    Absolutely terrible and dirty all the amenities they promoted on the site like bar pool cable tv were not even in service or closed the whole time … no housekeepers so no one cleaned our room. Literally ONE towel in our room we asked for more they said they were out til the next day then they only gave us ONE more .. the sheets were dirty at check in asked to get them changed . They changed them but with sheets with stains on them .. asked a third time about the sheets and they proceeded to give me a 3rd set of stained sheets which they told me I had to put on myself because they didn’t have housekeeping that day … fire alarm was broken and had no batteries in it .. pool closed bar closed no cable tv . Stains on the carpet . Stains on the pillows .. staff was incompetent and I could bearly understand what they were trying to say .. tried to talk to a manager but no manager was on duty to authorize my refund so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company as it was a breach of contract for services it was uninhabitable and a hazard to stay in .. I’m not a Karen and am usually pretty chill about stuff but man this was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in some sketchy ones those atleast had clean sheets to sleep on . Terrible 100 will not recommend stay anywhere else but here unless you don’t care about clean sheets and towels and everything I listed .i even took pics of everything .

    Bed: King bed has plenty of room for 2 people, and was clean and soft. Staff: Excellent, helpful, and respectful. Amenities: TV, small fridge, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and makeup removal wipes. No hand soap or hand towel for the sink, which was odd. Service: Housekeeping never came to replace towels or remove trash, we had to do this ourselves. "Needs Service/Do Not Disturb" door handle signs were not provided. Location: Beautiful forested area. Walking distance from a pizza restaurant and a 7-Eleven, short driving distance from the Schaumburg convention center and other shops. Overall: Kinda disappointing. This place needs to step up its game.

    Staff made it easy to check in, room was clean, and a 7/11 right around the corner in case you want late night snacks. Only thing I wish is that the tv remote worked a bit better, and that you use xumo tv to watch stuff. Otherwise was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

    Location The lobbly is tiny , inadequate staff to guest ratio, Business office space dirty with cups left, small liquor bottles, ladies redtroom dirty with full broken toilet, plastic utensils not packeged sitting in the corner exposed in a shelving unit near the beverages for guests, cigarette butts and tissue in front yard, rooms had gnats, pool broken. Never enough staff to bring items to your room you had to get them. One ice machine worked

    Tons of Problems with the hotel. Housekeeping didn't clean the room daily. Despite specifically asking for a cleaning that day. Mini Fridge was completely frozen over, I had to throw away my leftovers. The Smoke Alarm went off after a shower, Despite no smoke. Only one Elevator was working, and barely at that as the screen was removed. The room key randomly decided not to work. Breakfast was both limited, and tasted awful. While the bed and rooms were alright, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially since it's more expensive than a motel.

    Had a confirmation on a room with 2 queen beds. Received a room with one king bed and was charged the two queen bed price. A $20 difference. Luckily we caught the issue prior to leaving and had the problem rectified. The room was not well cleaned, the water out of the sink was milky white and only enough towels for one person. Because we were tired and the bedding appeared to be clean enough and no sign of bed bugs. We stayed the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. I expected much better from a Radisson Hotel.

    Only one person operate hotel. The room and corridors are very old and not cleaned . Poorer breakfast and coffee . I’ve machin out of Oder and drinking water jar was just regular water(smell bad -not purified).

    It's a beneficial location and it's right next to a 7/11 and it's not too far from multiple restaurants and stores. From the staff to the actual room it's a 0/10. The ice machine wasn't working, the actual ice bucket from the room was dirty, the breakfast hours are wrong and I was very disappointed with the the selections. They offered milk in an open jub and nothing was fresh. Also the bed didn't come with a converter just a thin blanket. I asked the staff for a converter multiple times throughout the day and every time is was a different excuse from them. It wasn't until the next day, late night, that I told them I wouldn't leave the lobby until I got a converter that I was finally given one a full 24hrs later.

    My room floor along with the elevators and first floor area around the elevators were dirty. I stayed there for six (6) days and each morning none of the reception desk personnel did not even speak to me let alone say good morning or good evening. Wi-fi was terrible or not working on certain floors which made me have to change rooms a few times.

    Had a parking lot there was needles in our room, like herion needles. And the bed sheets were all worn out. We did get a new room. The phones in the room werent even connected to a phone line, just decoration. Not very many outlet options. Past all of that staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was a plus side. Breakfast was okay.

    Sheets were worn, not sure the pillow cases were changed, and the hotel did not receive the Expedia reservation so I had to pay out of pocket and now have to get a refund from Expedia. Hotel staff were nice but could not solve the reservation problem.

