    The hotel room was filthy with dust. The dresser was scarred, and the drawers opened by themselves. I walked into them in the dark. I asked the clerk on the next morning, but I was told that there was no manager on duty on weekends. This place is a dump

    The location was convenient for us to get to the airport. However, from the moment we entered the door the counter lady was rude and short. She did check us in early to our room but her personality was just short. However, the bathroom was run down and old. The toilet clogged after a few flushes, and the door handle didn’t work. We ubered from this hotel and the uber drivers(multiple) didn’t agree this hotel was a good location for pick up so we had to walk down to the motel 6 2 blocks away to catch a ride into Seattle. The shuttle was very easy and convenient.

    The shuttle was extremely convenient. The staff was really helpful , on our first night the T.V wasn’t working , no problem got moved to the room next door , no hassle . Stayed there 5 nights for the price I think it was worth it . The bed was comfortable plus the shower towels smelled fresh plus soft .

    we picked this place due to the location from the airport since we were flying in late and just needed a place to crash once we landed. for our use case, it fit our needs. the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the a/c worked. there's a vietnamese restaurant in the lobby but we didn't try it amenities and building was a tad outdated

    The property is very close to the airport and to other interesting amenities. The property is dated and not very clean as we noticed that the rooms are not cleaned every day. The carpet and the air conditioner were smelly. The employees were somewhat rude to reply to any questions we asked them.

    The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle was good. We did enjoy the china restaurant that was in the lobby. They were very nice and the food was very good. When we got to the hotel. There were no rooms available. Which was fine we were early. But the lady at the counter was very rude to my son and didn’t tell him when we could check in. Then when i just wanted more informations, she was even more rude. I just want to know if she would call us up when a room was available.

    We also we told that a shuttle would take us to the sea port free of charge. After scheduling a pick up time with the front desk clerk, a man came over and said " is it just the 2 of you? I Replied yes thinking this was our driver. We went into a black car and was driven to the airport. As we proceed to get out of the car the driver said it would cost $55.00 after a debate of calling the hotel and creating a sense we paid the $55. And realized we were not on the hotel shuttle bus.

    The staff was great, the shuttle was very convenient. The hotel itself is very dated and the hallways smelled heavily of cigarettes and weed. There's definitely some needed improvements that should happen. It was $130 for the night and I definitely believe it was overpriced. The pictures don't really reflect what the place looks like in person.

    First, it took over 45 minutes to get the hotel shuttle when it was less than 10 minutes away I went to wash my hands in the bathroom after arriving and the sink took about an hour for it to drain. We had some food we were going to store in the mini-fridge, but the room didn't have one. We had to throw all the food away. Was so upset, we decided to go down to have a couple of drinks only to find out they don't have a liquor license. I would have never chosen such a terrible place if I knew they didn't have the amenities that they said they did!

    Let me first say that the PM Alisha and her staff were very nice helpful and caring! That said we had 3 uninvited guests in our room maybe more.... cockroaches! Yuck and possibly bed bugs too. My wife felt bites on her legs and feet. And the hallways and room smelled like mold. We ended up checking out after the first night. Alisha gave me a full refund too and was very understanding and apologetic. My guess is that the owners are too cheap to make any sort of improvements to the property and the poor staff are stuck in the middle having to apologize for all of the discussing issues....that's all I've got good luck!

    Inside the hotel, the hallways smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and curry. Guests were slamming room doors throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness and air quality are basic expectations at any hotel, and this property failed badly in both areas. The overall atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. I honestly felt like I had to sleep with one eye open, and while walking through the halls I felt like I needed to keep my head on a swivel due to what felt like an active hostile environment rather than a place meant for rest. The room itself lacked basic amenities. There was no mini fridge or microwave, which was inconvenient. The most concerning issue was the bathroom cleanliness. I noticed very small bugs crawling around the grout outside the bathtub. If they had simply been ants that would have been understandable to a degree, but these were clearly not ants and appeared to be something entirely different. After my stay, I looked through reviews for this hotel and found many other guests reporting bugs in their rooms as well, which makes it seem like a recurring issue. Overall, the property felt neglected and poorly maintained. I definitely will not be staying here again.

    There is one front desk representative that is so rude and disrespectful, called to ask a question and hung up on me, called again and hung up again! Then my key had deactivated and she just ignored me with I was standing in the window. After check out they charged my card 3 times.

