Our room was sparkling clean. The window on the second floor opened for fresh air. The staff quickly arranged for an extra pillow and a set of bath linen. The lobby was comfortable. The location is within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! Public transportation is excellent, even on the weekends! Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was quite good
- 1/5
I walked in the room to a pungent odour of chemicals and perfume and walked right back out. We suspect the room had been smoked in or had bed bugs so they were trying to hide the smell of the smoke or fumigation chemicals. Absolutely uninhabitable. The property claims to be smoke free but the lobby wreaked of cigarettes. Still waiting for my refund. Had to pack up my family at 9 pm at night and find somewhere else to go at a much, much higher cost. The front desk agent was great.
- 4/5
Great location for travelers, breakfast choices, and rate. The pillows were horrible but that’s the only real issue. Would book again and recommend
- 4/5
Location and good price
- 5/5
Very convenient location and helpful staff!
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and we had no problem finding parking. Breakfast was good, it had the usual waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit, and well stocked. Rooms were small, very small elevator and the only issue we had was that the fridge had a bit of an odor because it was unplugged, other than that was a good choice for a good price, and was glad they had rooms available in a pinch. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone needing a good, reasonably priced place to stay the night.
- 3/5
I feel some photos.were.AI because it was not as nice as the photos. Our oom especially. We didnt have a trash can or many other things. We checked in after 1 am and their fire alarm went off. After traveling 12.5 hours for the airshow, it was something else. Breakfast definitely is not a buffet style as I was told and photos portray.
- 5/5
Had a quick 1 night stay but the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the place did not give the “old stale” hotel smell. When sleeping I could smell the laundry soap on the sheets. I was greeted with smiles by 4 employees and had an easy quick check in with Jess and Tacko! Would definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Debbie is awesome very kind and helpful

