The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was immaculately clean and smelled amazing. The cost was affordable. Breakfast and the tea, coffee, and cider were amazing. We will be staying here whenever we visit Pigeon Forge from now on. We loved everything. Only one suggestion would be a smoking bench on the other side of the facility to accommodate the handicapped smokers that can't walk or stand for long periods.

We found this place to be every bit as nice as the reviews we read. Very clean- even the stairwells were clean and had pictures hung! The room was very spacious and the balcony was so nice and faced the Apple orchard. The bed was a tad softer than what I like but that’s better than being too hard! Breakfast had hot items. Coffee was good! In the lobby they have hot spiced cider as well as other beverages. Pool areas were very nice as was fire pit however, we didn’t get to use them. We would definitely come back here.

The stay at the inn. Was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. The staff up front were very nice. I spoke with Sarah and Adam over the phone before arriving and they were super nice. And then when I checked in, I spoke with Aaron. And he was also very nice. We'll definitely stay there again. Nice and quiet as well. The hallways smelt awesome Like apples. There was no smoke smell. Or marijuana smell, which was very nice. Thank you for making our stay. Totally awesome.

I feel that a lot of the price has to do with its proximity to the main road and multiple attractions, but the staff really add an element! Everyone was so friendly and super helpful. We arrived 1.5hrs before check in and were able to get access to our room early with no extra charge. The bedding is the more quilty material, which some members of my party thought were itchy, full disclosure, but everything was clean, neat, and the shower water pressure was better than most hotels I've stayed in! The pool is accessible for a large part of the day (the chlorine smell is strong) and is enjoyable. They serve cider, coffee, and tea in the lobby until midnight. The breakfast is your standard continental with waffles, sausage, biscuits, powdered eggs, gravy, yogurt, etc, and the restaurant and cider house located within walking distance are amazing, too!

We have stayed here several times. The rooms are decent and the location can’t be beat. Breakfast is so/so. I’ve had better at other hotels. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a bit on the small side. We like the fire pit and hot drinks in the lobby.

The Inn at Apple Valley exceeded all of our needs. Our room ample room for my family. I appreciated the living room area and the kitchenette. The lobby had free coffee and apple cider plus a checker board set up. Very cozy and roomy. There was also an outdoor area which we used and enjoyed. The fire pit area and the outdoor tv area were pleasant surprises and such a nice touch!! My grandchildren especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa!! I would recommend The Inn at Apple Valley!

The inn is substantially cleaner than most places in the area with reasonable pricing. Staff was helpful, and the location cannot be beat. Walgreens, Black Rifle Coffee, and McDonald's are all across the street for the sick, the under caffeinated, and the nuggie and fry-deficient. We will stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were very friendly, the grounds were very clean, the hotel smells like apples and I was impressed with the room, working outdoor fire pit, and pool with hot tub.

Fell on slick floor after cleaning crew put slick furniture polish or chemicals on them. Room was clean but my husband almost fell and I did. Then had to fill out an incident report and was told they would contact me. They never said another word. I’m still struggling with the injury.

The stay was very good. Did have a couple of minor issues, on the first night the security lock from the inside didn't latch but they took care of it the next day quickly. Then we had a problem with the room thermostat trying to keep the room warm. We had to keep bumping the temp up to keep the heater running. Overall it was a good experience.

Good location close to many attractions and restaurants. Staff incredibly friendly. Our bed was hard as concrete. The bathroom had no vanity so if you travel with a lot of products there isnt anywhere to put them except a small inconvenient floor shelf. My biggest complaint is the smoking area. One area for the whole place is ridiculous. It's located near some bushes which would be a perfect place for someone to hide at night. As a woman I felt very uncomfortable having to walk the whole parking lot to get there especially at night. For these reasons we will not be returning

The whole body of the hotel is scented with apple air freshener which was sometimes cute, sometimes tolerable, and sometimes nauseating, but the rooms themselves didn't smell strongly. Breakfast was good and clean. I wish there were real butter, real yogurt, better fruit juices, and some more healthy options overall (e.g., some roasted peppers and onions even to eat with your egg), but it was overall a good, as-expected hotel breakfast :).

From the minute we walked in the door we felt at home! We were immediately greeted and welcomed by a very friendly staff. They checked us in promptly and were very thorough in explaining the layout of the property and amenities provided. And yes, for anyone wondering the lobby, hallways and stairwell's do smell like apples! The room was extremely clean, the location was great and the warm apple cider that is provided daily was simply the best thing that has ever touched my tongue! Even tho this hotel building seemed to be older, the upkeep is top notch! 5/5 stars! We would definitely stay here again!

We had not stayed at Inn at Apple Valley for about 5 years. The noise from the Street Rods were very upsetting to us from late afternoon until approximately 2 am. Local officials will need to address this or it will definitely impact senior visitors.

Shopping was good at the apple Valley.