    When I entered the lobby for a late check in it reeked like marijuana, the clerk was no where to be found. Room had obvious where but was ok for a night. The next morning prior to checking out I walked out of the bathroom with 2 little kids in my room followed by a male housekeeper. He quickly apologized and left the room, probably won’t book here again

    This place is fine for a short stay. The Shuttle worked well for Airport pick up. For International travelers with limited phone service, the Shuttle pick up area has free phone dialing stations for the local hotels to arrange pick up. Also, SeaTac Light Rail Station is actually only about 15 minutes away by foot from the Hotel. Return Shuttle service operates regularly. There is an Asian style restaurant in the lobby and a Dennys down the road a bit.

    The hotel is independently owned therefore there is no continental breakfast,no microwave in the room and no daily room cleaning service.you had to request for your room to be cleaned and pickup towels at the front desk. The rooms were outdated and worn.the room had a smell and carpet needed to be steamed cleaned.

    I was unable to use the shower due to the faucet not working (front desk was alerted); there was also some mildew near the bathroom vent. The room is in desperate need of renovation (carpet is at least 20 years old). However, the bed was very comfortable, and the location is 1/2 mile from the airport which makes it very convenient (the shuttle leaves the hotel every 10 minutes or so).

    The hotel was in disrepair. Outdoor trash cans overflowing. Dirty concrete and steps outside. Room was dirty. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, chipped sink and counter. Loose bathroom tiles. It was overall very old and worn out. One outlet socket cover was melted and burned. Parking lot was unkept. Trash in garden areas. Weeds growing through concrete. Abandoned parking attendant booths in disrepair. The old pool door was open and was being used for storage of old furniture, an entire empty pool full of discarded hotel furnishings. Strange vibe and felt like a dying hotel. I will pay more to stay elsewhere next time.

    Parking was fine. The shuttle experience was horrible. While they got to the airport fast to pick us up, the driver started driving before my 7 year old was able to buckle. She started crying saying she couldn't buckle and he kept driving... So my wife had to unbuckle in the middle of us driving at 40 mph to help her buckle. They didn't even offer stopping. What would have happened if we had gotten into an accident?

    1. The carpet in the living area (not the bedroom) had several large sticky spots -- not pleasant to walk on barefoot. Not sure what it was sticky from but I had to scrape black matter off my feet a few times. 2. The refrig/freezer was ineffective. I had been told that all the rooms had upgraded refrig/freezer units. Rooms I stayed in on the third and fourth floors had new, improved ones, but this room on the first floor had the old kind where there was no separation between the fridge and freezer. Freezer wouldn't keep ice cream frozen. This may seem like a small thing, but my son and I are living in our truck, so ice cream is a huge treat for times we're at a hotel. 3. The HVAC unit in the living area didn't work. (Yes, I checked if it was plugged in.) Since I sleep on the sofa bed out there, this was an issue. 4. The handle on the toilet was just sort of hanging there. It worked ok -- just was wrong and looked like maintenance is a low priority here. We've stayed at this Ramada many times over the last months, and it's usually fine, especially since the fridge upgrade. This room just wasn't up to snuff.

    One of the front desk ladies should consider a different career outside of customer facing service. that lady made the whole experience not great. It took more than one call to get her to answer the phone when we were at the airport. When she finally answered, we told her we needed shuttle service and she told us to call back when we crossed the street to the pickup spot, then she would send the driver. Okay, so we did that & it took more than 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive! So she couldn’t have asked him to come get us immediately bc it is literally a 4 minute drive. Then she acted like we couldn’t check in early when we’d made arrangements for the possibility the day before. When we finally got that cleared up, she charged the early check in charge. Last thing about her & then I’ll give the positives. When we checked out, they said the lady that checked us in didnt show the room as pre-paid & they’d charged a deposit fee on top of the early check in charge, but didnt advise they were doing that!!! The positive is that the same person wasn’t the one to check us out & told us to call the manager in 2 days when they were back so they could return the deposit and not charge my mothers credit card any further. The positive part was that they were NOT rude & actually seemed to care about helping us. The shuttle driver was also polite. Those are really the only good things I can say. The 3 stars are the middle ground bc of the zero stars I give the one awful one.

    You must have thick skin to stay here, LOL! Front desk staff (one in particular) can have an attitude at times. They've given me a room key to an already occupied room before. I called for the shuttle, and she wouldn't answer my calls. When she did answer you can tell she was bothered that I had the audacity to call. I've stayed here twice for one night on turnaround trips or flights and that's about all I can take. So, if you are in town for a night and can let the attitudes rub off your shoulder, check it out, LOL! It is conveniently located and I appreciated that they have a microwave in the lobby for guests to use. Prices are decent.

