Room was cold. Asked for a blanket and given a sheet. Had to call desk on second day because NO toilet paper. Asked housekeeper and she had no idea what I was saying. Had asked for accessibility room because husband is 93 with a cane but they couldn’t even find regular room. Put us halfway to back. Back door was closer than front door. Breakfast was good and plentiful. No garbage or towels picked up during entire stay. If we have to go to Seattle again, will not choose this hotel.

Breakfast was same for all 3 days, but had enough veriety to choose from. Good dining space. Swimming pool, gym was not usable at all. Good vending machine for coffee and tea and water in reception area. Free shuttle bus to SEA was nice. Overall good stay.

There was one elevator by the lobby which took us up to our floor. The hallway was shabby. The carpet is well past needing to be replaced. While walking to our room I noticed a room number plaque was missing on a door, and they had replaced it with hardware store mailbox numbers. So classy. We found our room, and I looked down the hall past it to another elevator that was clearly broken and had blue painters tape masked across the doors in an "X" to indicate that it was broken. The room appeared to have been renovated in the last few years, and it was clean and decent. Except that we needed to go to bed early, as we had to leave around 3am to catch an early flight. When we crawled into bed at 8pm, we found out that there are NO blackout curtains in our room. So, we did the best we could to sleep with light coming through the windows.

Would of been nice to update that the pool, hot tub and sauna aren't in use. Bed was super comfy and next door casino has great bartender and food..

Everything was great except for the front desk in the morning named John The front desk on the overnight shift or graveyard shift the guy wasn’t very nice and helpful. His name is John.

Don’t expect much. The hotel is very dated. The hallway stank. They try to cover up the smell with some type of scent that made it worse. The door didn’t even have bottom trims to cover up the gap, I could literally see out into the hall. The pool wasn’t even clean and it was literally summer already. There was no room cleaning service whatsoever. Had to call them for towels. The bathroom was dirty found ants and spiders just chillin in there. Overall I would never stay again. Spend a little more money and get yourself a better hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It was close to lots of restaurants and the mall.

Room was in serious need of repair.entry door strike plate was falling off, shower rod was hung so crocked the shower curtain wouldnt stay closed. Bathroom sink top burn marks.

Was still under construction rehab during our stay they were rehabing room next door well into the night. Walls are very thin.

I want to point out Beza in front desk during the morning, she is the most helpfull hotel staff Ive met in years. She helped us out time an time again, she needs to be the Manager of the place. Also, they have complementary shuttle to and from the airport. 10/10

Quick access with courtesy shuttle to the mall where you have a. Lot of food options. It’s also 15 min from the airport and and about two miles from the tukwila train station and from there you can ride the train to the airport, downtown Seattle area, space needle. They have a courtesy shuttle to the airport also. The newly renovated rooms was great. They haven’t finish the renovations and the price is very reasonable. They have hot breakfast( eggs/ sausages/waffles). They have a self service washer/dryer. Overall it is. Great place to stay at. They also have a casino right next to the hotel and the have a restaurant there.

Did not get room I had reserved, given a smaller room for same price, bathroom was extremely small. Pool and hot tub were disgusting, and closed. Vending machine worked every other cc swipe. So paid $ for a pop. Is on my personal list of avoid this one.

The room was so cold, I tried to get a hold of housekeeping, but no one answered. Would have been nice if the room had an extra blanket, the TV did not work either.

rooms did not smell clean, they smelled like if they had been vacant for a long time. there was a lot of spider webs in the sink and spiders aswell.

Room needed upkeep and fixing. Mirror was held up by a screw. Shower rod was loose and slanting down. Curtains has rips and holes. Stains on the rugs. Fridge and extra sink was nice.

Also when entering the room that night there was a large spider on the wall greeting us. We will never return to this hotel.

Room was what we expected ( clean, plenty of towels). But the only complaint is there is not enough electrical outlets to plug up your devices especially if there are two persons with multiple devices ( iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad etc). Desk personnel was very helpful with all the information that needed to be relayed.

The room was great. Very clean. Staff was very helpful in providing me with charging cord for my electronics. Location is perfect for catching the train to Seattle as was my case. Train stop is 3 minutes away. Will definitely come back.