Breakfast
- 5/5
Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar free syrup or sweeteners for your coffee. So all in all, hotel, rooms, and staff, 5/5! Breakfast... needs some work. 😅
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
- 4.5/5
I thought Donna was excellent. She was very informative. And gave me a nice quiet room. Close to Freeway
- 3/5
The room did not have enough towels, washcloths or pillows. The coffee was terrible.
- 1/5
The worst place I’ve ever stayed
- 3/5
Although the front staff excelled at customer service, the breakfast staff did not. The coffee urns were empty and the food storage was empty as well. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had.
- 5/5
Lighting in the bathroom needs checking. One light did not work.
- 4/5
Easy on/off the freeway. Decent breakfast. Great staff. Comfy bed. Small bathroom. Older building but newly painted and reasonably clean. No issues with homeless. Reasonably low noise given its location. Would stay again.
- 3/5
The room was clean, though one light bulb in the bathroom was out, and a floor lamp was missing its knob so we could not use it. ADA parking (which we needed for our family member in a wheelchair) near the main entrance was unavailable most of the time because other cars without ADA parking permit were occupying the spaces. Because our room did not have a "do not disturb" door hanger, we were interrupted several times during the first 24 hours of our stay. Once we asked and received a door hanger, the interruptions stopped. A little odd that with three guests in our room, only two sets of towels were provided. But otherwise the beds were comfortable, and with the fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board in our room, the stay was a good value.
- 4/5
An older building which had been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. It was very clean, everything worked, not as expensive as other hotels in the area, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a problem with parking on the weekend, but we found free street parking (Sunday holiday no charge for the meter) right next to the entrance. Definitely not fancy, but definitely worth staying at. Walkable to all of downtown Spokane, which by the way, is a pleasant area with lots of good restaurants and cocktail bars. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
The stay was great I’d recommend this place to anyone clean close to all activities that I wanted to enjoy staff very courteous all in all it made my trip comfortable
- 5/5
Great stay for a great price! The hotel was spotless and quiet despite its location near the freeway. Our check-in experience with Tkono (I am pretty sure I'm spelling her name wrong and my sincere apologies) was fantastic - we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the lobby and we appreciated her friendliness and helpfulness. Bed was really comfortable. This hotel has been completely upgraded with nice touches throughout, including a cute courtyard. Parking was easy and the location is great - we walked everywhere. Did not stay for breakfast but it looked adequate and is included with the stay. We will definitely return.
- 5/5
Debbie at the front desk was very helpful!
- 4/5
Rooms clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was clean and shower had good water pressure.
- 3/5
The handle of my shower fell off when I turned the shower on but I was able to make it work. I wasn't able to make the coffee maker work. For the first hour of breakfast the coffee wasn't out yet. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room which was awesome. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
An older place that needed upgrades. Too many homeless people and vagabonds hanging out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I slept great!
- 4/5
Poor breakfast menu
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. The breakfast didn’t have much but it was a Monday.
- 0.5/5
To start the sliding glass door tied to a balcony which anybody on the second 2nd floor could access did not secure and when i informed the front desk staff i was told nothing could be done until the next morning. Nothing was done period. We stayed there 2 nights and the door was never fixed. I didn't get much sleep worrying if somebody might break in. The second was the bathtub/shower, it took the shower over 10 minutes for the tub to drain once the shower was complete. And lastly there was no cleaning service. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not attended to during our stay. We paid good money for poor service.
- 4/5
Property has been newly refreshed and is attractive. Breakfast bar is easy to navigate.
- 5/5
Debbie was very helpful with any questions I had
- 3/5
Convenient location. Breakfast was disappointing.
- 5/5
Good breakfast. Good staff.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not great. Debbie was awesome!
- 3/5
Our first room the sliding door did not lock our toilet seat was loose so we had to change to the second room seems OK the room felt old and dated. some of the staff don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate. Breakfast was the same every day sometimes there was no parking at night not enough space for the park.
- 5/5
👍 good place to stay
- 4.5/5
Eslful
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
I liked the place. I had a nice comfortable stay. Everything I needed to do was within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. For the price and location, I couldn't have asked for me. I would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Spokane. I had no complaints.
