Good accommodations

The hotel was exceptional. It seemed very clean. The staff was super nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. I knew it was close to the mall but was surprised to find out the mall is right behind this hotel. Great location. Close to Target and Whole Foods also. The only thing I didn't like was the room key was a little difficult for me to scan to get the door open.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly. The location is also very convenient with many restaurants and shopping nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. 10/10 service!

Everything about the hotel was so good. Clean rooms, very nice professional staff, plenty of parking spots and amazing breakfast. Staff specially Kayla, Tony, Anthony and Gina were so nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed in this Hampton Inn. I always stay in a Hilton hotel when I travel, and this one was a little rundown. However, like all other Hilton hotels, the staff is always great.

One hotel room had a hole in the curtain. None of the rooms had a microwave. Breakfast on Saturday was good and on Sunday it was horrible.

A significant number of ants were observed emanating from my room's bathroom. I promptly notified the front desk, and the representative assured me that assistance would be dispatched. Regrettably, no one arrived, and by the following morning, both the bathroom and the small kitchen counter were extensively infested with ants.

Excellent! So welcoming , clean, quiet and spacious. Wish we could buy the shampoo! Love it. Wonderful shower. Only disappointment was breakfast. Great coffee. Food was fine. But plastic and paper? Just awful. Little salt packets? Please. That could easily be an upgrade. But overall, an excellent hotel.

Great hotel if you're wanting to go shopping. It's close to Woodfield Mall and all the other shopping areas nearby. There are restaurants close by as well. Free breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating. My only complaint is that you can hear literally everything that is happening outside your door and above your head. It didn't have much impact on our stay, but it was a bit noisy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay for people who are looking for a place to rest their heads after going shopping.

Pool has too much chlorine the first night, unable to swim for long. Closest hotel to Woodfield Mall. Continental breakfast was ok, have had better at other Hilton properties. One chair in the room is insufficient for a family of 4 to relax. Housekeeping comes every other day. Would appreciate fresh towels, without having to ask, daily.

My room was dirty, they let a pitbull in, and it tried to attack my granddaughter. I was told I was put on a floor with no pets, but then they proceeded to put the pitbull next-door to us. It should’ve never been allowed in!!! Terrible management.

With all the hotels in the area this one is a real gem. Clean rooms, safe area, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Availability for parking was good. The breakfast variety was excellent. However, my only concern is that this was location I would frequently booked, but it seems it's in need of a remodeling of the rooms. You can see the furniture is worn out. In fact on the room I stayed, I saw tape on the ceiling and stains on the carpet. Definitely due for a makeover and refresher.

Stayed here a few weeks ago for a family event, and returned again a few weeks later. Staff is accommodating, and rooms are updated and comfortable.

We wasn’t very happy with this decision to book this place , staff was okay. Room was Given to us was unpleasant conditions and smell was not good, furniture was broken and then we requested them to give us different room, which was good, parking good , location was nice , over charge price wasn’t promised by Expedia, thank you

We stayed here when visiting family in the area and this will be our new go-to hotel! The people were wonderful all around, from Anthony on the night shift who welcomed me and my elderly Auntie and my two little boys (quite a crew, LOL!) and was so kind to us throughout our stay, to Jason at the desk in the morning who was also super friendly and helpful, to the maintenance guys and more. The main areas of the hotel are super nice and clean; the pool area was nice and warm which was SO nice - hate cold pools and pool rooms! The kids loved the pool and the water looked very clean. Breakfast was SO GOOD - lots of options, fresh waffles to make on the spot, always eggs and potatoes and sausage and they even had hot oatmeal ready to serve, which I don't see much, but loved. Breakfast also goes until 10 am which is AWESOME as we always seem to miss the breakfasts that end at 9 am. Also, checkout was at noon which is so nice - feel like that used to be the standard but now it's more like 11 am or even 10 am! So that was great. The rooms themselves need a few updates, like new carpet; the room fan/furnace/AC was also a loud fan (was the same in both our room and our Auntie's room, so probably not just a one-off; and things like the desk chairs were super squeaky, LOL! I think the hotel is planning some major updates in December 2025, so we will look forward to those on our next stay! Great experience and our new hotel in Chicagoland.

The room’s middle rolling curtain is out of order so you have to sleep under the light outside the window. And the square carpets slide easily be tripped off. The room has a bad stinky smell and air conditioner sound so loud make you hard to sleep.

Great option to stay close enough to the airport but in a really nice and quiet neighborhood. The hotel is close to a bus station wich is very convinient if you are looking public transportation to downtown Chicago, the hotel is also to a walkable distance to the mall and dining options. The hotel and room are very clean, the staff is really nice and friendly. The only bad thing is the shower curtain wich is very short and its a mess when you take a shower; other than that I would definitely recomend this hotel.

They allow Dogs at this hotel so be prepared for that, the hotel is in moderate condition, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast in the morning was good, the location and area is good as well, I would put this hotel at average to below average on scale of amazing to just ok.

Great price/value hotel

The room had torn carpet in several places, corner trim was pulled away from the walls. Floor under the sink was disgusting. The list goes on.

