Very outdated and run down property and my AC didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend.

You receive what you pay for. Moderately priced--lesser quality received.

Nicely clean rooms and helpful staff. There were no carts to unload/load which was difficult. Walls are thin, so the young group next to us kept us up all night.

Breakfast was good. You get a voucher for a real cooked breakfast. Service was fast and the omelet and potatoes I had were tasty. SureStay is in a great location, walkable distance to light rail, and also walkable to some dining options

Only slight issue with our stay here is that they forgot to change our towels and take out our trash, despite asking them to. However, the hotel is a great place to stay for a decent price if your visiting. There’s a 7/11 up the road, a free shuttle to and from the airport, the link right across the street, and a Dennys just a couple blocks away. The staff was also very helpful and sweet, especially the shuttle guy.

i bookd handicap room. room was ok but the problem was in shawer. no banch where i can sit and take shawer. they did mot provide shawer stool too. so it was not accepted from them

The property is a bit outdated and in need of some TLC, but the room was clean, staff were helpful, and the bistro was in a convenient location with a good selection and accommodating wait person. I would stay again.

Staff was very nice and helped us with some basics after our luggage didn't arrive with us on our flight. The hotel itself is definitely older and a bit run down, but for an airport hotel it was exactly what was needed. The shuttle was fast which was greatly appreciated.

Perfect for a brief one-night stay when picking up family at Seattle Airport from international arrivals. I picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and customer service. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I was able to use the airport shuttle for a round trip to and from the airport with my family's luggage without any additional fees. The amenities are on the older side, but you get all of the basic essentials you need for a brief stay. Water pressure was low, but manageable. I also appreciated not having to pay an additional fee for parking (unlike a few hotels in the area). Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay. The responsive and friendly staff definitely sets this place apart from the rest.

After a late night arrival, it was so lovely to be greeted, paperwork completed swiftly, and we were able to get in a clean room for much needed rest.

We called the driver, he said he’s coming in 20 minutes! Then called again, he said ‘ok wait 30 minutes’ . Very unprofessional. Had kids and luggage. Eventually took uber to the hotel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, and very responsive to the few issues we needed assistance with, such as forgetting toiletries or requesting a late room refresh.

Great pre-flight stay. Rooms have been recently renovated and everywhere was immaculately presented. The staff were all helpful and friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who checked me in.

We were told we could get a free shuttle from the airport but when we called, no one answered the phone. We called twice with the same outcome and we confirmed we had the correct number when we got to the hotel. We had to pay $31 to the taxi we had to call. Disappointing.

It was very close And convenient to airport. You could walk or take the shuttle. The ac went off at night and never came back on. Even after adjusting temp.

They have free airport shuttle that does not require an appointment. We headed to the lobby at 5am and the driver was there within 2 minutes. Great price as well!

Old run down with a makeover attempt. Beds were clean, we think but slept fully clothed. Front desk was very kind. The rooms were not surface Dirty, but Old and musky and definitely not deep cleaned. TV did not work cables in the back removed and the remote was so disgusting I wouldn't touch it. Paint splats on the floor. When we let ourselves in there was a prostitute waiting to let someone in. Great for what we needed, 5 hours of sleep and an early morning flight but never again.

Our check-in experience was disappointing due to a lack of hospitality from the receptionist (April 27, 2026 around 4pm). While we understand everyone can have an off day, professionalism is crucial—especially for guests who have traveled over two hours. A simple, warm welcome would have gone a long way in easing our travel fatigue. I hope management provides the necessary training to ensure staff are better prepared to greet guests.

Staff is excellent ! Room was comfortable . Quiet . Pool was a treat . It was a short visit but nice . Shuttle was a big plus ! I wish there was coffee in the lobby .

Our room was clean, comfortable, surprisingly spacious and quiet. The staff asked up front if we had any special accommodation that we might need. We did not have anything, so we were asked if we minded being assigned an upper floor room to leave easier access rooms for others who might need them. I was incredibly impressed with this. We did not mind being on an upper floor as we literally were just looking to crash for the night! There was a place to eat at the hotel. It was reasonably priced and the food was pretty good. We got the breakfast the next morning. It was enough to get us through our flights that day, with us just looking for some occasional snacks to get us where we were going. The shuttle service was quick and very easy to use. The driver was awesome. He gave us good recommendations for dinner. The driver to the airport in the morning was also nice and pleasant, especially at the time in which we were catching the shuttle and getting to the airport! I'm definitely not a morning person so I appreciated the professionalism at this hour... Overall, it was worth what we spent and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean room nice staff

