The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the a/c kept the room COLD. The hot water was HOT.

The AC took a while to cool down but eventually did. Limoted continental breakfast was okay. Property was clean and maintained. If driving through again the price was right.

The bed where really comfortable. Room and bathroom where very spacious. Love that it had a stove and sink even though it was really small. There is a taco bell just a few feet away which worked great for us, we weren't there long enough to use the little kitchen. The room had a strange smell, guessing its the cleaning supplies they use to clean. The little packs of shampoo is not enough to wash hair if you have thick or long hair. Also wish they had a pool.

I liked that the location was near the airport, the Tanger mall, places to eat in walking distance. And also near a service station. The hot water was always hot. I didn't like that running water from other rooms was very very loud.

Absolutely Nothing. The Room, the Hotel images on the website was completely different. The room was filthy. The carpet has not been changed for decades, the aircon was extremely noisy and was blowing out dust. We immediately changed Hotel during the middle of the night.

The front desk girl in the morning is absolutely sweet and awesome. Since she is working now, we will be coming back. Her and the new housekeepers are the reason we come back every month now. They care and will help anyway they can. I didn't like that the guy next to us in the back was so loud all night that it was hard to sleep. I also wish they would get up to date lights that have a USB port for your phone. Also, if they would get new blankets or comforters. They have had the same over blanket thing made of silk for lots of years now. It is very clean, tho. We enjoyed our stay.

The property looks nice and staff was good. We stay in room 104 Had to try and find a light to work the one at the door did not work they had it turned off on the other side of the room. The room was not the cleanest I have stayed in. The bed was rock hard.

The honeymoon suite I booked a month prior was already reserved.

Clean but is old and dated. Beds are firm and bedding and pillows need updated. My wife and I didn’t sleep well. air/heat controls are on the window unit and hard to regulate. I. Would pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

The lady checking us in was awesome, extra friendly and quick. Room was small but had everything we needed. It was freezing outside and the heater worked great, plentiful hot water in a good shower.

We have often stayed at another hotel nearby, but had once been moved to this hotel during an over booking we decided to making reservations here on this trip because it's rates were showing cheaper than our regular hotel and it provided some breakfast items and the other hotel no longer does. Being able to get more for your money and also spending less money was what sold us. It helps to be able to get something to eat before you leave and not having to stop somewhere else. It was simple bakery items, cereals, and the waffle machine. It also had orange juice, milk and coffee. Nothing fancy but free. I had gone thru a third party to book it but it was only a few dollars cheaper than calling the hotel direct but I was able to get rewards thru the third party which is why I chose that. I called a couple days prior to make sure my reservation had been received and to ask if there was a possiblity we might be able to check in before the stated standard 3 PM - we had an event that evening to attend and extra time would be nice. I was told I could probably check in around 1:30 to 2 PM. Unexpectedly we arrived in town closer to 12:30 and we went in to at least sit in the warm lobby and wait until we could get into our room - The young lady was very nice and took my information and immediately checked us in and gave us the key to our room even earlier than expected. Everything we saw and experienced was clean and professional - we felt safe and comfortable. Will come again!

Walk in front door. Get hit with that weed skunk smell. Then the try covering it up with spray. Charged us an extra $57 for our dog which my wife told me it was supposed to be included when we purchased the room online. The Room, stained capet, broken tv remote, broken toilet paper holder, broken towel holder, bathroom sink falling away from wall, cloth shower curtain no liner so water all over the floor, slip hazard, almost fell stepping out onto tile floor. The Pros front desk clerks friendly, fairly quiet.

I stayed here for a woman's conference, nice room just wish the shower had hot water for a longer period of time. Felt like I had to literally hop in and out..

Asked to move rooms due to musty smell, dirty carpet and dangerous electrics in first room. Second room equally bad (hairdryer short circuited and smoked within a minute of turning it on). Poor breakfast offering (stale looking cereal and pastries). As a budget hotel, I was not expecting luxury but would expect a clean room, safe electrics and a decent basic breakfast. Plus points were fridge and TV in room. Chairs filthy but bed reasonably clean and comfortable.

Staff was great. The one thing that will prevent me from returning was the inability to open windows,! It made inside stuffy and uncomfortable.

The lobby and most of the room is well maintained. The walls were thin and I had to call the front desk to address loud guests on both sides at 2 am - but they resolved it each time. Given the proximity to the airport and the price, I would stay again.

Old run down hotel that needs work. The rooms smell like cigarettes, the carpet feels sticky, the light switch and toilet paper holder were coming out of the wall, there was a tiny bit of paper on the roll, there was a few weird red spots in the sheets, breakfast sucks.

Breakfast was very slim, just waffle maker and a few small prepackage muffins. Rooms are a lot smaller than they look in the pictures. A plus is there is a lot of food options close by and the refridgerator and microwave in the room was bigger than most places.

Our stay was comfortable. Its was clean and the staff was welcoming. Ill definitely choose here again.

Had to leave without spending the night. Very rundown property. Very dirty furniture. Very old and rough sheets. Pillows were old, dingy, lumpy. Pair of panties left on floor of the closet in the first room. Second room was no different (didn't look in closet). Requested refund and was told it had to come from Expedia. Going to try and work on that.

