I didn't last an hour in this hotel. Initially, I didn't realize that they were not ADA compliant. I was given a room on the second floor and asked for an elevator and she said there wasn't one. I then asked for a room on the first floor, she said they were booked and didn't have any other rooms. It was late so I struggled up the stairs to the room. I sat my things down. The comforter on the bed had stains and still, I decided I'd just sleep in the other bed. I tried to turn on the television, it did not work at all. I then went to use the restroom and then there was an insect crawling across the floor. At that point, I gathered my things, struggled back downs the stairs and told the staff that I could not stay there. It was at that point that she offered me another room. I declined, but asked, how did she now have ac room when just moments ago, they were booked? They need an extermination and deep cleaning. I do not recommend staying here until they have upgraded there facility.

They took my money and I never stayed there I stayed there for one night and I had to pay cash so they are horrible for that

Nice place to stay

The parking was indeed sufficient...shopping areas were in nearby drive range (very close proximity), but it's the quietness & the seclusion that keeps me coming back. Not a whole lot of excessive noise nor loud music! Peaceful, Relaxing, and rather Quaint. (What I love about it!)

IF YOU GET ROOM 219 PLEASE RUN it is heavily infested with roaches. This will be my last stay with these people ever again! I used to use them very frequently for a quick cheap stay but it has just gone downhill in under a year. The more I have visited the more roaches I see every time. This time was the last straw. We came for a quick 1 night stay and we didn’t even make it past the doorway before we turned around. 2 roaches crawling in the bathroom, 3 crawling in the sink, 2 more crawling on the floor in front of us. Disgusting, we couldn’t get a refund because we chose the no refund option but I didn’t even care. They can keep the money, I was not going to stay in that disgusting roach filled hotel. If 1 room had that many roaches then all of the rooms have roaches. The next room they tried to offer me had a roach in it as well so this place is just a complete no go. Obviously this place is not clean of roaches are crawling everywhere and the sheets are paper thin. Spend the extra money and go to La Quinta in olive branch!!!

The bathtub wasn’t in the best shape and the counter around the sink wasn’t the cleanest.

I always enjoy the stay here with my partner and pup but on my last few stays I have started to see more and more little roaches in every room I am in. This is a little unsettling and my only complaint.

Yes everything was great and the room was very clean

The room was clean, front desk was courteous and the building was secure. There was no continental breakfast, extremely lightweight bedding and the snack vending machine was empty. Other than that, I would definitely book another stay when in town.

Enjoyed the room

This location is in better condition than the Collierville location. This location also has much friendlier staff and cleaner rooms! No complaints and would return or recommend to others. Sheets are a bit thin but that’s all. Everyone is nice and it’s a peaceful location. Near many food options and near the mall as well.

The carpet could use a good shampooing if not replaced and the towels and linen needs bleach.

For the price there was no vending for snacks we had grandkids with us, no continental breakfast, the rooms can use an update the tub had rust stains in it

I would never stay there again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at. The worker’s brings their kids to work & they run up & down the hall crying. The drug smell is horrific. & The wifi has a very poor connection. The front desk crew is not attentive to your complaints at all. It’s a mess all around the whole board period.

The price is good for what you get. The room is very basic but very clean. It is a very old hotel but maintained decently. There were no kleenex in the room which I think is a basic. The shower heads really need to be replaced to get the full stream of water to shower comfortably. Overall it was ok.

It was clean and nice

Issues with bedspread it one was dirty did stuck to it; the other had cigarette burns in it. The wall from past water damage had a bad patch job. The shower had bad water pressure and no cocking around where it came from the wall. Was in a non smoking room could smell smoke. Walls very thin could hear other tv all night. No breakfast not even coffee. All in all just lack luster experience for the money. Should have been 25 a night not 60.

This property is good for a last option effort, or if you are low on funds.Too many questionable stains on the wall and I noticed the sheets have been reused to many times. Permanent stains in them.

First room I went to AC broke. They don’t give much of a blanket to stay warm. They had dirty tub. Like dirt puddle.

I stay here everytime Im in Southaven. Its not a lot of bells and whistles but its well maintained, clean, quiet and bug free.

Staff was friendly the hotel was very clean and quiet every night. I stayed with my teenagers they enjoyed it and it near my job. Right off the expressway so very convenient for travel and it's a lot of food options and a mall near by. Highly recommend

Did not clean room but twice a week, not everyday! Did not get clean towels everyday , maybe have to ask for them! Not enough toliet tissue , had to purchase myself, also soap! Other than that ,ok

Covers /sheets were dirty . Toilet had sh*t on it from whoever stayed previously. Environment was overall filthy.

Breakfast was not provided, contrary to what was advertised. There was no soundproofing between rooms, making it noisy. The building featured numerous unsettling pictures, possibly of a religious nature.