The front desk did not give any instructions on WiFi and actually called our room at 11:30 the next morning asking if we were aware of the check out time at noon. Completely inappropriate.

Room was spacious but worn, wall paper was peeling, cutains had rips, walls had bubbling paint and chunks missing and beat up around the sink and shower. Was ok but def worn. At least the LOUD LOUD music at 1am got handled after a call to the front desk. Staff was pleasant, lobby was very nice, breakfast was decent and never ran out of anything.

It is a old hotel, with old rooms and as an example TV that only does analog. You only get housekeeping if you go to the front desk and demand it. Nice lobby, but the rooms look like from the 70's. The free breakfast was actually better than expected although the same thing day after day. Some of the staff is nice, although English is a second language. One morning someone that I presume is homeless was getting the free breakfast as they don't check and then tried to take two hands full with him.

The room was not cleaned and they said sorry but the cleaning staff had already left. This was unacceptable and did not reflect well on the management of the property.

Lots of homeless trailing around the parking lot don't feel safe leaving your car there let alone walking to the hotel. Hotel is to Star at best . Maybe 1.5. Haven't seen such an outdated rooms and TV since 1990s

Very convenient and comfortable stay for an overnight trip before a cruise. The free shuttle and breakfast were a great service that made it easy. Older hotel but very nicely kept and nice bed and pretty area.

The property was 12 miles from downtown with outrageous rates to get there. A roundtrip to the pier cost $140 from their shuttle. Had to stay at property with no working pool, no working hot tubs (2) and nothing to do. Great breakfast and great food at attached casino. Room was clean but older. Would not recommend. Only spent one night. It was a good option for price point. Conveniently located near Mall and SEA airport.

Everything was adequate. However, breakfast options at the hotel were very limited. There was a Fred Meyer store nearby and an Elmer's restaurant with was just okay. Also, there is an adult store right next door which makes me uncomfortable and not likely to stay there again. We were approached by a beggar in the parking lot. The outdoor pool was very small and located in the parking lot walked off from a very busy intersection which also made for a noisy room. Not a big fan.

Shower drain needs cleaning out; one of the receptacles by the bed had A LOT of play and my CPAP would not stay plugged in. There was a big chance of arcing and possibly a fire. They provided a shuttle to and from the airport, but it took the evening staff 10 to 15 minutes to answer the phone. This was not a one time occurrence.

Yes, the airport shuttle was great. Driver was "10!" Nerves of steel in the heavy traffic. He was friendly, comical, and kind. Very patient with the elderly! (Me!) My room was 117 on main floor. Clean, quiet and comfy bed. Good tv and strong internet. Irene and Robert on front desk, very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was better than some hotels. There was something for everyone. It was tidy and spacious. Front desk arranged third party shuttle to cruise ship for me so no need to return to airport for a shuttle. Less costly than shuttle from airport to cruie ship. I had a good supper in the casino.attached to the hotel. It was a Sunday and they had an all day happy hour menu which was excellent as was the service. I'd stay here again. Location is good and neighbourhood wasn't "sketchy" or neglected.

I left the hotel early Sunday morning to spend the day visiting my brother in Portland. When I returned Sunday night my door to my room was unlocked!!! The front desk said the handle did not engage. They sent maintenance to repair it but NEVER gave an explanation as to why it was like that in the first place. This said the hotel would refund a portion of my money. I left monday 9/22 at 5:39 am the shuttle driver was late. I have not heard from them since. Would I stay there again, or recommend the hotel? Absolutely NOT! BTW it needs a complete remodel and update.

I booked a night before a cruise. I trusted the pictures of the property and the Ramada reputation. However, I found an old, poorly kept hotel with dirty rugs all over. Breakfast ok. Service ok. Shuttle ok. If you are looking in the area, I suggest Embassy or Marriots that looked much better.

Hotel was under construction and dirty. We came for a staycation and pool. But the pool was so cloudy and dirty and gross looking we couldn’t use it. Hallways and room stink of way too much air freshener which made my asmatic partner very uncomfy with. Breathing… then we were excited to eat the continental breakfasts and were SADDENED AND STUNNED to see hot dogs yes hot dogs as the meat with breakfast. Unacceptable! No pool horrible breakky.

