breakfast buffet was a little overpriced. But the room was very nice if a little dated, the view was gorgeous as we saw Mount Rainier right at our window. The pool was lovely and the public spaces were also beautiful. I can’t really complain.

Front desk forgot to give us the breakfast voucher, but we were able to get it the next morning and breakfast was fairly good except my husband's toast got stuck in the toaster. The room was old but clean but without enough space to open luggage. Shower was potentially dangerous with no handrails or slip-proof bottom of tub. The beds were very comfortable and the room coffee was better than usual (good thing because there was no free coffee provided in the lobby before 6 am.

Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was made very welcomed. No soap in room to wash hands. Dated decor but very clean and comfortable room.

Other guests were very inconsiderate of other guests, being loud in the hallways, letting doors slam at very unsociable hours. However the location is excellent for the airport and the staff make up for the hotels tiredness.

24hr airport shuttle and we enjoyed the food in the bar, restaurant. Everyone was courteous and checkin was fast and easy.

Dinner by the lobby bar was excellent. All staff were helpful. Airport shuttle drivers were friendly and prompt. Hotel was clean. Only critique I have is that there was leftover food from the previous guest in our room fridge.

Great location right across from SeaTac for our early morning departure. Quiet & very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful in finding somewhere to eat. The only restaurant in the hotel had low reviews & was very expensive probably due to being the only eatery. We elected to get a pizza delivered which was recommended by staff and delicious!

Location is excellent for staying near the airport and the airport shuttle is frequent and reliable. Hotel staff service is average and our room was not cleaned despite us being out of the room from 10am to 6pm. No apology received when reported to the hotel front desk, but just a “I’ll let the manager know”. No water provided in the room.

Jamrah was super nice and upgraded our room for us since we were a family of 4. Hotel itself was pretty standard. Most convenient for us was we were able to walk to our gate at the airport in 10 minutes from the hotel. So, if you are staying overnight, I would highly recommend

Hotel was very clean, staff helpful. The Link is right behind hotel. We rode downtown to Pikes market, only 2 blocks from train station (Link). Walked all the piers, then caught train back to motel. All day pass for train was $6. We used Seattle Express to go to cruise ship $25 and used them to pick us up after the cruise to go to airport. Very reliable transportation. Hotel has free shuttle pick up from airport. Enjoyed our first time in Seattle.

Parking was not hard to find and you had to walk through the conference area to get to your room. The garden area and pool area smelled horrible.

Do not eat in the coffee shop. The food made my husband sick.

The lightrail was on the side of the hotel we stayed, it was extremely loud until midnight. We could hear someone pushing what we thought was a cart loudly repeatedly through the hotel throughout the night. Got about 2 hours of sleep.

Was not informed of multiple tree removal and 4 full days of maintenance around pool area during check-in. No rest and relaxation during warm and sunny days in Seattle. Let that aid in your imagination. 24-hour notice of a necessary 3D scan of room, requiring two (male) third party visitors to room escorted by front desk staff. Beware of Presence of aggressive smoke sensors located near patio doors. Doors open out, not slide, creating a vacuum. Years as a platinum hotel traveler, first ever smoke fee applied to room. If Another conference scheduled here, will look for off site accommodations.

Pluses: my immaculately-clean room gave out onto a private patio. The bed was comfy; the towels in ample supply; the WiFi worked perfectly. Bonus: the hotel's restaurant is very good, with attentive staff. Minus: My experience at check-in was mixed. I HUGELY appreciated being given a room 3 hours before the normal check-in time. (I had called the day before to request it.) I appreciated the two bottles of water. However, the man who checked me in did not communicate in a way that I could understand. (1) While about to pay, he stated that $50 was being added to the amount -- and so I thought that it was *additional to* the amount I was seeing on the pinpad. However, the $50 was *included* in the amount. He should have said, "The amount you're seeing INCLUDES our $50 amenities deposit." (2) The above was a minor annoyance compared to the next miscommunication. He said to go to the next building, and then turn left down the hall. HE DID NOT SHOW ME THE MAP HE HAD SHOWN THE PREVIOUS PERSON CHECKING IN. So I followed his instructions, and was flummoxed to find myself in a large area with conference rooms on both sides. No sign leading to my room ("2113") was visible. So I walked back the way I came. Fortunately, a hotel driver stepped in: my room was BEYOND the Conference Room area! The tiny sign at the end of the conf. room area was not visible from the entrance. Why the incomplete instructions?

Great stay experience.

