Budget friendly hotel with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Rooms have a microwave and a mini fridge. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Parking was easy, people were friendly, rooms were clean. The furniture was pretty ‘no frills’ and worn; and things like a shelf in the bathroom (for toiletries) towel hooks, etc. would improve it.

Had to find a place to stay last minute and stumbled upon this. Check in was a quick and sent to room speedily. Once inside there was a strong fragrance in the room. The sheets were stained with some red marks, the walls were heavily scuffed and black from dirt. Shower head could only be aimed at the back right wall. Otherwise a decent place.

Very clean, great price, good tv, and large room. I travel for work a lot and small details matter. They give you water bottle in the room, soaps and lotion, and comfy beds. These details matter on budget rooms and make my stay comfortable. Will book again!!

Good clean rooms. AC was good. Just need a shelf over sink to put bath items on.

Easy parking. Room & amenities were basic but sufficient. Great for if you have a car and need a cheap place to stay the night.

There were ants in the room and the bathroom door did not close properly.

Where do I begin? Curtains didn’t close completely so anybody walking by could see in. Light from outside shone onto bed at night from curtain slit. Bathroom was very small ( have photos) and very poor quality ( Had Motel 6 bar soap as hand soap, got picture) Desk and furniture in poor condition( didn’t even sit in chairs that looked to have ground in dirt). No power plugs near desk or bed to plug in phone or computer chargers. The list could go on but saving best for last. The flooring near the far wall felt to drop off a couple of inches feeling like an issue with the foundation in some way.

Room was in rough shape.

Not a bad hotel to stay in

When I first arrived, I had trouble parking because there was a very large construction truck parked in their small lot. I was put in a corner unit that had very loud street noise. While there, I left an unopened snack cake on the desk for about an hour. When I went to retrieve it, I found it covered with ants. I notified management and they came in with a can of ant poison and wanted to spray it while I was eating my dinner.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay again

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, close to the airport. Very convenient, especially during a busy Super Bowl weekend!

It was dirty and the furniture was extremely worn and the bed was literally a mason a metal frame I did not feel safe so I called an uber and went to a different hotel. I would not recommend this place

Nothing Airport noise and general condition

I was emailed by the property that my check in time is at 2 pm but when we get there the receptionist told me that it was 3pm and showed the email but still insisted and I requested if we can just have an early check in but she refused and let us wait for exact 3 pm to check in, this is the very first time that I have ever experienced this kind of treatment in a motel/inn/hotel. I stayed in my car and never have once seen someone came in or left and I am sure that the room indicated for me was already prepared and so why not let me stayed since they are the one who made a mistake with their information in the email. No exhaust in the toilet. Toilet is not clean at all.

$400 at midnight. We were there for less than nine hours. Ridiculously overpriced. But we had very few options.

Check-in was quick and easy. The employee who assisted us was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was very close to the airport with a Safeway and eateries within walking distance. The room was clean and a good size. A/C, fridge, microwave, TV, and complimentary soap, lotion, and coffee machine was great to have inside the room. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Decided last minute to have another day in San Francisco and found this hotel to stay at for a night, room was very clean love that theres also a coffee pot in it, staff was nice and it's one of few around that don't require a deposit which made it even more convenient for an unplanned extra day. We will be coming back here next time

i was turned away but never refunded, apparently you have to be 21 to stay? i think it should be listed somewhere if they have a minimum age

I walked in looked around and walked out. The door had a portion that was not closed all the way and open to insects to come in. The floors were disgusting. There was no fitted sheet on the bed just the mattress cover that was not clean. I could see dead skin on it. Did not stay and placed my key right back into the check out drop box

The room was without amenities though it did have a microwave. And was noisey; there were loud and annoying plumbing noises throughout the night.

Water pressure was weak, bathroom was very small and had ants.

The price was definitely right Some areas of the room were a little dirty. When I put the heater on there was a loud noise after which made it hard to sleep

It is a convenient place to stay when you need to be close to the airport. Right in front there is a bus stop to go around the city. As it is located close to San Francisco Airport, the airplane noise can be very disturbing, especially throughout the night. I would recommend cleaning the air conditioning filter.

Clean and courteous staff

The facility is old and small. It was clean enough. My biggest concern was the fact they would not send a jacket left, at my expense. Second, they said if we didn't pickup that day, their staff was taking it home. Rude! And probably illegal. We went back and got it. Never staying there again and definitely going to spread my bad review.

Didn't expect that for the cheap hotel price, we will have a very nice accommodation.The hotel is not 5 star rate but the room is very clean and cozy.For sure we will come back.

Reasonable stay for a reasonable price

The best bed ive had in many hotel. Clean and easy access . Quiet and close to grocery stores.

