We stayed there to get some rest prior to a long red eye flight. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on property restaurant was very good and the 24 hr, on the hour and half hour, complimentary shuttle was so convenient. I would definitely stay again when I find myself in Seattle again. There was nothing to complain about.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very friendly staff. I travel extensively for work and this was one of my better hotel stays in quite a while.

My wife and I stayed one night before flying home and I originally had book Red Roof just down the street and we were not happy with those accomodations and chose this hotel and what a difference. Would highly recommend.

The Skybridge Hotel was a very nice place to stay over night. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the directions they sent on getting to the hotel from the airport. The walking directions instructed me to go through the parking garage to the light rail station and follow the signs to the International Blvd skybridge. They implied that the skybridge would take me directly into the hotel. They did not mention that I would need to descend to street level at the other end and walk another 5 minutes in order to arrive at the hotel. Fortunately, it was not raining. They do offer a shuttle from the airport. I recommend taking that rather than walking.

The restaurant, including the buffet breakfast were excellent.

Restaurant had very few menu items and not friendly for gluten free needs. Costs of food was unreal for the meal. In room coffee was limited to one cup. Would not stay here again.

We arrived late after our flight. The shuttle was convenient. The person who checked us in was very friendly. For people who are departing super early, it would have been great to have had coffee available or at least real creamer in our room.

This hotel is running on an obviously bare thread. Although the property is nice, and clean, interaction with staff is incredibly frustrating-not because of them, but because each one seems to be doing the work of five or more. Come on, Bonvoy - you’re better than this!!!!

Outside of the building needs some love but the inside is better. Overall convenient to airport, 20 min walk and rental car, mile walk, restaurant bar inside good food. Rooms were quiet for us.

We were very happy with room 401 as we were able to easily see Mount Rainier! The room was comfortable and bathroom was very nice. The only exception would be there was only one hook in the bathroom and no towel bars nor was there anything in the shower for hanging a washcloth. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very good. We were somewhat surprised with the price of the cocktails though, not expecting them to be over $20 each! This hotel is very conveniently located just five minutes away from the rental car return!

Nice stay!

We enjoyed the newer re-modeled floor and rooms were quiet. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Had a quick dinner after a long day of travel and it was very tasty and enjoyable!

I liked how close it was to the airport. Very nice property. Rooms are small but very nice and well laid out. Parking at the hotel is spendy! Even if staying there. Good news though long term parking right next door, easy walking distance, for a reasonable rate. We had dinner in the restaurant. VERY convenient! Most items were $22 range, hubby & I shared a pizza for $21, it was approx. 12" and tasted a bit like a frozen pizza you pop in oven. NOT terrible but meh. Glass of plain Jane pinot Grigio $10 & a bud light 9. I will definitely stay here again & recommend it. Oh and we opted to use their shuttle which leaves on the hours and every half hour. I realize there is a skybridge just a short walk away but it looked like once we got to the airport side we'd be walking for miles (but I have no actual idea) the shuttle was prompt, clean and got us right where we needed to be.

The lady we had at check in would not send the shuttle for us and then when we walked over with all of our bags and asked for a manager we found out she is the only one there at night so we got even more rude treatment because then she was mad so she tried to double charge my credit card Seriously stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Very nice hotel.

I was given what was called an upgraded room. It looked like it had new carpet, but although there was plenty of space for a couch and/or chair, there was no place to sit but the bed. There was also no actual closet--just three pegs on the wall. Since I was traveling for business, this was very inconvenient. I also had to ask for an ironing board, which when it arrived had a nail sticking out of it. The bathroom amenities consisted of a bar of soap with no soap dish--the soap stuck to the counter as soon as it got wet. And the windows appeared to be filthy on the outside. To top it off, room service did not appear until 4 days into my stay--there was no notice about this or when to expect it. I'll look for somewhere else to stay next time I have meetings near the airport.

I was impressed with of all things a shower. The water was hot, had good pressure, towels were thick, ample and soft. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Stayed in room 502. The room was ok other than needing some upgrading but the real issue was the carpet. It was desperately in need of some major cleaning. The bottom of our socks were filthy after walking on the carpet.

The room was very small and cramped. But we only had an overnight so it was fine. In room coffee was good, and the bathroom equipment worked fine. Such a short stay no time to use much of the facility, only slept and continued our airline journey.

Let me put this in perspective. The price point does not have expectations of a highend resort YET I have been staying here intermittently for years. Definitely needs some money put into the basics. The heater in the room sounded like an aircraft ready for takeoff. NONE of the plugs in the room worked so you couldn't plug in your device except in the bathroom to charge. Just basics. When it was Crowne Plaza it was a bit better. Just an honest evaluation.

Great choice for a hotel near the airport. Flawless check in and the room was clean and well appointed. There’s a handy kiosk in the lobby for snacks and drinks. The shuttle to the terminal left on time and the driver was super helpful with our bags. Would absolutely recommend.

The room was very small. The staff was great. Fire alarm went off at 10:00 pm and we had to evacuate for an hour.

