Reviews
The Seatac Inn is a convenient and affordable option for travelers, particularly those with early flights or layovers, due to its proximity to the Sea-Tac airport. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although there are some inconsistencies in service. However, the hotel is older and shows signs of wear, with cleanliness and maintenance issues reported in some rooms.
- Convenient location near Sea-Tac airport
- Affordable pricing
- Inconsistent staff service
- Cleanliness and maintenance issues
- 2/5
Location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk to terminal access. The television had 2 different remote controls....one to turn the TV on...and the other one did nothing..so the TV just didn't work. The bathtub was filthy and unusable. The ceiling was stained and cracked; the moulding around the sink base was split and separated. The carpet was stained and made us nervous to walk on it with bare feet. The mirror was dirty and had hair and paint splattered on it.
- 1/5
Reluctant to sit in stuffed chair or lie in bed. Choose this property because of an 18-hour airport layover. Staff was pleasant enough. And, airport shuttle was prompt.
- 1/5
The room was gross. There was used bars of soap left in the shower and pieces of trash left on the wall and on the chair and the room seemed as if it hadn’t been swept or wiped down in a long time!
- 5/5
Cheap and tidy free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.
- 3/5
AC did not smell good at all, lady at front desk was nice. The shuttle from the airport is great, you can hear everything from the inside of the room, walls had pee stains on them. If you have no other options for a last minute room next to the airport it is fine.
- 1/5
The room was not cleaned well at all.
- 3/5
The property is old and needs renovation. The free shuttle to SeaTac is very good. The area offers little options for food (Denny's) or stores. The staff were friendly, but I probably would splurge for a better hotel if I ever returned.
- 2/5
Good staff and airport shuttle
- 1/5
Poor, dirty, smelled of smoke, bad location
- 4/5
The shuttle was clutch!
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. It was quite at night which made sleeping after a long flight more enjoyable. Hotel staff were polite and friendly.
- 5/5
Clean big room.
- 1/5
So many other choices in that same area for roughly the same price,I would never stay in that place again. I’m trying to think of something good to say about it and I’m not sure I can think of anything….. I’m still thinking nope can’t do it. Feel free to try it and verify my opinion and you’ll see I’m right. I’d rather sleep in my car next time!
- 5/5
Arrived and got our room. Was able to park in front of our room. At 345am shuttle was worrying, we were able to park our car into there long term area. Room was clean, bed comfy, a bit noisy with traffic and airplanes till you fall asleep.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. It was less than $100 a night minutes from the Sea Tac airport. Considering the cheap price, it actually was better than I had thought. If you’re looking to stay in style this isn’t the place. For me it met my needs.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
This was an older and less expensive motel I picked to bundle with my flight. Not fancy at all. Good for solo travelers who will be mostly out and about the city. Walking distance to the airport light rail station and very easy to get to where I needed to go from there. My bathroom was refreshed every day while I was out. Bed was comfortable. Right next to Denny's for late night food.
- 4/5
Nice hotel for being close to the airport and reasonably priced. The rooms are dated but clean and functional. Quiet, comfortable rooms, very polite and helpful staff 24/7, shuttle on demand. I would stay here again when I need to be close to the airport.
- 1/5
After looking at the property, I chose to not stay. It looked like a dangerous place to stay. It made its money on being a parking lot near the airport and was fine for that. Just not somewhere I would ever stay.
- 4/5
Internet seemed okay - just have to be careful and pick the correct connection - they have two. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed mattress was quite firm. The place has seen better days. While it was generally clean and spacious, it is in serious need of repairs and updating. Units might have been some kind of transient/long term rental rooms - quite spacious and with a small kitchenette. The bathroom especially needs quite a bit of work.
- 3/5
The room itself appeared clean but was run down. The staff did their jobs but weren't very pleasant. The airport shuttle was very convenient; it was nice to have a fridge & microwave. The hotel was quiet. Two star rating seems appropriate.
- 5/5
A Good excellent hotel to stay at and enjoy it’s atmosphere
- 3/5
Old and tired motel. Staff friendly and located next to Denny’s for food. Shuttle was quick, although the terminal link was within walking distance Hotel was ok for one night but overpriced.
- 5/5
Older property but very clean.
- 3/5
It is a old building. Still good location for the price. Staff was great
- 2/5
The staff are like zombies staring at you, no smiles. Continental Breakfast? Coffee nothing else Work area? Beat up couches The owners probably don’t care about it, they make money from parking. Pay more and stay somewhere that you won’t be inspecting the sheets for stains. Too bad, it’s convenient to SeaTac and light rail

