Staff was excellent. Mattresses were very comfortable. The floor was not carpet and was quite dirty, hard to keep your feet clean. For the price though the property was convenient and clean. The pool was nice and the staff was great.

My stay was a disaster. Never have I experienced such poor conditions. # 1 Bathroom was the worst, sink was set up in a tabletop covered with what appeared to be clumps of dried glue, along with other maintenance debri.# 2 Bath tub discusting, filled up with water, the water trickled out of a totally clogged shower head. took forever to shower. # 3 toilet seat did not fit toilet, too small. and would not stay up. # 4 ancient refrigerator, ready to fall out of it's cubical when the door was open. Tried to call office many times, but NO answer. If it had not been prepaid, I would have left, my hands were tied. I do strongly feel that Expedia should hold some responsibility. A refund or partial should go back to my credit card. I'm 85 years old, golng to my grandson's college graduation and this room condition ruined the trip for me.
- 3/5
Convenience to downtown The fact that our sink didn't drain. It's kinda crazy to pay over $100 for just a few hrs in the facility. Then you go to brush your teeth and it just keeps pooling. Kinda gross

There was air conditioning and on site parking. We had dirty towels for three days and they didn’t truly clean the room. The bed was remade with the same sheets. We were at the pool and a non profit organization that houses homeless people pulled up and let them all off the bus. There were multiple of them and the staff would not hear our concerns. They had been removed from the property before due to behavior concerns but aloud back on because they can’t turn people away. overall a very uncomfortable experience and was not heard when I brought up safety concerns and told I was discriminating. So, I 100% do not recommend this hotel for any length of time.

Decent for price clean with no bed bugs comfy bed

Honestly, I would not recommend this place for families with small children. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the experience was not good.

The air conditioning unit was in perfect working condition and very cold. The place has plenty of parking and we were lucky enough to park right in front of the room, a few steps from the car. The room, on the other hand was terrible. Everything was either worn out or corroded. The musty smell never leaves but you get used to it. The floors were dirty and sticky in many areas just like all the other flat surfaces like tables which were also worn out. The bathroom towels had big black scuffs marks that look like dirt as well as the shower curtain. Very disgusting. The bed sheets were also dirty but to see the dirt I had to take out the comforter, look closely and that was a special dirt. It was black dirt. I could go on about the room but I have to go to bed is getting late. I will be going to Saint Pete every month for the rest of the year but will not be staying there. Good night.
- 1/5
My room was an absolute dump. Left and went to Marriott courtyard dwntwn st pete.... much better.
- 5/5
Awesome overall thank you very much days inn at 650 34th street north
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
The shower was good but the towels are rough and small. The beds are ok with clean crisp sheets and we had 3 pillows per bed. The door locks are weak. It was hard to lock the door and the deadbolt only had one screw in the wall. The pool looked clean. We didn't use it. If you need A.M. coffee, try the Dunkin next door. The lobby coffee was terrible.
- 2/5
The sink had cracks in it. No towel bar at the sink to hang up hand towel after use. Tbe TV remote did not have a back to cover up batteries. There is limited parking, dont plan on parking near your room if you arrive late.
- 4/5
Was a quick in/out overnight for a ballgame. Reasonable rate for a quick trip.
- 3/5
The AC unit was old, difficult to figure out. Little and tight parking. Morning staff was OK, not the friendliest as I typically encounter. Terrible coffee! Unable to get coffee until I went through the drive through next door. Two coffee shops across the street. Noisy early on the morning! Good water pressure in the shower. Towels were dingy gray rather than white, and very small compared to other hotels.

- 5/5
Clean room. Worked for what I needed for last minute room options.
- 3/5
The bathroom door was broken, no soap in the bathroom. Overall a mediocre hotel, next step up from a motel 6 for 6 times the price
- 3/5
The staff was friendly enough but the rooms were not very clean. The floor was sticky, the shower curtain and sofa had stains all over them. We didn’t sit anywhere other than the bed. If they were cleaned better it would’ve been a decent place.
- 4/5
Place was perfect for the 3 nights. Bring your own soap and towels. This place was not 5 Star but it worked. The staff was very friendly and said they are working hard on upgrading. The beds were comfy and the air worked well! Bathroom was clean but they didn't have good towels and soap... i always bring my own so it wasn't a problem. It was close to everything literary. Will definitely stay again!

