    It’s okay for price-performance but there are some issues. Bed was uncomfortable because they’ve covered the mattress with something to make it waterproof, so the parts of your body in contact with the mattress while lying down get sweaty and feel hotter. Even though it wasn't visible to the naked eye, there was dampness in the room.

    Close to where I had to be They cancelled my reservation and lied and said I did or booking.com did. They must have overbooked as it was very crowded there. Said sorry no room for you even though I had a confirmation number and texted them that was come just late due to graduation party. He did nothing to help me. Couldn’t find another hotel except those costing 350-500.

    First room, I had there was no remote. She went to go get the remote. Only to realize that something was wrong with the TV. I asked for the check refrigerator it was hot and broken as well. Went to the next room the bathroom mirror dirty, room smelled old. . I had a drunk man in the hallway on my floor sitting a case of beer. They have a kitchen, but don’t supply you with anything for the kitchen. You had to go reset your door room key everyday. Their breakfast was coffee, tea, granola bars, oatmeal packs and muffin.

    They gave up my room and claimed they didn’t have a reservation which can’t be true if I got an email asking how was my stay was. I asked to speak with management but the front desk said management won’t be available until 2 PM the next day. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel, especially coming from out of town.

    The broken air conditioner couldn't be adjusted to raise the temperature, and its plastic cover was broken and held together with tape. There was trash on the floor and the room smelled bad; the description says a queen bed, but the one in the room is a full-size bed.

    The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement.

    After that, I spoke with Mary from Expedia customer support, and she confirmed that she had coordinated with the front desk at ESA and was prepared to arrange a different hotel for us. However, after that conversation, there was no further communication from Expedia customer care, and I ultimately had to stay at ESA in a room with only a single bed. As a result, I had to sleep on the floor that night. I experienced body aches throughout the next day and was unable to properly enjoy our sightseeing activities on Sunday. Although I was provided with a double-bed room the following night, the overall experience caused significant inconvenience and discomfort for my family. I have had good experiences with Expedia in the past, but this booking experience was extremely disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and review what went wrong. Thank you for your attention and support.

    Liked the location, check-in, night person at desk. Refrigerator didn't work (not cold), freezer was full of ice on the back of it, came in the bathroom floor had standing water but those were small things that i was able to deal with. Room needs ultimate touches on paint but I slept well.

    Housekeeping: Not available daily unless you ask a day before. Policy and some front desk staff say you'll pay extra for it but Ani helped me out. Mattress: the plastic on the mattress makes a squeaking sound. That sucks. The worst part of my stay. Rooms are not sound-proof. TV: need to improve seriously. Channels available are the ads channels. Suggest to subscribe to cable or better have smart TVs with apps that customers could sign in to. Cookware: available on request. Stovetop, microwave and fridge all good. 10/10 Nearness to the mall and highway: Good. Neighborhood: Good, quiet and safe.

    Place is run down in the rooms, paint patches, broken or chipped furniture, shower facet was so hard to move though inwas gonna break it. Had to pay for internet. Had to get utensils and cooking stuff if I wanted to cook. Coffee too. Just very run down and inconvenient. Will not stay there again.

    My first room the refrigerator didn't work. The staff was great and got me into a new room straight away. I then had a heavy water leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling. I then found it was toilet water. The staff again took care of it, however this is too many issues for one stay. I can't justify the price I payed for such a trouble packed stay. I will be reconsidering staying at this location in the future.

    The room was filthy, soda sprayed all over the ceiling and smoke detector. No drain stop in bath tub for baths. We woke up to absolutely NO water in the room. The bed was covered in plastic so everytime you moved it made a wretched sound. The "desk chair" was absolutely disgusting.

