Good location. Hotel is ok but not worth the price

The room.was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed, with a comfortable couch and chairs and a lovely comfortable bed. We loved the location, and would definitely stay here again!

They don’t clean your rooms. They replenish things you buy but no towel or bed service. 4 star feels like 2 stars. Nice staff for sure but the property itself and housekeeping make this a one-and-done experience

Location was great, size of room for us 3 girls was great, but could have configured storage for our suitcases a little better. Room for our suitcases was not really thought out, no wardrobes, which is fine if you've space to put your suitcase (there was only one spot) which made it seem tight with 3 of us.

More supplies like drug store staples for purchase would be helpful

Wonderful location convenient to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Aquarium, harbor, and other popular tourist sites. Quiet, very clean, helpful staff. My two caveats: 1) This is maybe not the best choice for some seniors. No grab bars in the bathroom, very low commode in a very tight space, beds quite low to the ground, and modern and totally not intuitive lighting and climate controls. 2) OMG parking $65 per night??? Don't bring a car or find your own public parking. It's my own fault for not having asked. And I guess hotel service like fresh towels and bed-making are a thing of the past, but at $300 a night you'd have thought maybe??

From the moment we walked in the door the staff took excellent care of us . We had a wonderful corner suite . We slept like babies in the comfy bed . Highly recommend this boutique hotel . Close to everything !

Would prefer a complimentary breakfast, along with/complimentary water in room. Otherwise, location is very convenient to walk to popular eateries and sightseeing places. Staff was personable, professional and very accommodating. A most pleasant stay.

Incredible staff! Great location! Superb accommodations and the most comfortable hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. This is my favorite place to stay in Seattle. I wish they had real coffee service in the rooms. I want a real cup of coffee in the morning. The lighting system is super confusing.

The hotel is well maintained, close to all Seattle's attractions and in a safe area. Rooms were very clean and customer service excellent. The Nespresso machine in the room ans especially the valet parking were a big plus ☕️ We will be back. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

We loved our stay at Ändra and would definitely stay again. The spacious rooms were our highlight it made traveling with a group of 3 a breeze. It was a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating.

Location, location, location! Can walk to most everything. Modern, clean spacious rooms with very comfortable and soft beds. They are a bit low to the floor but that's fine for me. Excellent soundproofing too. Never hear people in other rooms so you get a good night's sleep. Also like the tree lined streets with lots of birds singing! Many good restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.

The room was clean and very large. The beds were actually so comfortable. So many hotels have these horrible hard mattresses but these were ones you stink too and feel amazing. The staff was all very polite and helpful.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, stylish, conveniently located, and the staff a friendly and efficient! My three days were very comfortable and the room was a sanctuary after all of the hill climbing. The restaurant affiliated with the hotel was delicious and the folk there were super friendly, as well.

The restaurant Lolas even though very expensive and sometimes very loud, had amazing food and very pleasant staff. If your up for fairly decent walk involving some hills you could potentially walk to both the Space Needle and Pikes Market. The room was very small on the 7th floor facing the front entrance. It was okay but couldn't se much off anything beautiful but maybe some buildings, nothing special. The room was clean but the shower was awkward and not very clean. Everything just felt extremely cramped. The beds are about a foot off the ground but comfy just weird. I just felt for the money the room could have been a lot bigger.

Lola restaurant was awesome.

Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and cool vibes. Walking distance to Pike Place Market and other shops/cafes/etc. Room was comfortable but pretty small (2 double beds) and the bathroom was TINY. Only real negative was how small the sink/countertop was and the shower being open-stall.

Very nice area. Hotel was clean and up to date. Staff were extremely friendly. Only a couple blocks from Pike Place. Walk is very doable. Rooms cozy, nice toiletries, and mini-bar.

The property was pristine and it seemed like every detail was well thought out. Plus, it is very centrally located in the city. Will def stay here again!

The room was nice; Lola’s next door was a great breakfast place. Our departure was marred by housekeeping not being informed of our late checkout. Our room was being cleaned when we got back from breakfast, and two additional staff members knocked on our door while we were still inside. Poor communication, but a great property and location.

Amazing staff and super convenient location.

Called in advance to make sure they had a pack in play and they said they did. When I went to put my 11 month old to sleep the pack in play was broken and I was told that was the only one they had. Told me if I wanted one to go buy it myself. Everything around was closed. Very tough night sleep with baby.

Great breakfast!

