breakfast great a little outdated and blamed 3rd third-party booking for not getting the fireplace offered in the description. I am still a member, but regardless, I think it means to take things depending on the booking method, with payment still guaranteed. If not booked through Marriott, Booker may not get what they think they booked. They say to call.smh who would know that?

The room was extremely bad. The bed was caked up with dust and hair on the box spring. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The cabinets and bathroom door had holes in them. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I will never stay there ever. Its a shame Marriott even let them carry there name. Its more like something you would see in a low priced room.

We had a great stay at the residence Inn. We had a lovely suite that was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. Things are clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again.

The hotel had everything that I needed. It's like a studio apartments instead of staying in a hotel. I don't like the fact that I had cash on me to pay for $40.00 deposit, and I had to use my card instead. And, the day of check out the housekeeper just used her key and opened the door without even knocking.

The location It wasn’t clean. The stove top and oven was filthy as well as the refrigerator and the floors were sticky and marred. The bathroom shower wall had mold buildup on it. After I’d complained the manager never called me back.

I've stayed at this property for years, but won't stay there again. It's going downhill every year. The staff are very polite, but we had several problems. They don't replace things that are stolen, are stingy with towels, tissue paper, soap, and other things. The two bedroom suite that we had was the worst room I've ever had at a Residence Inn. The refrigerator looked like someone had hit it with a sledgehammer. My daughter found a plastic fork in her bed. When we stayed there a month earlier, we had found several hairs on the bed (that looked like someone had cut a small child's hair). The living room window had curtains, but no sun shade. When I asked for extra towels, I was told to get them at the front desk from a housekeeper in the hallway. I had to buy my own tissue paper because they didn't leave replacement rolls in the bathrooms even though we were there 5 days. The most hazardous problem concerned the sliding door on the bedroom closet. It had one door, but was supposed to have two. It had jagged glass at the bottom and was a safety hazard for people with small children or pets. They gave us a discount, but when we stayed there a month earlier, it wasn't any better. The carpet was dirty and frayed in our room. Also, the strangest thing we noticed was the fact that one of the bins in the refrigerator had been glued shut. We couldn't open it when we were trying to put things in the refrigerator. It's like they're trying to run themselves out of business.

The only Compliant We Have Is The Rooms Need To Be Updated Very Old Carpet and one of The Vanity Drawers Fell Apart We Did Report it to the Front Desk. We Travel Quite often to the Residents inn in Chandler Az as Well That Location needs upgrades as well Their Breakfast was Not as Good as Southaven Tennessee Hopefully I Will See Some Upgrades Soon.

This hotel was great! The staff were extremely friendly. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. Tangers Outlet is about a mile or so away. My only complaint would be that breakfast could've been better considering the price point per night.

2. The decor was trendy but very dark. Not really compatible for a woman business traveler. Didn't like going down dark hallways and dark elevator. The walls were charcoal black and absorbed the hall lighting.

Clean and probably refurbished recently. Good mattress gave good nights sleep. We had 2 dogs with us and they were greeted as good as we were! Good substantial breakfast including ham and eggs, bagels, with the trimmings. Will definitely return

Everything was great. Until I was told that I’ll get my deposit within 30 days,Bc of my card. It’s been 2 month and still haven’t received my deposit. I had 3 rooms. And every time I call to speak to customer service they give me the run around. But I think the cashier charged me for a extra room. Instead of my deposit. Bc instead of the deposit being 75.00 it was 89 and some change. I was a faithful customer. But I won’t be back.

We had a two bedroom suite one off the beds had ants everywhere, candy and hair under the headboard. Front desk person came and sprayed and informed us we could not sleep in there because the chemical was not go to inhale.

The hotel is in need of some upgrades. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly our first night. It was repaired the following day. Our room didn't get cleaned after our first night. We left the room our 11:00 a.m. Housekeeping was cleaning on our floor but failed to clean our room. Breakfast was not the best either. The best thing about hotel is location. I would not stay here again.

We needed a reservation that would allow my elderly mother to travel with us. This hotel had a perfect solution, two bedrooms with each having an adjoining bathroom. Although I knew I could, I didn’t want to rent two adjoining rooms. This room is probably for an extended stay since it has a living area and kitchen but it is just what we needed to have a comfortable weekend. It is located in a very busy but safe area of Southaven with many choices for dining and shopping. Every member of the staff that we encountered was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a small bug on the pillow that I tried to ignore, and it didn’t look like a bed bug. Then around 4:30 am something started beeping nonstop and I called the front desk and he told me that there was no maintenance person on duty so I tried to sleep and finally gave up. I was so tired driving back to Arkansas the next day because I didn’t get any sleep!

The a/c would not cool the room. When we first turned it on, the room actually got warmer by 2 degrees and stayed there until sometime in the morning. By the afternoon, it was back up to 76 degrees in the room again. The coffee pot was broken, and the refrigerator was dented. All in all, not worth the money.

The breakfast was pretty bad. We stayed at the same chain in Cincinnati, Ohio and it was much better . All of the doors to every room in the hotel were dirty. Also, around all of the doorjamb inside the rooms were not clean.

This hotel was nasty. I would definitely NOT stay here again. The mattress pad kept coming off of the bed because it was put on inside out and was convering a mattress that looked to be about 50 years old. Our iron didnt work, so they brought us another one which was rusted, and didn't realize that until getting rust stains on my white pants. I opened the coffee pot to make coffee and there was a MOLDED coffee filter. We stayed two nights and after the first night the maid made the comment, "Are you really going to make me clean this room?" Ummmm, yes, because that's what you get paid to do. It was awful.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was terrific, especially Teresa at the front desk, who was a big help and even agreed to pray for our safe trip home (we got home safe and sound!). The facilities were nice. The staff were excellent. The room was large and very well-stocked. The breakfast bar was abundant. The only problem is that the sink/counter/mirror were in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. I usually get up hours before my family and get washed and dressed for the day in the bathroom without waking my family, but that was absolutely impossible to do here since the sink/counter/mirror were in the bedroom!!! I'm very surprised that a room accommodating several people would be designed this way. I've never encountered this in a hotel before. The bathroom was very small, having only a toilet and a shower/tub. For this one reason, I won't stay at a Marriott Residence Inn again unless I am travelling alone.

The negative I would give is the shower water was either hot or cold no in between, the pool lights were turned off before closing time while we were still swimming, breakfast was good just wish there was some type of meat on the buffet. But over all we were happy with our stay