It was a good location but the air quality was terrible and my room smelled like garlic and cooking smells. Smoke filled the room due to the fire bar and the next hotel having an outdoor grill. I would recommend staying here if you have allergies. Staff was accomoding but they don’t understand CNA er treatment and I was asked to leave the property under force of police arrest. Thank you for finding my credit card that was delivered and held by someone I don’t know. I contacted Bellevue PD and Washington State police and my Attorney is Tully and Rickney all of the information a deaf, disabled person shouldn’t have to provided. Sorry for the inconviencr but my passport was stolen along with my identity and checkbooks. The staff didn’t care about that part even though I was wearing my hospital band and told them I was from JBLM.

Nice property and close to the airport!

The next room was totally fine. But the sheets had way looked like cardboard little pieces in it so it felt like I was sleeping in a dirty bed, but it was 11pm and I had a meeting at 7:30 so I as too tired to say anything. In the morning I ordered Starbucks Uber Eats to be delivered and held at the front desk under my name until the meeting was done (10 mins) and they told the driver it had to go on the table in the lobby. Stay somewhere else.

I was just running through on my way to the airport for an early flight, so I didn’t get to take advantage of more than the good bed and the airport shuttle, but both were great and the staff was kind.

When I arrived, the front desk gal was stressing due to not being able to locate their 2nd shuttle driver. When it was my turn to be checked in, she waived her hand to come hither versus greet with a smile and a welcome. I was there for a convention. Property is decent and convenient to SeaTac. Only real walkable restaurant is Spencers Steak House on property. Not bad and bit overpriced but the servers were awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Banquet staff were also friendly and responsive as well as helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant. Rooms were outdated a bit. Fitness Ctr is on other side of hotel lobby and only way to access is to walk through the banquet halls, which is a bit weird especially when you are at a convention and trying to be incognito from clients and colleagues. Decent place for a work thing, but wouldn't be a first choice to stay in the Seattle area.

The restaurant and service was excellent.

I'm a bit disappointed on how the hotel looks like, some of the furnitures looks old and carpet is not well maintained. The lobby aslo needs some renovation. The customer service is okay, but it maybe better if maybe I'm white.

Scrambled eggs, ham, potatoes, coffee, juice and toast... $50.00? $6.00 for a ginger ale in a cup 1/2 filled with ice? Would never stay there again. I don't recommend. Maybe 4.5 out of 10.

No valet parking, then they charged me $34 to park myself in a dark parking structure, got latecheck out, but the cleaning lady still barged in anyway and was rude, the whole place is cold in general, not what it used to be 5 to 10 years ago, I used to look forward to going there

Checking in was easy. The staff is friendly. The room was clean. They have a nice lounge and reataurant to relax later in the day or have a nice breakfast in the morning.

Everything was good but there never seemed to be enough staff at the Spencer's restaurant. Always had to wait 5 minutes minimum to be seated and service was super slow.

2. The outlets didn’t all work. The hotel said they were controlled with a light switch but even that didn’t help. We had enough to make it work for us, so this wasn’t a huge issue, but still found it odd. A member of our group in a different room actually had an outlet overheating, so we didn’t keep anything plugged in. 3. We paid for parking but the hotel obviously oversold parking because there were no spaces. We finally had to park our car in a spot that wasn’t a designated spot and get a “pass.” Then we were told not to move it because they couldn’t guarantee parking. So we literally couldn’t leave the entire stay because we were afraid we’d lose parking. 4. The room was so hot. No matter what we tried. Overall, just icky. It wasn’t a good experience. The staff were kind, however, so nothing against them. I just don’t think this hotel has the ability, structurally, to keep up with this many people.

Front desk staff member was great, welcoming, and he asked us about our morning flight and informed us of best way to leverage the airport shuttle to make our VERY early morning flight. This contrasted with morning frontdesk gal who we interrupted scrolling on her phone and was dismissive to us when checking out.

Love seeing the same barista, maintenance, and bell boy still working there, year after year. Most staff helpful. Woman working desk at checkout on 2/8 hung up on me when I called and asked about a luggage cart. She said call bell hop. I said I did and it transferred to front desk. She said I'd have to look for one myself and hung up on me. Later, when I found one at the front desk, I asked her if she needed a bag of treats.n. asked her if I could use a particular cart. She said I guess so, which I found rude there ppl

The hotel is very dated and the halls smell of chlorine. It was understaffed when we arrived, requiring a 40 minute wait to check in. The room we were provided was reasonably clean but extremely cramped, ground floor with very low ceilings. I ordered a salad for $21 that was reportedly a meal size; it was small and underwhelming. I’d pick another hotel over this one going forward.