It is a great location, but my room had a few issues as far as cleanliness. There were orange spots in the sink that at first I thought were stains but they bled off as I washed my hands. There is a towel rack in the bathroom that is covered in cobwebs and rust. There is black grit along the side of the bathtub. Just not what I expected for the price. The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic though! Very friendly.

This is now my favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge. It smelled so good when you walk in the front doors. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. With a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, the fire pit. There were plenty of ways to enjoy yourself at the hotel. This was the cleanest and most well kept room and bathroom I have ever stayed in anywhere. Only 12 minutes from Dollywood and plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. I will only stay at the Inn at Apple Valley when I return to this area. Thanks for a wonderful palace to enjoy my anniversary weekend.

We came up for one day picked this hotel we have stayed in pigeon Forge a lot of times just wanted to try a different place glad we did it was great.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. We were on the 3rd floor at the very end and we were shocked at how quiet it was. Our patio view was beautiful! It deserves 10 stars in my opinion!

Stayed here on a whim and we loved it. The hallways smell like Apple Cider, the room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

It was very clean it smelled amazing like apples 24/7. The rooms were beautiful. I got a king suite with a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub in it. The shower in the bathroom with little small and there is no central air so the bathroom stay pretty warm. There is an air conditioner in the room and it kept it very cool and comfortable as well as having a ceiling fan. It was impactly clean they had an entertainment area outside with a flat screen TV in an outdoor fireplace they have two pools one indoor one hour door and a hot tub and balconies for every room. Behind the hotel is a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner a winery with a cute little Vineyard of the grapes that grow there. And there is lots of entertainment to do around the hotel walking distance to many activities in attraction you will not be disappointed at all.

This was our first time at Apple Valley and we were very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Rooms are super clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of items. The coffee and hot cidar available 24/7 in the lobby were excellent. Both indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained, with the outdoor pool even including a lift for handicapped access and extra towels available poolside. Family friendly and close to most attractions without being in the heart of the traffic. They offered a discount coupon to iHop and are next door to the Apple Barn restaurant complex. Dont miss Big Daddy's Pizza a block away, if that fits your tastes. Will be back to the inn next time we are in the area. Our only suggestion would be more and better towels.

The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Big bonus points for me!!! The front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. Having the option to unload our luggage through the patio door to our room was really nice. We plan on staying at the Inn at Apple Valley next year during the Sparks show.

Very nice clean room with comfortable beds.

I liked that you had to use your key card to get in the build. People were very friendly. But the price was a bit high. The inside pools chlorine level was a bit High it irritated mine and my son's eyes. Besides that the stay was very nice

Great place to stay!

Very nice place. Our room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch. Breakfast was average and nothing special. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay. Front desk staff were so helpful, welcoming like a ray of sunshine after traffic issues. Our room was exceptionally clean, we had plenty of room and had a balcony overlooking the apple orchard. Definitely our new place to stay while visiting TN!

Middle of every thing.

Staff was amazingly kind and helpful! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It is a little dated but overall a great stay with large rooms, plenty of space for a family of 5.

Our A/C broke, which was not ideal, but don’t hold that against them! It was well valued and was a great night for our family. Will look to stay here again in the future.

Liked the location, the very roomy accommodations, the outdoor pool and the young lady that serviced our room. Expected the breakfast to be of Apple Barn quality but it was average. Would stay again.

Great hotel to stay in, service was great and and it was in perfect distance for the attractions we had planned to visit and only 15 minutes to Gatlinburg (depending what time you go).

Great place to start

I will be visiting this hotel again. The room was extremely clean and well stocked with towels. I didn’t think I’d like the tub in the same room with the bed but it was nice. I liked the fact of an indoor pool. I have cancer and having that op All the “Apple” businesses associated with the hotel was wonderful.

We had a great stay. We had to move from another motel due to the condition of the room and property. I’m so thankful we were able to get into The Inn. The staff were amazing, the pool was relaxing. The room was super clean as well as the property.

Hotel had super friendly staff. The hotel smelled like apples when you walked in which was nice as it was not too much but just enough to make it smell good. The rooms were very clean. They offered apple cider in the lobby every day which was nice. The bathroom was a little small and could just use some updating from the water and humidity of the shower but it was still very clean. We only used the outside pool while we were there but there was a very friendly young gentleman taking care of it that was very welcoming and we appreciated that. The pool was very clean and perfect for the kids to cool off with nice chairs to sit and watch them. The breakfast was nothing special but definitely filled your stomach for the morning which was all we needed. The overall stay was wonderful as it was not in the heart of the pigeon forge traffic so it was easy to get in and out and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean , good breakfast

I was in the area tending to a family emergency. The Inn at Apple Valley was chosen because of the convenient location. I had not stayed at this hotel in the past. I was very happy with the helpful staff, clean clean room. The room was quiet and everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

The staff were very nice & professional. The breakfast was great. The location was just right. We can see why the ratings were over 9. Keep up the great work!