I told the receptionist we could not stay there and while she was nice, there was nothing she could do. I called Expedia about getting a refund. I offered to send photos. Expedia called the hotel but couldn’t get it resolved due to the manager not being there. Expedia instructed me to call them the next day before 2pm because that is when the manager would be working. I called Expedia the next day before 2pm and was told by the Expedia representative, the hotel was not taking calls that day. I don’t know if Expedia will get my money back or if I’ll have to go to my bank. I do feel Expedia should have refunded my money since I called that day and was not at the hotel for more than 5 minutes. This hotel is a health hazard and no one should be staying in that room.
- 5/5
The staff and mngmt were all cool and friendly. The room was clean. No bugs. Great stay
- 5/5
Room was excellent-Air conditioning was strong, room newly renovated and clean, the bathroom could use some paint but overall clean, plenty of hot water and mini-fridge was good. Team was friendly and helpful, extra towels and extra keys. Facilities- parking was tight but available, pool was clean. Location- close to downtown and beaches.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 4/5
I traveled for a 2 day teaching event, I checked in about 8:30 pm and the staff was very courteous. The hotel was located close to me work as well as any shopping needs. The room was fine , bed very comfortable. I left early the next morning so I did not have the breakfast. As for my room a little more attention to cleanliness behind the door around the trim and baseboard. Bathroom sink has several sever cracks that a bound to cause a problem in the near future.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Appears that the room had been damaged from flooding from a recent hurricane. Floor was sticky and the wood was curling, as if it had been wet.
- 5/5
Good service
- 2/5
Lousy area. The room could have been cleaner. Not worth the cost/night.
- 4/5
Decent hotel for short trip. Large bathroom, clean
- 1/5
The room was dirty and it had a broken towel racks, dingy towels, no toiletries except soap. NO coffee or tea maker in the room. The outside area was equally dirty! The place was a dump and very overpriced. On top of it all, they put me in the wrong room which had no chair to sit and read. Do not trust what is stated on the Expedia site. Verify everything before you book.
- 5/5
Excellent services, nice person
- 4/5
The room was clean though it could really use a coat of paint. There was a very strong smell of bleach when we entered but for the one night we were thee it was fine and the people were nice.
- 1/5
There was not enough parking, we had no were to park, room was in terrible condition, people smoking marijuana on one side of the room and cigarettes on the the other side. We couldn't stay with these conditions. Had to find another hotel. When we told the office about the problems there response was we are just a small hotel
- 1/5
There wad mold all over the room. I took a video
- 1/5
No breakfast The bathroom did not have air conditioning, the towels was thin and dingy ans the housekeeping was half done.
- 2/5
It was impossible to be in the room because it smelled like bleach. I had to buy something to change the smell and leave the door open for a long time.
- 2.5/5
The property itself was in OK condition I didn’t like the fact that they stated that they served breakfast and it was included. However, front desk said they haven’t had breakfast there in a long time I thought that was included in our price.

Room was clean, affordable, and exactly what we needed after a night on the town an hour away from home. After-hours check-in was easy and quick and front desk staff were kind and friendly. Overall, a good experience for the quick, unexpected stay near central ave. Only one wash rag was in our bathroom but we got in late and were only there for a night, so we didn’t bother getting another one. In the morning, as we were getting ready to leave, the bathroom started smelling very badly of feces but neither of us had used the toilet for that. It was obviously either coming from next door (there was a vent right above the toilet on a shared wall) or there was sewage gas coming into our bathroom. Regardless, it was terrible. But we were leaving, so again, didn’t mention it. Motel in not in the best area and we saw quite a few homeless people around the property and the police were there that morning. Probably wouldn’t have an extended stay here but otherwise, it was pleasant and what we needed for a few hours of rest and a shower after a night of partying.

This is a cheap motel but priced the same as much nicer Hampton Inn. I did not feel safe staying here and it was dirty and desperately needed renovations. The neighborhood is surrounded by smoke shops. Booked 2 nights. Forfeited my refund for one night and booked another place. This needs to be priced like a motel - yuck!
- 4/5
Good place to stay. Small but cozy hotel.
- 3/5
Not a 3 star property, far from it.
- 2/5
The best thing I can say is the front desk staff was nice when we checked out. Otherwise: towels = heavily guarded sandpaper. Lampshade = moldy. Bed = rock hard. Not sure why, but our room didn't have a closet. The hairdryer did not work. Very limited parking near rooms, but the area makes you wish your car was close. The nightstands were tiny. We put the lamps on the floors just to be able to use them. We spilled a little water and when we used a towel to dry it, the towel was disgusting - I would not bet on the floors being regularly washed. The music festival made the price way too high for the room.
- 5/5
Checking in was fast and easy. Room was clean, well stocked with towels, bed looked nice.

