Older hotel but updated and clean rooms. We had Deluxe suite with 2 bathrooms and separate sitting room. We used Valet parking which is $55 per night. It could be difficult to find parking around the area. We did not use the restaurant in the hotel but there are so many place within walking distance. Staff very friendly.
- 4/5
check in late so a little bit confusing
- 5/5
Location was perfect for walking and public transportation. Friendly staff. Nothing I can think of.
- 3/5
Bathroom shower faucet was old and hard to control temperature.
- 5/5
I loves the history attached to the property
- 3.5/5
The location was great and the room was spacious and clean . For a large hotel there did not appear to be a greeter at the restaurant door for dinner or breakfast. We waited 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and seat us. When we ordered English breakfast tea, it was delivered in pint glasses as they had run out of teapots! The waiter shrugged and said it was the best he could do. Hotel was great, restaurant poor.
- 5/5
All the staff was wonderful and very helpful. When we arrived the gentleman was super helpful right away and gave us all the directions and tricks we needed to navigate downtown and stay on the flatter side of the streets ☺️
- 5/5
Beautiful vintage room, staff was so nice and friendly, super close to pike place!
- 5/5
Staff was graft and gorgeous place
- 5/5
Very happy with service and will return because of the exceptional staff.
- 5/5
La localización es muy buena.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Location, facilitied, staff I did love everything about my stay.
- 4/5
Convenient location to rail from airport. Close to downtown
- 2/5
Not much The room smelled mildewy and moldy the rooms are old the hotel in general is really old and run down the breakfast was ridiculously expensive and disgusting burnt French toast and everything was cold Shower head in the bathroom was broken they charge this stay was absolutely disgusting