No one bothered me No hookers
- 3/5
Queen bed, with 42" HD TV with many channels. 1 lounge chair, 1 desk with swivel office chair, big bureau with lots of drawers, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, shower/tub combo. Coffee in reception area. Available ice machine. Free airport shuttle. Dennys right next door and a 7/11 a half mile walk. If one did not want to take shuttle, it is a VERY short walk to SEA vía an overhead walkway 800 feet away, that is accessible via an elevator.
- 4/5
I stayed here on two differentnights (arrival and night before departure) you cannot beat the proximity to the airport! The room on the first night was okay but not superfresh or clean, and beds were good enough but on the second stay the room we had was very clean and fresh and beds were quite nice. There are no amennities beyond a bar of soap and towels but the airportshuttle is super convenient and easy. Runs basically every ten minutesand th driver we had was very efficient and helpful. Will def choosethis place whenflying in to Seattle.
- 4/5
The property is clean which I appreciate especially in older hotels. We got in very late, the staff was wonderful! He made us feel very safe and welcome. The beds were very comfortable! The morning staff was great and we really appreciated the ride to the airport. Thank you! We will be back!
- 1/5
So run down. Long dark hairs on the pillows and in the bed. Just shady and overall icky. Terrible property.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was very convenient. Bathtub was very worn-out.
- 5/5
This place was great for an overnight stay, late arrival early departure. Speedy airport shuttle.
- 2/5
Not what we were expecting. Simple and cheap yes, but beds were dreadfully uncomfortable resulting in a poor sleep.
- 4/5
Great deal for the price.
- 3/5
If yu just need a place to sleep for the night this is adequite. The property is very run down. The staff is friendly and the shuttle was quick and very close to the airport. The TV sound doesn't adjust and there weren't any diet drinks in the vending machine.
- 1/5
I killed a roach before I left, I never leave reviews but boy what a mess. I only booked this because I wanted to be close to the airport and my flight wasn’t leaving till later that night I just was at the comfort inn in auburn but had to check out so I opted to going to this hotel. I only chose this place for three reasons airport shuttle being included, I needed somewhere to smoke my grass and it was 5 mins away from the airport. When I got in my room I was immediately disgusted with the smell of mold you look at the couch and it is discolored and looks like you would catch something if you touch it. I normally wipe most things down when I go to a hotel but I had to wipe down everything I planned on touching or using. The remotes for the tv were covered in some white stains. I wanted to shower I opted to a bird bath because there was a clump of hair in the tub. I didn’t feel like going to another dirty room so I didn’t complain but the room was not property cleaned. I needed to sleep thankfully I had my own blanket that is huge so I was able to throw that on the bed to get some rest. I was able to smoke my grass in the room because the fire alarms were removed and all I can see is the wires hanging from the ceiling. That was a plus for me only because I didn’t feel like standing outside but that is a safely concern. The shuttle does not bring u to departures it brings you to arrivals where the taxis are FYI AND THE DRIVER IS RUDE. I would not recommend ever!
- 4/5
No one bothered me No hookers
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2/5
Room was messy, not the best
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was excellent
- 3/5
Walked instead of taking shuttle
- 3/5
The shuttle was good. When you get to the hotel shuttle picked up spot you dial 90 on the phone on the wall to tell SeaTac Inn you waiting. I made another reservation fot May 9th.
- 5/5
I always stay here I’m treated like family.
- 4/5
It worked great for what it was. We had an evening flight and wanted to crash before we drove south to our actual destination.
- 5/5
The shuttle was great
- 2/5
The people were nice, but the place is definitely pretty gross. The bed wasn’t bad or nasty, but I probably wouldn’t take a shower there or stay too long in the room.
- 4/5
Nothing
- 4/5
Nice people Nothing
- 1/5
Dirty! Smells bad. Not recommended
- 2/5
Close to airport, dated and grungy. Both remotes were greasy and beat up.
- 1/5
Paint chipping off the wall. Dirty. Very hard to open door. The other guests were very loud and smoking marijuana outside our door. Don’t bring your kids here. We slept in our clothes.
- 1/5
room smelled like smoke, bathtub was falling apart
- 5/5
All went well. No frills just a place to crash while I was in town.
- 2/5
broken bathroom window, cold air and rain in the bathroom. The room was unheated when i arrived. Very barren. Very sterile and cold in appearance
- 4.5/5
Small, convenient, inexpensive and quiet Not modern nor up-to-date