Nice hotel. Had an enjoyable stay
- 1/5
If I could give this hotel one star I would. Had an extreme family emergency and had to fly back home a day early and the hotel would not refund us for the last night. Expedia was willing to give up the refund but the hotel denied the request. Very inconsiderate. Will never be staying at a days inn ever again.
- 5/5
Room was clean , everything worked as it should, staff was friendly and helpfull
- 3/5
Reservation said free breakfast, when we went to eat they said just juice and coffee no food since COVID. Crumbs under the bed otherwise clean.

- 5/5
The location is awesome, Days In St Petersburg Central everything you need walking distance or just a short car ride of 5-8 mins away. Parking are was always clean and easy to get around. The staff were always on track on everything I needed and made serveral suggestions for food and places near by.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, men smoking weed and saying dirty stuff to me and my daughter saying they were coming over later and getting in my from. Went to tell front desk not even 10 minutes after arriving and nothing was done. The lady asked why we were leaving - I told her and her remark was “ im sorry.” She could have at least offered to move rooms.
- 5/5
Very professional
- 1.5/5
Friendly staff. Proximity to Oniel's Marina. Proximity to Central & downtown restaurants. I booked a Double Queen room, but only one bed was Queen size! Location felt unsafe! Cockroach inside room. Dirty room. Dark & dingy. AC is on a timer, so the room heated up while we were on the fishing charter! A hot day in the sun, & we came back to the AC OFF! As others have stated, the parking is designed for compact cars. I own a Florida State Licensed Electrical Company; this facility needs to be evaluated by the Fire Marshal! All outlets in room need replaced, our oxygen tank cord fell out of the outlet! Multiple times our phone chargers fell out of the outlets! The table lamps fell out of the outlets! These are major fire hazards, and at some point, this motel will catch fire from a faulty outlet! If the outlets are this bad, how dangerous is the rest of the outdated, and possibly faulty wiring in this motel!? Life safety is #1.

Checkin was a little difficult as the computers were down, but they went head and put me in a room without confirmation from hotels.com, just the copy of the invoice I had saved on my phone. Room was ok, clean,

Passable
- 1/5
Such a horrifying experience. The room and bathroom desperately need an upgrade. The bathtub was filthy, full of dirt and hair—absolutely disgusting. The sofa was so dirty that even a homeless person wouldn’t sleep on it. I arrived late at night and almost left for another hotel, but my son was so exhausted that we stayed. There was even a cable stretched across the room to power a light—how the fire department allows this is beyond me.

Highly recommend this hotel. Mike make sure to always have a room for Roger and me. lol

will stay again.
- 2/5
The room had a slight smoke odor, despite being labeled as non smoking. There were dried stains on the bench and ground, that looked like hot glue. The room was very hot unless you were right next to the AC, which was working. The beds were comfy and the noise levels were fine
- 3/5
The online photos were nice, but the property not in the best of area, and not as nice as the photos. The cleaning person forgot to leave toilet paper and hand soap. The staff was very nice and helpful, and will make you feel comfortable.

They took out our trash and were very kind. ❤️

The desk was very professional, I just think the rooms should be more pleasing to the eyes
- 1/5
The area is sketchy. The smell of marijuana was strong and everywhere. The room was old and falling apart. We shad to keep walking to the front desk because we didn’t have sheets or blankets for the pull out coach bed or any towels in the bathroom. I would not recommend this stay!
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean a good place to sleep
- 5/5
Could not have had a friendlier staff. Have stayed here many times and will go back again. As for location it is perfect for all the activities on Central. Again Great Staff.
- 5/5
The location is convenient, the staff is sincere & genuine, & the property is clean/well maintained.
- 1/5
Property was not clean and damages along the room
- 3.5/5
The surrounding area has a "lively" street scene ...aka heavy traffic, homeless people asking for money, etc. I live in a major city so it's not a big deal to me, but it might be a deal breaker for someone else ?
- 5/5
Everything excellent. Host was first class and helpful
- 3/5
Walked in and felt immediately uncomfortable with a bad smell of mold. What looked like water soaked ceiling from leak. Patrons were uncomfortable to maneuver around.
- 4/5
The hotel room was really comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants close by.
- 3.5/5
Cleanliness,fast check in Parking
- 0.5/5
Nothing BED BUGS in both the rooms Management did nothing about it
- 5/5
Check in was easy, friendly staff and room very clean and nice, huge bathroom, pleasantly surprised will stay again.
- 4/5
Comfortable stay. Room was clean, AC good, no issues there. Host at Check-in and Hostess at Check-out were very pleasant and the process was quick and efficient. Would recommend.
- 4/5
Reminded me of any little motel I ever stayed at on Fort Myers Beach or other beach towns. I was in town working a craft fair and wanted a budget friendly, clean and safe place to stay… this was perfect!

