    We didn't avail ourselves to any of the amenities, but the hotel property was well groomed the lobby was clean and orderly. Check in was a breeze. I don't think I spent more than 5 minutes checking in. The room was very nice, the bed firm (made for a great night's sleep). All in all, it was an excellent stay!

    Although the hotel itself was clean and high end, I can’t say the same about costumer service. My 7yo cut her foot in the outdoor pool and when I ran to the front desk, although I told the receptionist “my kid cut her foot in your pool, do you have a 1st aid kit” she went in her drawer and opened up 2 packs of bandaids to see what size I wanted. Bandaids, not even a 1st aid kit with wound cleaning supplies, creams etc. No concern or sympathy to my kid’s injury. Nothing! Just here’s bandaids. I have never encountered such careless employee. I wish I would have gotten her name but I was too concerned with my child who was bleeding by the pool so I just ran back to her. I do not recommend this hotel to families.

    I started out at the Red Roof Inn in Willowbrook and let me say I just noped out in less than 2 hours. So I didn't have high hopes for any new place I went to. Let me tell you, this was it!!!! This place is spotless. They have beautiful rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. I did not take advantage of room service or the dining. But next time I will. Marriott exceeded my expectations. The only downside is the highway is nearby so you will hear traffic. My suggestion is ear plugs or do what I did. I just got my little handheld fan, turned it on and slept like a baby. Not once did the highway noise wake me up. But I could not hear the other time. Could not hear the hallway. And I really appreciated that shower head after a long day of walking around downtown Chicago.

    Beautiful place. Comfortable. But I do wish they had a time for kids to not be in the pool area without their parents. While my fiance and i were in the hot tub three young kids came over to jump in and swim. They were also splashing and no parent was there for us to ask them to stop. Other than this inconvenience because we really came for the hot tub experience…. It’s a very nice place.

    Extremely Rude staff at the reception tbey dont smile they dont greet and they don’t empathize with the guests situation . I travelled almost 12 hours and when i reaches hotel i requested for a room on the top floor the front office lady upfront denied and then she also made an error by charging my catd for the night stay whereas i had paid the amount online at thw time of booking when i asked her ahe connected mw to the manager Andrew or Sam i dont remember and he tried to cover up the miatale and said it was fault on expedia. He was not all apologetic. The bedding sheets had stains on it. Overall i dis not enjoy my stay for the first time.

    “Overall, the stay was mediocre at best. The room was decent enough, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. Cleanliness was acceptable, though there were a few details that seemed overlooked. Staff was polite, but service felt slow and not very attentive. The hotel itself looked a bit worn down and didn’t quite match the expectations from the photos online.     My partner and I stayed at this property in February and loved it so much we chose to stay again in March. The bar was a nice touch along with the restaurant on site. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. Definitely keeping this one as a favorite.

    They double charged the room, couldn’t find my reservation, put it under another name, had an email attached not used when I booked it, gave me a gmail account with with bank information and did not reverse the charges. My daughter left her makeup there they couldn’t find it, still no refund, and this was with a dance competition group. I’m still waiting and it’s a lot of money.

    Check-in was smooth and quick. The room didn’t look visibly bad upon entering but we soon discovered the tub wasn’t cleaned well and there was a lot of dust flying in the air probably coming from the heat vent. It was only a one night stay and we were only in the room to rest before going out in the evening and returning for the night. Still in acceptable.

    Location was great, with easy access to Arlington Heights, Palatine and Downers Grove where we had family events. The staff seemed grumpy.. Their responses to questions were very brusque. Lack of eye contact when speaking. property definitely has some miles on it. We stayed at the full service hotel instead of a Courtyard for the "better" experience. Not sure it was better. Mattress was not comfortable.

    The hotel is outdated, but clean. Great location, but noisy from the highway. There was just a door between our room and the room next to us. I could hear their TV.     Later that night, a fire alarm went off and I was forced to run down nine flights of stairs. On top of that, the Starbucks on-site was dirty, and the pool was disgusting, full of hair. The only area that seemed remotely clean was the hot tub. Honestly, other hotels like Best Western or Country Inn are 100 times better than this place. For what Marriott charges, I expected a lot more. This property is nowhere near the standard they advertise and is definitely not worth the price.