- 1/5
Horrific place to stay this was not a 6,7 or an 8. More like a 1 or 2 if you are desperate. The ratings was very deceiving. The conditions of the outside was a joke. The enite place needs a make over. There were two homeless crack heads right outside and a pimp waiting in the car playing loud music with his lady of the night trying to check in. One look att the room and my wife and I drove to Bellevue. I would never recommend this place. Best way to see is to check in is at 8pm -10 pm you will see for yourself, that area of Seatac is scary. That place was it is not for me.
- 2/5
The room was bare and desperately needing updating and comfort. No furniture except bed. Bed was comfortable but linens more like a home bedroom than hotel.
- 3.5/5
Close to the airport. Shuttle was timely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Costs were reasonable. Good bargain. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Needed a place to stay because I couldn't get my car rental wen my flight was delayed. Airport shuttle was nice. It runs 24/7 unlike the SeaTac car rental facility

Excellent driver for the shuttle very helpful. Brooms were clean and nice. And it was very convenient I will stay there again next time

Clean, there the right amount of blankets. Clean towels. The only thing it took the heater about an hour to heat up the room. Friendly staff. Nice and quiet.

The night manager, as usual, was very friendly, personable and welcoming.
- 3.5/5

Cleanliness of location
- 4/5
Needs some updates, but comfortable and convenient.
- 4/5
staff is great.
- 5/5
Everything was in good conditions, and owners were so kind
- 1/5
The hotel was really rundown and there's no amenities. The only good thing about is it is the closeness to Seatac airport.
- 4/5
Clean room, airport shattle, wi-fi, but breakfast wasn't available at 6 am
- 1.5/5
It was quiet No pool

Super easy to get a shuttle to and from airport!
- 5/5
Room was decent and clean with kitchen counter space, frodge, and microwave which was very convenient as well.
- 5/5
I love this place it’s quiet and doors locks are safe. Cameras all around the property and great front desk and housekeeping
- 5/5
The perfect place to overnight on a budget!! Best and most dependable airport shuttle. Very important.
- 5/5

The airport shuttle was nice but the room was dingy and had mold in the restroom. The price was good tho
- 5/5