I have always stayed at this location because of location and its normal quietness. This stay however was very noisy with barking dogs, screaming women at 4 a,m., someone in the room above me moving furniture every night of my stay, slamming doors all throughout the night each night. I will probably stay elsewhere on my next visit.

It was not all that great. Bed was not very comfortable. Tv was missing a remote. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was not drinkable. Would not stay there again

They were remodeling the lobby, so you had to check in at the “rent by the hour” window. It was okay for a one night stay, but do not be fooled by the internet pictures.

This site is currently undergoing renovation which is somewhat inconvenient but otherwise is a very good place to stay. I have stayed there while visiting relatives. Thus far is very quiet

Every night or evening someone upstairs was knocking or stomping or running!! Staff coming by doing random room checks, “so- called maintenance checks”- was NOT necessary l🙃🙃

Cool and no riff raff

The room was up a flight of stairs 10 or more and no elevator. Once you reached the top second floor was strong with the smell of weed smoke. The pillows on the bed was so thin that all three pillows made 1 pillow. The blanket on the bed was so thin and uncomfortable the whole night. Plus had mold on the bedside table.

Called to inquire about an early check in. They said 11am and 25 dollar free. I arrived at 1230 and room still not ready. Got in at 130. Tv didn’t work, channels won’t change. Room key card did not work. Bathtub was filthy. Room phone did not work. Staff had an attitude about coming to try and fix. Fixed phone but tv did not work entire stay.

Everything was fine and my only gripe is that housekeeping entered my room while I had the "do not disturb" doorknob sign on.

Good value for a short stay. Not a luxury hotel but was really good tor the price paid.

The whole hotel smelled terribly, both beds had only been made and the linens were covered in dirt, hair, and stains. The bathroom was disgusting and the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Do not stay here

I am just now finding out that this place charged me $176 dollars after I had already payed Hotels.com for my stay. There is no reason to have charged my card whenever I had already paid. I feel like they do this to people staying on the weekend, because some banks don’t show charges over the weekend until Monday. I called back up there a few times and “the manager” is never there.

The hall leading to my room also had a musty odor. There was no pool on the property as advertised. One of the major disappointments was the false advertisement about amenities. The ad listed a pool, but there was no pool on the property. Breakfast was also misleadingly advertised as a continental breakfast, but all offered was coffee. Furthermore, the presence of two roaches in my hotel room was unacceptable. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

We was suppose to have a room with 2 queen bed they was full beds one of the beds was collapse on one side walls had several cracks in them shower had large crack in the wall sink was busted room smells like smoke and weed towel rack covered in rust only could get 2 towels at a time for 4 adults door wouldnt stay locked and could see day light all the way around it will never be back and hotel.com should take them off there list completely dissatisfied

Comfortable enough for the price. Bed was pretty firm initially but either I was tired on nights 2&3 or Whitney on night 1 it was fine by the end. Property and room were clean however I didn’t use the couch due to unknown stains. Would def stay again if I was looking for a cheap safe place. Staff was kind and accommodating.

Overall, a good stay. Nothing too flashy or really catches your eye. Everything in good condition. Good location with easy route to restaurants and the mall. Only down part was just having poor shower curtains.

The property has potentials. It needs a handyman to make repairs and make it look nicer.

I was supposed to get a room on the ground floor and he gave me a room on the 2nd floor no elevator . He ended up having one room left with king size bed it ,so we took it ,he said the others had not been cleaned this wzs at 3:30

The staff was excellent; especially Anjan and Josh. Lacy was excellent and went the extra mile for my comfort. I didn’t get Anjan’s brother name but he too was a blessing.

Lacy has been terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. What were going through we need that and apperciate that. The guy at night needs to get some social skills. Hes not very friendly or accommodating. Decent room. Cleaning lady is terrific. Awesome bed.

Staff was kind and informative. Locked front door after 9pm. Had a 24 hour restaurant within walking distance.

Comfortable bed but the cleaning left much to be desired.The carpet was poorly vacuumed and dirty.Good side was we found .37 cents on the floor beside the bed.When we returned from shopping the entire floor smelled like curry being cooked!It eventually stunk up our room too!

Nothing fancy, but a clean room and friendly staff. We stayed three nights, and I believe we got our money's worth. The noise from other residents was not unbearable, but we kind of wish we hadn't been in the room next to the stairs. Not a deal breaker. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks.

Guest in the next room next door blasted their music around 10:00 pm. I had to call the front desk twice to ask if they would ask them to turn the music down. On the second attempt, he was able to convince the guest to turn the music off. The continental breakfast could be better. Everything else was ok.

Nice clean rooms. Quiet and the staff is very friendly. Front desk clerk was very informative and helpful.
