This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The area was very quiet, the room was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was very well maintained and truly exceptional. I will definitely stay here again 😊

Sleep Inn is easily accessible with ample parking. Reception counter staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided was well prepared in ample quantity. Dining area well cleaned.

The location, and the cleanliness of the establishment. Last night, I obtained a room via Booking.com for one night stay. Via Booking.com website it stated that I had to provide my ID, and show credit card for verification of my identity. After showing the said document the hotel receptionist stated that I had to pay a $50 deposit that will be returned once I checked out. I stated that via Booking.com that was not indicated anywhere in the four pages of documents that I had to initial. He stated that it is the hotel policy. My brother and I went to the room, and then shortly afterwards I left. As soon as I left, the hotel receptionist came to the door, knocking obsessively stating that he had smelled smoke, and perceives to try to enter the room to investigate. My brother had called me informing me of the said matter. When the hotel receptionist finished his alleged investigation he found no evidence of smoke in the room and instead insulted my brother with maybe "it is your body order" statement. When I came to pick up my brother the next morning from the hotel. My brother was waiting in the lobby and was told that he needs to have me come in to speak with the hotel receptionist. The receptionist started the conversation with "what are we going to do about the window?" I was instantly confused. He then continued on with allegedly the hotel's windows are not supposed to be open. I stated "is there any indication within the room, hotel, or the hotel bi-laws that indicate that the window can't be opened. He ignored it and continue on with this alleged claim that made no sense because there wasn't anything he could provide to support his claim. I then proceeded with all my rebuttals towards this claim stating that it is the same thing as the alleged deposit that was supposed to be provided when checking into the room. It wasn't indicated anywhere in the document that was provided to me when obtaining this room.

The room was a good size, the staff pleasant and breakfast was good. The shower size was great! Close to a shopping centre and many eating establishments so you had a great choice. Recommended by a local! Location worked for us but is out of town so you need a car. No pressure in the shower so takes ages to wash long hair. No real dislikes.

The first room I was put in had an odor and the second room also had an odor but they came up and sprayed a deodorizer which helped a little. The bathroom sink sprayed when you turned it on.

The building overall was nice. It was located in a great area. The staff was mostly very pleasant. The air con in the room was good. Check in was a breeze. Loved that the room keys were tap keys rather than the ones you shove into the slot, that was nice. The bed was hard as a rock. It wasn't a bad bed just way too firm for me, I found it difficult to sleep. The walls must be pretty thin too because I could hear people moving around very loudly down the hallway. The elevator smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. And lastly I left my pillbox in the hotel at the breakfast bar. I called and asked about it after I had checked out but before I left the area. I was told that the staff couldn't even check on it because cleaning had left for the day. But I could come back tomorrow. I had already checked out to drive home. I wasn't even going to be in the state. When I explained that I was told that they would call me right back and it never happened. I didn't necessarily expect to find my pill box but the fact that the staff couldn't even go and check was pretty shitty.

I loved this hotel. Cozy, clean and comfortable beds! Staff was pleasant and truly treated us like they were happy we stayed there. We had been traveling for days and this was our favorite place on our road trip. We would absolutely stay again.

Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean. Free breakfast was rather good. Great location for access to a variety of things. Lots of stuff truly in walking distance of needed. Unfortunately, they only have queen rooms or double beds in the rooms with 2 beds. No king size or suites available with couches or more comfortable seating options without just sitting on the beds. The desk chair in the room is quite sturdy, however it is not very comfortable to have to sit in for 4-6 hours if you have to work "from home". Made by back hurt later that day and the next.

I’m not happy whatsoever. They made excuses for an extremely dirty room and acted like I was lying. Refused a refund. Room absolutely filthy although they told me it had been cleaned and double checked which is a lie. There was feces all over the toilet, blood on sheets, mud on desk and in flood. So disgusting

The breakfast was ok, the beds were comfortable, the front end staff was great. The bathroom was way too small , lacking real privacy. The room itself was small. Also the cleaning attendants did not change my bedding like I asked them to, instead they just switched bedding from one bed to another. Not cool!

Good thing is coffee is available throughout the day. Room is ok. Bathrooms are not good. Showers are pathetic. Night time sleep is hampered often by the Tran passing behind the property. That’s the location issue.

The room was ok. They said the hotel was remodeled 15 months ago but part of the popcorn ceiling was missing, there is a gap with the shower door and the opening to the shower.

Room was clean. Breakfast was actually hot (and some of you know just how amazing it is to have a hot breakfast)! Overall, especially for the price, it was well-worth the stay. We’ll be back!

Staff was very nice. The elevator went out the day I arrived and they were kind enough to give me a room on the first floor. Slept fine, which is usually an issue for me at hotels, and the water pressure was good too, which again, is usually an issue for me. Great room for the price.

I got to the property and was informed that they had gave my room away to another guest and tried to brush it off as being over booked. It's a shame too because I liked this hotel and since I work in that area a lot, I was planning on staying there from now on. Guess I will look for something else.

A older place, but decent room for the value. Bed and linens were clean and very comfortable. Hallway noise can be evident but not too noisy. Location is excellent as far as quick access to coffee, food, and shopping. Appreciated the breakfast, with some easy grab and go options.

Room had a lot of aesthetic defects. For example the Bathroom vanity had broken pieces in the bottom, shower was moldy and the shower door seal was broken, etc.