    This hotel is outdated the elevator makes noises. They seem to be run by the Patel family they’re short staff and doesn’t seem to care about customer experience or comfort. We asked for extra pillows and the front desk told us they don’t have any because everyone went home. We will never stay at this hotel again. We used to like Raddison but since Patels taken over they will run into the ground just like every other motels they owned. Sad.

    Hotel was over book did get notifications of these until I arrived to check in and they stated the over sold and that I didn't have a room. I had to run to get a other hotel /motel reservations was very stressful more that I was traveling with my children.. No communication that my reservation was overbooked or they cancelled until I was check in I would have been notified prior I would be able to make arrangements to find accommodations elsewhere but this lack of communication as well as I'm going issues it seems with other guests this seems to be an ongoing problem with this facility

    Room was decent. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi to save our lives. When we called they said connect to any of the Radisson names none of them worked at all. Breakfast was ok not the best. Vending machines and ice machines on our floor did not work. It was an ok stay for the price most likely will not be coming there again. One of the main reason I chose this Hotel was because of the restaurant/ bar was going to celebrate my birthday with some friends didn’t find out until the day of my bday that it was permanently closed. Sucked tbh

    Staff is unhelpful and unable to help provide a towel or any basic services. The rooms show older age than the building. There is a smart tv but without sufficient internet to connect (think early 2000’s speed) breakfast is not worth attending. Best regards

    I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The place was filthy used condom and wrapper in the bed. I complained and they put me in another room and the sheets hadn't been changed. There was dried blood and other stains and the bedding. Tried getting another hotel in the location, but everything was booked. So the third room I was told to check it first by the staff at the front desk. They had zero accountability. This place was the worst I've ever been too. While waiting a lady and her kids lfet due to finding bedbugs. Terrible to bad zero stars isn't an option.

    The only thing we like about this property was that is was cheap and location was decent. Other than that, NEVER AGAIN. Right when we walked in, there was a man yelling at everyone around him because the slot machines or whatever they were ate his $5. The lady checking us in was yelling a little back at him telling him he’d have to take it up with whoever owns or operates those machines. Then we get up to check in and I’m trying to give her a name but before i can say anything, she’s like “I.D., credit card” and I’m like oh okay. Then she says she can’t use my husbands credit card because the first 2 numbers on it are slightly worn off ( but still readable) so my husband audibly says the numbers out loud and she accepts it. She hands us our room keys and then we go. We get to our door and try the room key in the slot but it doesn’t unlock the door. We try for another 5-6 minutes before my husband starts jingling the card and sliding it up and down repeatedly and fast and that eventually unlocks our door. We walk in and the first thing that hits us is the smell. It’s coming from the bathroom and smells awfully like sewage. My husband said it “smells like the maid came in, took a sh!t and left right before we came in”. The sink is outside the bathroom, which can be fine, but the way this hotel did it didn’t make a lot of sense. The bathroom door made it feel like we were in a stall at the mall or something and the door was pretty chipped up too. The room layout was strange. Like they could have utilized the space better but didn’t. The mirror over the sink was pulled forward on the bottom because it’s cord had to reach the outlet so it seemed like the mirror could just fall off at any given point. The bed was very, very creaky without me putting pressure other than my hand on it and the sheets had stains. The fridge also had a smell. And the vinyl flooring was bubbling up in some areas as well. I know we wanted cheap but dang. Later in the night, we heard people across from us having trouble unlocking their door as well.

    There was only one bath towel. We had to ask for more. We were given a key for a room, #302. There was not a room by that number. After going back to the desk, we were told it was #307. They then changed the number 2 into a 7. Also no hair dryer.

    The location was great, appreciate the shuttle to and from airport. Communication was rough, I triedaskong question a s got cut off or completely misunderstood stood, tried to charge for parking when there was no car, and I told them im trying to get the shuttle only, was asked to schedule for shuttle and when I called to ask additional questions again cut off... honestly what bothered me the most was the issue with the key to the room.we had to have the key reset the key card around 5 or 6 times and even replaced it at some point just doesn't it to happen again. Why does it need to be rest almost ever time I try to enter? Only other concern was the elevators seem to need updating or a repair.

    Beds were comfortable Breakfast was terrible. No food was hot no chocolate milk no orange juice actually threw the food away holes in the lampshade trash behind the bed nightstand different colored paint in the bathroom where they had patched holes a different colored paint in the ceiling where they had patched tolls a lamp did not work. no coat rack they actually had hangers hanging on an ironing board stand. there were not enough towels for two people. There was only one bath towel, no bath floor mat.