My HS best friend & I stayed at the Ändra hotel for the aesthetics, which we loved. However, our movie night turned sour because the TV didn’t work; after two attempts at resolving the issue (mind you, it was at the end of our day in the city, PJs on, face masks on, in bed), we couldn’t watch what we wanted. The remote control had a mind of its own & it ended up clicking on a movie & purchasing it!! The next day, a mechanic knocked on our door- mid afternoon, when we were literally napping, so I asked for him to come back in an hr. He said to request that at the front desk, but after calling the front desk & it ringing for several minutes without an answer, we gave up to attend our dinner reservation & weren’t able to follow back up. The previous manager from the night before assured us that the hotel would find a way to compensate us for the inconvenience, so when I brought this issue up with the daytime manager, Jade, she not only did not seam to have any empathy, but also proceeded to be sarcastic about the accidental movie purchase, stating, “Oh the remote “accidentally” purchased the movie??”” She gave us two free coffee vouchers for the in-hotel restaurant, which did not compensate for our inconvenience & inability to enjoy our night- not to mention the disturbance during our down-time. This could’ve have been better addressed/resolved. Hopefully Expedia will have a way to make it up!

It was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants they recommended were wonderful. We had breakfast at Lola that is attached to the hotel and pizza across the street. We also went to the other restaurant . All three are owned by the same group. It was around the back of the hotel on a side street. We went for a night cap and some small sharing plates. I can’t remember the name but that was outstanding.

Staff is the real highlight at Ändra, but the rooms are super cute, comfortable and the location between Downtown and Belltown is phenomenal. Endless dining options nearby and lots to see and do. Ändra feels like home away from home. =)

Cute boutique hotel with great customer service and location. The beds were a little too low and soft but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad.

I have stayed here many times and always had a 5 star experience. This time was a bit off. I showed up at 5:15pm and was told my room was not ready. They did "upgrade" me to a king, but the room was just ok. Luckily I wasn't asked to pay for the upgrade. The carpet in the room had several clorox stains and the toilet paper roll was so close to the toilet that you literally couldn't close the toilet. Mostly minor things, but did take away from the overall experience. Also valet parking has gone from $55 to $65, and with tax is $71 per day. Eek.

The Andras was a great place for couples to stay visiting Seattle. It was clean, spacious and close to the market area downtown. It’s a boutique hotel with a restaurant connected and a nice big fireplace in the lobby. My only complaint is that we would’ve liked to have 2 free water bottles instead of paying $10. That is a complete turn off and I don’t think it would’ve cost that much to appear welcoming vs totally profit- driven.

The design/details of the room were all very nice. It felt very recently updated. The lobby was not large, but was very nicely appointed and decorated. The location was ideal. Great for a weekend getaway in Seattle.

The location and building is nicely converted from its previous purpose. A very short walking distance to Pike Place Market. Has a few great restaurants close by. The downside of the location is that there are very limited place to park your car for Valet Parking. (Only Valet Parking is available).

Nice and spacious rooms. Lobby was very inviting and a great space to relax in front of the fireplace. Location was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed being able to walk to most of the places and restaurants we were visiting.

The hotel was beautiful we will stay there again. Great downtown location if you do not have a car. The ONLY drawbacks were as follows: upon check in there was no information given regarding the hotels facilities. Although room service was on the phone room service didn't exist. The thermostat in the room was a nightmare to use and there werent any directions anywhere.

I love everything about this hotel. It is close to Pikes Market and has several good places to eat close by. It has available parking near by ( for a few). The rooms are comfortable, clean with very nice furnitures and lighting. Good pillows and bedsheets. I have stayed here more than once and it never disappoints.

The rooms were clean and spacious. It was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk and enjoy the sites.

Clean room friendly staff

This hotel was much better than what I expected. It is in a good location, accessible parking, good restaurants around and 8-10 minute walk from Pikes Market. The only “negative” thing that I could mention is that the beds are soft and too low (no boxspring) which is a bit difficult to deal with if you have chronic back condition. But the same can be great if you are traveling with young kids and you like soft beds.

The staff made accommodations for me and went above and beyond. The lady working the front desk was super nice and very respectful. Made all the difference in my stay by helping me get a room before official check in.

Welcomed my big dog into the lobby with a treat. Start was very nice. We did request a dog bowl but never received it. I enjoyed the room and the bathroom amenities. I would definitely be back if the opportunity arises.

Everything you need or want is close or within a few minutes of walking. There’s also a restaurant onsite. Very convenient location for all the local activity spots such as public pike place, space needle, waterfront park area, coffee, restaurants, ice cream, Walgreens, Target, other shops, etc. Beautiful, modern, & extremely clean. Valet parking is required if you have a vehicle and it’s automatically billed at checkout. I would make it my main hotel spot if I were to come to Seattle Downtown again.

Great location… walkable to shops, restaurants, and even Pike Place Market was just a few blocks away. Couple of minute walk to Westlake Center to grab the Monorail up to the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center and Chihuly Garden of Glass. Great on site restaurant too! .

