Reviews
The hotel is generally viewed as convenient and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. However, some guests have issues with the noise from the nearby gas station and traffic, as well as the outdated facilities and lack of amenities.

They had decent tv channels. The location was close to where I had to be in the morning. There was a gas station and stores and restaurants close by. A little fixing up could make that motel look beautiful, but it seems they just want money that it can generate that dirty. The cleanliness was bad! From the floor in the bedroom to the bathroom floor, walls, around the toilet and the shower stall. Very disappointed!
- 3.5/5
I liked the location. The shower was nice, water was hot. The staff was very nice. The beds were not comfortable. We stayed in the end room to the right. The bigger bed is kind of sunken in the center. The twin, my son did not fit on well. I would stay here again but try a different room next time.

Clean, soft towels, microwave and mini fridge in room. Nothing fancy but also nothing to complain about.
- 4.5/5
Convenient location, friendly staff, was able to book last minute Stains on bedding, thin blankets and pillows

Passable
- 4/5
The room was clean but the bed did have some stains along with more of an older hotel. But quick check in and check out and comfortable place for a short stay. Convienty spot open parking and a gas station in the same lot along with other shops like target and cvs. Good experience overall.

Check in staff poor, I asked about accomodations for disability was promptly advised I needed to cancel, rebook, and it would cost more. There was obvious availability. I did not see WiFi instructions at check in, six hours after check in I approached front desk again to enquire. I was greeted with disdain and front desk agent just pointed at his watch then motioned to look at room card holder. I looked and there was zero information on card holder. Front agent forgot to write information on the card and had to write it. Afterwards, I returned to room and realized I could not read his hand writing clearly. After several variations of passwords attempts, I finally got it. There is zero, USB adapters in the room. Room decor is extremely outdated. The bedding in the room is very worn and shows a number of cigarette burns in the bedding. Front desk staff, parked in the most ideal location for disabled patrons to unload and check in. The area in question was directly in front of check in office and covered. Doing this forces the disabled guests to park in uncovered areas and be exposed to rain and mist. There should be more consideration for the paying disabled guest.

Bad experience as the refund was not successfully processed through, even though I let them know ahead of time. No reply at all.
- 3/5
Price per night was decent, that's it. A gas station is directly in front of the hotel and it is noisy all the time as any gas station can be - people talking loud, slamming car doors, alarms sounding off, car revving, and music blaring almost all the time. Didn't sleep well after after flying in to SFO. Bring ear plugs!

As for me ,the location is outstanding . If your felling hungry. Carls J'r is just right beside it,also across the street is a chinese restaurant and right beside the restaurant is grocery store. Also lots of parking if you drive. About safety concerns around the surroundings i give it 5 star .

I didn't have breakfast. The location is perfect for me to get to where I was going. The TV didn't work, the front desk tried to call maintenance people, and waited all night to no avail. So, l was very disappointed with no entertainment.

THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME WORK, THE WALLS ARE DIRTY AND THE FRIDGE IN ROOM 16 WAS DISGUSTING. THE CHEVRON STATION IS RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM WITH BRIGHT LIGHTS AND NOISE.

Room wasn't clean, I had to try and get the toilet to flush.
- 2/5
Room was very out dated, person who checked me in was very unfriendly, no kind words, no welcoming, doubt I’ll go back again
- 4/5
You get what you paid for. This place is not dirty but it is outdated. The walls are very thin so you could hear people talking and a dog barking. If you’re a light sleeper this place might not be a good place to stay at. The bed was very rough very hard. Other than that it was a decent place. Close to the city close to the freeway. I felt safe here the whole time so it does have its pros.
- 4/5
Clean room. Close to the freeway. Lots of food options near by.
- 4/5
Room was clean just run down and in need of updates. But is close to shops and highways.
- 4/5
Central location for the purpose of visit. Very reasonable price for the accommodations.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 2/5
Room didn’t seem very clean, toilet was dirty and extent close to wall, bed uncomfortable and squeezed a lot.
- 5/5
I gave it a 5 star because for the price it was worth it. Everything else was double if not triple the cost. Although it’s next to a gas station the noise did not disturb our sleep. It provided a resting place at an affordable cost. Thank you
- 3/5
Everything was OK, the property just shows
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 5/5
Conviently located to where I needed tp be next morning.
- 5/5
The place is quiet, clean, comfortable and accessible
- 4/5
Good convenient location, gas station and food shops close to the inn.
- 5/5
The owner/property manager was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms and property are very clean. It was a great location for us, close to BART and the airport for a 1-night stay before heading to the north bay.
- 4/5
We attended funeral service for my aunt and the hotel is close to the cemetery
- 5/5
Ok
- 2/5
No room serves at all
- 2/5
While the family owners were friendly, the sheets clearly weren't changed between guests and there was mold on the walls. There were long black hairs between the sheets, and management would not change the sheets because it wasn't reported immediately upon check-in--even though it was dark at 9pm and the issue wasn't noticed until the morning.
- 4/5
It was ok. No problems. The door opens to a gas station so its not fancy but the parki g was secure.
- 5/5
Clean quiet and convenient
- 4/5
Its quite,accommodating and clean
- 5/5
No complaints. It's simple and provided us with exactly what we needed: an affordable overnighter.
- 5/5
Comfortable place to stay.
- 4/5
I love the venue and the hotel is not sophisticated but comfortable.
- 4/5
Was good not great.