    Service without a smile. No greeting whatsoever. Room was dirty and run down. Smelled like an old house. Sticky dust on the wire shelves. Outside of fridge not cleaned well. Countertops dirty, drops of stuff dried on it. Artwork in bathroom ripped. Laminate on the end tables torn. We had to use our disinfectant wipes to clean EVERY surface area just in case. Did not feel clean staying here. I told my husband that we should just leave and get another place but he was tired from driving and said to just stick it out. We took pictures of the aforementioned damaged things and informed the staff about them because we were not planning to be charged for other guests' damages. This place boasts a mini kitchen but it does not come stocked with any pots, pans, utensils, etc. This gives you a clue about how cheap the management is as well as what kind of guests might frequent here. At one point we requested for a kitchen hand towel and was given a white bath towel. When we opened it back at our room, we discovered that the towel had a huge hole at one end and the other side was ripped. Took a picture of it and told staff. They just reconfirmed that we needed it for the kitchen and said it would be fine to just use as is...smh. Hated this place.

    The hotel staff was phenomenal! That was the only highlight. Lot's empty beer cans in and around the property, as well as Lot's of smoking cigarette smell in the room and weed. The rate was WAY cheaper than other extended stays in the area and for reasons above maybe that's why. If I was in a pinch I would go back, but I have no problem spending a little bit more for cleanliness, safety and peace of mind.

    The internet had decent speeds. The kitchen didn’t come with everything like it use to back in the days. Now the kitchen supplies are a paid feature. So if you plan on cooking your dinner then make sure to bring your own or pay for the use of their items. The location is a little busy to get into during rush hour. The breakfast is just a small variety of granola bars, oatmeal, coffee or hot chocolate. Over all I think the price is okay. The outside of the building is nice and the inside could use some TLC. Also make sure to bring some earplugs if you aren’t on the top floor as you will hear everything going on above you.

    We are not exaggerating when i say this was my worst stay @ a hotel ever. I came in w my friend & i asked 2 use the bottom floor restroom before i checked in. They said yes led me nowhere then spoke in a different language. I checked in was given 1 bed when i reserved 2 double beds. The bed had NO boxspring was on stilts like a pop up bed, the chair had sooo many STAINS, the fitted sheet didnt fit so i slept on the plastic covering the mattress. NO coffee machine, no hair dryer, NO ICE MACHINE, no vending or pop machines. One tiny itty bitty bottle shampoo one bar soap. The staff didnt care the hotel smelled stale food. Breakfast bar cookies no juice

    The first room didn’t appear clean. The bed was made but the bathroom didn’t appear clean. The shower curtain was wrapped around the curtain rod. The only toiletry was shampoo on top of the toliet. There were also no towels. The second room the tub wasn’t clean as there was hair in the tub and on the shower walls.

    Plan was to stay overnight and head out to Schaumburg area for Valentines Day. Got checked in and while I understand reasons for safety, room 140 smelled like someone smoked their entire stay - even though this is supposed to be a non-smoking property. While checking - saw a couple requesting a new room due to bad smoke smell. Stay away. Not worth it. .

    I arrived around.1am. No bell to get the attendants attention. After practically yelling hello about 3 times an idian woman came out. I gueas she was expecting because she called me by name. She asked for my license plate number and made me go back outside in the cold to get it. When i came back inside i said "your a stickler" she immediately had a mad look on her face and wanted to know what it meant. I asked her to calm down that i was only joking but she still appeared mad. Made me initial a bunch of things and one of them was that if asked to leave the property i wouldn't refuae. I qas concerned ahe was going to ask me to leave becauae of my stickler comment. Not lying.

    The whole hotel smelled of weed - the elevator, the corridor, including my room, even though they claimed that it was a 'no smoking' room. It was so bad that I checked out the same night I checked in and asked for a refund, but they refused. So, never staying there again, forget about recommending it to anyone else.