The patio was filthy, and to make matters worse, the chair had bird droppings all over it—completely unacceptable for a property charging premium rates. Also, this room was supposed to have a pool view for which I paid extra but no pool was there! Moreover, during my check in, my breakfast coupons were not given which I had to request the next morning during my breakfast since they forgot to give it to me when I checked in. Also, I had requested a late checkout, which was not honored at all, despite the circumstances. I was a stranded passenger due to all East Coast flights being canceled during Winter Storm Fern, and there was zero flexibility or empathy shown. Considering the pricy room rate, the quality of the room and service was nowhere near worth that price. This stay fell far below Hilton standards and far beyond my expectations—in the worst way. I will definitely not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I took pictures as well which I will be sending to Hilton management.

Rooms were great and so were the staff. However, the parking lot was very far. I checked out and gave my keys, but when I wanted to get out of the parking lot, I couldn't and no one was responding to the call button. It was 7 am. Very incontinent and almost missed my flight.

The hotel was quiet, dark in the room after a late arrival, and definitely meets the standards of a Hilton property. Nice friendly staff, an awesome gym, and great breakfast round out our highlights.

Unfortunately, being one who brings cash with me, the hotel was cashless—didn’t accept cash! That was super frustrating! The bathroom sink tap didn’t work properly, the bathroom door lock didn’t work and it would’ve been helpful to have nightstands on both sides on each bed. Fridge is super tiny. Beds were comfy. Our room was spotless and very clean, with plenty of space, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We slept very well. The overall property felt well maintained, and the front desk and hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was our experience at breakfast. We went down at 5:55 a.m., just a few minutes before opening, and the hostess who seats guests was extremely rigid and abrupt, loudly insisting that no one could be seated until exactly 6:00 a.m. While we understand opening times, the tone and delivery felt unnecessarily harsh and left a negative impression. Aside from that single interaction, we had a very pleasant stay and would still recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, comfort, and overall service.

The front desk staff seemed to dislike their job. Hidden parking fees along with having to park your car at an inconvenient area. Front desk also assumes that you know you need your room key to get out of the parking area and that you should know where to leave your room key after you leave said parking area. No vending machines other than a first aid vending machine. So snack vending machine. Luckily 1 front desk person offered myself and my son a bottle of water Won’t stay here again!!

Very much don’t judge a book by its cover. Looks great but very superficial experience. Almost none of my electrical outlets worked in my room and the plumbing was bad; specifically the shower whereby the drain plug was stuck down and the bath faucet wouldn’t fully close, leaving a bad shower experience. Additionally, DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST. It was literally a microwave in a bag sandwich. Like honestly I watched her open it from a plastic bag and microwave it. Not worth $22. Pros: dinner was good, the beds are comfy, and the staff was very courteous. But overall it’s a very mid experience

Very nice hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Liked that there was a restaurant on site. The personal Lyft assistance was much appreciated as the airport congestion delayed shuttle service. We would have appreciated a few bottles of water in the room.

I was flying home after my one year liver transplant evaluation so I’m very aware of cleanliness. It was a spotless room, clean facility, very courteous staff. I slepped soundly for eight hours, had a great cup of coffee, charged my phone in the lobby, and had a quick trip back to the airport on their shuttle..

Its convenient and nearby. I eould not say its walkable. Hotel is super dated and could be cleaner - hallways and elevator lobby areas are not vacuumed and bathrooms need new shower curtains to eliminate musty bathroom smells.

The man who worked the baggage was great. The waitress at dinner great.The reception woman looked unkempt and messy. The hostess in the dinning room had massive amounts of stale cheap perfume on… ghastly. The TV did not work.Nathan was great and comped us for that. I got two crab cakes for 40 bucks you should at least have 3. The cheesecake advertised as New York was not New York. Very unlikely to stay again. You need a dress code.

We stayed one night prior to an early morning flight. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Bathroom door is placed in a clumsy spot for using the facilities. Airport shuttle was quick. Only complaint: our room faced the airport tram rail line. VERY noisy all night long which impacted sleep. Would request a different room location if we returned.

Thumbs up to the staff and folks at the Hilton Seattle Airport facility. Can't speak more highly of these folks as they went out of their way for our accommodations. Not only were these guys great in every way, the sheets and linens were top quality. 5 STARS!!!

Had to have a repairman for heater unit. Tv did not work. Restaurant food very expensive. Shuttle right there at airport though and hotel staff nice

The bathroom faucets didn't work correctly, it was an extremely long walk to get to our room because of how the hotel was designed. While it was close to the airport, it wasn't close enough to walk.

Great stay

The hotel itself could definitely use an update; everything from the decor to the overall vibe felt a bit stuck in the past. The pillows were so uncomfortable I almost considered using my hoodie instead. That said, the front desk staff absolutely saved the experience. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaging. Mir in particular deserves a shoutout! Fantastic conversationalist and made check-in feel like catching up with an old friend. Great service in an otherwise tired setting.