When I opened our room up, I went in to use the bathroom, and the handle was completely inoperable. Sharing a hotel room with family, this was unacceptable, so I went to the front desk to let them know. I was given another room, and when we opened that one, the carpet was all ripped up off the side of the wall, and while the bathroom door closed, it didn’t lock. I took a picture and let the front desk attendant know the damage was there when I opened the room, and she treated me like, well, a Karen. We were only there for one night, but the fabric on the chairs was horrifying to look at and terrifying to sit on, the beds were cheap, the pillows even cheaper and lumpier, and the air conditioning unit old and smelly. They proudly display a sign in their lobby that says they have an 8.6/10 from hotels.com-can that award be purchased or stolen from another hotel lobby? Unless the category was “Dive”.

First disappoint was false advertisement for accessible room with double beds. One single available which I had to accept because my son can't walk. The hotel really isn't appropriate for wheelchair guests even coming through the doors. I caught stress for a week. Very disappointed ☹️

The front desk staff welcomed me and found my reservation promptly. He asked for ID and credit card (the usual). He asked how my day had been. He was very welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The rate for the night was very, very reasonable. I will be back!

Room smells stale, carpet in the hallway (and to a degree in the room) have a strong smoking smell despite room being nonsmoking. Overall decent place but I would not rate the hotel as high in rating as suggested.

This was a good quiet Hotel. breakfast wasn't very good. But, our only big complaint was that the bed was horrible. The mattress springs on husbands side of the bed were broken, so the bed sagged horribly.

We paid $82 for a night, I wouldn’t be afraid to stay there again, for a night, but I’d keep looking for any longer than that.

For the economical price, it was pleasant to stay in.

You will have to use you key multiple times before you can get in the building or your room that you paid for. You cannot have guests to visit and stay overnight unless you an extra fee which is written in the paperwork. The only good thing about the hotel is you have different options for food restaurants

This is a decent older motel, amenities are sparse. Breakfast was ok, but I've had more options at comperable chains. The room was recently redone, and was clean but due to building age and not having a/c running it had a musty smell, again not horrible and something I've experienced in similar private run hotels. Beds are new, but super firm, a bit too firm for my comfort. Had a bit of an issue checking in with a service animal, and staff insisted i provide documentation, i informed them of the law, and while there was some disagreements they were very polite.

Simple properly, gives a nice evening's rest. No more , no less. Worth the 100 a night.

All was expected except the breakfast was mediocre, could have easily been improved with some hot water, tea bags and fruit. Some difficulties communicating with the morning staff as they didn’t speak nor understand any English.

Pillows were much too large to sleep on and therefore i disnt sleep well. All water was yellowish.

Room 104 had been smoked in. When I complained I was told it was carpet shampoo smell, and that all rooms smelled like that. It was distinctly cigarette smoke scent. I requested another room and 103 smelled perfectly fine. The bed was extremely soft, but otherwise everything was clean.

I like this establishment a lot. It’s peaceful and very quiet. I think they should upgrade some of the furniture. Maybe some new cover would be nicer as well.

Other Guests were noisy. They dropped off a metal dumpster @ 4:00 AM !

Our door kept sticking so we couldn’t get in the room and actually had to get the staff to help. It’s an older hotel and it shows, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is super lackluster.

There are two people i wanna praise. Jackie and Sai! Everytime i have went there quite a bit and will be a lot soon, Jackie has been so nice and professional. She tries to always accommodate us. We like rooms upfront cause were quiet. She will always do her best. Never a problem. We appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. Sai i just met him he was very friendly nice and accommodating. He fixed our t.v. and acted like he truly cared for his customers. The one owner with glasses has always been friendly and also accommodating. Our light was broken and he fixed it no problem. Its hard go anywhere now days without anyone being hateful and unfriendly. So we wanted to thank you all for your kindness! They are remodeling now so i want to say, the room we stayed in looked so much better. More modern paint. Bed was awesome. Wil be back this week!

Not what I expected. The pictures made it look a lot nicer. Only one door in and out. Made it very difficult moving luggage in and out to the room. Breakfast was worthless, nothing at all worth mentioning. The hotel was conveniently located. Plenty of eating places nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Good bed.

Breakfast: Cheerios and bad coffee Toiletries: Dreadful, the worst I've seen Linens: Sparse1 sheet and a very thin cover, no blanket The property was clean and adequate. They just went to cheap on the amenities.

The motel was doing some renovation while we were there, but workmen didn't start until 8AM. The only inconvenience was painters cloth on the hallway, we had to watch where we stepped so we wouldn't trip, but we were gone most of the day anyway.

Later than normal check in and they called to make sure we were still able to make it. Had a great room with a very comfortable mattress ready for us. Breakfast was adequate for the lower cost price than other properties at this exit. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe as well. Great place and we will make this hotel a regular stop on our travels!

Subjective, but I've never been a fan of the loud bathroom vent on the same switch as the lights .. VERY limited breakfast offerings.. overall came away quite surprised by the 8.0 rating, BUT maybe the SUITES are the strong point ??
