Very clean room, was a little bit noisy because there was a lot of children running around on my floor but the staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking felt safe and the area is really nice.

The front desk staffs are lazy and on their phone all the time. They are not helpful at all. I asked for an extra chair for my room and the front desk lady said they could not provide. The front desk lady was on her phone laying on the sofa with the sheet and eating her pizza. I don’t think this is professional. In addition, I do not think the hotel was full when we stayed there. They provided me the room which the window is completely blocked by the sign of the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days because of work and I feel like staying in the prison.

Second stay, nice hotel. Room had an odd ordor; bed ok, couch not comfortable at all. Faces bed so difficult to watch tv but for one night a nice stay.

We stayed one night as we had a cruise the next day, but this hotel was an awesome stay! The area was very nice, and we found some nice restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean, and staff was very accommodating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, and space themed decor. We ill stay here again for future Galveston cruises!

It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores, and other locations I frequented. The shower was warm at best and the water pressure was low for the duration of our stay.

We didn't find the breakfast as good as the Hampton Inn in Lindale. Overall the facility was clean and the staff very nice. The coffee maker in our room did not work and was very cheaply made. Not sure that even if it had worked the coffee would have been drinkable.

When I first got here. I booked with Booking. Booking had all of my stuff correct. On February 4 I had to pay extra money to swith it to Feb 27 to March 2. Booking and I talked to the hotel. The hotel agree that if I pay the extra money I can change it. I got here with my kiddos and Hampton did not switch the date on there part like they were supposed too. Booking did and had all it documented. They even had it documented on how many times they even tried contacting the hotel to switch it like all of us agreed on. The hotel was book. I was her my my daughter's school and was worried. We drove over 11 hours to get here. Thank got because booking had it ride the virtual card they give the hotel worked

My meeting got pushed to later in the day. I requested a later checkout and the sweet front desk lady was very accommodating. This will be my go-to hotel when in Seabrook!!

Friendly front desk, gave a disgusted for the Mexican next door which is amazing and a must go. Room was clean and spacious (king room) comfy bed, nice essentials to help your stay. Big shower but low water pressure. Plus towels. Good selection for breakfast. Closes at 9am we just grabbed a muffin and had to go so can’t comment on the taste of everything else. Overall good stay. Would choose this place again.

The free breakfast was good To begin with, the weather was cold - in the 40's. I'm almost 79 and in a lightweight wheelchair. My wife is 77 with back problems. Upon arrival we were assigned to room 315. We unloaded a "cart load" of our gear. We soon learned that the HVAC equipment was not working properly. We called the front desk and they re-assigned us to room 316 (across the hall). Without a cart, we moved everything to the next room. There we found the same issues with the HVAC. The room was cold, but we decided to not change again, as moving everything was too much trouble. We slept in our clothes, under the covers. It was cold and uncomfortable.. The next morning we skipped the shower - too cold. It appeared that the HVAC units were relatively new and had power. None of the relatively simple controls would activate any HVAC activity.

Everything! Staff, rooms, food and shower were excellent. We have stayed at other Hilton’s and Hampton Inn by far is the best! We never have issues that are so bad it would ruin our stay. Our family decided that even if pricing is a bit higher than other places, Hampton Inn will be our only place we stay when traveling or just needing a weekend away from home. Thank you to everyone that works here, y’all have been just amazing and never rude or condescending. Keep up the excellent hospitality!! The only thing we had a minor issue with is the TV & its connection. So silly to even mention but it happened in both rooms. The tv’s glitched a lot and when it did the auto off there was no way to cancel. Again the tv is so minor this is still a 5 star review.

HORRRIBLE!!!! BUGS! It stunk , their was bed bugs and bugs in the walls. I went to the front desk and she brought me two cans of RAID!!! And I had my 2 year old and 5 months old traveling with me. I told her I wasn’t going to be spraying that in my hotel room with my kids. They offered me no help it was disrespectful and disgusting!!!!! Worst hotel room ever. And did I mention I paid 320$?!!!!!!! Rediculous! Absolutely outrageous and highway robbery. Horrible customer service. Dirty. Stinks. BED BUGS

This is a place that we frequently visit. It’s a nice place to stay away from home.