I called the front desk and the lady did not seem concerned at all. “I’m sorry” was all I got from her. I immediately packed my belongings and left the hotel. Before leaving, I crushed the cockroach and left it right on the bed so there would be no question about what I found. Somehow management is now claiming they “didn’t find anything,” which is either a complete lie or proof they never properly inspected the room in the first place. What’s even worse is that they are now fighting me over a refund because I booked through Expedia. I paid for a clean, safe hotel room — not a room infested with roaches. I did not stay the night because the conditions were unacceptable and unsanitary. I have already filed a complaint with the health department and will be speaking with my lawyer regarding this situation. At the bare minimum, I expect a full refund. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this hotel stay somewhere else unless you want to risk dealing with the same filthy conditions and dishonest management.

Right next to the Airport - pretty easy to get in and out !

The room was clean and nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I accidentally left behind an envelope with a lot of money in it, and the twohousekeeping women looked for us after we checked out. They found us loading our car and gave us the money. They went out of their way to look for us and find us. The woman who worked the front desk also was very helpful and answered my questions about the building, what it used to be used for, it was quite interesting. We will be back!

Location is very convenient. I had flight next morning, so it was good to have the place close to the airport. Having the free airport shuttle was really handy. They came very quickly once the call is made. Staff at the front desk was really friendly. Check in and check out was quick. If you are driving, there were ample parking. Good connection to the Sea Tac train.station. Price was more than what the facilities were offered There is no one to help with the luggage. It was really hard for me to push two luggage on the carpeted area. There is no tea available, only coffee!

Good enough if you just want to stay near SeaTac to catch a flight

Staff was excellant. I had to book a room as my flights got cancelled and the airport lost my bag! I had booked online from the airport for the wrong night but they cancelled that one and found the last room they had available for me to stay! I was at my wits end by that point and the desk girls and the shuttle driver were all amazing!

Clean rooms and Staff were excellent. The room stated breakfast, but we did not check mark it on our reservations, so no breakfast was given. My mistake but be sure and read reservations carefully. One low mark, the in-room microwave clock lite is very bright, making it hard to sleep. I place a towel over it.

We only had 6-7 hours in the hotel room before we had to return to the airport for our flight home. The room's air conditioner/fan, was so loud it was difficult to get any sleep.

The stay was good. The hotel is a little older but nothing can be done about that. The paint job in the rooms and bathrooms could be better. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was an airport shuttle. And the staff was extremely helpful and nice.

I have stayed here twice for drop off to airport and pickup from airport. It’s a fantastic area 7-11 just up the hill for snacks or why. Thumbs up

Good hotel and quick access to the sky tram

This is a basic bunkhouse. OK for airport connections the next day (24 hour shuttle to/from the airport), but there were a few issues degrading its rating. In our case there was a bag of garbage and bedding from a stripped bed in the hallway the entire afternoon/night/morning we were there. The gym was freezing cold with no way to turn up the heat or turn off the ceiling fan over the treadmill, and the heater unit was particularly loud. There is a crazy maze of hallways leading to your room. Not quite Best Western standards in our opinion.

I had a great night's sleep before my early flight in this clean and quiet room. Sure, it's no frills but so comfortable and the check-in staff were very friendly. Oh, and it's an easy 15 minute walk to the airport terminal: a rather unique experience. Overall a great value and great stay!

Very clean, incredibly convenient: they’ll take you to the terminal in a shuttle bus but you can easily walk there. Also, just a block away from light rail station. Not fancy, feels basic but room was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The front desk manager greeted all of us in the lobby and was very welcoming. The stay was very convenient for our 1 night and was a 5 minute walk to Denny's which was perfect since we didn't get in until after 11pm.

The room was clean but clearly, this hotel has seen better days. The paint is chipping off of the walls, outdated fixtures, creaky floors, 20+ year old tv, and harsh lighting. The best thing about this place was that the bed was surprisingly comfortable, so if you just need somewhere to hold over so you can get to the airport cheaply, this is your spot.

Staff were very rude. I paid an extra 50.00 for late check out in advance. At 11:30am a staff was banging on my door yelling I have to get out before 12:00. I called the front desk and explained to them I have late Check out. At 12:05 another staff banged on my door and opened the door with their own key. I yelled and the door closed. I pack my stuff up, ask for a refund, and would never stay here again.

The room was amazing! Very clean, nice. The hotel was clean. They have a pool and an onsite restaurant. I was very hungry and used this hotel for my long 12 hour layover. The shuttle service runs 24/7. I was not able to use the pool, but the area looked nice. The staff was very friendly!

