Seattle Airport Marriott

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was a very poorly managed and also rooms are very dirty. Nothing‘s working properly and they charge me more money. I don’t know what it is 57 and I had to pay extra $150. I already paid 297 so that’s about $400 a night. I’m very very disappointed.

Very convenient to SETAC. 24 hour shuttle is reliable. Ample luggage carts allow guests to move luggage to room on own. Nearly at airport, but very quiet.

Everything in the hotel is comfortable and efficient. Breakfasts, the bar for drinks and dinner, the room comfort and space. Bar meals and drinks are expensive.

The lobby looked like a lodge with soaring ceilings and wood beams inside. It was so unexpected!

This is a very nice hotel. Convenient. Clean. Comfortable bed. Food and beverage service was warm and attentive. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a pleasant bonus. We had a small glitch with the AC in our room. Called down to the front desk and an engineer arrived and had the repair made in less than 1/2 hour. We were very impressed with the service and warm hospitality we received. Will definitely recommend.

It was perfect. A clean room, beautiful grounds and a restaurant and bar on site.

We liked our dinner and the waitress in the dining room was very good.

This is a very nice Hotel. The minute I pulled up to the Valet at the front door, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay. The Valet, and front desk were so helpful. The front desk attendant asked if I would prefer a late check out, without even inquiring about one. The Lobby, Restaurant, and Lounge was very clean and organized. The staff very attentive. My room was quite large, and very nice. The bathroom was large with all the amenities. Another very nice feature is you are almost across the street from the Airport, but there is no outside noise in the entire building.

Front desk personnel were fabulous! Had just gotten back from a cruise relatively early morning Sunday, waiting for flight on Monday, front desk worked to get us an early check in and got it done! Got greeting text from manager checking in with us...nice touch... great facility with an airport shuttle running every 15 minutes 24/7, restaurant, bar, well stocked gift shop...conveniently located near airport..will stay again!

We have stayed here with satisfaction many times either before or after a flight, but this time we were put off. Despite booking a higher priced concierge room the only chair provided was an office chair even though there was ample room for even a couch. The arrow buttons on the elevator were turned catty wonkers. It felt like this part of the hotel was fading.

Wifi should be free for the price of the room.

Shuttle was relatively easy to find, they gave us a different floor than reserved but room was ok. There were a couple dried drink stains on the floor and on the bed frame but we just kept our shoes on and the beds looked clean.

I keep telling Expedia that I did not go to this hotel.

Close to airport Loud. Extreme thin walls. We had people in the room next to us all night. Doors closing, and even light conversations. We slept horribly and the rooms were tiny and squished.

Room was clean but they put us in the lower floor or shall I say basement. The room temp was set to 43 degrees on air conditioning mode when we got there. Marriott is known for their comfortable beds and this one was not to their standard, it was lumpy and hard. We will never stay there again. I'm guessing because we booked via expedia they gave us the crap room.

Internet access wasn’t working most of my stay. Front desk service wasn’t good with the men working the morning of 2/26 when I checked out. Best part of my stay was the airport shuttle availability. I won’t be back. Not worth what I paid.

The shower door is locked, closed, so you are required to stand directly in the stream of cold water to turn on the shower.

Morgan at the front desk was great! Amenities in the room were okay- did not have hair conditioner. Central to a lot of things, however for being Marriott I would have thght the furniture in the room would be more pleasant. The internet Is GARBAGE

Marriott used to be nice properties, now they have painted over everything, put in barn doors, tubs are old, this is not an upgraded property. They put us in the basement. The photos make it look really nice but it’s no better than the motel 6 with some cheap vinyl flooring.

Overall, this hotel is decent & I might come back due to affordability, but it wasn’t my favorite place I’ve stayed at in Seattle. The customer service from the staff was amazing! But there is some room for improvement. The blanket on the bed was paper thin & should be replaced & or updated with better bedding. Same goes for the tv in the room. It’s extremely outdated & you can barely see what you’re watching, also operates very slowly. Lastly, the hotel should have snacks available for guests to purchase at all hours, this one did not.

Have stayed at this property many times and while the front desk staff is helpful, the rooms are starting to show their age (shower handle coming out of the wall as an example), one thing needing to be called out is the food. Fine, i understand why room service is in a paper bag, but the quality of the food is just getting bad. service

No snacks/food of any kind on premises. Walked to 7-11 across intersection at 11pm. Gatorade in vending machine was warm. Long waits at front desk only staffed by one person at night but many check ins. Bottle of water was opened in room. Previous guests medical device still in trash can. Room smelled vaguely of farts Unimpressed.

It was good! Rooms were clean and staff were friendly, specially that lady from the bar that served us our free appetizer. The carpet on the way to the elevator smelled like feet though. Also, the elevator wasn’t very smooth with the ascend/descend. Kinda scary. Everything else was good. The shuttle service was so convenient!

Excellent hotel near SeaTac airport! Great food, wonderful staff. Check in gentleman was very thoughtful and bar and restaurant staff were top notch. I only remember the name Vince in the restaurant. He can work in any high class restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Front entrance valets and front desk clerk were very helpful when we arrived with lots of luggage, six people, and we were early to check-in. Also has a very convenient location to the airport.

Loved this place <3 Very beautiful inside the rooms and through out the rest of the building. Every thing feels so naturally put together, while becoming a nearly incomprehensible kaledic dance of aesthetics, atomspheric shifts, and stories. Blending from one to the other, this building and it's staff hold it all together without breaking the flow. Sudden or gradual, whether loud or quiet, night or day, this place has a lot to say and.. to not say. Beautiful, inside and out.