    The building was unclean, the walls of the hallway on the third floor are molding, the trim is coming off of them as well. The carpets are stained and dirty. The room was not clean and the bedding had stains upon arrival. The hotel has a strange smell to it. The staff was not friendly. I will not be returning to this location.

    Tv didn't work properly, the rooms were half clean, my sister found a dead roach on her floor and it looked like mouce dropping behind the bed. The gym had only 1 or 2 pieces of equipment, my room was for 2 people and they only gave 2 dry towels and just one wash cloth, which i tjought was a mistake until the rest of my family had the same thing in their rooms and we had 5 rooms. Will not be staying there again

    Hotel was easy to locate. The guy at check in had a huge hole in his elbow and untucked pockets of his pants. We were able to connect to WiFi without any issues however it was not allowing us to load anything. Our TV would turn on and that was about the only thing it would do. We weren’t able to watch anything on any channel. We also weren’t able to get any extra towels without swapping out our dirty ones. The breakfast seemed to have a good amount of options but the area was constantly dirty and not stocked. It made me wonder if the food was fresh daily or just reheated. The only good thing I can think of are the pillows. We enjoyed those.

    Parking was easy. Elevator electrical panel was open with exposed wires. Level 1 elevator area reeked of cigarette smoke. Never once in my 8-day stay did housekeeping staff come in my room. Looked like a blood stain on the floor. I will not return.

    The beds were comfortable enough I requested early checkin online when I booked the room, but upon arrival was told I would need to pay $30 to check in early. The room was dated and dirty, the paint was peeling and chipping in some spots as well. We went to sit down and watch Tv, but found there was no remote in the room. When we grabbed the hotel room telephone to request one, we found the phone wasn't even plugged in. The wifi was spotty at best, and we could hear other guests in the hall as clear as day. Breakfast was a disappointment, very few options offered and it felt as though it was thrown together at the last minute. Beds were very creaky and loud.

    The room was not as advertised at all! It started with a 30 min wait in line just to check in. Ok, cool. I finally make it to the counter and he tells me they don’t have my reserved room so I have to take a double bed..fine! I get to the room and check it out..one of the bed spreads had small stains on it that looked to be blood or some sort, there were no towels, the bathroom shower wall was chipping appearing to be asbestos and on top of it all there were two bugs in the room! One dead in the bathroom and one alive and crawling in the living area! I literally had to grab some tissue and grab and dispose of it! Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. I wish I could upload the pics and vids

    The room was out dated, the entire hotel was actually outdated. Stains on the wall , odd odor throughout the hotel. Pictures on the advertisements were very deceiving. Fitness area was inaccurately depicted. No towels or shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom , had to ask front desk for them.the hot breakfast was a joke, rubbery sausage patties, soggy hash browns and nasty scrambled eggs. Cereal was the most appetizing option but no milk in sight. Stains on the bed and just over all a dirty feeling place to be. Not sure how this got such a high rating on Expedia but if there was a refund option I would have taken it.

    There was a foul smell throughout the building/floor. The door constantly jammed or would not open. Lamps were held together by painters tape. The floor was not clean. The air conditioning/heater was broken. Initially set to 93 degrees when we came in. Pipes and wires in clear view throughout the floor. Broken/removed fire detector. We left and got another hotel after about 6 hours in there.

    The lobby is freezing! The elevators are freezing (when they work). This hotel uses tissues for napkins! Our hotel room had food splattered on the wall, mold under the sink, and hair on the towels. Our second hotel room had tools all over the bed! Our 3rd hotel room had broken outlets. We checked out early once I found drugs on the stairs! Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else! I rather stay in a prison, I heard they have better breakfast. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    We reserved two rooms. One had dead cockroaches on the floor, half of the lamps did not work, and when the water was turned on, it came out black. The second room had the door looking like it was broken into and the safety latch on the inside was cut off. We asked to switch to different rooms. The second set also had problems: one room did not have a tv remote, the room phone did not work, and there were flies. The second room had two lamps that did not work. Also the profile states there is a pool, it fails to mention that the pool is outside and non-operational between Labor and Memorial Day. In addition the complimentary brekfast is a joke. Worst place I stayed in. It’s despeakble to charge $100/night for such place.

    Front desk polite and organized. Room was clean and covered basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were awesome. No desk to work on. Went to breakfast at 7:30am: no coffee!!! Eggs and sausage were ice cold even though they were on (cold) warming trays. The warming trays were pluged into a mutiple outlet extension cord which was turned off.

    Only one elevator works and it is in disrepair. Our room didn’t look like any of the pictures and was generally dirty around the edges. Only one of the lamps worked because the other didn’t have a lightbulb. When I talked to my family that was also staying at the property, we were told they had to get clean sheets themselves the first night they were there and that our room looked much nicer than theirs. Based on that alone, I would not recommend this facility.