The property is well maintained and very clean. I was checked into a room which I used just before I had to go out with my family. When I got back tired and in need of a shower, my key card didn't work and someone else was in my room. I had to go to service desk and complain only to find out I was checked into the wrong room. I thank God I did not leave any of my personal items in there before I left. This is the worst service I have ever gotten.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and the breakfast was decent. The only issue was had was that our shower didn’t work well the first night. We reported it to the front desk and they switched us to another room. Our stay was only two days so it sucked that we had a warm shower and then had to pack up and move to another room. The front desk person who switched us was so unconcerned which wasn’t cool. Would I suggest this hotel? Sure just make sure your shower works before you settle in. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were nice except for the one guy who didn’t care that our shower didn’t work and we had to move rooms.

This is our second time staying at this location. Staff is very polite, place is very clean and neath. It's very convenient with my family plan of days. We slep comfortably, I like their pillows and bath toiletries brand. We will be staying again if we are in the area.

Rooms are great, incredibly spacious and clean, check in is fabulous and easy. Love the ability to just use bluetooth for the key. Water pressure sucks though and being shorter, trying to adjust the shower head was incredibly difficult for me, and didnt help the water pressure issue. Other than that, great place!!

My husband and I came to Kemah,TX to celebrate our 14 year wedding anniversary. Hampton Inn Houston Nasa-Johnson Space Center had the most warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very beautiful and clean. The location of this hotel allows easy access to the Interstate and many different restaurants and stores. The traffic is not bad in this area. We really enjoyed our stay...

Property was clean and tidy and close to our trip destination. Good breakfast and amenities were provided. Room's window opened unto a wall and had no view of the water.

The location was quite perfect for our plans for the weekend, but the pool was dirty and when i requested my room to be cleaned by one of the cleaners she acted as though she couldn't speak english and proceeded to make a mockery of me with her fellow employee in Spanish.

Would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was $75.00 each for each of our two small dogs. The room was a little over $100.00, then had to add 150.00 for the dogs. If we would have known we would have made other arrangements.

I had booked a King Room and even received a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they did not have any more rooms available and I had to find another hotel to stay at. We always stay at a Hamton Inn when there is one in the area where I will be staying. Very disappointed.

We booked 3 rooms then they canceled one of the rooms without us knowing the reason why. We had to talk to expedia and also the manager but both of the parties weren’t able to solve the problem. Staff are rude and don’t even know how to assist guests properly. We had to work with the 2 rooms they gave us so we asked for extra beds since we were lacking 1 room. They said that they can’t give any beds anymore since they gave one already which is so frustrating. I do not recommend. Expedia even dropped our call and wasn’t able to solve any of our problems. Terrible service.

Check in was difficult. As a Hilton Honors member, I had already checked in via the app and should have only had to show my ID to the front desk to activate my keyless entry. However, the guy at the desk would not check me in because he was helping another customer (who was on her cell phone talking to someone so he wasn't actually doing anything) for 15 minutes or so. That kind of defeats the purpose of pre-check in and keyless entry if you can't get your keys because the desk won't help 2 people at one time. He told me I could have a seat and wait while he stood there doing nothing. All he had to do was look at my drivers license and I could've been on my way to my room.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was okay though eggs left something to be desired. Shelves in bathroom posed a little bit of a threat in that they have sharp edges at head level. Husband almost banged his head.

Sadly, the check in process was a big bust here at this location. It was my first time traveling with a pet, so I called the hotels RESERVATIONS LINE 4 days before our stay to verify that the hotel was indeed pet friendly and inquire about any fees. The gentleman on the phone, Ashan, told me check in early would be no problem and when I asked about fees he said nothing about fees. Again, first time traveler with a pet. When I got there to check in and inform them again that we had my moms 17 year old cat with us, I was hit with the 75 dollar pet fee AND early check-in fee. When I told the lady I had called a few days prior and gave the mans name, she said no one worked there by that name and proceeded to chuckle that sometimes reservations gives out the wrong information. When I told her it wasnt a funny matter and that it's wrong to misinform people like that, her mood sombered. I ended up paying to stay here an additional 100 dollars and the visit itself was subpar. No hot tub (absurd when you pay $250 to stay with a pet) no outside umbrellas, the sliding doors to the bathroom got stuck on us constantly. No shampoo or lotion in the ready for you bottles in the bathroom. It wasnt worth $250. It just WASN'T.

Started off rough. A/c didn’t work in the room. After two attempts to repair, they moved us to a room that was smaller but everything worked. You could hear movement all night above us. Breakfast was excellent