Exceptional
- 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mayflower. It is like stepping back in time. The entire place is very well maintained. Our room at 2 bathrooms which I thought was amazing. It is very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent service , even we early check in but not additional charge .
- 5/5
Nice property close to the public market.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
The history of the hotel is really interesting and was evident in the furnishings which, while worn, were good quality. The restaurant was also convenient and beautifully decorated albeit a bit pricey. The location was the real draw- between the light rail and Pike Place, it was a great spot to be for a short visit. If I were staying longer and had more time in the hotel room itself, I would probably find somewhere newer as the rooms definitely need some upgrades to the carpets and bathrooms.
- 5/5
Lovely vintage hotel. Very clean and in a great location. Comfy bed and large, well-appointed rooms. My only minor complaint was the front desk attendant could have been friendlier. He barely made eye contact, and grumbled his way through checking us in without so much as a “hello” or “welcome.” For the price level, I expect a little more hospitality from staff
- 5/5
The motel itself was very nice clean and the restaurant provided lots of good food and quality. The people working there were very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again if we were in that part of the NW.
- 4/5
Location, Restaurant Cost
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
The front desk staff was excellent. We had the pleasure of working with one of the Mayflower Managers at the desk as well as a new hire, both providing professional service. The valet team was excellent - very helpful, organized and friendly. It was an easy location to navigate and get around. Lots to do close by and easy to catch the Link. Can't think of anything, I think the staff worked very hard to assist guests.
- 3.5/5
The hotel didnt respond to my emails
- 3.5/5
It’s a bit tired inside decoration wise
- 4/5
Charm of older style, large room, fabulous location. Eerie history for ghost enthusiasts! Not enough elevators - very slow.
- 4/5
Central location, easy to walk to the Waterfront. Lovely old hotel with great character. Convenient restaurant for breakfast (and dinner if required.) Check-in was slow, as our room wasn't ready at 4pm.
- 4.5/5
Loved the friendly staff, had our room ready long before our check in time. It was more expensive than it should have been, and there is no parking garage unless you valet.
- 3.5/5
Location was very good
- 4.5/5
Location Room was spacious with an armchair to relax in. Comfortable bed. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Staff were helpful. If I am honest, the toilet. It was too low especially for someone like me with bad knees. It looked like a child's toilet.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Lovely hotel with lots of character and charm. Very spacious room. Great location. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
My partner and I loved the Mayflower Park’s elegant feel. It is truly a harkening back to another time when luxury hotels felt warm and inviting. Our only complaint - which is true of vintage properties - was an extremely low toilet in a very small bathroom. Other than that? Lovely! Great bedding with lots of pillows. Our suite was on the corner of the building with lots of windows and plush drapes. Go and enjoy!
- 1/5
I reported the cleanliness issues to the hotel staff, but no action was taken to address the problem during my stay. Given the condition of the room and the lack of response to my complaint, I am genuinely surprised that this hotel is rated as a 4-star property. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
- 3/5
Very dated carpet needs replaced in our room. Looked dirty. Bellman did a good job. Front fest evening shift needs to be trained to answer questions.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
The staff and valets were extremely helpful. We enjoyed all of our meals at Oliver’s and the staff there were most attentive.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay….great location and room. Staff are amazing and make you feel special..
- 5/5
Great property, and great location! Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
The location is great and the staff is wonderful.
- 5/5
Good place
- 3/5
We have been staying at this hotel, several times a year for year 25 years and always loved it. Somehow this visit seemed different and somehow lacking. Not sure how to pinpoint.
- 4/5
I've been staying at the MPH for over 20 years. This last trip, the place felt a bit sad. There were understaffed in every way, from check-in to valet. The staff we did encounter were friendly though managing too many things at once. The first room we had was really run down, though they kindly upgraded us. Overall, we had a good stay, though the decline in service may keep me from coming back.
- 5/5
Great location!!! Easy walking to Pikes Place and most other attractions! Beautifully appointed rooms and a lovely experience all around! Highly Recommend!!!
- 3/5
The hotel was quaint at best. The carpets were very dirty and I found the staff was overly casual. I don’t believe this is a reflection of the staff as it’s more a reflection of the low standards of the hotel. Although the price was average I believe that it was over priced for what it was.
- 5/5
Great room. Clean and big
- 5/5
The location of the hotel was fantastic! Pile Place Market is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Park Place Market has an extraordinary number of food choices and vendors selling numerous items. The Pike Place waterfront also includes the Seattle Acquarium, a park area and waterfront walking trails for strolling. There are a number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as the shopping mall Pacific Place that has an AMC movie theatre and food and shopping, with a sky bridge that leads to Nieman Marcus. Also, the same block where the hotel is located contains the monorail that leads directly to the Seattle Center where the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture (aka Jimmy Hendrix museum) are located. Also, the light rail that leads to the airport (SeaTac) is on the same block (only $3 to the airport). Finally, the hotel is clean and beautifully preserved (it will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027. The rooms are cleaned daily and coffee and water bottles are replenished daily. In conclusion, I am looking forward to a return trip to the Mayflower Hotel and Seattle!
- 3/5
We were there three nights and not once did they clean our room. They kept missing it for some reason and we were out of the room by 10am latest and didn’t have the DND sign on. Maybe just our bad luck. An old hotel with old furniture but maintained okay.
- 4/5
Nice center location and engaging staff, eager to help.
- 5/5
Location is convenient.
- 5/5
Bellhops were on it. Front desk was very polite and welcoming.Shuttle to the cruise terminal was great also.
- 4/5
Would not stay there again given the chance.
- 5/5
Convenient to everything.
- 3/5
Clean room, staff not helpful or unwilling to do the minimum, main restaurant closed, bar/restaurant not properly staffed and could not support the guests, had to leave with out be provided service. Won’t be back at the is hotel.