- 3/5
Good enough for a night
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff, has a airport shuttle available, Wi-Fi. All for a wonderful stay for a night or 2
- 5/5
Clean hotel and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Love this place it’s simple and easy access to train link light rail
- 1/5
.
- 3/5
The facility is older, tired accommodation, and priced competitively for the attended event.
- 5/5
Exactly what I needed before a trip to FL
- 2/5
On the good side, the receptionist was lovely in allowing us to stay 1/ 1/2 hours past checkout while we were waiting for our ride to the airport.
- 1/5
Staff is useless. So I made the reservation online so I could stay overnight in Seattle, and when I called to ask about the shuttle to come and pick us up, the agent told me he couldn’t find my reservation. He tried double to make sure I got the right address and everything lined up, except to them, my request didn’t exist. Ended up staying in the airport overnight for my flight at 9am. But of course the payment went through, recommend going somewhere where they don’t scam you
- 4/5
Decent getaway for a first time Seattle stay. Will be back.
- 5/5
The place is safe and close to the airport. However, the room is very old and very basic.
- 3/5
Good for the price. Next to Denny’s, but if walking limited dining choices.
- 1/5
The floors have been changed to laminate flooring which is clean, however makes the noise level horrible. People checked in above us around 1:30am and were like a heard of elephants wearing wooden shoes. They were heavy walkers and you could hear every item they dropped on floor. The only positive was the airport shuttle that runs anytime. We had an early flight and it was no problem to get us to the airport for 6:30am.
- 5/5
Staff was great, airport shuttle very convenient, overall was a great place. Whole experience was smooth.
- 5/5
Exactly what I needed for a long layover.
- 5/5
This is where I always stay when in Seattle. Its simple and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. I board my car here while away and have never had issues. They are quick to get you to and from the hotel.
- 3/5
Sea-Tac is an old hotel that has not seen improvements. Thankfully the bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
Water stains all over the ceiling and black mold in the bathroom!
- 3/5
Our driver to and from the airport was pleasant and helpful. We had difficulty understanding the gentleman at the reception but he was kind enough. The hotel has definitely seen better days. Our room was clean but just looked very worn down with patchy repair jobs. We had a good sleep though.
- 1/5
Horribly rundown. Sketchy area. Staff unfriendly. Only positive was the free surge service to the airport. Would never stay here again!
- 4/5
Great Internet pleasant staff
- 5/5
This place could use an overhaul. Good for a short stay. Closest cheap hotel to airport. Good place.
- 3/5
Fit the bill for cheap and close to the airport. The pillows may have been bricks with how hard they were.
- 4/5
I’ve stayed multiple times and like the quick check in service. No major issues
- 3/5
I had a 5 AM flight so thought I would save a bit and not do my typical major hotel chain. I wasn't expecting much and wasn't disappointed. All I want is a safe, clean hotel - the shower worked well - no leaks and hot water, unlike the major chain I stayed at in Everett...Very conveniently located to the rental car return and SeaTac.
- 4/5
Friendly workers. Quick airport shuttle service. It served its purpose. 4 stars overall.
- 5/5
SeaTac Inn offered a clean safe and efficient lodging option pre-cruise out of the Seattle area.
- 1/5
Unbelievable there’s still a hotel like this running and listed in the website
- 4/5
This was a excellant motel for the price. It was clean with a Dennys near by.
- 1/5
BTW: THEY HAVE A SIGN IN THEIR LOBBY THAT STATES THAT "IF YOU HAVE AN UNEXPECTED GUEST - THEY ARE WILLING TO EVICT IT BUT OFFER NO REFUNDS" WOW
- 1/5
Badly need of an update. Old worn out tub/shower. Uncomfortable pillows/bed. However, no bugs were found in the room. Glad Denny's was next door, so we didn't have to stay in the any longer than necessary.
- 1/5
this place is bad it is falling apart
- 2/5
just seemed very stuffy and outdated