    The day of check-in, I waited 20 mins for the receptionist to show up. Various times through my stay the front desk was left unattended. As for the, the room, it was poorly maintained in general. Leaky facet, bathroom door that wouldn’t lock, missing lightbulb. For the price I paid, I was not expecting much but that doesn’t mean the room should be below standard. Yo be honest, I was too exhausted from traveling that day to express my concerns but the nail in the coffin is when they decided to keep my security deposit. After calling about this matter they gave me the run around as expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The first room #223 I was assigned wasn’t cleaned and ready yet it was assigned to me, I had to complain about it. The second room #101 that I was assigned was a terrible experience as my room was flooded with poop. The toilet wasn’t working when flushed. It flooded through the floor to the bathtub. Then I was assigned room #201 and yet I was asked to pay $5 because the king size room I paid for wasn’t available. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. This location lack cleanliness and good customer service. It was unkept from the hallway to the kitchen and rooms.

    After driving 13 hours straight, I waited at the check in desk for about 15 min with no help. We were late to a dinner because of this. Woken up to a domestic dispute at 5 am on our floor. Dirty, stinky rooms. Everything gross & broken. Our dogs both got sick from drinking the water. We’ve stayed with extended stay probably 7 different times … this was the worst experience. We never come here with high expectations but think was shocking.

    The mattresses worn, lumpy and extremely uncomfortable and the pillows flat and useless. There was some type of substance smeared on the lampshade that resembled fecal matter and the heater gave off an unpleasant oder when running.

    There was mold around the sink in the bathroom. The room was “cold”, not temp wise but felt unwelcoming. Very loud neighbours - front desk did nothing to stop that. Halls smelled like pot, it even seeped under our door. Breakfast was granola bars and packages muffins. Strange man knocking our door multiple times. Shower water was Luke warm at best. As we were checking in, the cops were arresting a guy in the parking lot.

    Staff was nice. Room was clean. Just in my room the mattress had a liner on it which every time I moved it made noises. Most Extended Stay all ready have the basics in the room.     We drove up and the people milling around outside were smoking cigs and doing some sort of drug deal then scattered when we got close. With poor lighting and trash outside the main entrance I was not sure it was even a hotel. I wanted to leave then but it was late and we were tired so we went in. The people staying there are poor on limited means and I get it, that's the clientele. But were are paying good money for a nights lodging and deserves a clean safe place to stay. Rooms stunk badly, like a sweety week old gym bag with musty crotch rot. Looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. Slept with heater on and window open and at times opened the hallway door to air out the stench. Everything in the Bathroom was old and run down. It had moldy caulk, broken shower rod, cacked on dirt in every corner and dirty floor. Refrigerator was old not leveled and the door was on backwards to mention a few problem areas. to top it off was the disclaimer saying they are not responsible if we get bed bugs. Stay away from this place and be cautious of the listings on hotels.com!!!!!!

    Very loud with dogs barking and baby’s crying all times of night, bed very uncomfortable, tv channels suck! Breakfast suck and there’s never anyone at the front so you have to go find someone, kinda gave me living in a shelter vibe basically the worst part of my trip. I will not book again

    I asked for extra hour of staying. Typically other places will provide an extra hour with no cost but this place, they want to charge extra. Not even a little bit of service attitude. Everything is money. I would not go to this place next time. They advertise as breakfast served but it is grab n go breakfast. They should advertise as grab n go breakfast and not a proper breakfast.

    Lots of police activity all through the night with multiple residents. The room was wiped with some Clorox and came up pretty dirty, but I’m not surprised given the price. I felt bad for the woman working the front desk, they’re very understaffed and she was in charge of so much, it wasn’t fair to her yet she stayed completely professional and respectful. Lastly the “free breakfast” they advertise is coffee and wrapped muffins - I was very upset about that. Our stay there served its purpose as a rest stop but we will never stay there again. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere better.

