    Hall way carpet was dirty and smell a little, the pool was dirty and had the water sitting so I called the front desk for them to take a look at it and turn on the motor, guy said the it will be a little while, so we left.

    The hotel is in immediate need of renovation. Room furniture was not good. The vanity was in very bad shape. All the furniture in the room was destroyed. Other than the room in bad condition the hotel main lobby is good. The staff was kind and helpful.

    I loved the location and the price was not bad Lady at the front desk was always on her phone and never greeted us, not welcoming which left a bad taste in our mouth as soon as we got there. First floor was air conditioned but the upper levels/hallways were not. Bedding had stains all over them and rooms weren’t the cleanest. I feel like we got what we paid for

    The property looked like it would be nice but the rooms were not clean. My bathrooms were dirty and so was fridge. Cabinets had tape on them, furniture was had a lot of wear. Toilets had hair on them, side of tub had some type of cream. Curtains were stained and smelled. I would not recommend this hotel. I had two rooms, same in both rooms.

    The room was dirty. The nightstands, desk and TV stand had food crumbs on them. There were spots all over the bathroom mirror and the toilet had not been wiped down. The floor had not been vacuumed either. Would not recommend staying here.

    The location was great. Rather short staffed. No ironing board in the room. Two queen bed room rather tight, we stay four nights only towels replaced, no garbage was removed. I would stay again, but at a very discounted rate

    The room had bed bugs. As I was just sitting on the bed within the same hour of checking in, whatm coming crawling along the bed. A bed bug. I took a picture. The chair in the room was literally falling apart. Instead in taking the chair out of the room they just leaned it against the wall with the broken leg closest to the wall, so it wouldn't fall. The desk on the other room if any weight was out on would have broke as well with the chair. I asked to be moved to a different room . So they canceled a person that booked but not paid yet and gave me their handicap room instead. The pool was nice until 6 kids came in with their parents whom mind you might as well stayed in the room because they were running wild jumping from the wall to the pool splashing everyone as the parent just watched people keep leaving the pool area due to their horrible parenting and children.

    The gym equipments are useless. The dumbells have no pairs. I used the laundry twice. The first time I went there, I saw dark spot on the floor which appears to have someone stepped on dog poop outside. When I went back two days after, it was still there. There was also no ventilation in there so if you close the door while drying, the floor gets slippery from the moisture.

    My weekend getaway was a disaster with this hotel. No working water and when it did come on it was freezing cold. Hotel staff claimed a water pipe broke in the area but other hotels in the area water was working fine. I believe this hotel had an issue with their water heater and instead of being honest with guest , they still accept reservations and I was to relocate to another area hotel due to lack of water.

    Really nice breakfast, comfy bed and pretty soft sheets. Our bathroom was a little dirty just dusty shelves and missing a Shane soap but no biggie! The ice machine didn’t have any ice come out which was a bummer but great stay overall. Just small things I’d fix. Staff was super friendly too.

    The first room was not clean, blood on sheets and curtains. Light bulbs were blown. They moved me to a new room. That new room build was blown as well. There was no remote control for the tv and the phone in the room did not work. The attendant brought in a remote and after the 2nd replacement worked.

    We had booked this hotel in July or last year and we knew we wanted to book it again by the experience we had from last time. Christian at the from desk is so professional, the breakfast lady is so sweet. When booking this time I saw all these negative reviews and knew it was just people being picky, but not one thing was wrong. The pool was a little cold but hey it’s surrounded by windows, it’s in the ground, and it’s winter. What do you expect. We will definitely booked this hotel again.

    Tiny aunts crawling on the nightstand. Room was supposed to be “accessible” but only the bathroom was. Would not recommend this room type if you use a wheel chair or walker. Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that, but, it’s a “smoke free” hotel

    Staff had no bedside manners, never even smiled back at me. "Have a nice day" was said empty. Hotel on the other hand was wonderful. Renovated and very clean. Room seem a little small but we're beautiful. Online pictures matched in person. I would recommend Expedia and this Comfort Inn.

