Jasmine was so friendly when I checked in and answered any I had with a big smile on her face. She’s an asset!!

The staff were really nice and helpful (Jasmin). My stay was a week from Thursday to the next Wednesday. Breakfast was the exact same everyday other than the addition of biscuits and gravy on Sunday. That got old quick! The pool was out of order when we arrived. We were busy so I didn't check back until day 6, so I'm not sure when it was officially fixed. Then I used the laundry room and the detergent/Money got stuck and the young lady (I can't remember her name but I believe her and Jasmin are sisters) did all she could to help everyone putting herself in danger Why not have a key available for mishaps? Jasmin was such a sweety and helped us add another day to our stay.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, there is a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the timer was only 9 minutes and could be warmer. There is no shower in pool area.

The room we were in had a musty smell. The AC/heat unit would not stay on. My husband installs this for a living, so it was not user error. The smell and stuffiness made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was ok. The best part was the kind and helpful ladies at the desk. I do not know if all rooms are like this, but it was not what I expected for the the price we paid.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, close to restaurants and gas station. Easy find, ample parking.

Room and facility were clean and staff were great. The breakfast was not great; sausage wasn’t cooked very well and there was no water available to drink. The heater unit in the room couldn’t be put on continuous fan and cycled on and off constantly, all night.

Staff was great. Heater in the room kept me awake all night. Started and stopped every five minutes. No way to switch it.

Another traveler, with a large dog, dropped a bunch of dog food/kibble between the doors to the outside. Neither the owner or the staff picked it up. The dog also peed on the floor by the coffee table. It was not cleaned up either. This occurred around 9:00 at night. We had gone out for around 1/2 hour and it was not cleaned up and the front staff was not present.

Easy to get to, yet far enough from the Interstate to be very quiet. Large and comfortable room. Refrigerator included good-sized freezing compartment.

I liked the hot breakfast. It was fast. I had a problem getting the tv to work, but my husband was able to fix the problem.

The hotel itself is really fine. My only reason to drop a star is having someone above us who literally stomped back and forth over us until midnight and was up at it at 6 am. If you choose to stay here ask for an upper room. Kudos to Jasmine at check in. She deserves a raise!

Everything was ok besides the bathroom. Floor was sticky, tub was clogged and spout was working correctly when you changed for shower head . I went to ask front desk for maintenance and no one on site and she was clueless on how to assist .

Water main broke in our neighborhood so we needed to stay somewhere very last minute. Front staff were surprisingly very polite and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she did a great job.

Only complaint was that the toilet flushed very slowly... Reported this to the desk on Thursday afternoon and was told that maintenance was not available on that shift. The option was to move to another room. We were on our way out and not coming back until later that evening so that wouldn't work out for us.

Nice and clean. Sink was way far away and too small. No laundry bags. Mattresses too hard.

We stayed at other Hotels that were non-smoking, but it never strictly enforced. The odor of smoke was all over those places.

The room smelled like wet dog and made my clothing stink. The carpet was wet and felt slimmy. The front desk took a note to get it cleaned but didnt offer to reduce the rate or compensate us in anyway.

My first impression was terrible. The front desk girl was not presentable and not wearing anything refecting best western. The bathroom in my room was full of hair and the toilet was dirty. I stayed in my room after dark because of the clientel walking around. I left a day early because of it and found another hotel

This property was perfect for the time we were in this area, centrally located to what we were there for.

Everything was clean, and Nate only complaint would be that the bed was a little hard for my taste.

1st room the a/c wasn't working. Switched to 2nd room but the same thing, so I had a miserable night's sleep and felt terrible for work that day. If you love sleeping without a/c you'll be fine. Not for me though. Won't be back.

Beautiful hotel but located in a very dense and busy retail area. Location near many parks, restaurants and shops, but the constant traffic made walking less than ideal.

The stay was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. The only problems were the shower base, it was very loose and shower 🚿 barely had pressure and the heating system is very noisy.

Fine property. Breakfast included eggs and sausages and an assortment of cereals, breads etc—nothing fancy but certainly adequate to start your day. The room was fine, though the shower in the room we were given was hard to manage and I never did succeed in getting it to work well. My fault for not asking for a different room. Also, due to the common problem of many motels/hotels not having enough staff, the rooms were only cleaned, new towels etc if you asked. We were fine doing without since our stay was so short.

The contract I have to sign said "there is a charge of $1.59 for each night for use of the safe. If you did not use the safe you can have this removed at checkout". IF this is true then I am owed a refund. The manager said $0 was due (I prepaid) and said nothing about the safe after I asked to have it removed. I consider this to be unscrupulous. I'm sure a profit center because few read the contract and I'm also sure very few use the safe. NOT GOOD PEOPLE! HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR THIS?

It was a pleasant visit

We booked last minute. There had been a storm and our power was out for over a day. We live in the country so no water either. We got a clean, quiet room with breakfast the next morning. Absolutely perfect!

Excellent facilities, easy stay, no fuss. Room was comfortable, whirlpool sauna was really nice, breakfast was complete and filling. The staff is very personable and nice. Pets were $15 each and they gladly welcomed my great pryenees dog and my cat. Everything was quiet. They're right off the interstate with easy access back onto it.

Average room, out of the way, must drive several miles to restaurants. Cheap, difficult to use tv.

Impeccably clean room, well maintained property. The jetted tub in our room was a fantastic way to relax our travel weary bodies. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would most definitely recommend staying here and plan to stay here again when am in the area.

We were very pleased with the BW. Had a very cheery checkin and checkout. Had the pool and hot tub to myself. Room was clean and nice. We did have an issue with the tap in the tub but were able to turn on and off but not with ease…..needs to be changed…forgot to let them know at the desk. Lots of green space for walking the dog❤️Breakfast was great but found it weird there was no toaster.

Nice, clean & reasonable priced King size rm. Handicap accessible. My only complaint is the heat system was loud & it turned on and off about every hr. But the temp in rm was good and you can adjust the temp to the # you want. The thermometer was digital so that was nice. I'd stay there again. Bkft was included it was gd too! Eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, bread, yogurt, bananas and plenty of deink choices. Friendly, helpful staff too! 😁😁😁