The ceiling looked nasty and it looked like there were some water stains. I was scared to turn on the heat out of fear a spider would jump out. Then there’s the bathroom. I can’t even go into details how bad the bathroom was. Let’s just put it this way, the door was on the toilet so whenever you needed to use it, the door was on you. Then the water was yellow in the toilet even after flushing. I’m sure they have other rooms better than that one because that one was absolute trash! The room served it’s purpose but I will not be staying there next time.

My son and I had to get a room at this hotel because we did not want to miss our flight the next day because the pass was going to get terrible weather. We got two separate rooms. They were clean, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel, although it looked older, was nice. The employees there were very nice and very courteous. Even though the airport is right across the street, they have a shuttle service which we did take because it was raining. The driver was very nice! We would definitely stay again!

Everything was fine, except missing shower curtain. Picked location as it is good price and easy access to light rail into downtown Seattle so I didn't have to drive in and park!

The room with beds was clean, but the toilet was dirty and the floors were dirty. Also the room heating/cooling unit was broke off the wall were you can see all the way through the top the outside. We were extremely cold due to the air from outside coming in.

My room was next to the workers' service room, so I was woken up early and had to listen to knocking and talking earlier than I expected after getting in at 1am. Place worked for sleeping and a shower, but I wouldn't relax there or watch tv. Just doesn't feel nice or clean. Close to the airport? Yes. Would I stay there again? Nope.

This property is older, and shows it. But the staff was friendly and you can't beat the location. They picked us up promptly at the airport curb (late at night). Then the next morning it was an easy walk to the light rail station, and off we went.

The room was untidy. Towels had stains. You could tell someone had just used the bathtub and so were the sheets. Woke up with rashes on my body. No complimentary water upon arrival in rooms. Would not recommend

Simple, affordable, comfortable, convenient, what else can you ask for? The free parking is awesome, as is the quick access to the Light Rail and Airport. Definitely my to-go place for Seattle!

There was cheese on the walls of the room and it smelled really bad of smoke. The room didn’t look like it had been cleaned.

The biggest positive is that the hotel is across the street from the airport. The shuttle service was frustrating. When at the airport's shuttle pick up I had called the hotel to ask which spot to wait at. 30 minutes later still no driver. After a second phone call the driver showed up and we had waited 40minutes. This wouldn't have been as annoying if it wasn't advertised as a coming every 15 minutes. Hotel is a throwback in time to the 70s and 80s which we weren't expecting. We stayed in a room that looked like it was upgraded in the last decade. It did the job during a lay over and needing a cheap place to stay.

It was exactly what we expected for the price. Pool was fine, location was perfect for early morning flight, shuttle was available and convenient.

Hot water for the shower was good, Beds were comfortable and it was close to the airport.

Just what we needed, perfect being right by airport, wasn’t booked went last minute not realizing how long our layover was. Staff was great, super easy with a shuttle going out every 15 mins to airport 24/7 exactly what we needed to make it to our flight on time!! Vending machines saved us in middle of night. The beds are divine but the heaters they use don’t warm the room. Breakfast was horrible and it was $20 for 2 eggs the worst potato wedges I have ever had and toast. The lady at the breakfast counter was nice

Nice hotel close to the airport and just steps away from light rail. A real bargain compared to downtown hotels.

The room was very clean, but still had a musty smell. Otherwise the bed was great and the room was well maintained and clean. Love the adjustable light on the bathroom mirror. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

The rooms are big with comfy beds, microwave and fridge. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. We only stayed one night before an early flight but it was better than getting a taxi from downtown. Very convenient.

Our bathroom was not clean, you could see human hair all over

The room was spacious but furnishings were old and worn. TV was very small, no minifridge which seemed to be a standard feature nowadays. Bathroom was dingy. AC was loud. However staff was friendly and location was super close to the airport and 1 Line. A ok short stay for budget hotel.

Shuttle was very quick. Hotel is super close to the airport. The room was clean but the carpet in the hallway and elevator was filthy. Hallway walls were banged up. Very little in the neighborhood to eat - two gas station mini-marts and a Denny's, which wasn't very clean either. I chose this place because it is in the Best Western family of hotels but it needs renovation and cleaning up.

The room was comfortable. The hotel is right across from the airport, so I was impressed with how quiet it was. I will be back again when I am in Seattle.

I didnt like that there was hair on the bathtub and toilet, toilet had stains on the seat that I had to clean. Water would get cold in the shower. NOT WORTH paying what we paid to stay there.