- 5/5
Clean ,location
- 5/5
My wife and stayed for one night at the Mayflower Park Hotel in downtown Seattle on Memorial Day. This was a neat historic hotel in a very convenient location, right by the Westlake Center monorail station and in easy walking distance to the waterfront and Pike Place Market. The lobby to the hotel was beautiful and provided ample space to hang out. Our room was on the smaller side (as to be expected in such a historic building) but comfortable. We had a good night's sleep there and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this part of downtown Seattle.
- 5/5
The room was great and Oliver’s was amazing.
- 5/5
An older unique well kept hotel. Perfect location just enough to walk in any direction. Attentive staff, warm, quiet, peaceful stay.
- 5/5
The location was perfect for us to explore downtown Seattle within walking distance and the monorail was 1 block away.
- 4/5
The main thing I liked about this historic hotel (yes it’s reaching 100 years milestone next year) is 2 bathrooms in room which we cannot see it in modern day hotel rooms.
- 3/5
We stayed there 2 nights. One pre cruise one post cruise The first night there were 8 of us and we were famished, went to their restaurant .we asked for bread..noone told us there would be a 20 dollar charge for bread. Stayed over.. checked out.. we noticed a 50.00 charge for valet parking .but… We took a cab there. After the cruise we stayed .one night. We got our room which was assigned to us at 330..it was a very nice room. . Next morning we would told there was an upgrade charge. We never upgraded..then the desk person said she hopes we find our suitcase.Had no idea what she was talking about. Were they trying to scam us…not sure. either way we will not stay there again.. buyer beware..check your bill
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Restaurant was good.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms very clean and spacious. Bathrooms rather small but the size of the room made up for it.
- 5/5
Great Location. Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. The bathroom is small (small round toilet, not elongated)--not uncommon for historic buildings. Restuarant Oliver's is great also.
- 5/5
Beautiful well kept classic hotel with nice room size and good restaurant and bar. Service was very good.
- 5/5
Great location! Personable staff.
- 5/5
Clean walkable any where in downtown and same building has other Restarent and monorail
- 5/5
Location
- 4/5
The room was clean but a little outdated. There is a restaurant conveniently located just off the lobby. Only spent one night but it seems to in a good location to shop and dine around there. Staff was friendly and checking in was pretty quick.
- 5/5
Definitely a unique boutique hotel. The hotel staff was helpful and very friendly. Hotel could use some updating a little bit and some repairing, but our room was clean.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff from the restaurant was nice didn’t have breakfast nor use parking
- 5/5
Classic and classy! Officially one of America's best historic hotels. Complete with excellent restaurant/bar.
- 3/5
Nous avons bien aimé l’emplacement au centre-ville. Près de tout à faire à pied. Seulement, nous avons été déçus par le service de restauration de l’hôtel.
- 5/5
Excellent location. We rode the Link train from the airport which landed us close to the Mayflower. With no car, we were able to walk to Pike Market and the monorail (just around the corner) to the Space Needle, Chihuly glass museum, and Museum of Modern Culture. Our room was spacious and (as a huge perk) - had two bathrooms! We did not eat at the restaurant, but the offerings looked varied. Definitely will be staying again.
- 4/5
Had breakfast in restaurant was average
- 4/5
The location is great, if you want to be in the centre of the city, the convention centre and walking distance other than the Public Market. It is a shame Macy's closed, as it leaves a big empty building right across the street. Recommend you drive to Bellevue Square for your shopping fix (a short drive to Bellevue, Washington). Also, although the one restaurant/bar in the hotel is fine, and staff are great, consider booking a table in outside restaurant for more variety.
- 4/5
Pretty good, great location downtown. Wasn’t a fan of the food but i’m weird
- 1/5
There was unexpected payment for each passenger 20 USD also the parking is very expensive.
- 5/5
Really nice property. Lots of character.
- 5/5
My family loved this hotel. It was walking distance to Pike Place Market, Waterfront, coffee shops and other spots. The room was really nice and clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. Definitely would stay again and recommend.
- 5/5
The WiFi was extremely slow in my room, but the front desk swiftly changed me to another room which made my business trip way easier.
- 5/5
Comfortable older hotel great lication
- 5/5
The room was quaint and clean, staff was very courteous and the restaurant/bar was inviting. Overall, we will definitely come back.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The market and Space Needle were in walking distance. I will definitely stay here the next time I come to Seattle.
- 1/5
Smells like a retirement home. The bed is hard as a rock and the price and food are overpriced. Mold in the bathroom and the couch was dirty and smelly. I wouldn't stay here....
- 4/5
Great location, comfortable and quiet rooms.
- 5/5
Central location to everything and shuttle service to cruise ships
- 5/5
Great room and great location. Lots of things to do within walking distance.
- 5/5
Great historic hotel located in a perfect location to access all the best tourist sites.
- 2/5
The hotel needs to change its carpet. I could not sleep the first night. I will not stay there another time. It looks like they are short-staffed. They would not give me a room before 4:00 pm. There were two people at the front desk. One of them was somewhat helpful, and the other one was not.
- 5/5
Great hotel. WiFi is not great. In room power outlets not easy to access.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, excellent location to downtown and the light rail! Always very clean! I love that they offer bathrobes.
- 4/5
The restaurant was operating on a limited menu; we look forward to the return of Andaluca. It's a good value for money, but has quirks.
- 3/5
The hotel was really nice. Staff was great. The water pressure in shower sucked. Valet couldn’t find our car . It took awhile for him to find our car.
- 5/5
Valet team was amazing. Housekeepers were excellent. Charms of an old hotel but clean and well maintained.
- 5/5
I was in Seattle for an overnight and wanted to visit Pike Place Market and a few additional sites. The Mayflower hotel is well suited for adventures, the staff stored my luggage prior to check in and the front desk staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the comfy bed, Oliver's and the morning coffee. Thank you for making my trip extra special.
- 5/5
The room was great and clean. We stayed 2 days before the cruise and with public transportation and walking, were very safe and the sites were very accessible! Great place. They were flexible with check in time. Food at Oliver’s was good.
- 5/5
The hotel is attached to the monorail terminus. The tram stop is nearby. Bus stop outside.Nice restaurant. Friendly staff.

- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Staff great.
- 5/5
Spacious, quiet rooms. Classy hotel close to all Seattle sites.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Close to everything
- 5/5
Great location in Seattle to get out and explore this amazing city. Very nice hotel; we would stay again.
- 4/5
However, they now require an $80 PER NIGHT hold for incientals. For a weeks stay, that is significant. Upon returning home we discovered a $40 charge. I've tried calling several times to confirm what it was for but no one answers. We did not use or touch anything. Only thing we can deduce is it was to hold our bags for 2 hours while we went for lunch. (Only reason we chdcked out early was to help housekeeping as they were doing all the rooms around us). I will update this if it is ever resolved.
- 4/5
The room however requires cleaning and updates. The walls had stains or ?dirt? On the wallpaper, tap in the tub consistently dripped. The size of the room was perfect with a separate living area. It was quiet without street noise. Updating the elevator would be great, however it might be a difficult task due to the age of the historic building. Staffing at the front desk was an issue on checking and check out. Very limited staff in that area.
- 5/5
I did not have breakfast at this location. I did have dinner and it was great. The staff is extremely helpful. When I had a request, they were always ready to help.
- 5/5
The room was clean and tidy and had all that is required. If I stayed in Seattle again I would definitely stay and would recommend. Thanks so much for a wonderful and enjoyable stay in Seattle!
- 4/5
Old world ambiance . Great on site resto - Oliver’s.
- 5/5
Nice Hotel. Old world charm. Had an issue with our first room, shifted us straight away. Great location. Sitting on top of a Light Rail station so easy connection to the Airport.
- 5/5
Chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location to the Link stop. The breakfast area with its huge windows to the street and the friendly servers, and the food, were super.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Really nice old hotel! Great location. Oliver's on property was a cute restaurant. Rooms were well appointed, quaint and clean. We enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
The room was very clean and provided a very comfortable bed! The only negative is that there were very limited electrical outlets which made it very difficult to charge phones and laptop. The only outlets were already being used by the two lamps, mini refrigerator, and tv.
- 5/5
Rooms are sure dated. But clean
- 5/5
The room was clean and neat at a reasonable price. I booked here because of the proximity to the convention center without the cookie cutter feel of the hotels immediately around the convention center. The location is in the middle of restaurants, high end retail, and walking distance to Pike Place Market. I cannot comment about the restaurant as I didn’t get a chance to eat there.
- 2/5
Charged at the end for “destination” and was explained that was this was for water, coffee, which was free. Not happy with that. The valet was great. The waitstaff too. I would not stay there again. Way to $$$$
- 5/5
I had a great room on the second floor. Location is perfect, just a block from the light rail and steps from the monorail.
- 3/5
Comfortable bed Small room Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room on the seventh floor On the expensive side especially against the Australian dollar.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Always a delightful stay while enjoying a few days in Seattle. Oliver's really makes it special.
- 4/5
That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked. Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed. Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling.
- 4/5
Historic property with a lot of charm. Oliver's restaurant/bar is amazing!
- 5/5
and the atmosphere was pleasant. It’s located in a great part of Seattle walking distance from all of the tourist spots.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms and helpful staff.
- 3/5
Walking distance to Pikes Place Market but otherwise a lot of empty shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel very dated and when we arrived no valet in sight and no staff in reception at 5pm - waited almost 20mins for staff member to assist with check in. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Excellent property, from warm and professional check-in, to bar service and meals. A classy number all round with great downtown location. Thank you!
- 3/5
Several pieces of Long black hair in tub and on shower curtain.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, with interesting history. Fabulous location, walking distance to Pike Market and a variety of restaurants. The onsite Oliver’s restaurant has delicious eggs Benedict and amazing cocktails. Convenient shuttle to cruise ports , 15 pp. looking forward to staying again at the end of our cruise.
- 5/5
very nice place to stay!
- 5/5
The room was huge. Everything was clean! Oliver’s was very good
- 4/5
The hotel is a bit worn but well maintained. It’s definitely not your cookie cutter chain hotel, but it has character. Very convenient to Pike’s Market and Mnorail.
- 5/5
Savannah at the front desk was so wonderful. The gentleman at the desk at night found a playlist for us to listen to on the player piano. The valet parking gentleman was so helpful and kind. We loved this place so much. Charming, classy and clean.
- 4/5
Excellent location. No fan in bathroom and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned! Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Excellent hotel in a perfect location and great, helpful staff, near public transport
- 4/5
Staff very accommodating. Does not hesitate to help. Central location. Close to link from and to airport and monorail to space needle. Very clean. The only downside is the noise at night from people on the street and ambulance/ police sirens.
- 4/5
The Manager Mia was great at getting everything straightened out for me when an inexperienced staff person couldn’t perform the check-in. I truly appreciate her and the Valer staff was also very helpful and performed great.
- 5/5
Great classic hotel, really close to downtown spots. Short walk to Pikes Market, monorail to Space Needle next door- super convenient. Restaurant on first floor was really good- loved breakfast there.
- 5/5
Lovely place!
- 5/5
Nice hotel and very good location. Staff were all very friendly
- 5/5
We arrived very late from a delayed Amtrak train. What a blessing to have a 24hr front desk as we were checking in at 2 am. Our room was wonderful and I loved the location. It even has a restaurant. I really enjoyed staying here and i look forward to coming back.
- 3/5
It is in a good location. Staff are nice but the rooms are very outdated.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful staff and great location to everything you need in the city
- 5/5
Perfefct location in downtown Seattle. Welcome drinks and upgraded room. Clean rooms. No kettle in room and no vending machine on-site.
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location for walking to city sights. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was attentive. I love the historic charm of the hotel. I highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great location! We will be back!
- 5/5
Clean simple room, excellent location for downtown access
- 4/5
Lovely hotel not too far to from light train and the tourist sites.
- 4/5
Didn't eat there
- 5/5
Very Clean, Helpful staff, great location, amazing 100 year old history. Updated amenities. Beds were a little small and firm.
- 5/5
The Mayflower Park is a lovely old hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. We had a great stay with everything meeting our high expectations. The staff, including the valets, was exceptional.
- 3/5
Hotel is nice & clean; staff friendly & knowledgeable. Location is central and close to Pike Place, Seattle Center, and several museums are within walkable/reasonable distance. Room was nice. My only two issues were: Nit-picking, but the pillows were flat. The second issue (bigger) was the $20/day "destination fee". I have no idea what it is or why it's charged. Just be aware it exists. Otherwise, I had a fine stay.
- 5/5
Great location. Older building but close to things to do. Totally walkable.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing. Historical, updated hotel in downtown. Very clean and comfy. Close to Pike Place Mkt and public transit. We didn't rent a car, and had no problem getting to the hotel, around town, etc. Shout out to Jo at the front desk. He was awesome. Easy check-in and made us feel welcome. Thanks, Jo!!
- 5/5
Clean room attentive staff
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Great location
- 3/5
The guy that checked us in around 6pm didn’t give us much info and we had no view whatsoever. In the morning, there was a different guy at the counter and I overheard him check in another guest and he was very informative and helpful. I told him that the guy who checked us in last night just gave us our room key card without any info about the amenities.
- 3/5
Room was ok
- 3/5
Good central location to nearby attractions. Older hotel with basic necessities. Staff courteous and attentive. Bathroom a little cramped. Small fridge a plus, but no microwave. Outside street noise noticeable, even from higher floors.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly nice. We also enjoyed the location and how close it was to everything. We will absolutely stay again.
- 3/5
Please note that parking a car here is an extra $90/day so figure that in to your budget! Good location - only about 4 blocks from Pike Place Market and only 2 1/2 blocks to the Light Rail, which was good for us, since we only had a car for one night. The staff were very friendly!
- 3/5
Arriving in Seattle, we were greeted by its signature rain. I was looking forward to exploring the city and heading out to a nice restaurant despite the weather. When we asked the hotel for an umbrella, we were told that none were available because many guests don’t return them. I found this response quite disappointing and somewhat dismissive. For a hotel, it would be far more appropriate to offer a solution—such as lending umbrellas with a deposit—rather than simply turning guests away.
- 5/5
An excellent stay! The hotel is clean and classy, and conveniently located right next to many public transit options. The staff are superbly pleasant and seem genuinely eager to help. The room (Classic single-queen) was decently comfortable, though with some quirks of an older building; the shower pressure was lower than ideal, and some of the power outlets didn’t always work. A highlight of the stay was Oliver’s, the hotel’s restaurant and bar, with its many excellent craft cocktails. Overall a good experience, and I would certainly consider staying again for future Seattle visits!
- 5/5
Our brief stay at the Mayflower was excellent. The location of the hotel, temporary parking out front, the room and amenities suited us. We enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
Would stay there again!
- 5/5
Convenient to everything
- 5/5
Continental breakfast great. Fresh. Parking valet some of the best
- 5/5
Convenient to pikes place, the light rail and top pot doughnuts
- 5/5
Valet parking
- 3/5
Clean and comfortable. We wished that there would have been a small pantry or shop in the lobby to grab last minute drinks/snacks. After a long day, we thought that we would grab dinner at Oliver's restaurant off the lobby. I got a chicken dish and my son got lasagna, no drinks. Our bill was over $100 before tip and the food was just average.
- 5/5
Excellent service, staff was really friendly
- 5/5
Classic hotel with an awesome vibe.
- 5/5
We had a great stay. The hotel iso charming and my family and I loved it. The location to everything was awesome. 5 minute walk to light rail, 6 to the world famous market. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Seattle.
- 5/5
This is a really nice hotel and close to everything. The one glitch was there was no sofa bed. We didn’t realize this until we went to bed. Other than that I enjoyed our stay!

