to the desk though.
- 4/5
Ding other peoples trash & clipped finger nails is so disgusting. I save to be be able to take my daughter to her out of town meets & I appreciate hotels & brands that value im spending my hard earned money with them
- 4/5
Accommodated me after having to replace refrigerator and heater in the room. Overall, I say it was nice cozy stay - I would recommend
- 5/5
Extremely nice hotel. My room was recently renovated, extremely clean. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends staying in Savannah.
- 4/5
We left a downtown hotel that was too noisy. We did not know this location was under renovations. Very loud most of the day.
- 5/5
Location isn’t the best however property and price id amazing. Just far enough away from downtown to not have to pay the outrageous prices but close enough to Uber or Lyft and not brake the bank! Deff will stay again when in Savannah
- 4/5
Construction site
- 3/5
I’d just say this was a mid level place that was way over priced.
- 3/5
Unprofessional. Mumbling and never gave me eye contact no smile. I felt like I was disturbing her.