They didn't have a tub
- 5/5
nice place for the price point
- 5/5
Perfect for quick one night stay
- 2/5
It’s a no for me.. in front of a gas station!! Small !! 😫
- 5/5
It was a nice safe place.
- 2/5
The place is out of date. No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes when I arrived.
- 1/5
When I got to the check in desk nobody was there have to wait for over 30 minutes. My check out time was 11:00 so tell me why they were knocking my door at 10:03 saying it was time to leave the room.. so disappointing.
- 3/5
Price point was good. Didn’t have carpeting on the floor. It was old and antiquated.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but with a strong smell of cleaning fluid.
- 3/5
This is a convenient place to stay if you are in the area and would like to park right by your room. It is clean and easy.
- 4/5
The facilities were simple, clean and met all basic travel needs. The property was easily accessible from major roads and quiet. A grocery store, gas, fast food and restaurant options were all in walking distance. I was even able to get fresh air with a walk in an adjacent beautiful residential neighborhood.
- 5/5
Great service and clean room. I really enjoyed staying here
- 5/5
We checked in late but staff was very friendly. Room has basic necessities and was clean. A little overwhelming on the air freshener
- 2/5
Bathroom was full of mold and clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Exhaust fan was broken, so after one shower, the condensation would take over an hour to clear even with the window open. I know the local climate is pretty humid, but the entire room always felt damp (including the towels and toilet paper).
- 2/5
Dirty and stained sheets. Had hair in them, doubt they were ever changed
- 4/5
Very convenient and clean.
- 4/5
The entry is a bit confusing, with the gas station in front.
- 4/5
Check in was fast and convenient
- 5/5
My guest has stayed at this place before, and he recommended me to book this place. It is so convenient how close this place is to the BART station, and I appreciate how cordial the owners are. We will surely book at the Traveler's Inn should we visit the city again.
- 4/5
Solid, clean place to stay. Locally owned and cared for. Not super fancy but safe, clean and very reasonably priced!
- 3/5
The location and price is nice.
- 5/5
It was a comfortable stay, staff are friendly and accommodating, base on experience
- 4/5
Nice place for a short stay. Room was very nice. Parking was outside the door but it didn't feel safe. The motel is part of a gas station so traffic to the pump flies right behind the parked cars. The noise wasn't bad.
- 4/5
OK room, great towels, flat pillows, thin blanket.
- 3/5
The t.v. was placed in an alcove with the hanger for clothes, not very comfortable viewing. No light in this alcove either where the coffee pot was located so you couldn't see what you were doing! Bathroom very tiny with a very noisy fan. Bring slippers because everything is tile. Not a very warm room.
- 5/5
Customer service was awesome
- 5/5
Simple and good for a night stay, the room did smelly like someone smoked in there even though it was a no smoking room. And its very outdated, but overall it was alright.
- 5/5
We stayed for one night. We are from out of town & visiting family. Nice area, it was quiet, perfect spot for the night.
- 5/5
Comfortable motel for price
- 3/5
needs a little attention with cleaning
- 5/5
Overall it was avery good stay, and we will do it again.
- 4/5
Nice accomodation in this price in San Francisco.
- 3/5
Fair condition
- 5/5
Close to entertainment and food and a grocery store
- 5/5
Room was good. Solo trip. Room as advertised, clean, comfortable, and close to destination. Restaurant and services close. Will stay again.
- 3/5
Ok
- 3/5
This place was perfect for a cheap stay. It has a shower and a TV with satellite but no streaming. The internet was fine. It was nice being located right next to a Carls Jr and a convenient store. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night due to traffic from the gas station, but that's not their fault at all. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing dreadfully terrible. I'd say I had a perfectly average stay. It gave me a place to sleep and clean myself while I was in town for a festival.
- 4/5
It was ok, for a last minute one night stay.
- 3/5
Hotel was old and looked like there was some damage from the winter storms that had not yet been fixed. However, the room was clean and they had obviously done what they could to modernize the rooms. Check in and check out was easy.
- 5/5
It was very clean and the employees/owners were very kid.
- 5/5
Convenient, clean, quiet
- 5/5
The owner was so nice and was even helpful to find directions. He went out of his way. I will definitely go back again
- 5/5
The towels are too old. Manosh is friendly.
- 1/5
Mold everywhere, wood rot. Tourn sheets possibly from bed bugs and the staff was no help and possibly too young to be working.
- 3/5
This motel/inn has very nice people that work there (family-owned and operated). The young daughter that was at the lobby desk (Marishka- I believe) was very helpful and checked me in quickly. She is so polite. This place is in dire need of some upgrades, repairs, and improvements to the property. I had several things that went wrong in my room. On the 2nd or 3rd day/night I had a leak in the ceiling walls it had dripped on the floor for a couple of days (due to maintenance /contractors not able to come out and fix the problem - needed certain pipes). Then I had NO hot water for a few days! Mr. Manoush (I think that was his name) let me use another room for showering and offered to let me move in there too, but I was leaving town after my 11-day stay by that time. The ice machine barely had ice each day. But this man really was attentive to what ever I needed but I personally think that he should consider upgrading/renovating a lot of this property. Centrally located near several stores restaurants, two malls, Costco, and sits adjacent to a Chevron gas station (which was BTW a little noisy at times with loud vehicles/motorcycles, which made for a sleepless night or two). Probably would NOT stay there again. Sorry