Only downside were the fans on the roof of an adjoining building which were rather noisy
- 5/5
Great ambience, staff, comfy home away from home and highly recommend!
- 4/5
The amenities only include a mini refrigerator with 2 bottles of free water and coffee/tea. There was no microwave or vending machines in the hotel.

Old motel with old furniture. When I checked in, I assumed parking was free. At checkout , clerk ask me how did I want to pay for parking 343.00 3 days. Didn’t go over well! , but seriously old hotel. I’ll stay at newer modern hotel.
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area was great. Five minute walk to Pike's Market.
- 5/5
Clean room and fantastic staff
- 5/5

Awesome experience
- 5/5
Super charming hotel, clean w/ a lot of space. Two bathrooms in the room was a huge plus!
- 5/5
Gorgeous vintage hotel. Great service
- 5/5
We had an amazing time! The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and clean. We can’t wait to go back!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Historic hotel in downtown Seattle. Room was on the small side, but clean with comfortable mattress and towels. Excellent housekeeping staff made up room daily. Starbucks coffee service in the room. The location is excellent, minutes from Pike Place Market, Space Needle, shopping, restaurants and light rail.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and well kept up. Plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room, great service, in heart of downtown.
- 5/5
Good size room. Great location. Staff were bery friendly and approachable.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Gorgeous
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
I liked the history of the Mayflower , everything was clean , well kept . Staff was great to deal with. We will be back !
- 3/5
The room was fine. Bathroom way too small. Milton tall tile grout in tub and tub drain. Service at lunch at Oliver’s poor, no bussing, Steve has negative attitude. Dining room not busy. Better at dinner after 9:00.
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful!
- 5/5
Staff were extremely nice and the hotel was perfect. 2 bathrooms with a family of four 😍😍
- 4/5
The room was nice but the water pressure was very low.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent location next to mall and parade route, security at door made me feel safe, nice checkin host
- 5/5
This was an unplanned stay that resulted from a cancelled flight. We decided to make the most of it and spend the afternoon downtown. A google search led us to the Mayflower and we couldn't have been more pleased with the hotel and the location. Will def stay here again next time I'm in this area.
- 3/5
Rooms are small. No shelf space in bathroom for toiletries. Single pane windows so we got to hear the vehicles with exhaust cutouts racing at night which were very loud, and the rooms were cold near the windows and the floors were cold also. There no information brochures in the room or visible in the lobby. Hotel tried to tack on a daily $20 fee for who knows what and the desk clerk couldn’t tell me either. Would stay elsewhere next trip for sure.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great room,friendly staff
- 5/5
Very cute and well kept facilities
- 5/5
Very welcoming staff, well g drink provided and room was very quiet.
- 5/5
Beautiful building
- 4/5
The room service
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!
- 3/5
There were no adjoining rooms and no one told us ahead of time
- 5/5
The room was great, clean, and the hotel was ideally located. Staff was helpful and courteous.
- 5/5
Great hotel - clean room, really nice staff, close to Pike place, nice views and valet parking was a bonus.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and very comfortable.
- 5/5
It was great
- 5/5
Central location downtown near The Paramount Theatre and Pike Place Market was perfect for my needs.
- 3/5
Better entertainment system would be nice Restaurant was closed due to renovation
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, seemed to be located in the middle of everything.
- 5/5
Excellent location!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
We enjoyed our two night stay at the Mayflower Park Hotel. The room and common spaces were clean and the bed comfortable. We had city views from the windows, which we enjoyed while drinking the complementary coffee each morning. The hotel is within walking distance of Pikes Place Market, many restaurants, and the Sound Transit Link Light Rail (only $3 per person to go to & from the airport.) We also walked to Lumen Field, which was about a 25 minute walk. The hotel is in great shape, considering the age of the building. Every staff person we interacted with was friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Rooms are well-appointed, clean and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Excellent stay in a very spacious, classic hotel. Staff was great. Bed was a little firm for me, but my loved it. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Breakfast great. Nice linens. Could use a bit of a deep clean on floors.
- 5/5
Conveniently location.
- 4/5
The location is fantastic for the price. Those reasons alone are why I would stay again. Rooms are clean but outdated and beat up. Our ceiling had multiple large cracks. Service was iffy - front desk did everything they could to ignore us and hope the other guy would help. They were complaining to each other openly. Room service, however, super kind and great. Oliver’s was super kind and great service. Kid friendly space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Most nicest vallet guys i have ever met - polite and helpful. Concierge are not as
- 5/5
All staff great helpful friendly. Lillian at front desk was super helpful and friendly. She’s a star! First time here and liked the spacious room. Comp rollaway was nice. Excellent location for walking to pike place and bell town. 1 block to light rail. Thank you ! I’ll be back soon.
- 2/5
Hotel is old. Walls are thin and can head everything in rooms next door. Smelly. This place is terrible! Service at front desk was OK albeit one person was quite grumpy.
- 5/5
Jacuzzi suite was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great atmosphere in the bar. Wish it was doggie friendly though
- 5/5
Great, older, well preserved hotel. Very friendly and quiet.
- 4/5
There was a lot vm
- 1/5
This hotel charges a $20USD "DESTINATION FEE". Absolutely deceptive. For super slow Wifi? Then they tell you there are two (tiny) bottles of water complimentary in the room. Uh...not complimentary. They are $10 a bottle via the "Destination Fee". We stay in Seattle 10 to 15 times a year, and won't be back to this hotel given this rediculous fee and the deceptive way of charging it. Just put it in the room price, yeesh.
- 5/5
Spotless room, kind staff, very quiet, super convenient to train and monorail stations.
- 5/5
Every single worker we came into contact was wonderful! Extremely pleasant. Ate dinner at Oliver’s and the roasted chicken was delicious! The location is great easy to catch monorail to the center walk to restaurants, cafe, shopping. The elevator is secure the room was clean. Next stay I need a view!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. That’s why we keep coming back.
- 5/5
Wonderful, big rooms
- 5/5
Nice room. Convenient location. Good restaurant.
- 5/5
Bed was cozy. Great view from the room. Dinner at the restaurant was yummyyy~~
- 5/5
The staff goes above and beyond and is very active in assisting you with your needs. Also has a freat cocktail bar inside
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and excellent location.
- 5/5
Very kind staff! Very comfortable room!
- 5/5
Old time elegant hold over from a slower, privileged time.
- 5/5
Spotless, I slept like a baby. Staff was courtesy and professional
- 5/5
Loved it so much we cancelled other reservation and stayed here 2 more nights on our return trip.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent, for me it was the location 👍
- 4/5
Hotel is conveniently located but little dated facilities. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors room.
- 5/5
Rooms and location is amazing
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay here. However, I would recommend that the hotel have two people working at valet parking as we waited 20 minutes for our car once we handed the valet our ticket. The $55 parking fee seemed quite expensive, and we will look at other transportation/parking options for our next stay.
- 4/5
Nice room, good location, Oliver’s is a nice small bar/resturant.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was terrific!
- 5/5
This hotel exceeded all expectations! From the elegant design to the top-notch service, it was a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!
- 3/5
Nice hotel, great room with view. Check in by individual was borderline rude. Didn’t ask about my upgrade and could barely say hello.
- 5/5
Front desk gentleman was wonderful. Great room!
- 5/5
King suite is lovely! Comfy, cozy bed in a separate room. Lots of space, two bathrooms, robes, and two corner views of the city. The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic!! And our eggnog cocktail at Oliver’s was delish.love the location, easy to walk to all downtown activities (Seahawks game, pubs, restaurants, shopping)…and the holiday decorations in the hotel and all around the vicinity are gorgeous!
- 5/5
Courteous and helpful staff, comfortable and well appointed room, quiet halls, beautiful lounge areas and convenient location with indoor access to the monorail.
- 4/5
little outdated
- 5/5
Super comfy and cozy. The hotel was really pretty. Be prepared to take the stairs to get in and out. We waited 15 min to take the elevator just for another couple to jump in front of us and pretend not to see us as the door closed. Each time the elevator opened it was packed like sardines. There’s also no ATM so bring cash for tips.
- 4/5
Everything was great expect the shower wasn’t the nicest and the switch between the faucet and the shower head didn’t work very well.
- 4/5
Bad reception. A very ridiculous resort fee because of the lobby? Hotels.com keeps putting 4 stars to a 3 stars … just to justify a price. Seattle is overrated.