    This hotel surprised in two delightful ways. First, you can call them and they will send the shuttle. Much better than having to wait for a once-per-hour shuttle like so many places have. Second, they have a fantastic little Asian restaurant right in the lobby. We had several dinners and a breakfast there. Delicious!

    Staff was nice when I arrived. Very dirty hotel, cigarette butts on the ground inside, dirty rooms, stains on sheets, just felt very dirty. Besides that, i had to deal with people partying loudly till 4 am and didnt get much sleep. They really need to clean the place and take care of it better. Wont stay there again for what i paid.

    The room was generally clean, but there were loose tiles around the baseboard in the bathroom and the decor felt dated. My wife isn’t a fan of having the coffeemaker in the bathroom, but the room was evidently not designed for such amenities. The lobby is freezing cold in winter due to the absence of an airlock or revolving door to the outside, and looks shabby due to the tacky decor of the small cafe there (which included papering one wall with pictures of the food they serve).

    I would pay extra for a microwave or mini fridge. Reasonably quiet experience except for the door slams whenever anyone goes in and out of their room and it causes a vibration. They do have vending machines for reasonable prices that you won't get at any store. If you like Asian food there is a restaurant located within the hotel

    Lied about having a kitchen. It's a microwave and a mini fridge. They have an asian restaurant in the lobby that reaks. I had to hold my breath walking through. We asked for pillows and didnt get any. We needed towels and disnt get any. We needed batteries for the rwnotes. Even kight bulbs weren't in lamps. And kets not forget the obvious holes in the walls & doors with horrible patch jobs. If i hadn't HAD to be in SeaTax there is no way i would have stayed. I would have left and gone to another hotel

    Staff at the desk were rude, trash in the hallways and at every exit/entrance, our floor smelled strongly of marijuana constantly, no refrigerator in room, no microwave available, stains on carpet, open wires on the wall.     2. The lobby and adjoining "restaurant" were uncomfortably cool to cold so the brief wait did have a downside.. 3. The food at the restaurant was limited, but was excellent (curry) to good but unmemorable. Service excellent. Note, there was no hotel provided breakfast. Not a big deal as I was happy enough with the onsite restaurant. 4. Room was excellent in every respect except one: the toilet tank float mechanism was broken so I had to turn the water on and off between uses. 5. All the other items of note (e.g., cleanliness, Wi-Fi, comfort of the room itself, etc) were excellent.

    Front desk person named Marie was incredibly rude, hung up on my multiple times when calling the hotel ahead of time to ask questions about room amenities and requests. The room that was supposed to be non smoking reeked of cigarette smoke. Reservation said room sleeps 5, but only sleeps 4.     The quality of the amenities for the price was not worthwhile. The jacuzzi did not work and the staff were standoffish when I asked if it could be fixed. Although not rude they had a you are SOL type of attitude towards asking for it to be addressed. On top of that there was no breakfast available. And the toilet clogged for even the smallest amount of toilet paper. This property needs some serious renovation.

    The room was comfortable, however my window was broken and anyone could enter if they wanted to. I requested a stick to be placed in the window. There were sketchy people all around as I left at 6am each morning and when I returned. The back door was accessible and open for anyone to enter for a couple of days. I didn't feel safe at all.     Staff was friendly. We were unfortunately in a room with a loud family Nextdoor. We could have asked to be moved but we were just too exhausted to even move after a long trip. We woke up to loud a loud vacuum at 8:45am. Honestly, it was affordable compared to what else was around and it was one of the few with free parking. It was clean which is comforting. Just loud.     I paid for two nights upfront and when I arrived, they said there was an administration issue and they were booked out the male that I spoke to was fantastic. He solved the problem. He gave me a room that required some maintenance but and then said to come down and they would organise a deluxe room for me the next day which I had pre booked, it was 1130 at night and I was grateful for a room. The next morning. I went down and spoke to the concierge reception Tyra and I’ve never been treated so appallingly. She told me I was a no-show that I had to leave that I didn’t have a room that they were fully booked I tried to explain that I had a room. I gave her my card. I have never had such poor service and it continued all the way through my stay. She ended up giving me the same room but when I went to seek assistance for transport back to the airport she was so rude and dismissive. I cannot tell you how bad she was the place also smelt like there had been a sewage leak on the floor. The restaurant which I specifically stayed for breakfast had a family issue and closed down. I understand things happen and I never normally complain. Tyra the receptionist was one of if not the rudest nasty person in the way she treated me andher words and tone. I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in all my years of travel would not recommend going here. Go anywhere else but here.

    The front desk staff was rude, if they were even there. Twice our room keys stopped working, and they acted inconvenienced that they had to re-issue them. The lock on the back parking lot door was broken, so anyone could enter the building . The deadbolt on our room did not work either. The TV in the living room did not work. When I am informed staff, they didn’t seem to care.