- 5/5
The lady up front was really nice and helpful
- 4/5
The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very close to the hospital where we had surgery scheduled the next morning.
- 4/5
I was checked in rather quickly. The room was clean and tidy. Good staff. Thin walls though
- 0.5/5
The overnight clerk was extremely rude. There was me** transactions being made by the clerk. He was also using. His friends were bumping music in the parking lot till 3am, This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had. We had ran to the store and when we got back there was absolutely no parking. I asked the clerk if there was an overflow parking lot and he said no you can park on the street. Mind you this is on a Busy busy street and i just got a new car. That wasn’t going to work for me. So i said, i don’t want to park on the street, can you ask your friends who are taking up 4 parking spots to park on the street; and he says no, that’s what you f***** get for being the last one in. Very very rude. 0 stars.
- 5/5
You have a great staff by the way, Debby at the front desk was great - She wished me a good time at the concert, Journey, so was the gentleman (Engineering?) sweeping the parking lot he asked about my stay instead of just nodding or ignoring me.
- 4/5
Check in was great thanks to Debbie!!
- 0.5/5
Drug addicted guests who did not allow to sleep at night. Smoking guests in a no smoking facility.
- 5/5
Cute little hotel perfect for our last-minute stay! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was just what we needed.
- 4/5
There wasn't much breakfast...waffles, bagels, cereal. Plenty of coffee though. Have to use the milk for the cereal for your coffee.
- 4/5
We left to early for breakfast so not sure what they had. Staff were awesome. Bathroom was not finished. Looks like they got interrupted and left the room and forgot to come back and finish. The rest of the room was clean. Slept well. Noise was minimal
- 5/5
The place is very nice and clean. The rooms are neat and surves the purpose of your stay. There is no pool here. Ideal for an overnight sleep if you are breaking mid way on your journey. Breakfast was ok ok. Atleast somwthing instead of nothing 😊Heavy loaded with sugar - cereals, juice, waffle, yogurt and some plain bagels.
- 5/5
This hotel is a great value for a stay. 😊 It’s located with easy access to the freeway and is close to downtown shopping. The hotel is clean, with good amenities and a wonderful continental breakfast selection. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. A great choice to stay at certainly. 😊👍
- 2/5
Not at all like the pictures, which many of them were at night. Old, run down. Front desk person
- 5/5
Breakfast can be little better that’s not a breakfast buffet
- 4/5
Room was Room, Staff was friendly. The only think I didn’t like was there were a few homes less individuals who were clearly on drugs coming inside the lobby. The sink in out was was broken and we didn’t realize it till we were brushing our teeth. Other than that it was a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Very convenient, dated but clean. Excellent room, good amenities in the room, great value for money. Basic breakfast, but free.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. Was woken up by barking dog at 3:30am outside my room door. Dog barked all night. Chaotic environment.
- 3/5
Breakfast was pretty basic. Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was great to have -- I could see my car from my room. The location is good although the neighborhood seems a little sketchy. Easy walk to Riverfront Park which was my priority in booking this hotel.
- 3/5
Breakfast was average.
- 2/5
This place was pretty rough. The floor of the room was sticky like it hadn’t been mopped. When I first arrived, there was a large pile of dirty sheets directly blocking the door to the room. I told a staff member at the front desk who offered to help, and 3 hours later they still were not gone. Nobody answered when I called the front desk. I went down again to tell them about the sheets, and I was told that the previous staff member who I told about the dirty sheets “wasn’t on shift.” Interesting how people can walk from outside to behind the front desk and ask a customer how they can help, while not on shift. And then proceed to do nothing about it. Lastly, whoever did the recent paint job clearly wasn’t very good because they left the electric socket to where the panel is basically hanging out of the wall.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was unimpressive; bagels, waffles, instant oatmeal, cereal... I just had coffee The neighborhood is an area where homeless outreach services are offered I support helping those in need Just be aware of it
- 1/5
The workers were the worst’s
- 5/5
bang for my buck Great location Details to cleaning were missed. Dirty walls/doors, corners of the floors weren’t clean
- 4/5
The front desk staff was super friendly. Breakfast was waffles and breakfast sandwiches but had coffee
- 5/5
No
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful, pleasant, engaging and helpful. The property is adequate and reminded me of the old feel travel lodge, etc. Clean, basics, secure. Really enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
A good bargain .. nothing fancy .. breakfast minimal .. but staff was great Debbie at the front desk actually walked us to the room and brought cookies.. definitely dedicated to excellent customer service ..
- 1/5