The hotel lobby & restaurant were very nice. Unfortunately our room had the thinnest walls of any hotel I’ve ever been in. We could hear the neighbor’s tv all night long & lots of yelling & movement in the morning. It was disappointing because the room looked nice & we got zero sleep.

The expeditor located veggie burgers which were excellently prepared! While the food was really good, the service was mediocre. Our server was uninterested and did really not intimate nominal interest in us as patrons. She put An apple cider drink on our table for consumption but left no bottle opener to open the drink and never asked, if we needed on as well as pulling my spouse's salad before she finished with it. One aside from the stay it --wasn't made clear how we get Internet access without paying extra.

Great location. The room seemed old and they over book, so we got downgraded on the room. The front desk blamed expedia for the mix-up. Should've just gone with an airbnb.

Two of the three elevators for the Towers were broken. They were slow to make a Service elevator available. Was on 5th floor and bags too heavy for me to carry. After a half hour wait got to 5th floor and key card would not work for room. No dinner or drinks this night.

We were able to check into our room early. The room was clean. We enjoyed breakfast and later we had wine and dinner in the lounge. Everything was delicious and the staff was wonderful. The shuttle to the airport was a huge help.

It’s a decent option as an airport hotel

We booked last minute after a cancelled flight with no luggage.

Heater was broken. Super cold in the room all night. When I inquired about a discount Front desk said I should have called to have it fixed. We got in a 11pm and just wanted to try and get some sleep before our flight the next morning...Not worry about a repair being done. Not related but the celing tile over the toilet had mildew or mold on it. Didnt report it.

Joni was an absolute gem of a server, we enjoyed our dinner so much! Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding between flights. Sad to see the pool filled in. It used to be beautiful. Now it’s a gym and an open area.

Comfortable stay.

The hotel itself was very nice and inconvenient location. It was very clean and remodeled. The parking was very tight and wrapped around the building. We had to walk a long way to the front door, which was the only one open. I understand that in this area that is probably for security. Better instruction on where to check in would have been helpful. I feel this location could be difficult for somebody who has mobility issues.

Seems like the property is understaffed. We checked in late and waited over 20 minutes at check-in. Then got to our room. Not enough towels for the # of people on the reservation. Super expensive for what you get.

The best part was the lobby bar. Good cocktails and great service. Check in was ok. Wish they would've directed me to the room better. I ended up walking in a huge circle to find it. Also didn’t feel safe on the ground floor near the lobby and I was by myself. Shuttle service is great until 20 people want it at the same time in the morning. Room was large and comfortable though. Lobby with outdoor feel is a plus

Transportation at airport was very well explained in email. Didn’t have to wait too long. Only negative comment was the food . Very disappointed in the restaurant menu & prices. $28 for two pieces of Cod ( extremely thin), 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, 3 tablespoons of ketchup and tons of fries!!!! You’re at the mercy of the hotel after traveling all day and you are starving!

No authorized management was there, and I talked to shift leader. He showed me pictures upon my request but hesitated to share those photos with me. After more than 10 min call from him to manager, he printed pictures and gave me (not digital). Then I requested to show me that room but he denied due to manager’s guidance. He says the room is locked by master key and only manager can open (No way! You copy many keys everyday!! What are you gonna do when you lose master!!??). I had to leave to LA so I gave up on the day but keep continue to fight against to hotel until I take back my $1000. I strongly recommend all of you to take photos and videos BEFORE you check out. Otherwise any damages may be charged to your credit card without appropriate explanation and agreement.

Standard hotel next to the airport. Was given bare minimum provided in a standard hotel, two bottles of water, keurig machine for coffee etc, but expect to pay for every single thing. Internet fee was charged despite being Mariott Bonvoy member, parking is steep $35 a night despite not being in urban downtown area, and there is no free breakfast or coffee you see at a typical business oriented hotel. Facilities were clean and secure.

We had to stay here because of early flight back home the next day , it is very convenient to get to the airport, but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel I would say 3 star is the best I can give . I never stay anywhere near this area before so I can’t compare it with the rest of hotel that are close by . Didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t even say anything about the restaurant! But if you have to stay close to the airport maybe this is the right one for one night,

The restaurant has fresh and tasty meal options and the waiter was sweet and attentive. Bedrooms were neat and tidy just a little dusty on the furniture. I would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay close to the airport for early morning flights. Aqua Terra is sufficient for breakfast with attentive service, and there are a few other nearby options for lunch and dinner if necessary (Sharps is excellent). There's also a fitness center right in the atrium, a nice place to get some exercise.

This was a great property that was surprisingly quiet and close the SeaTac Airport. My only complaint would be the bed was too firm for my back. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.

We booked a king bed. We were given 2beds. We should be able to get what we paid for.

Arrived late. Bed comfortable and room quiet despite proximity to stairs/elevator. Breakfast in restaurant good. Bathroom door was a disaster … suspended, sliding variety that barely moves. Had to work hard to open/close … wife could not budge.

Staff are very polite

The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The shower and the tile around the shower appeared to have mold in it.

It was a really great day. The only downfall was that the elevator wasn’t working in the morning and we had to leave at 5 AM. We had three children under the age of four so it was pretty difficult taking all of our luggage down to the lobby. The shuttle was amazing and it was a comfortable sleep for our family. Definitely could’ve used a larger room, but that’s not necessarily their fault.

We chose the hotel because it's close to the airport and has a shuttle. It was at the end of a cruise to Alaska. The lobby area was freezing. I don't know why they keep it that cold. The staff was very nice and the food was great. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. Overall we were satisfied.

Beautiful and calm airport hotel! Easy transportation to and from the airport. It was surprisingly quiet, even though it is close to SeaTac. Staff are friendly, lighting in lobby is serene after a long day’s travel; great food options and a spacious seating area are welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated too!
