Location by Market and water front was wonderful. Elegant and well staffed with a nice room to sip coffee why my roomate slept.

My desert was a least a day old with a pudding film on top. Did not eat and got no credit for it. The stay and staff were great.

Felt like walking into the era of the Great Gatsby. Quirky in the best way and so unique. A boutique hotel experience for sure. What a great find!
- 3.5/5
The hotel itself is beautiful and perfect location to walk everywhere in Seattle. Since checking out I have been double charged twice and then when they issued the second refund they shorted me $4.24. Not a huge amount but all the phone calls and repeating myself to get this resolved has been unbelievably frustrating. I won’t recommend booking with them through a third party because they don’t understand the concept of someone paying in advance. Just don’t.

Hotel is nicely appointed. Clean and a great location. Didnt have e my room ready until two hours past 3pm, which was strange. Otherwise a lovely place close to many touristy things.

Breakfast is good but expensive. Streets can be loud.

Tonya at the front desk was amazing .. so was the "happy hour reception" in the lobby when we arrived! Needed a coffee pot & microwave in the room. Electrical outlet near the head of the bed is needed (for medical equipment)

Clean room, comfy bed, courteous staff.

The room was clean and the bed was amazing! HOWEVER, we chose this hotel based on the pictures that showed a deep soaking tub, which was extremely misleading. The room we were given only had a shower (with no door or curtain) that DID NOT HAVE the rainfall shower head as described. The shower head was mediocre, at best. My husband, a pacifist and generally positive person, said the shower was terrible with less than publishable verbiage. I added parking to our total and when I was checking in, the front desk clerk argued with me that the valet was $62 per evening and what I paid was impossible, and when she finally found that I had indeed paid for it, failed to apologize for the attitude displayed towards me. She also scoffed at the fact that we also received a bottle of wine with the room, as it was part of the “VIP” experience. We paid for a city view, and got a very partial view in which we had to crane our necks to see the city. Let me tell you, our experience was not VIP. In fact, it was beyond mediocre.
- 5/5
Wish we had more time!
- 4.5/5
Location, view, staff was amazing, very quick valet, restaurants in the same building, room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I wish the hot water in the shower was hot. It only got a little warm despite being turned on all the way.

Clean, good location. Staff was all very friendly and super helpful! I think we have found our Seattle hotel!
- 3/5
Very loud- windows not isolated so you hear EVERYTHING outside.
- 5/5
Loved walking in to see Sir Dave Grohl pillow, happens to be a favorite musician! Soft sheets, nice room, nice view. Great location for seeing a band next door at the Moore Theater.
- 5/5
Excellent location and amazing staff!
- 5/5
Everything from the beginning to the end was five star
- 4/5
The place was clean and very nice hotel. The location was fantastic. The restaurant was beautiful and food was great. Felt a little rushed at breakfast one day but the next day the service was great. We paid for our breakfast as it was not included with our stay. The hotel staff was great. The key via mobile app never worked and although it was 4 of us we were only given one key. I over all loved the hotel and would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 5/5
The room was huge, staff was overly helpful. I'd go back tomorrow!
- 5/5
Excellent location. Close to Pikes Market area. We stayed 1 night prior to our cruise. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. We arrived early so they held our luggage while we walked the short distance to Pikes. The room was clean and quiet. They offer breakfast for free in the restaurant. This was a full service restaurant with a great menu. Our waitress was wonderful. We cant recommend this hotel enough. Our only regret is not booking more nights.

I had booked a room with two beds but was told it was not available when I got there. The three night stay was not good with two small kids in a room with one bed.
- 3/5
Our room a/c was not cooling, it was hot! This is while the city is on a heat warning and there is no maintenance available at 4PM in the afternoon. Was offerred a fan until the next day, I accepted to then be handed a tiny tabletop fan. This did not help. No rooms were available and the option we were given was "open the window!" Again, heat warning in Seattle!!
- 4/5
Good stay, close to Pike's Market and walking distance to a lot. Room (standard) was still a bit small. Unique design. Breakfast downstairs at connected restaurant was really good
- 5/5
I love Kimpton hotels. They feel like a personal home, not a corporate environment. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The coffee bar in the lobby in the morning is great