We arrived late and i was surprised by a 100 fee for a damage deposit since I was surprised the front desk was nice to only charge 1/2. But then we got to our room noticed stains on the carpets we got ready and left for our event when we came back we noticed the tv had a crack in it. And later that morning my husband said there was blood or something on the bathroom door on the inside. The hotel reminded me of a runed down hotel that they slapped some paint and added new furniture to make it look nicer. Wasnt worth 200$.
- 3/5
Hotels a dump
- 4.5/5
Rough part of town but we didn't have any problems
- 4/5
The breakfast menu was missing some key ingredients for what was offered. But the rooms were clean and the staff was courteous.
- 5/5
When arriving I was unsure about my experience I would endure at this hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually a good experience. I gave this place 5 stars because it was better than I thought & the staff was very friendly & surprisingly very nice
- 1/5
Close to the hospital. The second night the male person at the desk was wearing a sweatshirt with the hoody on. He appeared high on something. Didn’t feel safe. Left the hotel immediately and found another hotel.
- 1/5
Drove through parking lot, hotel did not appear as pictured. Concrete in parking crumbled, no grass sitting area. Parking garage under building not as pictured. Homeless people sleeping right behind hotel and in parking lot. Did not bother checking in felt it was unsafe.
- 5/5
This was one of the better places I've stayed in Spokane. Not only was the room clean but the room didn't smell like old smoke or stale air. The location was also excellent - it was very close to the hospital were my son had surgery. All around a great experience!! The parking. I don't know if there was additional parking as I didn't look or ask.
- 0.5/5
Nothing I was told one price then went and got that on my card and got back to a new desk clerk that informed me another price which I didn’t have so I said well I don’t have that this is what they just told me when I first came I left and came back and now your telling me something else I was then informed I would be charged for a no show for a room I never was in or nothing I never got past the desk
- 2/5
First off, the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and decent. That's the good. There are homeless druggies everywhere around the property. One slept behind our car in the hotel parking lot one night. Another night my daughter and her friend got back from swimming at a teammates pool around 11pm and had to park on the street next to the hotel because the lot was full. They had to call me because there were a handful of homeless zombies mumbling and trying to talk to them when they were still in the car. If this hotel were in a better location it wouldn't be bad at all. Just beware of your surroundings.
- 3.5/5
Location, it was conveniently close. I liked the cleanliness and the balcony. Their was mold around glass door and the carpet
- 3.5/5
Breakfast just consisted of waffles, bagels and some Jimmy Dean microwavable sandwiches. The shower was awesome. Breakfast was a bit weak. Everything else was satisfactory.
- 2/5
The first thing we saw once we entered the room was a dirty, used towel that left hanging in the closet.
- 4/5
Great location to downtown. Cleanliness could have been a little better. Staff was good.
- 0.5/5
The price Homeless vagrants milling around in the parking lot!!! Check in didn’t provide a receipt except for the one they kept was printed mostly without ink in thhe printer. The room smelled like strong carpet deodorizer and the patio door was wide open. Here’s the capper… you’re going to want to pay attention here. The bed was made and had a nice topper on it that was folded oh so pretty. But when I opened up the sheets, there was a used tissue with brown secretions on it that looked like poop or who knows what!!! Yep! That’s enough to make a person try to leave but you know what? Booking.com wouldn’t issue a refund!? I spent nearly an hour on the phone at the front desk demanding a refund and the front desk lady, Debbie didn’t know how to do it but then she said she did, but it actually wasn’t…until finally she printed a partially legible receipt that she signed stating a refund. All without help from your people on the phone who can’t speak clear English language. Never again. Never It’s the last time I ever trust booking.com
- 4/5
Decent room
- 1/5
Kept the $100 deposit, charged an additional $250 for smoking- I don’t smoke. We did not stay. Gross, dirty, scammers
- 3/5
Location is a bit tricky as you need to take in-city streets to reach the hotel.
- 5/5
I like how close it was to everything downtown!!!
- 4/5
Staff at check in! Debbie was fantastic in getting us checked in quickly as well as being very kind and funny helping me settle in quickly!
- 1/5
Staff was friendly but room was not vacuumed, bed had stains on the side and room felt old and dingy.
- 2/5
Our room was not clean feeling (french fries on the floor beside one bed), other debris on the carpet. Location is in a sketchy part of Spokane
- 3/5
Everything is as expected we’ve stayed here a few times. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy!
- 5/5
Good and vlwan
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly Debbie! Great job Breakfast food was sufficient