When my son and I first got there to get the room I saw a black widow spider so i killed it and left it there for the housekeeping to see. Also I saw a white bug crawling on the bed so i killed that too before it got to my son. Then the bedsheets, my son started getting rashes all over his stomach. When we went out the next day I told the management to change the sheets cus my sons getting rashes. When we went back to the hotel from the mall that night his rashes came back and became worse. My son doesnt usually get rashes he just started getting them when we were staying there. Overall i do liked how its close to store and heater/ac was good too. I also like the little table where we can sit and eat and the little fridge and microwave too.
- 3/5
Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable but floor was filthy. Wi-fi was spotty.
- 5/5
For the price and location it’s very convenient. Pretty close to the freeway. Only about 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. It is a motel not a hotel so don’t expect anything upscale. But safety and cleanliness is important to me so I gave it a five.
- 5/5
The Travelers Inn is located close to the airport.

Side , the bed wasn’t confortable, the people next door were fighting at 3 in the morning.
- 5/5
Everything ok excellent
- 5/5
I love the staff there. They are warm and friendly owners that made me feel very welcomed.

From check in to check out the staff was so helpful. The parking was amazing. The room was super clean the water was HOT just the way we liked it. The girl at check In even gave us an extra blanket as requested . did I mention the rates were super reasonable.

- 5/5
Easy in-out
- 1/5
There was stains on the bed.hairs and a footprint.
- 4/5
Nice quiet room with good tv
- 4/5
The room was scrupulously clean. The heater/cooler/fan worked well. Despite being next to a busy El Camino Real intersection, the room was quiet. The shower was very good. The owner/manager was friendly and responsive. Bear in mind that this is a simple motel. The value for price was good.
- 2/5
Floor has hairs. Bathroom is not well cleaned with sticky black particles on the floor and wall.
- 3/5
Property shares parking lot with gas station/fast food. Very congested trying to park .
- 2/5
Room smelled of cigarette smoke, in need of an upgrade, no fitted sheet and the refrigerator ran continuously and not cold just a bunch of noise
- 4/5
It is a decent place for short stay. Fairly clean room and bathroom. Close to San Francisco International Airport. What I don’t like is, no restaurant, guest need to go out to buy food and drink outside.
- 4/5
It is a nice place to stay, but, having a gas station outside your hotel door, the noise and lights are a bit too much. Employees are very nice.
- 2/5
Floors were dirty and sticky. Smells like Cigarettes and I don’t smoke.
- 5/5
This was a very good option for a short stay in san francisco that.is clean and reasonable.
- 4/5
Just what I needed: a clean, quiet room for a quick overnight stay. Staff was very courteous. The only reason I gave the condition an "OK" review is because there was some ugly damage to the tiles on the bathroom window that makes the place feel "run down," but really, the rest of the room was in good shape. Could've used an extra blanket, but the bed was comfortable (if you like your mattresses on the firm side) and sheets clean.
- 5/5
Definitely was not expecting this for the price
- 5/5
Very close to work
- 4/5
The units were very clean with the exception of the floors which turned the bottom of my white socks black. There is very little amenities, no iron or ironing board, the room I was in had a large area for a travel bag and it should have had in there also a clothes rod. The clothes rod with this room was under the table which was under the television and hanging anything on the hangers cause them to be on the floor. The people on the door was very low and was non-functional. My room was at the end of the hotel and it took almost 3 to 4 minutes for any hot water to come out of the shower, it was so long I thought possibly the hot water tank was bad. Don't get me wrong this is a economical place to stay which offers you clean bed and a quiet room for a reasonable price. However if you want a few more amenities you would be better suited to a more well-known hotel chain. The manager was always going above board to try to help in any way he could. Friendly courteous and smiling
- 3/5
Mid but it was alright
- 1/5
The room smelled like cigarettes even tho it’s a no smoking room. & the TV does not work
- 5/5
Very convenient location and clean.
- 4/5
The room is clean and neat. Staffs are friendly. Quiet surrounding and I'm having a wonderful stay so far.

Helpful host. Cordial with friendly family going off to Thanksgiving dinner.