Arrived at night and could barely understand the front clerk, who obviously was not enjoying his job. Got to our room which was clean but out dated. The TV was the size of an iPad. Couldn’t figure out which way to turn the bathroom faucet on for hot water (no markings). Went to lobby for a snack and there was barely anything and it was really expensive. Which fell in line with the cost of our stay. Very overpriced for what you get. So if you want a hotel with a bargain feel at a luxury price this is the spot. We won’t be returning.

This hotel is fine, but it is very basic. The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful!

The staff was friendly and efficient at check in. The room was clean, but it seems like the room needs a refresh. The light switch when entering is only for the entryway. There are no other switches for the room lights, so you need to go into the room with only light from the entry, which isn't well lit. The bathroom has a "barn door". I hate these. They are not good for privacy. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, though. The beds are good enough for a night, kind of hard, but I wouldn't want a long term stay there. The "smart" TV won't allow you to stream your own accounts, so we could not watch things that we had planned for the evening. Breakfast is not included in the stay. You have to pay thirty bucks for parking in their lot. I love the fact that the hotel is right across International Blvd. and there is a skybridge close to the hotel. You can walk to the airport terminals or the light rail. Overall, it's good for a night before flying out and I'd stay here again.

The outside is less than appealing than the inside. It’s about a 7 to 15 minute walk to the terminal bridge. Overall a good location for a quick turnaround.

Right across the street from the airport. Free shuttle. They have park and fly. Food is ok. There is not much besides fast food in the area. It was clean. There is a bar. Overall, I would say four stars!

We were stranded in Seattle for 2 nights after a horrific experience with Alaska Airlines. Booked this hotel, it was comfortable, clean and the staff was so friendly. Free shuttle to the airport, just get there 15 minutes early as they fill up fast.

First I would come back. The building needs paint and carpet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. Pluses: the food was very good and not overly expensive, the hotel is close to the airport without hearing any planes. Hotel shuttle runs 24/7 on the half hour. Also the cities lite rail(elevated) is steps down the street. There’s construction going on around the property so the hotel looks dated from the outside.

We spent the night before our early flight the next morning. The room was nicely appointed and quiet. The shuttle to the airport was on time. This will be the hotel we stay before all our departing flights.

This was our first visit to Seattle. The staff at the restaurant made our late dinner perfect and relaxing. Tina was our server, a hidden gem!

The hotel is conveniently located next to Cal State Bakersfield. It is also right across the street from Trader Joe’s and sweet fix ice cream store. The area is quiet and parking is very convenient. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here when we visit our son over the next four years.

Excellent front desk service, addressing various issues we had due to car failure. Very clean. Beds only fair. They had the huge single-lump duvets that are standard these days and ideal for a 55-degree room, but also had a usable, clean cotton blanket in the cupboard.

Restaurant had great food

This hotel is the perfect place to stay the night before an early morning flight. There is a pedestrian bridge that leads both to the light rail system that can take you to downtown Seattle (and other places) and leads right into the airport. We got a bite at the restaurant in the hotel and not only was the food good, the service was great with a very friendly gentleman helping us. The staff in the restaurant and at check-in were very helpful, gave us great information, and also suggested that I try the clam chowder (which I did and it was great). Would stay again.

My front desk experience with June was below average. She had two gentlemen in front of us that she gave them complete information about their room and the services available. When it was our turn she had no words of about the hotel just smiled and gave us our key. I had to ask about the information that I over heard the gentlemen receive. She appologied. Hmm. After that I got to my room and it was a handicap room. Never was told and we did not request one. Went back down and asked and she said she could give me a smaller room however the larger rooms were all handicap and by the elevator. Maybe she have said something at check in. Got a new room which was fine. When went to leave the card she gave us to get out of the parking lot did not work and I had to go back inside at 3am to request help. She had not loaded the card correctly. Ok place to stay for a night however the lack of check-in skills was not acceptable. Best part was the bartender he took great care and our dinner was good.

We love this place because the food is good and the people are great AND we can hop on the tram to downtown Seattle for games or sightseeing or shopping and never have to worry about parking! So easy even we old folks can do it!

I was very impressed with the airport hotel. The lobby is modern and sleek. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Happy hour made me happy. The room's furnishings were modern and very comfortable. It looks like it was is was renovated recently.... Most important - my early morning flight was canceled and I was rescheduled for 10PM.. They allowed me to stay until 2 in the room to relax and get some sleep. That is customer service!

Airport pickup was ontime, seamless, friendly and clean. Hotel checkin was quick with no incidents. Even though there was a very large exhaust fan motor outside the window; either it never came on or it was whisper quiet. Hotel is walking distance from the airport, BUT one should not confuse this property with it's nextdoor neighbor with the same name owned by Hilton.... different properties with the same Skybridge name!

I am an early morning riser and to give my wife extra privacy to sleep while we were in transit waiting for a noon flight I spent 3 hours enjoying the exceptional comfort of chairs in the lobby and a booth in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were outstanding in making me feel welcome.

There is renovation occurring so some noise. Also, expedia as the booker stops bookers from getting Marriott points. So better to go directly via Bonvoy. It was not apparent to me that this was a Bonvoy property from the listing. Maybe I missed the fine print!