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Small bathroom but more than functional. More than reasonable rates for a downtown location. Quite a lot of homeless drug addicts in the area but never any direct issues with them. Nobody ever messed with my vehicle either. Convenient location in proximity to the hospital we were visiting each day to be with a family member there.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay in downtown Spokane
- 4/5
I absolutely loved this hotel! It is just what i needed. The room is clean, fresh, perfect. I didnt get up in time to have breakfast but thats a bonus. The location is really good too.
- 4/5
Admittedly a pretty basic room in a sketchy part of town but inside, it was fine. Room was clean (though no daily room cleaning). Breakfast offerings were basic but fine as well. The biggest plus is it's a 5 minute walk to Deaconess and I left my car parked at the hotel for my stay.
- 5/5
Very clean and very friendly people
- 2/5
The neighborhood is noisy. Lots of homeless hanging around. It felt unsafe.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 1/5
I used to stay here a few years ago, went downhill. Rebranded recently, I figured I’d try again. Won’t be back.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the night lady Desiree gave me a banana when I asked if they had any snacks. 5 stars
- 5/5
Clean quite room. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
Staff was ok
- 4/5
The staff was great==helpful and friendly. The room was clean and warm.
- 5/5
The room is good enough for me to have a good rest
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. Neighbors were easy to hear in hallway.
- 2/5
The room was nice, the parking was terrible, the breakfast was terrible
- 5/5
Was an enjoyable stay. We walked everywhere we wanted to for our visit. Spokane has a lot of homeless and there were many around here. But honestly any city I visit has the same issue, which makes me more sad that it's getting worse and government is not making it better.
- 3/5
Room was fine. Hallways smell of marijuana. Front desk friendly and clean. Parking lot and the whole area is kind of sketchy with homeless people around the block. But good for one night stay.
- 3/5
The staff was nice. The room was okay but it had some stains on the furniture and the ceiling and there were bit of hardware broken off of the wall like the toilet paper holder. Generally speaking also, the hotel had a bit of a smoky/musty smell that affected my family member's asthma. It was a decent place to stay in a pinch. Thank you
- 2/5
The room felt cold the tub/shower was tiny and parking was very tight. Tv was small and you could hear everything going on
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 3/5
The room freshener smelled good but was a bit strong. There was trash left on the floor and the bathroom walls were dirty. There was a white creamy spot on the chair also. Breakfast was underwhelming. No cream cheese for the bagels. No coffee creamer. Everything else was good and for the price.
- 2/5
The windows were left open from the previous people so when we got to the room it was literally 50° in the rooms. The parking is also a joke.
- 5/5
Nice clean place to stay reasonably priced
- 4/5
Parking was difficult. The structure is quite old, bathroom tiny with no toilet paper dispenser, narrow hallways, stuff like that. The room itself was good enough, just a little outdated, probably what I should expect for the cheapest place to stay at the last minute. Breakfast was your typical carbs plus yogurt.
- 4/5
I stayed 5 nights; room was not provided clean towels after 3 days like stated on placard in bathroom, trash wasn’t taken out during the stay.
- 4/5
Property extremely run down. Dirt and marks on almost every wall. Furniture in room worn with holes. Disgusting experience.
- 4/5
NA
- 5/5
I don't eat breakfast
- 4/5
Hotel was decent but the inside lock on door was broken and faucet in shower was very loos but shower had great pressure and was nice and hot
- 4/5
Fine value and good location
- 3/5
Friendly staff but right near the highway so it’s loud and people on the street unhoused
- 3/5
It was ok but on a busy street with lots of homeless around
- 2/5
There was coffee spilled down the wall when I arrived and stains on the lampshades.
- 4/5
Safe! Quiet! Clean! Walkable! Easy Parking! Convenient! Great Value Stay!
- 1/5
I was asked to upgrade to a two room suite and I did. I don’t know what the definition of a sweet is, but it’s bogus. No housekeeping service provided, no lights in the bathroom, paint peeling off the walls. What a dump. The people there are nice enough, with that property is disgusting.
- 2/5
The pictures online did not match up with our room reservation. There was a very tiny sink in the bathroom with no counter space and the toilet was low to the ground. This isn't normally a big deal, but I had to have surgery and it made it difficult to navigate the bathroom. Things were pretty dusty in our room and it wasn't fully stocked with towels, tissue paper, ect. so we had to request them. Our room phone also did not work. We had a pretty noisy neighbor above us the first night, but luckily the manager was able to take care of it for us and we didn't continue to have issues. I think the conditions of this place were pretty typical for downtown spokane. Next time, we will probably look for a place outside of town that is cleaner and more updated.
- 5/5
Very nice older hotel, well maintained, comfy mattress
- 5/5
Staff was great and very helpful.
- 3/5
Very sketchy area. Wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Front desk staff Dezi did a great job navigating the street population and had several reports filed and calls dispatched within minutes. Building is near the freeway but ultimately was a safe pace to stay thanks to the friendly staff.