    I have never been more disappointed to stay in a hotel in my life. Start to finish was an aweful experience. To start, they mist a professional photographer being doing there work for rooms, because the difference was drastic. Booked a room with a jet tub, which was later found to be broken. In hindsight, the staff knew it was broken. As we were checking they were trying to find our room, and i heard the receptionist mutter under her breath "well what room do i give them?" to her coworker.     Ordered on price line, jacuzzi pictured in room. Upon arrival received room without a jacuzzi, gym has 5 pieces of equipment. I never did see a pool. It took 5 hours to receive towels and none of the ice machines are working. I had to go to the bar for ice. Overall staff at desk was very pleasant. All remaining staff did not speak English at all. Hotel was quiet, but needs some updating.

    This location is an old hotel pretending to be an upscale hotel. The first room I received smelled funny, the carpet was soaked and the air conditioning was dripping water. The back doors was propped open and unsavory people was coming and going. I would not recommend this location. They are charging too much for a room that is equivalent to the Red Roof Inn.

    The only saving grace for this place is that the staff was extremely nice and did their best to help. But as soon as we got to our room, we saw one bath towel and one hand towel. The body wash and conditioner dispensers were empty. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the pool, which had a bright orange sticker on the gates stating it was closed because their license to operate was suspended. Several times during our stay, our access cards stopped working, so we ended up having to go to the front desk multiple times. The staff, as nice as they were, seemed to be largely clueless when checking in visitors. Either that, or their computers systems were from 1992. Checking in was a long wait and a drawn out process. Also, the steam from the shower in my daughter’s room set off the alarm. When she went to call the front desk, the phone was not even connected and had wires showing. This was just one mishap after another. Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

    I booked a king size room and was given a double queen. My room had bad stains in the carpets. The toilet did not have a toilet seat. The mattresses were absolutely horrible to sleep on. Their room cleaning service is only available without notice if you stay for more than 4 nights. The customer service at the front desk really just verbally tells you what you want to hear. When you ask for things, you have track down the hospitality staff to get what you need.

    When I checked into the hotel room at 3:30ish for check in time, once I got the room key, I went up to my room and they did not clean the room at all bed sheets everywhere towels everywhere, when I spoke with them they offered to clean it, and then later about 2 hours later I called for a status on the room to see if I can go into it yet or not. They said they will find out and then hung up right away on me, Then when I finally got into the room, the jets on the jacuzzi wasn't working did not work entire time, one of the lights would flicker on it, the bathroom light over the toliet and shower did not light up it turned on then over the course of an hour it burnt out and wouldn't work anymore after that. The elevators were shut down when I got back there later that evening and no signage or anything, I have a bad knee and it is harder to walk up stairs, so I had to walk up the stairs since the elevators were not functioning. I stayed there because it looked like a decent place to stay, but I would not want to stay there again. I was wanting to cancel and refund the room the minute I got up there and it was chaotic and destroyed. It looked like someone was still checked in the room by how it looked. Also forgot to add when they cleaned my room eventually, I never got the key back so luckily I kept one for me to use, so I had to go back downstairs to get the wifi password because they had the card with the code, and when I used the landline to call it was busy tone. 0/10

    The first room had a leak in the sink. It made the floor wet. I slipped but caught myself before I went down to the floor The second room didn't have the air conditioning on when I entered. I turned it on and quickly knew why. It made a horrible noise. The fridge in the third room didn't work. I decided that of all the rooms, this was the least worst. I decided to stay there. Then I found out the TV only had the free TV apps. I couldn't watch any regular channels. I don't go on vacation to watch TV but like to have it when I'm in the room. If they are going to scrimp on services just to save a few bucks, it isn't worth my time to go back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    My husband and I stayed together in one room and I had a sister and her daughter in another room. The sinks in both of those rooms drained very slow, which clogged up if you let the water run.     It was not a good experience. We arrived around 9pm received a room with hanging wires from a smoke detector and used needles in the room laying on the floor. Then when we were given a different room the blinds wouldn't close and the TV did not work. The room was surface cleaned but curly hair that was course was in the sheets when checking the bed.     Construction in the main lobby. No plug ins for phone charging near the bed. No working lamps near the beds. Curtain in my room was no existent so the sun light beamed in at 6AM and woke me up. Desk chair was battered and torn. Tv didnt have channels and requires you to log into your own streaming service. All the doors into the building didnt work. So if you parked in the back you had to walk all the way around to the building. When i went to check out there was nobody at the desk and i was left standing their for 10 minutes before a female worker came around from the corner with apple earbuds in.     My experience was not the best at this Radisson. There was a long wait at check in and the breakfast option was pretty sad. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My main issue was the staff. Our keys didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk and there was no one there. We waited for like 25 minutes until somebody showed up. The place felt rundown. Also, WiFi didn’t work, there were no phones in the room so we couldn’t get in touch with front desk. Place felt neglected. The staff better do something before this place goes out of business.