- 5/5
From check in to check out our experience at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The boutique hotel is attractive and warm, and our room on the 6th floor was outstanding. Maybe due to it being a corner room it was extremely quiet. The room was immaculate, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror and fresh citrus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. We didn't use the robes but they looked luxurious. Coffee was ready in the lobby at 5am each morning. This location is perfect in a walkable city like Seattle. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We really liked the room and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. The lobby and always were very dark and a bit creepy, but the room was a lot more modern with every amenity you could think of. The location was also great for hitting all of the tourists spots on foot, very centrally located.
- 5/5
The location was excellent and the staff were warm and welcoming. Lots of little touches that felt luxurious and demonstrated good hospitality. Loved the bathroom with the tub in the shower area! Very comfortable and will happily stay again.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, helpful & engaging staff, in a central location. The restaurant has excellent breakfast/brunch options, and the bed is beyond comfortable. I will definitely stay again in the future.
- 5/5
Front desk staff is extremely helpful.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Kimpton Palladian! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. The bartender became a friend, and I was so happy to find a yoga mat in the closet, a very thoughtful touch. We loved the hotel’s decor and how walkable the location. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Seattle.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay! Hotel was really nice plus the staff was very attentive to our needs. Walkable to Pike place and to other tourists spots nearby. Definitely coming back to this hotel on our visit!
- 5/5
The front desk personnel were very helpful and professional. Great customer service. The rims were very clean.
- 3/5
We stayed at the Palladian Hotel. It was fine, but honestly, I expected more. The rooms felt a bit older, and while everything was okay, it just didn’t feel as nice or elevated as I thought it would.
- 5/5
Very nice room with a comfortable bed a d pillows. Staff super helpful with dinner recommendations and directions.
- 5/5
The property was great and the bar was beautiful. Staff was amazing.

Property was clean, staff friendly and the location was in walking distance to Pike Place, Space Needle, and Pier. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.
- 5/5
It is a nice hotel, cool older building, great staff 😊
- 5/5
Great location to walk and explore Seattle, Pikes market, hop on off bus, etc. Hotel had coffee in lobby and plenty of lobby space, bar and restaurant. Staff will store luggage if you arrive early. Accommodations were well above standards. Great night's sleep.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable
- 4/5
Room was spacious and comfy, great staff, close to pikes mkt. But not the usual Kimpton experience. there were no drawers for clothes and had to live out of suitcase on floor plus a couple other oddities.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, night time might get a little creepy around there though
- 5/5
We loved this hotel that was built in 1910. The rooms are redone with industrial-modern furnishings that give a back-in-time feel to the room. Bathroom was large and beautiful. They even had robes for us and a yoga mat! The bar downstairs gives off speak-easy vibes and the restaurants was top notch!
- 5/5
I travel for work a lot. This stay was the most comfortable I have had in the long time.
- 4/5
Great downtown location. Nice hotel with excellent free breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice. Walkable area with nice restaurants nearby
- 3/5
A good hotel for the downtown area. Nice decor and adequate for the price. Room view was over the back of the building so not so good.
- 5/5
Beautiful decor with a fun theme, eco-conscious, centrally located in the Greenbelt which is a great walk. Super staff who are friendly and helpful. All you need to explore. Ouse and beyond. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again!
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay after long days of sightseeing. There was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive and overall didn’t affect my sleep. If you're looking for a clean, comfy place in a central location, this is a great choice!
- 5/5
Very kind staff, clean, and useful amenities
- 5/5
thanks for the hospitality. It was a pleasure staying at establishment look forward to staying there in the future.
- 3/5
It is fairly comfortable, no hook to hang your jacket , no coffee machine . Don't really want to honor the hotel.com perks
- 4/5
Nice room no hot water though
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Very nice, perfect location
- 5/5
This was an absolute gem. Everybody was so nice, they didn’t have my VIP gift book. I was text as soon as I entered my room and she brought it right up to me. Absolute amazing service. I would highly recommend.
- 2/5
Priced for food . 3 drinks 2 hamburgers 1 of witch the order was messed up cost 137 dollars plus tip
- 5/5
Convenient for a concert at the Moore Theater. Easy valet parking.
- 5/5
Perfect distance
- 3/5
The hotel was nice, clean, staff friendly. My biggest complaint is that there were a SIGNIFICANT amount of hidden charges for our one night stay. Charges that didn’t make any sense. There were 3 different types of tax charges, amenities fees, etc., and the only option for parking to use their system. They didn’t tell me until later that it costs $62 per night (not including the $9 “parking tax”). When we pulled up, the sign looked as if it was marked no cost for overnight guests, which would make sense because the room was on the more expensive side, and no one said a word about any extra charges. However, when i asked about the charges on my bill as i checked out, I was told it was “clearly written.” I’m attaching pictures to show how “clear” it was.
- 3/5
Loud hotel, not super comfortable either.
- 4/5
Stunning property! Everything was great. Thank you! Small hot water issue, and phone issues. Hot water is important💜
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Great Property
- 4/5
Restaurant staff failed to accommodate patrons of the hotel in service and knowledge. Bar dinning and restaurant dining didn’t work together in communication of ages to eat in locations.
- 5/5
Great spot.
- 5/5
Nice clean room with excellent staff.
- 3/5
It's right in the middle of the city the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything . The heater makes a lot of noise . It's a cute hotel I love The asthetic . Staff seemed kind of shocked when I said I wanted to check in idk why if I'm not their normal type of customer but maybe they can hide their shock next time
- 5/5
Nice location
- 5/5
What a wonderful property with even more wonderful staff
- 4/5
The hotel had an awesome style and friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like was the hidden amenity fee at checkout.
- 4/5
Employees were not friendly or very helpful in hotel or bar attached. Hotel was clean, bed comfy, room was small though & our showers on cold side. You could hear homeless yelling outside all night. Windows were not sound efficient. Room was comfortable though. But overpriced for all over experience
- 5/5
The hotel itself is charming. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a top notch service staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and took pride in their work. The Belltown location is perfect for tourists as it is in walking distance to all major attractions and has many top quality restaurants in the neighborhood. I’d definitely recommend staying in this little gem of a hotel.
- 5/5
The hotel was unique and clean. Enjoyed walking to dinner. Great for dogs, no fees.
- 5/5
Stunning property and some of the kindest hotel staff I’ve encountered. This will be my go to stay in Seattle. 10/10
- 4/5
And in the night when it was quiet, you could hear the squeaky bed noises from the upper floor Other than that, it was a cozy room !