- 3/5
The room was not great, had to move furniture to be able to get to the bathroom. Shower chair didn't fit in the tub. No hand wash cloth. Parking was bad
- 4/5
The hotel has wonderful character...love the unique architectural structures of the building. The garage is unique with a very steep driveway, but I do like the option to not have my vehicle out in public parking lot.
- 4/5
An older hotel but in good shape with soundproof walls. Our room was comfortable and quite large. Easy walking distance to downtown with free parking. Breakfast was average but edible. The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂
- 5/5
My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel, but it was surrounded by homeless people. Sad.
- 4/5
The rooms were nice, roomy and clean. However, the towels all need to be replaced as they were stiff and some had holes. The beds need memory foam put on them
- 3/5
The fire alarm got pulled at 3 am, so no sleep. Comfortable bed, nice location, friendly staff
- 4/5
Homeless people outside
- 4/5
Graye rooms with good service
- 1/5
Homeless all over
- 4/5
Nice clean place.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful, I have limited mobility and the staff found a room that easy for me to get to.
- 5/5
The couple behind the counter were very friendly and had breakfast ready by 5am the next day. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Spokane. Great price, everything you need, I couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommend.
- 3/5
There were some red smears on the bathroom door. I thought they might be lip balm or such so I took some bath tissue to wipe it away but it was dry but sticky and the tissue stuck to it. Yuck
- 1/5
My partner & I did not stay here due to a disagreement over the difference in room cost from the first night to the second night. The check-in clerk refused to adjust the rate and when i objected, she cancelled our reservation, saying I would have to contact hotels.com . We were unable to do that. Needless to add, I was very upset. We shortly found another motel, which was less expensive and had a nice room available. I will NEVER recommend the Baymont to anyone.
- 5/5
Close to everything. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfy bed, clean room/bathroom. Nice stay.
- 4/5
Staff was nice, good breakfast
- 3/5
It was full with limited parking and no ice but friendly staff and breakfast was satisfactory
- 4/5
This older property has been well renovated and clean. The staff smiled acted professionally
- 4/5
The staff were excellent. We had an issue one evening as our room smelled like someone had smoked in or around it. The evening desk manager came right up, assessed things, sprayed air freshener on ac filters and around room. She assured us that we would not be charged for smoke issues. She was awesome.
- 1/5
Hotel surrounding are very unsafe. Sink was clogged in the room.
- 3/5
This hotel is poorly located
- 3/5
Not so clean, weird stains on furniture, bed and sheets were clean
- 4/5
Our overall stay was good. The carpet was slightly sticky in different places and we had issues with the TV in our room. We eventually figured out the remote settings but it took us a while.
- 2/5
Very loud. Lots of street noise. Bathroom door did not close. Ice maker did not work.Fearful for car safety in the parking lot.
- 2/5
When we arrived, the property said they only had one of our two rooms reserved. They had another room available so we booked that and thought it was done. Then at 2am that night, hotel staff called my cell phone asking (not nicely) if we were still coming. They said I had a room reserved that we never checked in to - the room they told me they DIDN'T have reserved when we arrived. I explained that I was already there, with the two rooms I needed. The caller kept me on the phone while she confirmed, then abruptly hung up like I was the problem, and with no apology for waking me up in the middle of the night. Then a different night in our stay, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and went off for quite some time. I woke my whole family up and evacuated the room but never was never given any instructions from staff as to when it was safe to go back in or if there was actually some sort of emergency so eventually we all just went back to bed on our own (our rooms had a patio door exit directly outside). I watched staff get coffee for themselves at the continental breakfast ahead of guests which was very off-putting (not them getting coffee but literally stepping in front of customers to get it). The hotel is fine and some of the staff were professional and helpful but overall the worst hotel stay I've ever had and not a place I'd recommend.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and bright and people were friendly. The area seem to be OK. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to see we were just there for an overnight so I’m not sure I could give you a detailed review.
- 3/5
Not in a very nice location. Did t feel safe leaving anything in my vehicle
- 2/5
The hotel was too expensive for what it is & where it’s located. They also did not have a room available at 9:30 pm.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Anya was very helpful with something we were trying to figure out this morning and we are very appreciative. She is an asset to this hotel. If we need a hotel in this area in the future and this one works for us we will most definitely be happy to book this hotel 😊.