- 5/5
Room was great- large and clean. Staff was great at check in. Valet service was very impressive
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet and lovely staff
- 4/5
Great location. Close to the light rail and the monorail as well as walking distance to pikes place.
- 5/5
Staff-Richard
- 2/5
There was no free breakfast. In fact there was no breakfast at all. There restaurant Oliver’s was only open in the evening and menu was extremely limited for the price. Overall not a great value for the price
- 3/5
I enjoyed the hotel. But 2 problems. The shower water was lukewarm. And the neighborhood was very loud. Sirens all night. I have stayed here many times. Never a problem with sirens. It's like Seattle emergency vehicles changed their response route. In any event, I can't stay here again. Too noisy.
- 5/5
Quaint historic hotel. Wonderful location so we walked everywhere. Staff are very friendly. Oliver’s Restaurant in the hotel had a delicious cocktail, ambiance and breakfast menu we enjoyed.
- 5/5
Your menu was very limited at the time I was there. the room was very confortable and quiet
- 5/5
We were happy with our entire experience
- 5/5
We had breakfast elsewhere
- 1/5
Room was dated. Front desk staff grossly miss informed about parking. Said it was complementary and it cost is 90usd. If we would have known we would have parked somewhere else.
- 4/5
Staff was THE BEST! Room clean.
- 5/5
this was my second time staying here and I enjoyed it again. it is centrally located and reasonably priced, clean and friendly.
- 5/5
I loved this place. Comfortable room with armchair and two bathrooms, very good price. My yogurt parfait breakfast was topped with their own ground hazelnuts, lots of fruit, delicious. Staff really helpful
- 5/5
Clean room | Staff | Breakfast | Business-friendly
- 3/5
There were no food service on site. The young man checking us in was distracted and of limited assistance. Room was nice and clean.
- 4/5
It was expensive. It was small. The workout room was very tidy. It was in a good location. I took it on another person suggestion that was already staying there. I’m not sure I would stay again but it’s a nice place.
- 5/5
Room spotless, friendly staff, good food
- 5/5
Overall, the customer service was excellent! The room was comfortable and good enough for me.
- 3/5
Rooms are on small side. Staff was mostly friendly. No microwave in room.
- 5/5
Good location, nice staff
- 5/5
comfortable
- 2/5
Extra charges for parking and some other B.S charge. Not vry patron friendly and loud. Workers st 8 in the morning
- 5/5
What a beautiful hotel!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our repeat visit to the Mayflower Park Hotel. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
We will come back!
- 5/5
Spacious room with nice touches (robes for guest use)…great service and a super helpful staff!
- 4/5
Great location. Walking distance to Public Market Center; Light railway station to go to Space Needle and train to the airport is right around the corner.
- 5/5
While their location is excellent (central to everything in Seattle) this hotel stood out for another reason. They are one of the rare hotels that offers rooms with 2 bathrooms but at a reasonable price (not much more than a standard room with 1 bathroom).
- 2/5
They charged me $40 for amenities. I did not know that I will have to pay this while checking out.
- 3/5
Parking fee was very expensive! Almost as much as the room rate
- 3/5
Valet was way overpriced. $50 plus multiple fees total price $85 a day
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, lots of character.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Dining room staff is great and friendly. I had breakfast a couple days and it was fabulous. Bartender knew his wine and so that was fun to talk about. Doorman was friendly and helped call a taxi for me for the airport. Try that option before Uber as it can be $$$. I think I saved $20-$30 by doing the taxi. Only negative feedback is miscommunication between the front desk and maintenance. There was an issue with my bathtub not draining and the person from housekeeping was able to resolve it and I asked the front desk to cancel the maintenance person that would be coming up a few hours later as I didn’t want anybody in my room unnecessarily. They said they would relay the message, but that never happened as someone did come in the room while I was away. I also had left the Privacy sign on the door and they still went in. :-/
- 5/5
Cozy. Clean. Quiet. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Everything was very nice, staff was great. The room was a little warm for me.
- 4/5
The room amd staff were fantastic.
- 5/5
very clean rooms, amazing staff and great location!
- 4/5
Everyone was very friendly. The valet parking was pricy and the room temperature was pretty warm despite turning down the thermostat significantly
- 5/5
Great staff, they worked to let me check in early, clean rooms, beautiful hotel, excellent service. Great location in Seattle, walking distance to Pike Place Market.
- 5/5
Availability of a fridge and a fan. Thank you
- 4/5
We absolutely loved this hotel! We had a quiet and lovely room, the hotel is centrally located and made for a perfect anniversary retreat! Our quibble was that there was a service charge of $20 per night, which was added at checkout to automatically added to cover "free" coffee and bottled water. We wish this charge was included in the base price as it felt disingenuous to tack on at checkout.
- 5/5
Very gracious, elegant lobby, classic interior
- 5/5
We stayed at the Mayflower Park Hotel as part of a two week trip. The staff, doormen, front desk and housekeeping were gracious and kind. Our room was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The location is close to many restaurants, public transportation and shopping.
- 5/5
The Mayflower Park is the perfect combination of casual and elegant. Wonderful staff and truly excellent food and room service which I feel like no hotels are doing well anymore.
- 5/5
Great location in downtown Seattle in a historic old building. The Martinis in the lounge were great!
- 5/5
The room and hotel was clean front of staff was also very helpful
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Great location, wonderful staffs the bathroom needs a little bit update
- 3/5
Hated it!
- 5/5
Very nice place... old fashioned and well kept
- 4/5
Beautiful old hotel. Gracious. As a historic hotel, there is a little wear and tear around the edges. The rooms were clean, bathrooms spotless. Not as many amenities as a more modern hotel, but fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning, complimentary water bottles in the room, fabulous bar and restaurant. Great location!!!
- 5/5
The evening valet and the morning front desk
- 5/5
It was a great experience, here is my breakdown…. Check in- the gentleman that checked us in seemed to be less impressed that he was at work that day. Nothing he did was rude however, his overall demeanour was Laza fair. Our room – exactly what we expected queen size bed desk, two chairs, table, and TV. The toilet is incredibly low so if you have mobility issues that should be something to seriously think about.
- 4/5
Clean room, great housekeeping
- 4/5
Nice stop
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent customer service at the desk checking into the room.
- 5/5
We love staying here. Always attentive We love the jacuzzi spa room it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Another reason is Monica at Oliver’s She above and beyond. We not always try to visit if we stay over but even if we are just in the area. She always takes care of us knows our order. Last night we didn’t get back until about closing and she still made sure we got our usual to take to our room. She’s great. I appreciate too I wasn’t feeling great and we got late check out I so appreciate it. Even that hour helped a lot. Breakfast with room service was great great communication and right on time and delicious
- 5/5
This hotel is very charming and the location is amazing. Easy access to the monorail and lightrail, Pike Place Market, and the Seattle Waterfront. It was the loveliest spot for a staycation.
- 5/5
Nice large rooms and very friendly staff. Work highly recommend
- 5/5
Please fix the elevator!
- 3/5
Rooms are old and a little run down. Only one elevator was working and it was very small and slow
- 5/5
Charming spot on the heart of downtown
- 4/5
Older boutique hotel, quaint and friendly. Desk gave us a small gift of Cho
- 3/5
Room smelt like cigarettes
- 1/5
Fix the elevator. Slowed down my entire visit
- 5/5
Sorry I didn’t have the opportunity to have breakfast
- 4/5
The bed was very comfy and the staff were all excellent. The building is slightly outdated but there is some charm. During my stay, one elevator was not functioning so there was some wait time involved with leaving and arriving. The location is incredible, close to the westlake center station and very walkable to all of downtown seattle. Its also close to enterprise for those needing to rent a car. All in all, a very good stay.
- 4/5
Room was very tired and dated. The restaurant was excellent. We wanted to enjoy the ball game at night in the bar but no TV!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the elegance and historical feel of this hotel; rooms were clean & cozy and enjoyed the lobby with morning coffee. From the cleaning folks to valets to front desk, the staff here was not only top notch but also friendly. The property is perfectly situated for walking to Pike's Market, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
excellent stay
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised.
- 5/5
Clean room. B
- 5/5
We had a very nice room, with quiet surroundings. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when asking questions.
- 3/5
The room was fine, nothing fancy, kind of dated. The valet staff was very rude to the point of telling my husband to sit and wait.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Clean room, good amenities and good location. One of the elevators was not working but that's not the hotel's fault. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Elevator service a little spotty. Cannot comment on breakfast as not included with our room. Convenient to transport and dining a Pike Place.