- 5/5
Great location. Very walkable to Pike Market, Art Museum, Ferry, Shopping, Bars, Restaurants. I don’t advise walking around that area after midnight. But, the hotel requires key for entry and a key to get the elevator, so I felt safe. Staff are lovely. The only negative, was the pull out couch bed in the Spa Suite is uncomfortable, and you need to order a blanket for it up to the room, or you will be cold all night.
- 5/5
I absolutely loved my room! The phone and trying to get a hold of dining doesn’t seem to work well or front desk but the people who work there were really nice and the food I had for breakfast in the hotel restaurant was awesome! I wish they had coffee Maker in the room. The area down there has a lot of folks who are on drugs or homeless or sketchy. Nighttime a The area down there has a lot of folks who are on drugs or homeless or sketchy. Nighttime a bit worse than day. Other than that, I would absolutely stay there again.
- 5/5
Love, love, loved that this hotel was in a convenient area, took our dog and had comfortable beds! Lost our power for several days and had to find somewhere at the last minute. This was a nice stay and very affordable. The staff was tremendous. Enjoyed dinner in the bar and had a delicious breakfast from their restaurant.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Bar was outstanding. Convenient location to the LINK.
- 5/5
Very nice and pleasant time would definitely stay there again
- 5/5
The walls may have been a little thin though as next door was loud in morning.
- 5/5
We loved our stay. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.
- 1/5
Not the same Kimpton standard
- 5/5
A lot of homelessness and addiction near the property especially at night which is really the city's problem for not providing adequate services to address addiction/homelessness. Because there are limited convenience stores/ATMs open at night the property should provide an ATM and a small store for snacks. Overall nice property, I did not have my room cleaned the entire time I was there but never received the discount.
- 5/5
This hotel was such a cute spot literally minutes to Pike Place Market. The staff were fabulous and the room itself was very quiet despite being in a busier part of town! My only negative would be the barn door on the bathroom. While cute and totally dig that style, it didn’t offer much in the way of privacy, especially since it was located steps from the bed. We stayed in a standard King room, so maybe other rooms have a better layout from that perspective. Overall, loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Well located for Pike Market and Downtown Seattle
- 3/5
Well, I paid $870 Canadian for 2 nights. Then was given another bill for $200 for parking and resort fees . For a small room with nowhere to put things out. Definitely won’t book here again at that price. Service was friendly and place was clean .
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Highly recommend and would stay again!
- 5/5
A good location for downtown Seattle
- 4/5
Overall ok but nothing to rave about for the price I paid …
- 4/5
Great hotel with lots of extras, but walls were paper thin. We heard the neighbour’s entire phone call.
- 3/5
Location good staff great. Hotel is old, dark drab ambience. Rooms very small.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms. Great restaurant and bar. Great staff. Unfortunately, there were a lot of homeless, drug using individuals right next to the hotel. Did not feel comfortable having our 2year old granddaughter with us there.
- 5/5
I loved staying here. The room was big and comfortable and the staff was very nice.