- 1/5
Cons: very old and outdated interiors. shuttle driver was not helpful in putting bags into the shuttle van or taking them out. There was a turd in the toilet. I can't understand why whoever cleaned the room it didn't see it and flush it. Perhaps they were the one that left it. No shampoo in the rooms, no coffee in the rooms, no water bottles in the room. Vending machine for water and drinks outside the rooms was broken. I was in a first floor room and could hear the people above me walking as the / ceiling creaked every time they took a step. You can also hear water flowing through the pipes and other rooms are taking a shower. All in all not a quiet place to sleep. I don't recommend staying here.
- 4/5
Near to restaurant. However, rooms need an update.
- 3/5
Staff was nice & helpful. The property is definitely in need of some upgrades, but overall not a bad place if you just need a place to sleep for a night. Dennys is literally next to the hotel, and the Link rail from SeaTac Airport is a 5 minute walk away. Very convenient
- 1/5
Dirty, cheap, no shampoo - too much bad to mention.
- 2/5
Unclean room, duct tape on furniture, bugs on countertops. Not exaggerating. You get what you pay for.
- 3/5
It was a grubby room but the towels and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe there too. The best part was the airport shuttle however it was a short walk to the light rail and airport.
- 3/5
The hotel is a fixer upper! It is 2 star but the price is too high! The stay was disappointing as the room looked all fixed up in the cheapest manner!
- 1/5
.
- 1/5
We stayed in the first level and had guests in the room above us. It sounded like ELEPHANTS. The sound transfer was unprecedented. Absolutely zero sleep. When we told the gal at the front desk upon checking out, she didn’t even look up from her paperwork, zero cares. Shuttle was fine. Location was fine. Ability to sleep was HORRIBLE.
- 3/5
Transportation man was rude I had to put my bags onto van after a day of traveling I was exhausted my bags were heavy! Same the next am dropped off got my own bags wasn’t sure where to go to catch my flight
- 3/5
This is an old motel that is near the airport both by shuttle they provide, and in walking distance to both airport and the light rail system which is inexpensive and meticulous. If you are looking for a lower price and a bed to sleep in it’s perfect. If you are looking for an updated contemporary room you will not find it here. The shuttle driver is quick and friendly. Our needs were met and we appreciated the location near the airport and rails. A bus route passes right by as well. It’s a quick ride to Seattle center on the rail or to the cruise pier. We have stayed here twice (different rooms) and will be returning again next month.
- 2/5
Hotel is very dated which makes it look so bad. I thought the linens smelled stale. The air conditioner was kind of hard wired to an electrical outlet. Didn’t seem very safe. It was also very noisy during the night sounded like someone was stomping around or moving furniture. I cancelled the second night stay even though payment was non refundable. I didn’t feel comfortable staying another night.
- 3/5
Very noisy A cockroach came out from under the sink
- 2/5
ted the facilities are aging.
- 1/5
Very poor customer service.
- 5/5
Really convenient location and offers shuttle service. The staff was professional and friendly.
- 5/5
We stayed here for one night. The shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly.
- 4/5
Nice little place to stay for a few nights
- 4/5
Old motel, but very close to the airport, with 24/7 shuttle on call. Inexpensive but adequate accommodations.
- 3/5
Average hotel. Okay, but not special in any way.
- 5/5
Arturo, the shuttle driver, was extremely nice to me. I left my phone in the lobby and he drove me back after we already arrived at the airport. Staff was excellent.
- 4/5
We stayed one night during an unexpected layover in Seattle. The staff were friendly and obliging. The room was bare bones and a little beat up, but the linens were clean, the hot water and TV both worked as did the free wifi. I would recommend the Sea Pac Inn as a good buget friendly choice for a one night stopover.
- 1/5
Too many bad issues
- 5/5

- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room close to PDX. Has a free shuttle but airport is within walking distance and the Max line is close. Great location for visiting Seattle.
- 1/5
close to airport
- 1/5
We walked into the room and walked right back out. We found other accommodations down the street.
- 5/5
Perfect for going to or from the airport. Will book again!
- 3/5
It is a little out of date, but very quiet though. The shuttle bus service is a plus.
- 3/5
Good for a quick stay near the airport. Certainly not the ritz.
- 1/5
Room was very dated and rough
- 2/5
Currents dont close tight, doors not secure. Filthy walls, tub, bugs. Non working microwave. Fridge did not keep food cold, freezer non working, no ice machine so you get like warm water cause fridge doesn't keep water cold and ice cream soup. Very hard mattress and pillow The sure stay 1 mile away 80 to 99 night free breakfast and shuttle, like new and so clean. Closer to airport is all this place has to offer Easy walk to bus or light rail. Gas stations close to property no coffee and way over priced. Walk to 176th and go up 2 blocks past sure stay to 711. Take the bus on same street to south center 20 min away to lots of shops, restaurants, amc theatre. Very safe. Take A line or 161 to Kent or des moines. Easy to take light rail to Seattle for ferry, Ivar's or Lynnwood to connect to Everett/Mount Vernon/Bellingham or Canada. Easy to take light rail to ferry to Bainbridge to forks, rain forest, ocean shores, Olympic national park
- 1/5
Hotel is old and dirty - if we hadn’t arrived after midnight with no other options we would have left. Had a large spider in room and AC unit was disgusting. Would not recommend
- 2/5
Location is not as good since most restaurants are too far to walk.
- 5/5
Reliable motel. Never had difficulties with booking or checking in, and the people at the counter are always professional
- 5/5
The room was not as clean as it should have been. I think they need to hire new housekeepers. The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful
- 1/5
Booked two nights here, only stayed one because we had to. Very run down and dated.
- 4/5
For the price, it was as advertised. I had a few days to spend there till my flight home. Dennys was next door so it was easy to get a meal.
- 1/5
The light is busted, there are insects in the bedroom, bathroom is dirty
- 4/5
It was clean and quiet; comfortable enough but I've definitely stayed in better beds. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The shuttle was very convenient. If you're looking for something cheap and not at all fancy, this is your place.
- 3/5
Bring your own toiletries, it was one of the few times I’ve had to wash my hair with bar soap. And it’s right next door to a Denny’s… so there’s that’.
- 1/5
Place is a dump.
- 4/5
Property Manager, Rico (I believe was his name) was very nice and helpful. He made the process easy and was just a real person. Guy had an masterclass mustache too!
- 2/5
Bad odor
- 4/5
This hotel does the trick fur a place to stay near the airport.
- 3/5
Rooms are old. Desperately needs remodeling. Staff is nice. Rooms were clean. Quick access to Rail and Airport.
- 4/5
Would not recommend
- 4/5
Close to Denny’s and transportation
- 1/5
The property is very old. Needs serious renovating. Beds appeared to be newer, staff helpful
- 2/5
The ac didn’t work well either
- 4/5
Everyone in the hotelmis very helpful. Nice tonhave free 24 hours shuttle.
- 3/5
Low price. Convenient
- 2/5
We had to pay a cash deposit on arrival the area is run down same as the hotal
- 2/5
I almost feel bad rating so low when this property accommodates me last minute after flight delays. However, the facilities are pretty terrible. The shower doesn’t drain, the deadbolt doesn’t work on the door, the room was over 85 degrees when I entered and the AC couldn’t keep up to cool it down once I turned it on. The curtain was broken so I had to be very careful not to change in a certain section of the room. Peeling paint, scratchy sheets, I could go on. But I will say the staff was pleasant and I wasn’t expecting much - just needed an emergency bed to sleep in.
- 3/5
Check in was a breeze, very friendly front desk staff. Airport shuttle was reliable.
- 2/5
Didn’t feel safe outside the room. Paint all over fixtures and baseboards. Bullet hole in lobby window. I would not recommend this hotel
- 5/5
They let me store my luggage the day I checked in early so I didn't have to drag it along all day. After I checked out my flight was cancelled and they let me store it again no charge for 8 hrs or more. They are very accommodating to your needs as well. Very friendly service clean room. I would definitely stay again if I'm out here.
- 3/5
Convenient and reasonable price for the room
- 3/5
Its convenient and quiet. My prefered hotel for when im in seattle.
- 1/5
Dirty place, they didn’t even clean the bathroom. Grime on tub, dirty toilet. Cigarette burns on bedspread, and blood on towels.
- 4/5
Clean & easy access, old design though, kinda dark, old AC. Not “cozy enough” but i guess it wasnt so bad.
- 1/5
Dirtiest, smelliest room I have ever stayed in.
- 5/5
Right next to SeaTac airport with a shuttle
- 3/5
Enjoy the hotel a lot but this time I was under some noisy people who stomped a lot during the night but the room itself was fine and I like the staff.
- 1/5
The hotel was old, dirty, and in very bad condition. The bathroom was filthy, no towels or shampoo, and the room was barely clean. On top of that, the staff were unprofessional and rude. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
- 2/5
Bed is unsafe. Keep moving all the time. Washroom is dirty and tv is not working
- 4/5
Near the airport and rental car facility
- 5/5
Quintessential PNW motel experience. Impeccably clean but now new. Unbelievably comfortable bed and pillows (memory foam). It was a better experience than my last expensive holiday inn. Shabby but who cares.

Several lights didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work and it old and rundown. But for the price it was okay.

Room was clean - but bed was worn and squeaky. Very tiny soaps but no other toiletries and no cups or kleenex. Could hear people in the room above stomping around.