Convenient to freeway. Limited parking. Only ice machine was broken and it was 95 degrees outside

Property is run down. Homeless camp behind it. Breakfast is terrible, except coffee okay.
- 3/5
the room cleanliness needs improvement

Definitely is our best stay

Staff working up front have to do it all. Airconditioner didnt work, sink would not drain, plunger broken. Only 2 towels for 2 guests. Long black hair in shower. Food in morning: pancake maker didnt work, no syrup, no sweetner for coffee just sugar, no creamer just milk, ice machine broke. Received text from hotel about making our stay better, but my reply received no response or reply later. Unfortunately we will be booking a stay next time with another hotel.

The interior is very clean. Organize stuff are great. The outside is not so good but it’s normal I guess..
- 5/5
Worth the Price. Rooms were spacious and had majority of the things that one would need during their stay.
- 5/5
The property was dated and in an area where there is a few homeless people hanging out but very clean stuff was great. I felt safe. It was a fantastic hotel.
- 4/5
By far the cleanest Baymont inside, king bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had decent choices. Parking garage underneath the building is nice to escape the heat. Didn’t like that the area around the property was teeming with homeless people. Price was fair for location and time of year.

Great hotel for Hoopfest. Very accommodating staff and nice breakfast. We’ll be back next year!!
- 5/5
The help at the front desk was amazing!!!
- 3/5
Big different from the pictures. Over price for the hotel. The smell inside the room wasn’t pleasant. We need to spray some perfume to get rid of the smell. The noise come from the street are loud.
- 5/5
This is our third year for Hoopfest and always enjoy Baymont. Breakfast is great. The customer service is outstanding! Such helpful staff. Special shoutout to Deb, Desiree, Olga, and Auna because they were especially helpful! We are already booked for next year and am looking forward to it!!!

I love it! It was quiet beds were nice! The A/c kept us nice and cool! We definitely hope to book with you guys every year for hoopfest weekend:))

Very limited parking. Outside of property grungy. Breakfast area cramped
- 4/5
Our room was very clean and the staff friendly. But the area around the property - there were a lot of "homeless" hanging out around it and we were concerned about our vehicles. They would walk through the parking lot frequently, day and night and this concerned us. Plus there wasn't much served for breakfast, no fruit, minimal yogurts. But nice waffle and pancake makers!

Underground parking

Secure parking garage. And decent room to relax.
- 4/5
Clean but small. No way to get past each other at the foot of the bed. Service was great. Breakfast was fine. Easy to get to off the highway. That part of town seemed too sketchy to go for a walk.
- 5/5
The transient population was much more prevalent in the downtown area in June than it was in October. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast terrible
- 5/5
It was clean. Room was comfortable.
- 2/5
No one at front desk when we arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes for her. There were other guests waiting to check in. Would not stay here again. Scary neighborhood
- 4/5
Room was clean and relaxing. Breakfast offerings were cheap and minimal. Location didn’t feel safe.
- 2/5
Was not happy with the staff and check in process.
- 5/5
Property was very clean!