Our corner room was stylish and nice. The bed was comfortable not too soft or hard and lovely down pillows. Bathroom was great with nice powerful shower head and loads of shelving. I stayed in room 411 with a view of the street. The room was so spacious and cozy. The bed was a little low for my liking but overall my stay was comfortable.

Andra Hotel is absolutely incredible. The space feels like a retreat and their attention to detail is incredible. All the staff are so kind! The restaurant, Lola, is right next door - one of the most memorable meals I've ever had.

Sweet boutique hotel in a great location. Caleb from the reception desk was warm and welcoming! The only issue was the ventilation in my room. The fan was always blowing on me and I caught a cold as a result.

Everything was pretty great.

Parking in this area and this hotel and specific is very difficult and expensive The windows are absolutely not child friendly. You could literally easily latch the window open and a child could fall right out. I don’t know who came up with this design, but it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen extremely dangerous.

First room had bleach stains splattered all over the carpet in multiple spots. Then, they moved us and the rest was wonderful.

The rooms were spotless and the space was huge! The staff was extremely friendly and helped whenever needed. The amenities were incredible, we wished we could have stayed here our whole trip.

We checked in and wanted to self park and the guy at the front desk said he didn’t know where to park bc he was new to Seattle. You would think front of house staff would be trained to know where to park. Also had a leak in our room, woke up to loud dripping noise by the door. It’s in a great area but other than that a good stay.

Great location! A very nice boutique hotel situated near plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping- all within a short walking distance. Pike Place Market , the waterfront, and the Space Needle are also easily walkable.

Bed had a center dip. Free WiFi was terrible. Could hardly load emails let alone stream or web browse. Just add a little to the rate and open it up—being nickeled and dimed leaves a sour taste.

Place was clean and in a good location. It was very close to the cruise terminal and getting on our ship from there was very easy.It was a little out dated but in good shape.For the price you would expect more but everything in the area was high.

Great room, hard to store food in the fridge. Surrounding area was a little sketchy. Door frame in the washroom was also leaking water from the ceiling. Wish there was more fast food options close by.

They didn’t have the room I booked available, so instead of two queens we had a pullout sofa bed and one queen. The floor above us was the gym and at 2am someone was working out which woke us up and kept us up for an hour. The positive side the person at the door was really friendly and offered us tips about the city and where to go.

Everything was excellent.

Uniquely decorated and spacious for a hotel in the heart of the city. Easily walkable to many of the tourist attractions with great dining options adjacent to property.

The staff here was very unhelpful and the rooms were just average. For this price point, there are definitely much better options in Seattle. I would not stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Ändra Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. I have a dust mite allergy and usually find hotels challenging, but I had no allergy triggers while staying there. Thank you, Ändra Hotel!

No coffee in room, only espresso machine. No coffee in lobby and no little “store” for snacks or forgotten essentials. Room cleaned by request only. Asked for extra toilet paper when room was cleaned, they left NONE. Had to make an embarrassing call to front desk next morning. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Very fast check in after a long day of traveling which was greatly appreciated. We were on the 8th floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I think I’ve ever slept on. It was a quick stay, but would definitely stay again next time we were in Seattle. One other note - loved how short of a walk it is from the Westlake Link Light Rail Station, it took about 5 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in when we arrived at 11 am - our room was ready! The room has a nice seating area and desk and very unique and cool design. We had a great stay!

I will say the hotel is adjacent to a very nice restaurant, Lola, with excellent food and superb staff- obviously, not related to the hotel. The hotel does have a lovely bar area on the second floor which was never open. We stayed four nights through a weekend, and it was not manned. There is a culinary school, which also remained closed. We have no information to share about it because the reception staff never spoke to us. I would not ever stay here again.

1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point. Overall, disappointed with the Andra.

Loved it here. Beautiful room and property. Great amenities. Great staff. Go eat at Lola, the restaurant attached, but make a reservation since it is very popular -and deservedly so.

Clean, nice and walkable to sites

Beds are amazing. Staff is warm and friendly. Cozy and quiet atmosphere. Restaurant next door and bakery across street are amazing.

Bed was low and soft. No ice machine. Short on towel racks. No cold tea in refrigerator.

Nice hotel, spacious, well-equipped room, excellent shower, adequate soundproofing. Where they fall flat for me is in their staff. Except for the doorman (he was great), the staff was not welcoming nor particularly friendly throughout our stay. Otherwise, a nice choice for loud and crazy downtown Seattle.

Everything was clean and well kept. We were on the top floor and heard no street noise or anything else. The room is beautiful and my wife and I loved every detail. It reminded us of Copenhagen. The lobby is smaller than we would’ve liked but that didn’t bother us too bad because there is plenty to do in Seattle. Also the hotel’s location is great. It’s right about halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great except the last valet, who was rude and in a rush. All previous valets were great and extremely helpful

Great boutique hotel with a fabulous restaurant attached, Lola. Room had a seating area, vanity with stool, walk-in closet, and great toiletries. Staff was friendly and provided great service.