- 5/5
Beside issues with one of the elevators not working, our stay here was very pleasant. Our room was minimal, clean & quiet. We were able to walk to a lot of different areas. As well as got lucky with being able to check in early. The hotel was also accommodating by holding our bags after check out so that we could head to a tour before flying out later that day. Overall the friendly staff & central location would be reasons to stay again.
- 1/5
Rooms are very outdated and rough. Staff was not very helpful or nice.
- 5/5
Great historic building in great location.
- 5/5
Great location, very friendly staff and super cute hotel.
- 3/5
Very small room and bathroom. Very clean and classy hotel, bat lacks modern amenities. Lounge area, a half stairway off the lobby, was stiflingly hot in the morning while the sitting area in the lobby was too cold. Central location in the city was good and walking distance to Pike's Market, restaurants and entertainment venues was convenient.
- 4/5
The room was comfortable, the towels were large and was within a comfortable walk to our venue.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Clean room, much more spacious than we were expecting. Great location on foot and/or with local transit options.
- 4/5
Convenient to downtown and Pike Market. Didn't use most of the facilities. Room was comfortable. Elevator was very slow - only one operating.
- 5/5
room was just what I needed
- 4/5
Nice large rooms, dining is expensive and there was not much around for dining options, especially breakfast. Lots of homeless people around on drugs. Transport links were really close.
- 5/5
There were pretty good restaurants within walking distance. It was convenient for walking to the piers. Easy to take the train to the space needle. I like staying in old hotels that are unique to the area and not a chain. And I know that means that I take a chance on condition but this one was very well kept up. All the staff were friendly and our room was nice! We were pleased that they had a connecting restaurant, café, and bar. The bar was fun to sit at and chitchat with the bartender.I know it’s nothing that the hotel can do but I hated all the homeless around you could tell that they were all on drugs. I also know that when you stay in a downtown area in a small building you will hear sirens and that was the noise. I would stay here again but just try to get higher up or on a different side of the building.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Received an early check in, which was so great; as we had a very early arrival. Front desk seems a bit overwhelmed.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with a family. Great walking location and large room. Area around the property isn’t great. Many homeless, saw drugs being used and a woman threatening to shoot someone.
- 5/5
Loved staying here! Great location with easy access to transpiration options. Staff was great.
- 5/5
Great location, very clean facility, excellent TEAM.
- 5/5
We went to a concert in town. Room was lovely, love the bar and restaurant
- 4/5
Classic hotel with beautiful ironwork. Rooms are comfortable and bedding clean. However there was a strong mildew/mold smell particularly strong in hallways. Less strong in the room, but triggered a sore throat and sneezing.
- 4/5
Great location, hotel is dated but the bed and room was comfortable. Would stay here again as you can’t beat the location.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel
- 4/5
Great.
- 5/5
Great older hotel , very central to all tourist activities. Walking distance to all major attractions and hotel staff very helpful.
- 4/5
Clean Room; wish they had bigger TV in open area downstairs to watch sports
- 5/5
Air conditioning was too cool, so turned it off.
- 3/5
Older vintage hotel with old world charm. Unfortunately room 405 had a leaky shower faucet, room was too cold/heat didn’t work and there’s an eye level view of the building’s mechanicals and giant fan. Staff was helpful, esp valet parking- convenient to walk to the Moore Thestre. Close to many of the downtown sights.
- 5/5
Even though the hotel clearly caters to a more well-heeled crowd than I, I never once was made to feel awkward or odd. Every person that I spoke to/dealt with was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Extra special shout outs to Hezekiah and Richard at the concierge for tolerating my incessant questions/requests with grace, and Sebastian and Jessie at the valet, for always having a friendly smile, helpful suggestion, or just general encouragement. Oh, and Alvin (?) in engineering who sprang to my aid. I would 100% stay here in the future if I'm ever afforded the opportunity. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and impeccably kept. Yes, it is an older hotel, so if your looking for something more tech forward, perhaps look somewhere else, but for those that appreciate the old world class of a boutique European style hotel, definitely check this out. I did check out the fitness room, which was actually a lot bigger than I expected, but I didn't use it because I walked all over that beautiful city!! 11/10. No notes!!
- 5/5
Excellent location and beautiful hotel. Great valet service
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and was a great walkable distance from things to do.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and start exploring the city.
- 3/5
Desk clerk was horrible.
- 5/5
Great property with a kind staff and Oliver's Restaurant did not disappoint. Cheers
- 5/5
Good size room, convenient location for the cruise port. Used the restaurant and had a lovely meal (better than any on cruise ship)
- 5/5
A nice hotel and very conveniently close to Pike Place Market! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
Just little old , but very classic hotel I will stay next time as well!!!
- 4/5
The property is very well located for both the downtown shopping and the waterfront attractions. It is also well located to use the light rail transit to get to and from the airport and both the baseball and football stadiums. The closest station is at most 2 blocks away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although an older property it has been well maintained.
- 4/5
The property is extremely well located to explore the center of Seattle and the water front. It is only two blocks from the Seattle light rail transit station that connects directly to the airport. Very convenient. The hotel is an older property but kept in excellent condition. The staff were for the most part, very friendly.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable convenient and helpful staff
- 5/5
Traditional hotel making a welcome change from bland, corporate chains. Friendly staff and spacious, well equipped and comfortable suite. Excellent restaurant and bar. Great location with adjacent shopping and transport connections.
- 3/5
The lady who checked us in was fantastic, very friendly and gave us an early check in. The staff are hit and miss though, some bordering on rude, especially the guy I called to ask about tea and coffee - very blunt and not professional. The rooms are clean and beds comfy, however the pillows are very thin once you put your head down. No milk for tea and coffee, just powdered creamer. Some of the lamps flickered on and off and didn’t seem safe. Overall an average stay and not worth the minimum of £200 per night they charge. I stayed here about 7 years ago and things have gone downhill a bit. Good location to Pike Market.
- 3/5
I chose this hotel because reviews said the food was good. They have a new chef. The hotel was clean, carpets pretty, the room tiny
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Hotel was fully booked so didn’t get a very good room and was a little noisy near the outside fans. The staff were friendly enough though and the room was clean. The bed was a little on the firmer side but was comfortable. Expensive for what you get but £200 per night seems to be the going rate throughout the USA at the moment unfortunately.
- 5/5
Centrally located
- 4/5
The bar closed at 10pm (or just before) so we just about made it. Thank you for a great experience.
- 5/5
Very close to pike market and water front park area
- 5/5
Location is great. Dated hotel but good for historical reasons.
- 3/5
Seattle has done a good job in cleaning up this area however we returned to the hotel after our event and the restaurant/ bar was closed. No other restaurant were open. Were directed to a bar a block away with ,”it’s kind of a dive but okay. “ which was true and it was an okay experience. Not blaming the Mayflower but Seattle has lost some of its sparkle.
- 3/5
Staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of one evening bartender. Location was good not a far walk from Pike Place Market.
- 5/5
Lovely stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. A few areas of the hotel could do with a small refurbishment, such as barstools. Good location to get out and about around town. Represented good value for money.
- 5/5
Grand old historic hotel in the heart of the city. My queen room was small but was fine. Good housekeeping! Oliver’s, a bar in the hotel, makes incredible martinis!
- 5/5
Older building that has been somewhat updated
- 5/5
Lovely historic hotel with great location.
- 1/5
The Mayflower Hotel was not as advertised. The room was tiny, mold in shower, decrepit bedside tables, and worst of all, we turned the AC on for 25 minutes and my girlfriend and I both had terrible coughs. The AC filters must not have been changed in years. Woman at the front desk who checked us in was not the nicest, and the valet took 35 minutes to bring our car out upon checking out. I would not recommend this place.
- 4/5
Great location…close to Pike Pace, Lake Union neighborhood, etc. We felt safe, including late at night after attending a concert. Lots of improvements underway downtown, which is awesome. Dinner at their restaurant, Oliver’s, was excellent.
- 5/5
Beautiful historic property. Excellent service and perfect location.