Upon arrival, there are weeds in the parking area and a neglected look to the area. It has many areas of neglect and things that need to be fixed. Wallpaper was peeling. You couldn’t check in early unless you paid extra money. It was rather shabby.

In the pictures, the room looks well kept and all, in person, it shows their age a lot - however it's mostly cosmetic, it was clean mind you. The only bad thing was as soon as I opened the door a penetrant moldy/earthy smell greeted me. Thankfully I am mortally rhinitic and my nose soon shut off, but if your nose works properly, you might have a tad of an issue. The airport shuttle is very convenient, just know that if you arrive into Seattle by night, you are likely to be waiting a fair deal because of traffic. Call for the shuttle too, as the hotel requests tye pickup to the driver, they don't keep at the spot waiting for people. Overall, great for 1-2 nights stay or an airport hop.

This property is actually very nice but I can’t give it 5 stars because it says they have airport shuttle service but it is only available between specific hours. If you have a red eye flight or really early morning flights you will need to find other arrangements. The desk clerk was very patient while I checked on this but it was another added cost

It was a short stay, easy checkin and checkout. Rooms are very comfortable. Wasy to shopping, restaurants, and freeway.

This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that the staff did not clean the room the whole time we were there. You have to request them to clean the room. We did this they still did not clean the room. You had to put the dirty towels outside the room and go to the front to get more. I would not recommend this hotel ever.

I'm sure this was a beautiful hotel when it was new. It's showing it's age. The pool and hot tub were closed. It seems like they are in the middle of renovation. There is construction debris outside of some of the rooms.

This hotel is a nearby drive to malls and shops. Parking is free. They have a hotel shuttle (i did not use), and a nearby path for a nature walk along river. The staff I encountered at the front desk were EXCEPTIONAL! I have to recognise Robert, Didi & Amantu (not sure if that's how her name is spelt). Their attitude and professionalism were through the roof! Always smiling, friendly and pleasant. Amenities were good- i didn't use all of them & pool was unavailable awaiting city approval. I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again if in Seattle and I would recommend to others as well.

I had a hard time contacting the hotel to get the shuttle to pick me up. The first time I called, nnobody answered. When I used the airport courtesy phone, it worked fine. Shuttle drive and front desk staff were both very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were issues with the plumbing that were resolved with phone calls.

The first room we were in was super dirty and we spent 3+ hours trying to sleep the people above were insanely loud. The shuttle was super late picking us up from the airport. Front desk was unprofessional on more then one Occassion when i was trying to discuss my concerns… never again

We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for 2 day stay in August in June. On the day of the stay, when we reached Seattle airport hotel.com called and said hotel informed that one of the rooms are not available. They then offered much inferior hotels in Shabby neighborhood as an alternative. we were very disappointed. At the end this hotel was able to get as room with a king bed and a sofa. The room when we got in was not clean. Found dead spiders. Overall it was terrible experience. The room service did not clean the room after 1st day. Bad Paintjob, worn carpets... this place need update. The only positive is decent free brake fast in the morning. Learning is if you book through hotel.com, make sure to check with hotel before your trip or you will be stranded.

Ease of access and resevation

We stayed as a stop over from an Alaskan cruise based on free shuttle and price. I would say it was a quality stay. Its a older property but being updated and the staff are very helpful. Shuttles to and from airport, shopping mall and close to public transportation.

Bed was amazing and there is a casino attached with a good happy hour (1pm-4pm and 9pm-1am) or All day Sunday. Rooms and haĺways are a little dated but can live with it. Pool was under construction which was slightly disappointing. Only complaint was the sprays in the hallway were a bit floral but we provided that feedback directly to the hotel.

Though everyone was accommodating and exceptional, my favorite thing about this was how good the breakfast was. The scrambled eggs were incredible for a standard continental breakfast. Mango yogurt with granola, almonds, seeds, Craisins to add into it.

I have stayed here a number of times, and the facility is showing it's age. It's OK, but that's it. A much bigger issue is that the WiFi was not working, but when I called down the desk, she basically shrugged her shoulders about it.