    We didn’t have a remote control for the tv which was odd, so the tv was unusable. When I went looking for the remote, I found food remnants and trash under the bed. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear everything on both sides of us at all hours. The bed was comfy and our breakfast was good, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t have brought from home for less money- packaged stuff that we paid extra for. Overall it was just kind of a disappointing stay for the price.

    Cute, clean, safe, nice. My only complaint, If you opt for the FREE WiFi then change your mind and want to do the PAID WiFi, they make it sooooo hard! The free WiFi was TRASH. It took 30-60 seconds for each page to load. I had to call some customer service number and it took 30 minutes on the phone with them to upgrade. I’m not sure why it isn’t just an easy option to upgrade, or why the hotel themselves can’t do it. It was a waste of my time. So just upgrade your wifi from the JUMP if you even THINK you might want faster speeds lol.

    Great value for money - really clean hotel with great amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Beds were comfortable and customer service was great. We were very grateful to staff for arranging connecting rooms as well as a baby crib and roll-away cot for our 1 and 3 year olds. There was a wonderful Indian wedding going on during our stay, and we weren't at all disturbed by noise from the festivities. There isn't much in walking distance so you will definitely need a car. The location is an easy drive (20 mins) from the airport though so good for an airport stay, if you have a car (or are using a taxi).

    There was a deadly shooting the first night and loud drunks both nights. Loud slaming doors.

    The entire ambiance was so beautiful. The rooms were great also, very spacious. The vent wasn’t working properly in the bathroom, but we didn’t fret…lol. However, the bathroom was very clean and spacious as well. We definitely enjoyed the large walk-in shower. For breakfast, I was advised that we needed a slip that showed we payed for breakfast in order to eat or we had to pay for it out-of-pocket. We didn’t get the slip during check-in so I went to ask the receptionist and she informed us we didn’t pay for it at check-in but I was sure I paid for it when I booked the stay. I wish we could have eaten breakfast in which I did pay for previously and more should have been done to accommodate us during our stay.

    The hotel is beautifull but the rooms are very small. Ours was small(248). The bathroom is smaller than i saw. But the check-in took 1 minutes. Good service at the hotel.

    The room was nice as expected. There was a bit more noise from the expressway than I would have preferred to hear. Also the closet door was difficult to open and close because it has expanded to the point where it rubs against the frame.

    I booked this hotel for the holiday stay and also to relax before my husband return to work following knee replacement. Asked to be away from elevators and stairs due to noise. Called 2 days before due to I had 2 rooms and wanting them to be connected. I booked 1 king and 1 double beds. I was told they only had conjoined 2 beds which was fine, also asked for a high floor. Was given 4th floor. This hotel has 14floors mind you . That was also fine, cause quicker to get down to the pool. Mind you Im calling on the in the 1st !!! Check in goes up to the rooms and what did I get. My rooms view is a roof to with the BIG AIR CONDITION UNITS and others things on it !!! These thing hummed and made noise all fricking night !!!! Couldn't get any sleep. Mind you this was for relaxation!!! I dont know was it because I booked through hotel.com instead of them but when I got there I was told I was a Marriott member but whatever, if this how they treat their members I rather NOT BE !!!!

    Our stay was wonderful. We visited the city for a sports camp and it was the ideal location for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We had a great experience at the hotel as it was conveniently located to many of the places we wanted to go.

    Staff was all very nice. The only thing i didnt like is the shuttle service that was part of the stay, i was informed by staff left early on a weekend. I didn't understand this as my group snd others expected you use this service for shopping and dining. Especially since the driver was gone by 6pm in Saturday i woukd have expected an available driver later over a weekend, if not maybe have staff inform the guest this is no longer a service offered

    Nice area quite I like how it has a restaurant the restaurant staff was great the bed was very comfortable the things I didn’t like was the refrigerator was wobbly the bathroom door needs repairing needs a dresser in the room to put your clothes in. No microwave in the room they have one that quest use that down by check in desk but just one I think they need more then one to use

    Clean gorgeous quiet hotel, pillows are too soft for my liking but tolerable. Their breakfast buffet is a must! Definitely add it to your stay, i paid $8 extra per person for the buffet and it was worth that and more. Cant eat around the area for $8 or that good!

    Came with my husband to relax . We could listen to the other rooms conversations all day/night . Doors being slammed . We woke up with headaches because we could hear someone’s baby cry all night ! ( not baby’s fault ) .