    First of all, the reception agent in the morning was very rude, the chofer took 40 minutes to pick us up when the hotel is 5 min from the airport even though we advised clearly our pick up location. The shuttle bus was filthy, seats and carpets stained, some seat belts were broken with exposed wires creating a hazard to anyone. The toilet was clogged and were provided a plunger to fix it on our own as there was any maintenance staff. The room condition needs some love and care, walls cracked and wall paper in bathroom peeling, cabinets in the kitchen have detached formica.

    We did not feel comfortable or safe there so we checked out and went to a different hotel. Even tho I had trip insurance, a refund was not given due to ‘policy’. An exception should be made. Wyndham needs to clean up the restaurant, parking lot in back, and rooms.

    The bed was comfortable and clean, although the pillows were oddly short. The shower was clean although there was noticeable damage starting to appear from the water on the ceiling. The airport shuttle was quick and efficient and left one time. The driver followed traffic safety laws and I made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Overall ok and if the price was right I wouldn’t be deterred from staying again

    The shuttle to the airport was way off time…they said it ran every 30 min on the hour and half hour, so we were in the lobby 15 min before the hour. They were either early, so we missed it, or late. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. We would choose a different hotel next time.

    I called to say mildew and and mold around bathroom sink. The bathtub drained really slow when taking a shower, water would be at ankles. I was told they would send someone, they never did. Called for hours to front desk and no one answered so i gave up. No microwave or small refrig in room. Asked for cups and was told no service to room, i would have to come and get cups, etc.

    The whole place smelled like the asian restaurant. There were no waters in the vending machines. No shampoo and conditioner. Our room key cards stopped working twice. Not a food hotel.

    The front desk employees were rude and not friendly. I asked why the cleaning crew had not gone in and emptied the trash, replaced towels anger 4 days or replaced the tiny 1 bottle of shampoo or soap and she said I would have to call for service before 8 am. The restaurant was dirty and terrible. The staff was serving their children Cheerios in the dining room and they would randomly be closed during their business hours. The vending machines gave back dimes and nickels and short changed me. When trying to check out the front desk person was nowhere to be found while a long line of people waited to check out. Terrible hotel and service

    I booked the room for my niece so she would be closer to the airport and she had to leave because there were bugs. The front desk wasn't helpful at all. Thankfully the rep with hotels.com was able to get us a full refund. Just gross. Bugs.

    Room was old and kitchen area had no glasses, no trash cans and the sink wouldn’t stop dripping. No screens on windows and definitely not safe with children. Tv in living room had a line through the screen.

    You get what you pay for. Common halls wreaked of marijuana covered with some air freshener. Parking is a rip off , you get one night free. Then they charge full days even if you arrived at 11:30 pm 12;30 am counts as 2 days. Go to the parking garage next door as they charge by 24 hours and shuttle is way better. Do not let them give you a room on roadside. Trucks running up the hill make to much noise to get a good sleep.

    The shuttle driver took an exceptionally long time to come pick us up. Over 45 mins away and the hotel is only 10 mins away. It was disappointing because the replacement shuttle was an old small van that was dirty.

    Staff acted put out that we were there. We pre-paid online but was told they had to hold $40 for incidentals. However, they would not take the card used online. Was told the hold would be gone once we checked out but nope still there. Kitchenette in room had absolutely no dishes for use. There was no continental breakfast, that was misleading online. There’s a small restaurant in the lobby, supposedly breakfast can be cooked to order between $7-$10 per person but there was no staff and no guests to be seen.

    I ordered a ridiculously priced hamburger at the restaurant there and asked if he could make without any sauce or tomato, pickle lettuce, etc. It was for take out. When I opened the box it had everything on it. My son couldn't eat it. He ate the meat, it was terrible tasting. It was not fresh hamburger, just one of those premade burger patties, tastes like cardboard.

    For the price it’s worth spending 10% more and getting something that has been looked after. You have to take a shuttle from anywhere you stay near SeaTac so the fact that it is close to the airport is a none benefit. Should have looked more closely before booking this place.

    This was one of dirtiest hotels I’ve ever visited. I checked in and checked out immediately after seeing the condition of my room. The hotel seemed to be completely dirty. The floors were sticky and the carpets had stains, including my room. The sheets didn’t look washed and I didn’t try to sit in any of the chairs. Stay away!

    The staff when we checked in was slow and gave incorrect information. When we got to our room, in the bathroom there were multiple spots of black mold as well as the tiles and the wallpaper were peeling up.