    The front desk was almost never there and whenever I needed them I had to wait over 10 to 15 mins for someone to show up, but when they did, they were helpful. Definitely should not advertise free breakfast...coffee, tea, oatmeal packs, prepackaged muffins and granola bars is a SNACK...Not real breakfast. They were testing the fire alarm 😩😩😩 without warning. Some people and their pets were terrified. They should have put up signs around the property to let everyone know. The room itself was ok...no smart TV in 2025 is egregious and the room smelt like someone smoked in there. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to get rid of the smell. Also, it's advertised as a no smoking facility and employees and others were smoking right outside the front door.😩 I was there 4 days and Hot water in the shower worked...sometimes 😩 Someone's stuff was stolen and the cops were called. Very strange because there are cameras everywhere but something tells me they weren't working. The property only has 3 floors and it was literally quicker to take the stairs than use the elevator. Laundry room was great and convenient but they don't sell any laundry supplies even though they had vending machines😩 Wasn't expecting perfection, but was expecting a little bit better. Small things and upgrades can make this place better.

    So the bed was uncomfortable. Plastic sheet cover for mattress old beat up pillows . No counter on the bathroom sink! Oh the cherry on top of cake staff wss rude had to sign out silverware and i was told to take my garbage to lobby or leave it in room!     My stay went smoothly. There was fortunately not much noise and it was very quiet. Also, I was on the third floor. I am glad that they provide breakfast options but the issue is there are not very many breakfast options and the problem is that there’s no place to sit for breakfast in any area. Another problem is that the hallway smells like chemicals or something but it’s not unhygienic. They need to do a better job at renovation. It is good for the price, but if I would have to come again, I would not.

    Pros: The staff was very friendly. The room and rest of the property was clean. Cons: Much is falling apart, some might be considered unsafe (exposed wiring), and the repairs they are making seem subpar and incredibly cheap. It seems they have replaced the mattresses with camp pads and covered each in thick plastic. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. No utensils available in the room, they have to be requested. Shower rods falling off and the faucet wasn't even attached to the wall. Duct tape is used to repair lights. Every, and I mean every lamp shade was torn or broken. The TV didn't work half the time. We had a short 2 night stay so we lived with this for the duration but we wont be back.

    -shabby -no mention of breakfast or where to go for it either by check-in desk clerk or on the room key folder where it IS at least mentioned (though advertised on the website and Expedia's description) -beds looked/felt like rollaway beds, mattress hard, wrapped in plastic -only a sheet, thin blanket, and thin cotton coverlet -in-room phone didn't work -tv wouldn't turn on by remote on the bed, had to be standing directly in front of it -no tv service when finally turned on -people smoking in rooms and directly outside the door -no toilet paper roll holder, just placed on the counter -bathroom light/fan loud and grinding, though did quiet down after a while, not bright enough for makeup -bathroom door stuck on main room floor and creaked loudly -floor uneven -cobwebs on ceilings, dust along headboards and on lamps -blow dryer didn't work -climate control unit front fell off and had to be resituated, temperature either too hot or too cold, seemed to try to turn on during the night to cool but didn't properly start most times, only goes down to 68° F -bathtub dirty -something stuck in one of the outlets -floors filthy (took a pic of my feet after only 4 non-consecutive hours in the room)

    Stayed in Room #323 — the mattress was uncomfortably covered in plastic, and the AC was very noisy. The "on-the-go" breakfast had limited options. As a frequent traveler familiar with the area, I can say there are better hotels nearby for less. I won’t be returning and recommend considering other options.

    Nothing was stocked in kitchen not even basics (cups, silverware or plates/bowls). I just think after traveling the last thing I should be doing is running back and forth to get simple things. Bathroom only had bar soap no shampoo, conditioner etc. Beds are uncomfortable with heavy, loud plastic mattress protectors. Breakfast was awful, I know it says FREE… it only consisted of granola bar type things. No cereal, bread, milk, juice or fruit. This was EXTREMELY disappointing for an extended stay.

    I must say I enjoyed staying at this location! It was very close to every where I needed to get to! The staff was so friendly! I had 1 issue with the upstairs guest; the kids was running back n fourth very disruptive and the staff took care of the complaint immediately and moved me to a different room no questions ask! I will definitely stay again!

    The room was very dusty and the AC unit fan was loudly knocking all night. I only got about 2 hours of sleep because of it. The dust upset my allergies to the point that I checked out early this morning just to not have to be there anymore. This hotel needs to invest a little money in repairs and upkeep.