Conveniently close to the Airport, but it's a bit dated. The shower was moderately strong and warm, the bed was soft and comfy and the AC blasted cold air. After being canceled at 1045 at night, that's what I cared about. Staff was super nice too!!! Should include breakfast though...

This is a budget hotel and the decor is dated, BUT, our room was huge, it was CLEAN, and the bed was the most comfortable one I've slept on during our 2 week (different hotel almost every night) stay is WA. The staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent access to SEATAC (and they have a 24hr shuttle), light rail, Denny's & 7-11 within walking distance if you don't like their menu. Only negative, no free breakfast.

Budget friendly overnight lodging. Nothing fancy.

I only needed to stay one day for a cruise. It was very accessible from the airport to walk there. About a 10 min walk. It was right by the train station, around a 5 min walk to head downtown. Very clean and seemed like a safe neighborhood.

I wouldn’t recommend that you stay at this property unless you want bedbugs and filthy stained chairs in your room. I stayed two nights and have bed bug bites on my face and arms and neck. The only positive thing about this place was free parking and friendly front desk staff at check in.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in since perhaps college. The toilet plumbing doesn't work. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the bathroom toilet did not flush. I had to use the lobby restrooms and those also did not work terribly well. The room itself was basic, with awful fluorescent lighting.

It was a throwback to the 1970’s. Fairly clean but mold in the bathroom caulking and toilet that needed help flushing and a shower that needs a new diverter valve.

If you need to sleep and shower, than this is all you'll need. Don't expect anything fancy or perfect. Room was clean but very outdated. A/C units are loud, didn't keep room at a comfortable temp during the night. Staff was friendly and nice. Perfect location if you need to ride the 1line train.

The room itself was outdated and honestly a little depressing. Right when we walked in, we found three pieces of trash on the floor—a straw, a piece of plastic, and something else I couldn’t even identify. Not a great first impression. The shower had barely any water pressure and looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in years. Whoever did the caulking around the tub didn’t seem to care much about quality—it was sloppy and rushed. The walls and ceiling were covered in thick layers of paint, probably to hide wear and tear, but it just made everything feel more run-down. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked every time we moved. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I also believe in being honest—especially for other families trying to plan a smooth trip. Sadly, I won’t be staying here again.

The place was clean and it was worth quick stay

This hotel room was remodeled but the rest of the building has not. It has 2 buildings and everything was far to get there and it was like a maze to find it. When my husband and I asked the front desk staff, they appeared bothered and has a bad attitude toward us.

Air conditioner would turn off automatically, it was hot and U had to get up several times. I called help desk and security person came in to help, then AC would turn off automatically but not as often as it was before.

Shuttle pickup at airport was fast and online checking was easy. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Very comfortable.

The only reason for 4 stars is the pool was closed the entire time we were there. So no pool time on our down time.

The employees were so welcoming and kind. I was bummed because I left my coffee cup, and when I stopped by to get it after my trip, it was after management hours, so they said the management would have it locked up. I was hoping for a good old fashioned "lost and found". Oh well, I guess if you leave anything there, make sure you call first to arrange to pick it up.

Cost was is less expensive than most of the hotels around SeaTac. The workers were great.

Crap hotel.

The staff were nice, but the hotel was dirty and noisy. The staff was cleaning the room next to us around 7 to 8 a.m., and the vacuum was loud, banging against the wall. The ice machine also dispensed ice with a lot of noise at night. Overall, our experience was not satisfying. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

Quiet and conveniently located.

The pool/ fitness center was decent. That being said ,the layout of the hotel was very poor, you had to use a key card to enter the elevator to go to the 3rd floor then down a long ramp that practically took you to the 2nd floor, so i had to pull my luggage up the same ramp when we left.The only ice machine on my floor was way on the other side of the hotel. There was no refrigerator in the room and no continental breakfast, you had to buy it.The front entry doors were regular push in style, not automatic sliders, so when you have large luggage its a pain to get it all in the doors by yourself.They also charged a $50 early check in fee.

Room was dated without a fridge or microwave. Hotel overall was fine and a decent value, but not the nicest place to stay.

The location and staff were fine. We roasted in our hotel room because the air-conditioning was not functioning. Very disappointed in that and would appreciate a refund or partial refund for our stay.

This hotel is very close to the airport, is reasonably clean, and had a good bed. A big plus was the restaurant that, though very simple, was something most hotels of this ilk do not have. But the place is antiquated. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, and the bathroom towels were like sand paper.