The lifts were difficult as only two and at peak times were taken up by staff and large trolleys. We had to wait for 4 lifts to pass before we could get in with our luggage. Restaurant breakfast was ok but only 2 staff and took ages to get all our table served and additional coffees etc. Enjoyed but would probably not return.
- 3/5
Good location as you are close to the light rail and attractions, however, the hotel was very outdated, if you don’t mind a vintage old style hotel, then this will be OK, rooms did smell a little musky as a carpet is probably 50+ years old

We had a wonderful stay at the Mayflower! Excellent room w a view of Seattle on the 7th floor and a huge comfortable corner suite! The room was serviced dailey. Bell hop in and out — nice bar/restaurant w a nice easy menu. Walking everywhere you want to go! Would definitely stay again —

Good location. Old fashioned stuff!!!

My shirt was stained from a dirty iron but they changed the iron immediately and provided dry cleaning to fix the issue. Satisfied stay.

Level of kindness and hospitality was exceptional. Rooms were very quiet, clean and well-maintained. Overall a wonderful stay.

Comfortable accommodations with good access to area attractions and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room.

Staff was great!
- 5/5
The employee who brought our bags to our room was fabulous! He helped us later getting in touch with a parking garage that closed up 3 hours earlier than posted, trapping our car.
- 5/5
Beautiful historic hotel right in the middle of the action. Oliver’s Bar is a lovely spot to have Happy Hour and watch the world go by through the large floor to ceiling windows.

Old but charming building. Updates were sufficient that outlets and lights were available wherever they were needed. The entire staff was helpful and friendly! Would stay here again the next time we're in town!

Wonderful stay and the staff was top notch! Super close to a bunch of coffee shops, shopping and the Market. Highly recommend!

Room was small
- 1/5
Terrible customer service at the hotel's restaurant, staff just ignored us after standing there waiting to be seated for 5 mns so we left. Staff not friendly or helpful at the front desk. Housekeeping was a lot nicer and friendlier. Room was clean but not likely to stay there again.
- 5/5
Wonderful nights sleep. Room was spotlessly clean.
- 5/5
A very nice staff.
- 5/5
The room was set up well. The bathroom needed an exhaust fan. The lobby needed a refillable water station.
- 3/5
Location of the Hotel was good, everything was walkable. The hotel itself is looking tired. Our room was spacious but bathrooms need updating. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel. It was in a good location walkable and we felt safe. The staff was amazing and the property very nice.

excellent food in bar/lounge

Lovely location

The Mayflower Park Hotel is a carefully restored historic hotel with the charm and the elegance of an earlier era. The lobby is spacious and comfortable for meeting other friends staying in the hotel or for groups going on a tour. The residential rooms are secured by room key validation on the elevator. The rooms are a reasonable size and well-appointed with furniture that fits an historic hotel. The bathroom was exceptionally well-laid out.

Such a beautiful hotel . I loved it cause it so vintage .

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Close to market and docks. Really liked this place for my first visit to Seattle.
- 5/5
Just blocks away from the major tourist attractions and in the center of shopping and nightlife
- 5/5
Downtown, with easy access to the transportation system including high-speed rail and buses. It is possible to walk indoors from the hotel lobby to the train station as well as to the Westlake Shopping Center. Very convenient!
- 5/5
Great hotel and staff! Super clean rooms with a nice view. Was totally shocked to discover that our room had TWO full sized bathrooms!! Booked a double queen room for a girls trip to go to a concert and was not expecting that!!! So that was a nice surprise!!
- 4/5
nice room but no shelving in bathroom and no hooks anywhere
- 5/5
Hotel is a bit dated and could you some refreshing BUT it is still lovely and perfectly situated near all the Seattle attractions. I will be back
- 3/5
Quite dated and bathroom was tiny. Homeless people nearby.
- 3/5
Stay here if you like an old dirty hotel.
- 4/5
What a great location...close to the light rail and the monorail as well as many other downtown sites. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and food was delicious. The front desk staff didn't seem to enjoy the hospitality aspect of their jobs.
- 4/5
One of the big perks is that the hotel itself is not massive. No matter what room you are in, you are not going to have a long hike to get to your room as there are not that many rooms were floor. That being said, the property is not really set up for tons of people. There are two elevators, both pretty small, and they are not the quickest. The room itself was spacious and clean. We needed an extra bed and the staff accommodated us with a rollaway. The main reason we chose the Mayflower was its proximity to Seattle's awesome railway system. One of the main hubs, Westlake, is literally across the street from the hotel. However, be advised. I used Google Maps to navigate us to the hotel from the station and it told us to take exit B out of Westlake Station. However, that exit is tied to the Westlake shopping center and the doors are locked when the shopping center is closed. We found that even when the doors were unlocked you could not really exit. Take the C exits instead. While the downtown location is convenient, it does also mean more noise (even at night) and interaction with unhoused people, some of whom clearly have mental health issues. It does take a bit of caution to navigate and you are likely to see more butt cracks than you bargained for. But on the flip side, there are countless coffeehouses nearby.

Clean, well maintained historic hotel with modern amenities. Great staff, good value (for Seattle) and great location. Can't go wrong.

The hotel was a historic hotel. The room was tidy, bed was comfortable, sights were walkable. Close to shopping and the Pike Place Market. Had a great stay in Seattle.

Central to everything. Link light rail next door, so easy transportation to/from the airport and to other places. Large room with 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Great all round hotel. Didn't eat at hotel but bar area etc looked lovely.

very nice room large closet comfy bed

We reserved a classic queen and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our room to find a deluxe king!
- 5/5
The service was excellent and although a bit thread worn, the accomodations were clean and well appointed.

Charming historical property
- 5/5
The lady who welcomed us at the front desk was friendly and informative. Very clean hotel, love the updated yet vintage vibes. Delicious food and friendly staff in restaurants. Only complaint was the front desk person at check out. Not the most friendly guy.

I found someone else’s dirty shorts under our bed when we were packing up to leave.

Quaint classy hotel. Love it
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room is beautiful.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel. The room was great and the restaurant was delicious.
- 4/5
Seattle is rough downtown. Everything closes by 5 pm.
- 5/5
Pike Market Place was walking distance from the Hotel. You have plenty of dining options at the market place and on your way to market place. Plenty of shops nearby. I felt safe walking around after sunset. It was perfect place to stay the day before my cruise.
- 5/5
Excellent property!

Great spot
- 5/5
Lovely breakfast. My only irritation is that when we checked in, the room was not ready. We were early, but they promised to give us a call or text when the room is ready. We never got our call. We just had to show up to get the room. Communication could have been better
- 3/5
Tiny bathroom, rooms and property didn’t feel updated, had to take cold shower on last day because they were doing maintenance and didn’t inform us hot water would be shut off, walls paper thin, didn’t have water available downstairs after first night because they “ran out of cups” and I guess couldn’t find any for 3 days? Good location.
- 4/5
We had a really nice room with a separate living area. Great views and quiet.
- 5/5
I wanted to experience Seattle. This hotel is right by Westlake and makes everyplace accessible. Thank you.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with convenient options for dining and general shopping. Great view from the 12th floor.
- 5/5
Great food at Oliver’s. The gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming. The decor may be dated 1980s-1990s, but clean and in great condition, and we loved it. It’s a gem of a hotel in a perfect location.
- 4/5
Building is beautiful but overpriced. At the rate I paid, I would have expected a food voucher for breakfast. When I asked questions/directions about sights and transportation, the staff could not answer them. When you work in a tourist area, you should have info available about your city. The reason I chose this hotel was because of its location to sights and easy access to public transportation. They did at least have a map so I could try to navigate my way to places.

Nice