I did not have an opportunity to eat from the breakfast bar as I was running late, but I did grab a banana and a yogurt on the way out the door. Very healthy options.

The facility was clean. This is the second time we have stayed there and we really enjoyed the price and the cleanliness. The breakfast is always good with a nice selection of coffee creamers. However, the biscuits and gravy were cold today...but everything else was very nice.

Price was right and in the area of town I needed to be in. The parking area was tight due to snow and ice. Elevator was slow. At breakfast I used the last of the syrup and the breakfast meat was gone. No breakfast attendant around. Room was quiet and comfortable.

It worked for a needed quick overnight stay. We won’t stay here again. Breakfast space was tiny, and food was cold. Coffee was really good and they had liquid creamer. Bed was fairly comfortable but pillows were not. The bed was located RIGHT next to the air so I woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose. I fell in the lobby, the attendant didn’t even check on me. Embarrassing and rude.

The motel has been redone and the room while small was well kept and breakfast hot and good. However, the bottom of the shower was red with mineral and/or bacteria scum. I could not shower there thinking of the possible consequences. I reported it at checkout. The sink and toilet bowl were free of mineral buildup so I believe this to be bacterial and lack of proper sanitization.

Seemingly decent room. Staff at the desk when we arrived was nice. Room was very very small and had a funk coming from somewhere that was mold like. Bed was really small and likely not actually a queen size mattress. Pillows were weird half-sized pillows which were not great to sleep on. Shower is maybe 5 feet off the ground so if you’re tall, you’ll have to bend to wash your hair. Breakfast was ok even though I’m confident most of it was whatever could be microwaved. The guy staffing it would occasionally come by with a microwave tray and fill the sausage and eggs. That’s pretty gross. Final day when we were supposed to check out, they shut off our cards an hour and a half before check out. We had to go to the desk to ask them to reactivate it. When asked why that happened, they responded with “It happens automatically”. I responded with, “An hour and a half before checkout?”. No response just a shrug. BTW: All of the staff is Indian and acts like they don’t understand English when it’s convenient. Be aware.

Everything was great, except the fact that you can hear everything from the rooms around you. We heard the gentleman below or beside us(we could not tell) almost all night. Would I stay again most likely, but I would call down to front desk and say something about the noise, but I didn’t want to be THAT person.

when i checked into my room on the 3ed floor and it stunk of cigarettes, i asked to switch rooms and the front desk worker was happy to accommodate but the room i was moved to on the second floor still smelt of cigarette with lots of air fresheners as an attempt to cover it. in addition the carpets were filthy (my white socks we not white after walking around to get ready in the morning) and the bathrooms felt so dirty that i wore candles in the shower.

It was in its own little corner. The staff checked me in about 20 minutes earlier than 3pm with no objections or anything. The breakfast was great and it was a quiet peaceful experience. I loved it!

The bathroom was old the glass door to bathroom was scary I that it was going to break. Cracks on shower floor. Smell of mildew because the water from shower was leading to bedroom carpet. Not worthy of the rating they gave it.

The hotel felt like it had once been a nice hotel but has been allowed to start going into disarray. Broken toilet paper holder in the room and doorframe had a long black streak on it. No secondary lock on one of our rooms. Staff was hard to understand. Serviceable enough for somewhere to sleep, but a little dusappointing.

The only was that this property has as high of a review score as it does is because the staff is making fake account to give them good reviews. I would not send my worst enemy to stay at this place, let alone someone that I cared about. This place needs to be gutted and start over.

I was unsure as to what I would find when I arrived. I was very pleasantly greeted by the staff at desk. They got me my key and gave me a complementary bottle of cold water, which was available daily at the asking. They told me about the breakfast hours and directed me to my room. The hot breakfast offered waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yougart, coffee and juice. Quite tasty. The room was a king, big bath/shower with adequate storage for a four day stay. Pricing was fine, except that daily room prices are reflected in what events are going in the area and vary. I would recommend this hotel; however, there is no pool.

In general room was clean and in good condition. Cleaners need to check microwave. Had dirty plate in it.

Bed bugs! Don’t stay there!

There is a train track that runs behind the building, but train didn’t bother us much. It’s in convenient area for shopping and access to highway and Chatham.

This was our second stay at the property. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Unfortunately there was a very bad smell throughout the hotel, like that of a dirty hamster cage. The carpet was wet throughout the entire room and the bedding had stains and was very wrinkled. Wall near shower door looks like its crumbling. I just felt dirty after my stay here. It was only one night so i slept on top of the bedding but everything just felt dirty to me.

Because it was listed as pet friendly and because I knew with uncertainty that I would be able to keep my reservation...i know pray for a refund.

Located about 15 minutes from downtown. Nearby places to eat and shop. Comfortable and very clean. Though a variety for breakfast, some of the items like eggs were not good. We also were told twice breakfast was at 9am but it was open when we walked by at 7. Desk service excellent

Extremely disappointed with hotel, I had very high hopes. I left a day early, they said it was fine, gave me a receipt and have yet to receive my refund. I found a bug in the bathroom when we arrived and the lock on the bathroom also didn't work.

Overall stay was fine. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone came to check me in. I called several times as well. The guy was friendly however once he showed up.

Older simple hotel, appears much bigger in pictures on hotels.com. Clean, nothing special. Breakfast was horrible! Eggs didnt have any flavor, sausage links were overcooked, juice machine was broken. No milk available.

Nice place, clean, staff helpful. Good location next to Target and many restaurants.