    Room was good but the walls are paper thin. We were not able to catch any sleep due to constant noise night in adjacent rooms. The intercom phone in our room was not working, so we had to go to front desk at midnight to complain about the noise. The front desk lady did ask the other room guest to quiet down but after some time the noise only grew with more people talking and laughing loudly. Their tv was loud adding to the chaos. Overall we were only able to sleep for sometime in early morning hours. We could have changed the rooms but we had a tiring day and did not have energy to redo the packing and moving after midnight.

    It was quiet, the beds were comfy. There was a street light shining directly into the room all night, and the blackout curtain was only for show. It didn’t even cover any of the window. You also have to go to the front desk to ask them to let you into the pool.

    The room was very clean when I arrived. A good heating/AC system in in my room, the bed was very comfortable. No bugs, my floor mostly quiet, smoking kept under control with the warning of a $250 fine. Some of the staff was nice, others not rude, but indifferent. When I had a problem with wifi and electricity failing, the maintenance guy spoke no English, so he didn't understand what I meant by "circuit breaker", and he vanished. I thought that the breakfast hours ended too early for vacationers, so I couldn't partake.The pool was tiny. All that you'd expect from a 2.5* lodging. If give it a "C" grade.

    Didn’t inform that Shuttle service would cost $25 per person unless you are affiliated with a particular airline. I had specifically called twice to this hotel to see if they provide shuttle service and they said yes. Other hotels provide shuttle service for free. This clarification should have been provided by the front desk when I called. Had I known might have booked with a different hotel. Wouldn’t have to rush to find alternate means of transport while carrying over half a dozen luggage. Other than that hotel appears clean I guess.

    The hotel was dirty. We thought there was a bug in our bathroom, turned out to be someone’s fake eyelashes! The entire lobby and the stair wells ALWAYS smelled like marijuana, so not someplace I’d ever want my family and small kids to stay at again! I’ll avoid at all cost staying here again!

    The AC worked wonderfully, room was beautiful, area safe and convenient, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing knocking down points is that there was no indication room service isn't daily (at least for replenishing towels), nor that the TV HDMI cables are locked. We were unable to plug in a console, which we've never experienced at any other Comfort Inn. We also found a previous customer's things left in the dresser drawer. These things made the stay a bit disappointing, but overall an okay stay.

    As soon as I received my key and went to my room , The tv didn’t work. I asked my fiancé to tell the staff about the situation since we have 3 children. He asked the staff can we get another room or have someone fix it . The lady had an attitude but sent a guy to fix it. We was in the room and the dresser had some type of pills smashed and the room smelt like someone had just smoked we asked for cleaning lady to come because it’s very strong and we have a new born . The staff had an attitude saying since we have problems with the hotel u can leave and tried to charge my card again saying now it’s a $150 deposit we have to do and we explained this isn’t our 1st time here & never had a room deposit. Used to change our room and have some clean up knowing we have two children and one newborn. Told her we were not leaving. We already paid for the room and you gave us our key and we had no problem to just ask so you can change the room or clean it b/c it wasn’t safe just horrible treatment we wasn’t in the hotel for 2 minutes. She said we can stay but she said we was banned from the hotel.

    Breakfast was very basic no good options. Staff was very unprofessional. They have no problem with arguing with guest. They do not care about resolving any issues. They will try to charge a $250 damage fee on non sense. I literally waste some food on my bed spread. After asking 2 days for room service they finally came to do room service and took pictures of the bed sheet talking about I damaged it. I ask them to let me go wash them myself so I can prove that stain will come out they refuse which is fine. The village cut the water off and said it will be back in by 7am the water was not back on until later that day. The water was off the night before I returned to my room from a conference so I was really hoping I could take a shower before leaving back out for the conference. The front desk told me they called me to give me the option to stay at another hotel which would cost me more money and they never called me. I will never stay here again.