The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was good
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Clean, beautifully designed, wonderful outdoor fire pit to sip a drink and enjoy your time.
- 3/5
Good location, good price. Ice machine out of order. No water in vending machine. Breakfast somewhat limited. Bathroom small, cramped. Fairly decent 2-star hotel.
- 2/5
Everything would be OK if there would be no bed bugs. I was tired in the morning becouse of the bugs presence and bites. Also there was no contact from the property manager to check on our case and to offer some appology and finacial satisfaction.
- 4/5
I use this hotel for Spokane stays because it’s economically friendly. I would suggest cleaning carpets and making sure rooms are vacuumed daily, because my feet were dirty every morning when getting into the shower.
- 3/5
The refrigerator/freezer needed to be defrosted. The carpet had sticky material on it and left footprints on the tile by the sink. TV didn't work and the clerk had to come in to fix it. Breakfast wasn't all that.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable. It was okay for a quick overnight stay!
- 4/5
Really nice hotel in downtown Spokane. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Located in a good area, easy to access, not too far from the airport and lots of restaurants in a walkable distance.
- 4/5
There was pee smell in our room but other than that..
- 3/5
Older hotel, upper lot rough hard to walk on if disabled like myself. No one offered to help me with my things at all. The room needs attention and updated. Bath no where to set your toiletries, water pools outside the tub, bit of a mildew smell present when arrived. I left the exhaust fan on when I left to hopefully help get some of the moisture out. Lighting not great the door to the patio was left unlocked, I made sure it was locked before I went to bed. Breakfast, items not marked with ingredients, most had dairy so I felt out and not included to have something to eat. Thank goodness I bring things for myself to eat. All in all, okay but will never go back, good rate but not worth the visit again.

We stayed at this hotel mainly due to its proximity to the airport and price. It’s fine if you need a quick place to stay overnight and you go right to sleep for an early flight. Bed was comfortable, but the room felt musty. Definitely in need of a facelift. My partner said it looked like a prison, and she’s right. Didn’t like the harsh white lighting (personal preference). The rest of the hotel isn’t charming either. Right in downtown Spokane in what felt like a sketchy area. My favorite part was how easy it was to get out of the area when we left.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable, and had all the basics you need. The breakfast was very basic. For instance, it had no eggs. Some yogurt, cold, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, waffles, and some juice. However, the location left something to be desired. At least one night we were woken up in the middle of the night by someone downstairs, shouting at the top of their lungs to no one in particular in very crude language. That’s why I rated it down. Otherwise, it’s a good value for the money.

It's ok for overnight
- 3/5
The front desk person was very polite and kind. The room and general overall appearance and cleanliness was not the best.
- 4/5
Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was on point and friendly.
- 4/5
We only stayed just one night. Was running late and didn’t arrive at the hotel till 0420 am. The front desk clerk was nice and checked us in with no problem. Room was nice and so was breakfast. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice and comfortable

Very nice checked in late and the night crew were very helpful and nice

Grand experience
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable. There was $100 charge put on my account security deposit that the clerk forgot to tell me about. The neighborhood is sketchy at best.
- 5/5
Just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and pillows nice. A little noisy being by the road but ok for one night.
- 3/5
The staff member on duty when I went to check in less than an hour early said that there would be a $25 fee to check in early although the website said a fee would be applied only if people want to check in before 1 PM (this was a few minutes after 2 PM). She was not very friendly but did get us a luggage trolley when it was time to check in (3 PM). The fire alarm went off for a long time around 12:30 AM and then was on and off throughout the night. There was a cluster of long black hair and black fluff (like off a chenille sweater) between the sheets. Will not return.
- 5/5
Very convenient location! Close to everything. But the homeless are everywhere so its not the hotels fault. The parking area is clean though and gated
- 3/5
Nice enough once you're inside, but exterior is a dump. Fix it up.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff.
- 3/5
The night that we checked in the front desk staff had someone over so it was uncomfortable. Our ac did not work through our stay so we just had our patio door open all night. There was hair literally all over the bathroom. I’m not one to complain about hair but this was excessive. The staff knew about the issue and none of them was really friendly. Will most likely not stay again.
- 4/5
The breakfast was great! The lady that was working at the front desk when I checked in was very polite & helpful. The only negative comment I could come up with is, after breakfast this morning, I went outside to smoke a cigarette-but when I came .in to go back to back

Nice and clean room. Would stay sgain