    The WiFi never worked so I had to use my own hotspot from my cellphone to get the tv to work. Someone said they would come upstairs never did. She said “sometimes the WiFi doesn’t go up to the top floor”. The tub and toilet leaked when we flushed the toilet and showered so bathroom floor was always wet. The room phone never worked so we had to go downstairs to the front desk to talk to them instead of being able to call and ask for towels etc. hotel could use remodeling and a little extra upkeep. We will never stay there again.

    Lobby extremely cold in front of automatic doors. In room No luggage rack, landline phone had no dial tone, WiFi went out frequently, too difficult to find local live tv channels, airport shuttle driver drives up to 90 mph. It took multiple requests to get problems with room corrected. All the staff avoids eye contact and seems grumpy. They are extremely hard to understand with their heavy accents. They all seemed incompetent. Nobody dressed appropriately as a member of staff. Blue jeans and graphic t shirts. Nobody matched. One of the men came to my room to tell me I was supposed to check out that day but he was incorrect. He went to check and never returned to apologize and confirm my info was correct.

    The bathroom vent was disgustingly dirty. I requested it for it to be cleaned, but that didn't happen. The solid curtain had spots. The bed mattresses was very uncomfortable.     The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Unlike most hotels, the complementary breakfast was ordered off a menu. Eggs, bacon and hash browns were fresh and well proportioned. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and its condition was much better then. I won’t be staying here again.

    The hotel was located in a great area. The restaurant, Blackhawk, in the hotel was great with great food for a decent price. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, had a smell from the lobby to the room and also in the room. Again, I chalk that up to being outdated. The staff were nice when we did need to speak to them. The elevator was a little creepy. Missing a few buttons in either one. There were two. The room was spacious. I booked the jacuzzi room. The sink didn’t drain well. There were a few pieces of trash left over from whoever stayed there before me. The blankets and pillow cases had some stains. Overall the stay was quiet, private. Not bad but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

    I didn’t have a phone in my room, they had some kind of party for two days that the music was so loud it would shake the walls. The fridge in my room made a loud noise I had to unplug it. I asked the front desk if I can have some more toilet paper because I was out. Lady told me no and said I might have to go buy some myself. I told her no. She then and took a hit and found me a roll. The electricity went out for a good hour on my entire floor. It was not fun experience

    our reservation was cancelled once we arrived to the property. we where told that they had to cancel our reservation due to no rooms available. not a phone call or notification was sent prior. Upon arrival place smelled horrible, looked dirty and there was a party happening with really loud music-you can hear it on the hallway. never again booking with them.

    I liked the location the most. The breakfast and service sucks. We stayed there for 4 nights and not one day we got a decent coffee or breakfast.

    Lids, but no coffee cups in room. No wash cloth, no kleenex in room, worst tv stations ever, shower soap, conditioner, body wash all empty. Breakfast items all gone at 8am, so no breakfast available. Stay someplace else. Poorly run.

    The hotel itself was so so, the service was great! The hotel....the first night both elevators worked, the next 5 days only one worked, out of 6 floors only one floor had a working ice machine, breakfast every morning by Mohammed was good, the hot food could have been hotter. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean

    I liked the breakfast options. I wish there would have been housekeeping come inside the rooms and replace the towels and make the beds and bring in more paper cups.

    The stay was ok. The room overall was mostly clean. There was a used hand towel in the shower curtain. You can see it standing on the floor after throwing it out. This lead us to believe the shower curtain was not changed out. Breakfast was a joke. The first day the eggs were hard, dry, and bland. The second day they looked good, but tasted like someone accidently pored a container of salt in them. The hash brown were put in a steamer making them taste like soggy potatoes. We went to breakfast about an hour and half before it ended and you can see from the photos there was really nothing there. The waffle maker was not turned on and left dirty from the previous day and the batter is just sitting in an open container getting a film on it. They did offer oat meal packets, but no way to cook it. There was a sign saying no food to leave that room. The rooms are also dated, and the sound from the neighbors bathroom was really loud in our room. I would say if you need a cheap room just to sleep in you will be fine.

    Carpets stained.. Bar closed.. ice machine broken.. dirty walls.. broken door to the room...wobbly light fixtures..will not come back to this hotel.