Bathrooms are really small, not too convenient. Area is a little rough at night. Overall we had a good stay.

Parking was $35 extra a night and service staff was in a bad mood. For $500 a night we expected better.

Hotel is decorated very nicely and modern with non generic decor. Staff are friendly, but lacks value, they should offer guests atleast a welcome drink or breakfast voucher or something. U just get the room there is absolutely nothing extra!

The location was great, easy and pleasant walk to Pike Place market. 3 Tom Douglas restaurants with a stone’s throw. Rooms were very nicely appointed and staff was great. We’ll be back!

Bar closed early which was disappointing as after a day of site seeing we wanted to have a glass of wine before bed but they had said they were closed -9.30. They did offer other places for suggestion. They let us check in very early and the room was very comfortable

Very cute hotel, too bad we stayed only one night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to attractions and walkable in the day time, at night we didn’t experience it.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Short walk to Pike Market place. Hotel room was very clean and updated, loved the decor. Would definitely recommend this place + will more than likely stay here if we’re in town again.

OMG this stay was so great ! Checking in, the front desk people were so talkative, friendly and knowledgeable. They able to recommend activities to do around the area. The room itself was so cozy. Never been to a hotel with so much ambient lighting. It was so nice being able to dim to certain settings and love the wood accents! Only downside was while showering, it didn’t seem like the bathroom had a fan/vent so it steamed up like crazy. Wasn’t sure if that was just my room, but besides that, the stay was perfect. Comfortable beds and just an overall amazing atmosphere.

The location was great, near the Westlake monorail/light rail station. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: for a suite I thought the bathroom would be bigger (no room for two people at the same time), the toilet flushes with the fury of niagra falls and is just as loud (not a deal breaker, just startling), the HVAC system needs to be cleaned (inches of visible buildup in the vent inside the bathroom), its NOISEY - this part of town gets lots of emergency vehicles and the windows do nothing to block out the sound even on the 8th floor (they provide ear plugs in the nightstand).

Perfect location, walking distance to some main tourist attractions. Pike Place Market, Space Needle & Chihuly Garden. There is an amazing bakery/pizza place right across the street as well as other restaurants close by. We would definitely go back if we visit Seattle again.

Wonderful property, attentive staff.

We reserved the corner suite with a view but there was only a view of an abandoned lot and a roof. Other than that the room was very nice.

Top notch location. Cleanest hotel Ive been too. All staff were greeting people. Accolades to Zanny at front desk. Excellent customer service. Went over and above. We arrived at 11am prior to 4pm check in. She instantly said room was ready. It was perfect because we were going to a concert at 4pm.

Love the simple Scandi decor. We upgraded to the deluxe room and loved the separate make up and wardrobe area.

The property was ok. Rooms are a bit small. Staff was rude at times, and there is nothing complimentary; not even water. No gift shop, no coffee shops nearby but walkable to some attractions

The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

If you’re looking for a place centric to Seattle’s tourist attraction like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle,we recommend you stay here .Its conveniently located from both destinations .We enjoyed our stay since we could walk anywhere .But since it’s a boutique hotel,it didn’t have any amenities other than a gym with a few cardio machines .The hotel staff weren’t friendly or welcoming during our stay and even more surprising during a 3 night stay we never had housekeeping .Overall ,I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars simply based on its location and ample size rooms .

Excellent hotel.

Property was clean and inviting. Greeted with a great atmosphere and cozy lobby. Great views and room amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No designated parking but there is a valet option which is nice. Restaurant attached is expensive but excellent food.

Everyone we encountered was super helpful and had great customer service, however valet was the absolute best! They gave us recommendations on places to eat and shops to check out. These guy’s seriously went above and beyond!

The hotel was fine but not what we had expected from the photos.

Stayed one night before our cruise. It was a great location to explore the local sights and plenty of options nearby to eat.

Needs to have microwave and fridge that hold more than what’s being sold. Mattresses big disappointment if you don’t like them soft

We loved the size of room and cleanliness. Great staff and lobby. Our only concern was the height of the beds. For us seniors, getting out of the low beds was a challenge especially in the middle of the night!

The place is located not to far from shopping center and the pier. Staff was helpful and the hotel was modern with a bar and dinning local.

It’s very convenient, centrally located. Super comfortable beds, nice size room. The restaurant downstairs (Lola) is amazing, we had breakfast and lunch and it was delicious. Downtown Seattle has a lot of “zombies” but we had no problem, the hotel has someone at the door. It also has a cozy fireplace at the lobby.