The location of this hotel is why I stay here. $35 to park is ridiculous especially considering what you pay to stay here. The rooms are old and dated and need a renovation but the beds are comfortable.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Just remember that this is a no cash hotel. Make sure to have a card on you for coffee.

The layout is impossible to negociate. the parking setup is not just confusing it is also crazy exepensive. The desk clerk was the exception. Very sympathetic.

Handicap parking was around back in the parking garage. Not good for ambulatory handicapped. Room floor was dirty.

Room had a noisy ac and musty smell. It felt like we were in a basement room.

Nice breakfast buffet, dinner was a bit pricey but tasty. Literally 5 minutes from the airport so I didnt have to wake up an ungodly hour. Overall a graet stay

It was very clean and roomy but I felt like they were under staffed. I waited in line with one person greeting and registering guest and was not offered help to my room. I would have paid a bellboy for his assistance. I use a cane and would have appreciated some help.

The furniture was so old and damaged, the nightstand and dressers had large chips all over them and there was hair in the bathroom. The flip lock didn’t securely shut all the way on the door.

Complimentary shuttle to airport every 20 mins. We had to leave at 3am and they had a driver ready!

Shower head Very low, had to bend over to shower. Only offered breakfast buffet, cold eggs. For $30. you expect good food! Radisson is the better option, where I stayed last time.

This property did not live up to our experience with other Hilton properties. It was dirty, the bed was minimal (full size), and the bed and furnishings were old. Although the staff was great, the property appeared stuck in the 1970s- 80s.

They did not have the amenities it stated they had online. There was no transportation to the port and no breakfast as stated.

For hilton geeez. For two senior citizen our room was 100 yards at least from the lobby, witj baggage only place to eat had 25 buck breakfasts and 25 dollar burgers. Water pressue in the shower was bad. Clean room though had a really loud a/c.

I searched for hotels with a hot tub and this Hilton was the only choice out of 3 in the sea tac airport area. And it was the closest. I arrive at the check in counter and I was upset that the hot tub was out of order. I had been awake since 2300 the night before and I was looking forward to the hot tub to soak away my aches. The primary reason why I choose this hotel. 2nd: the toilet seat was dirty. There was a smear of suddle

It’s just a nice place to stay

The room was a typical hotel type room, but it was clean, quiet and somewhat spacious. The location of the hotel is great, I was able to walk across the street to a skywalk that led directly to the airport!

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself is nice, amenities were good. Great restaurant a few doors down 13 Coins I recommend since the hotel is cashless.

It was a quick stay , but amazing ! After a week in Glacier National Park , it was good to be pampered before our flight home . Great little bar , clean , comfortable room , warm bed , hot shower .

First I slipped of step on the shuttle when it arrived at hotel and tore my muscle in hip had s had limp and swelling. I told the porter/driver he said to “work it out in the gym in the morning “ and then at check in the lady at desk was not nice and when I tried to find out information about a shuttle to cruise port that many guests mentioned in reviews, she said they did have one and I told her that guests had mentioned it and how I could find out, she said they did it on their own and handed me the room key. So I go over to bell stand and s sign is sitting right there about the shuttle service to call for cruise port and shopping, she never bothered to help me but the bellman did. I spent the cruise to Alaska mostly in bed trying to heal snd now a week later and still having issues. The hotel is close to airport but nothing else is close but there is a Dennys a block away that they don’t tell you about so you have to eat their $40 breakfast. I stay in many hotels about 5 a month and I was disappointed with the service at this hotel.

The selling point is that this hotel is accessible by the airport sky link. Is that technically true? Yes. Is it what people think when said an airport is connected to the airport? No. It involves sky link, stairs, and crossing a street. Stay at the Marriott next to it. It looks way more modern. This hotel is old and smells.

Comfortable for a one night stay.

Very overpriced for an average hotel. The mattress was in poor condition. You’re better off at a different hotel even if you spend $10 to taxi there. The Hilton is just not worth what they charge for a 20-minute walk from the terminal.

Close to airport and light rail

You have to pay for parking, which is almost $40. The whole parking garage situation is quirky. Still a great place to stay right next to the airport.

Entry and lobby reminiscent of past grandeur. My room was clean, appropriate size, equipped with AC, TV, coffee maker, personal safe, but overall furniture worn/tired. The bathroom was clean, but had a large extensive crack on the tile floor. Accomadations overall acceptable for overnight stay close to airport for early morning flight.

Arthur was phenomenal and made very brief stay before catching a flight very comfortable.