Check in staff was friendly. Property is very aged and rundown. Unclean bathroom mirror and long gray hair on fresh towel. Minor issues you can live through, especially for the price point.

I appreciate the value as I do not require frills and this unit was clean and efficiently designed. I had no trouble sleeping and parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely filthy. There was rice crusted to the pillow case along with hair. There was rice spilt on chair and a dirty rag behind bathroom door, along with blood on sheets and comforter. The top sheet was super dirty, hair all over bed and pillows. Dirty shower with earring on shower floor and hair all over shower. The worst $100 I’ve ever spent.

Really not a bad hotel for the price and being close to the airport. The only negative is that this hotel is on a busy road and as such, cars with excessively loud music and bass are going through at all hours of the night, and if you’re a light sleeper like myself this can be problematic. But otherwise not a bad place for the price!

Excellent short stay.

The place was close to where we were going. I didn’t like the area much so the air plane noises. The room had bugs in there. I would say it my first and last time staying there.

Get the water pipes checked

& Maybe get electric bug zappers that plug into the wall. There were 2 lil gnats at two different times attempting to crawl on me as I was getting out of shower and getting dressed.

It is clean, and ok on the noise level. It is however not equipped with sound proofing as stated on the website. But the traffic noise doesn’t both you once you’re sleep and the world around you settles down.

Looks like they've upgraded portions of the rooms and added microwaves including a small fridge in every room as well. I would have to say, the internet its still extremely slow and the TVs are very small as well. If they provided a small breakfast, that would be appreciated also. The staff, which is not many, are very nice and accommodating.

Good basic accommodation for an overnight stay

Thank you Deluxe Inn for your hospitality. We were back in my home town for the funeral of our beloved Aunt. We only booked for one night only because we’ve not stayed in a Motel for YEARS and didn’t know what to expect. Yes the room is small BUT it had Everything we needed. It was convenient ( close to the cemetery and only 15 mins to St Paul’s church) and only minutes to my Aunts Assisted Living at Ages. Having to move all of my Aunts things out of her apartment there were designated boxes left from my Aunt to us. Being we still had the funeral procession ahead of us and thought it would be in bad taste to have moving boxes in the back of our truck, hotel management said we could use our room to move all of the boxes inside as long as we still had adequate room to function. We added three more days to our stay with no problem from the hotel. Fresh towels and peace and quiet , yes a few planes flew bye but never too loud and very few. Gunters restaurant is down a little and on the other side of the street. So friendly and Breakfast all day long with the baseball game on the T.V. . We travel to San Francisco every other month or so and will definitely visit DELUXE INN AND GUNTERS Again. THANK YOU DELUXE INN for bringing us comfort in a very Sad Time , Many Blessings.

Flight got delayed with arrival at 01:30 am. No checkin possible. Incredible unhelpful and rude staff. No possibility to check in the next day. Wasted money. Worst staff and checkin policy.

The only inconvenience was that the bed base made noises/squeaks whenever I move around on it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Given the price relative to other accommodation this was a fair deal. Check was straightforward, parking was free and right outside the room, and the room, while basic, was clean. It was a bit loud with the planes flying over but I brought my ear plugs so that was fine. Good TV options as well.

Easy check in and easy check out, staff is very helpful and nice.

Everything was fine until we went in the room and the noise from the street and airplanes flying in/out SF Airport became annoying and made it difficult to fall asleep.

The room was neat and tidy. It contains the basic essentials and cones equipped with a coffee maker, tv, microwave and fridge. Location is near restaurants and a supermarket.

It was good, parking great, location not bad, convenient to get to and close to SFO, room 118 has loud pipes that knock in the closet ceiling all night long---

The smoke detector in room kept us up all night with its “chirping”. But in the morning when I addressed it to manager, he promptly replaced the battery. The lighting wasn’t great. It could do with a reading lamp as opposed to bright ceiling lights. Maybe a dimmer switch would do. We noticed lots of ants in room on wall. Apart from that, it was a decent place to stay for the money.

It was my second time here. I came back so it must be good. I love this place. It’s comfortable and clean. It’s close to good Filipino places to eat. Check in was fast and friendly.

We needed a place to crash before catching an early morning flight. This was ideal. It was very easy to drive to the airport, and it was quiet and easy to sleep.

Nice convenient

For affordable accommodation, the Deluxe Inn was remarkably comfortable, and you got the sense that management was invested in making it the best they could. A recently renovated bathroom in my unit was very much appreciated.

Super clean, super maintained. No amenities, and no comforts, but for an urban travel inn, this was an excellent stay. Bonus was the amount of parking, I never had to worry about having a spot.

I found a bunch of black hair in the bathroom floor was discusting , that tells me that the room was not cleaned properly,