    However, after checking in and going to the room, I discovered that it had only one single bed. When I went back to the front desk to explain the issue, the staff member told me that Hotels.com showed it as a single-bed room and that they could not change or provide another room. When I asked for written confirmation, they could not provide any document. As a result, my friend and I were inconvenienced. The next morning, I spoke with a different staff member who confirmed that, according to their system, my booking was indeed for a room with two beds, and that the previous employee had assigned the wrong room. We were told to discuss the matter with the manager on Monday. Due to this unpleasant experience, I canceled my second night’s reservation, but no refund was issued. Despite the hotel’s clear mistake, no proper solution was offered. I am disappointed with the lack of customer care and professionalism.

    The air was struggling to get under 70 and the front desk didn’t offer a fan. The bed sheets had stuff on the top of the blanket as if it had been previously used, tried to call front desk and the phone didn’t have a wire connecting it to the wall at all. Completely powerless. No ring tone, no way to contact the front desk.

    My stay was good however the start in the bath tub from the shower being on wouldn’t drain and told the front desk and it was fixed once I get back in the evening. The toliet seat was wobbly and it would move around and there was not any additional toilet paper other than what was on the holder which was went even 1/2 a roll full. Personally I felt odd going to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. Overall my stay was good and I had my 6.5 year old toy poodle with me and hotel was very accommodating and the price was $30 per a night per a dog which was very affordable.

    Carpet in the room needs to be cleaned ASAP. Would walk around in the room barefoot at night. The bottom of my feet would be black by the end of the night and you could visibly see the dirt come off the bottom of my feet as I started my shower in the morning. Cheapest hotel in the area, so I guess you get what you pay for, but that level of dirt was too much.

    Light was behind the television. The microwave had no outlet access so had to pick it up and move it in order to plug it in and use it. The pool is small and the water dingy.

    When we recieve our room the sheets were dirty on one bed and the blanket was dirty on the next bed. The bath tub was dirty and discolored. When we left out the room for the day we were expecting a house keeper to come and clean our room. When we got back to the room later that day. We left at 10am and returned at 7pm. More than enough time for the room to be cleaned . The room wasnt clean, no clean towels in the room either. When we called the front desk they said the housekeepers leave at 5pm which isnt my concern when they get off. I expect my room to be cleaned. Thats not the bad part when we ask for towels they only gave us 2 washing cloths and drying towels. After explaing that we needed more towels due to there being 2 kids in the room. They response was those the only one they had cleaned and laundry wadnt done. So upon check out we brought the concern to the morning person who goes to say we have to ask to have our room cleaned, i then proceed to ask him is that written in your policy, his repsonse was he didnt know. I will most definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Customer service wasnt good at all no accommodation made just out right bad service.

    I like the hotel because it was closer to shopping mall. I didn't like the bedding was horrible as if they did not change it and so wrinkle, the breakfast was not as excepted it was pre wrap, it was fine to lay your head. My kids did not get in pool it did not look clean.

    Not as I expected, I have to change the room 3 times.I gave 3 stars because the front desk helped me everytime there was an issue. the issue here is on the house keeping, one of the room,the carpet was wet to the extent my socks abosobed the cleaning solution, hairs on the bathroom floor. another room the sink is clogged before even start using it, the toilet wont flused inside. if the area was properly checked in the first placed I wont have to change my room seveal times

    The breakfast half the items didn’t work or was out of them, we had a room that let their child scream all night and they slammed doors all night. Told front desk and nothing was done. We tried to check out a day early because we had enough of it and they tried to charge us $193 to check out a day early when our room rate was only $77.

    The location was great and near a lot of the attractions that we were visiting. However, the room that we stayed in was extremely small for the bed that was wedged in there. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned well between guests. And, the bed & pillows were some of the worst that we've ever had to sleep on.

    There is no thermostat in the room and maintenance never came to fix the window ac. Walls are paper thin a anes I'm nearly certain that a loud extended family lives in several rooms on floor 3. They talked loudly in the halls and went between rooms day and night.

    My family’s overall experience was great. Only complaint was the shower faucet handle was loose and kept sliding down to hot water. 😬 But we managed and didn’t complain. The pool was a bit cold but hey, the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was amazing, beds comfy and rooms and hallways clean. We will return.