Hotel was right next to the mall. Very short drive or a small walk to the Nordstroms side of the mall. Not a straight shot across though, unless you like jumping 15 feet or more into traffic. Many restaurants all a short drive away. Medieval Times is roughly 4-5 miles away. Took us about 7 minutes to get there due to traffic. Room was nice, clean, but not as spacious as the pictures made it seem. The large desk takes up a good chunk of floor space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and we had a walk in shower. My only minor issue was, I wish there was a second office chair or some kind of chair to use in the other side of the desk/table. We would definitely stay here again.

My Wife has never been traped in a bathroom with no way out. The Bathroom door broke traping her.

Overall, this was an average hotel. It was in a good location close to shopping and a lot of food choices. Area was quiet since it was in a corporate park. Check-in process was quick and easy. The room was average. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't great. Bathroom door was very difficult to open and close. The floor carpet tiles weren't all adhered properly and a few kept coming up. Continental breakfast had limited options and staples like bananas or eggs were slow to be refilled or left empty some mornings. Not a necessarily bad stay, but I wouldn't recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property and the room were nice. The only disappointment was the pool. In the pictures it looks like it’s a good size, but it’s one of the smallest pools of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. More than a couple kids and their parents and it was too crowded. All in all, would stay here again.

The front desk service Anthony and another young lady (I don't remember her name). My husband and I arrived early for check in. They did everything to accommodate us to make our stay great I just want to say thank you to Anthony and the young lady who was assisting us . They changed our room. We were surprised and grateful. The following day my husband and I took a walk prior to us checking. I was checking out I was sweating prosperously not y did Anthony said that you need some water he offered a towel because I had paper towels on my face from wiping a sweat that meant the world to me that I didn't have to walk around with paper on my face while I'm having a personal summe

Our room 415 had a few minor problems: TV remote didn’t work, shower head needed replaced, conditioner needed refilled, but #1 thing = the outlets were in bad condition. Plastic slide covers missing and difficult to keep items plugged in without falling out.

It would have been nice to have 2 employees at the desk during check out hours- an employee was helping a person but had to keep stopping to grab keys of people checking out, I felt bad that the customer kept getting interrupted. Overall a great hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel itself was really nice, the pool area was very hot upon walking in and was hard to stay in, to watch the kids play, because of that vut that is my only complaint! It was a quick trip for a gymnastics comp but we do wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. Quiet area & very convenient for all the shopping.

This was a very nice newer hotel right next to Woodfield mall. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. We had a ant problem in our first room but the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a new room. The staff said they would take care of the ants. The breakfast area was really nice and the food was excellent. The area around the hotel is nice and it worked out well for walking our dog. Over all we plan on using this hotel again.

It was purely okay for an overnight stay. The manager on-duty seemed quite personable. The "meh" rating might have been specific to our room, but someone thought it a good idea to use a sliding barndoor to alternately cover the entrance to the bathroom or the closet. Harmless, except that one of the rollers had ripped out of the door and it took two people, one on either end to move it. The hotel was full, the repair folks didn't work weekends and the desk clerk who I reported it to didn't seem particularly interested. (And, too, the sink drain wouldn't close.) Coffee with good. The breakfast was otherwise okay. But really, it all felt just okay.

The first day when we checked in and walked into the room we found a socks left behind. That same day we took a shower there was no shampoo or conditioner. We rented the room for two days and I’m not sure if it’s standard now that the room doesn’t get clean? But ours wasn’t cleaned for the two nights spent there. Our key did not work once to be able to access the pool area which was sucky. At breakfast the second day I found hair on my food, I didn’t see any of the kitchen staff wearing hair nets.

I believe his name was Adam at the front counter ( with all the chicago tattoos) he was amazing.

It was close to places we wanted to see

When arrived after 6PM the line at the front desk was approximately 5 guest long. After 15 minutes when it was finally my turn to check in I was told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait a half hour extra for the room to be ready. The bathroom door was a “sliding” door and it was heavy and so difficult to open and close to use the bathroom. My 11 year old daughter was not able to manage the door on her own. The room was clean otherwise and the location is perfect.

We were in town for weekend shopping. The Woodfield Mall is in walking distance and there are many nicer restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean and quiet. This is a corporate area with lots of shopping nearby. It's a very clean and safe district.

Overall, the location, the stay staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was really nice. Everything was excellent not one complaint we recommend if you are wanting to stay in this area where it’s quiet, comfortable very safe and yes, honestly you might be Payne a little bit more but you get what you paid for.

Wonderful woman at reception when we checked in. Room was big and clean. Only issue was the shower gem was almost empty and the body lotion was completely empty. These are dispensers attached to the wall. I loved that they hand hand soap in a dispenser. Hate having to use soap bars in hotels. We are staying here again in 3 weeks. Stayed at many fancier hotels and didn’t sleep as well as I did here. Bed, pillows and comforter are amazing soft. I also really enjoyed the walk-in shower.

We checked in on Friday and had two reservations as we decided to stay two nights instead of one. Front desk was accommodating and we did not have to leave our room at checkout just had to some paperwork. We did however notice when we checked in that we did not have lightbulbs in our lights. We asked the front desk 4 different times and we were told someone would replace them. Never replaced. Went to use the pool and it was ice cold, even another lady ad her child said how cold it was and unswimable.

They advertised that they had microwaves in every room, but our room was missing one. Also, the pool was very cold, didn’t seem that it was heated. Other than those discrepancies the hotel was very good!