It states "breakfast" but only had a couple of juices and cold coffee
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel was extraordinary! They were an employee short, but the rest of the staff filled in and took care of all their guests with efficiency and humor.
- 2/5
Property is trash
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable and clean (we loved the pillows and even asked the lady at the desk where they get them from). The hotel was right across from a dunkin donuts and a bakery type place which was great for getting my coffee. Staff was polite and cordial.
- 2/5
The people working at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.
- 3.5/5
The cleanest things and comfortably clean bed The breakfast is not breakfast is just coffee and juice.
- 1/5
Old, dated, worn out, dirty, loud AC
- 1/5
Old, musty, very outdated. Needs renovations.
- 5/5
I didn't want that location at first. I'm glad I gave it a chance. The place was so relaxing and I actually had privacy where I was located. The staff is great. There is food close I tried the KFC amazing quality. I could of used more towels.I would recommend this place. a few more towels
- 5/5

- 4/5
Thankfully they changed our room the following day…. But was super inconvienent!
- 1/5
There was roaches in my room ,and when I asked if we could possibly get a different room ,I was told we were better off staying somewhere else .
- 1.5/5
clean pool not functioning, No TP or shampoo. Workers drilling outside our door i. the morning when we were trying to sleep.
- 1/5
Bad neighborhood, unkept grounds
- 5/5
Great
- 1.5/5
I hate to give bad reviews especially when the lobby staff was friendly and professional so I will say first the mattresses were comfortable and the A/C worked well and quietly..But I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t bother to bleach the linens..sheets and towels were stained to the point of looking filthy. Also, be aware that this location is not in a safe feeling area of town. Additionally, they seem to be having a problem with sewage smell coming through the pipes
- 5/5
Only issue would be no breakfast option, just juice and coffee options.
- 5/5
Only stayed one night but had a good experience at this Days Inn. Great location, less than 15 minutes from the pier/downtown area and only 25 minute drive to Ft DeSoto Beach (probably about 20 minutes to St Pete Beach). Close to a lot of great dining options (I definitely recommend the donut shop across the street for great breakfast sandwiches and donuts). The rooms were newly renovated and seemed clean. The beds were comfy and they allowed 5 of us to stay in the same room. We have three small children that can share a queen size bed but a lot of hotels wouldn't let us book without getting two rooms. The owners are super friendly and checking in and out was very fast and easy.
- 2/5
False advertisement of the hotel! They don’t have breakfast only coffee and juice and the juice is water down so it tastes like water! We were told they just mopped the floor but it was dirty and felt like oil was on it! The towels were stained and bed sheets were dirty! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not stay there again!
- 2/5
Hotel was located in a sketchy neighborhood. Pics online looked better than in person. Maintenance was renovating part of the building outside our door and was beating on the wall, we didn’t sleep well due to the noise. Rooms were definitely overpriced for the area.
- 5/5
We all loved it here! Everyone that worked here was friendly. There was a guy spraying down the sidewalks, and he even apologized for the front of our room being wet. We then went to the pool and he asked us if we needed towels and got them for us. The room was updated and clean too. My guy that checked us in was very nice too and told us he would be there for any questions we had. This place was also close to a lot of restaurants too. Perfect stay.
- 5/5
When we got to the property the owners were there. They're very friendly and helpful with things in the area. I made sure we had the Wi-Fi password and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Definitely stay again
- 1/5
Honestly believe we should have been comped at least a night. For even having to pay for all the cleaning supplies. But I didn’t say anything just to keep the peace on my vacation. But this place is atrocious.
- 1/5
We stayed in a room with a double queen but we only had 2 towels. When we asked for additional towels they said we had to give them back the 2 for 2 more. Getting one extra towel for my hair was like pulling teeth. There was no continental breakfast, only juice and coffee. There was no parking. Our neighbors partied until 3am with the music blasting.
- 1/5
This was a mistake. Over $200 for one night and the chairs outside the door to room and in the pool had holes in them / not usable. The couch all stained and gross. The deadbolt lock was jammed when we got to the room but my son got it working. We did not stay. Hotels.com asked for a refund but hotel refused.
- 0.5/5
Nothing Everything! Nothing like any days inn by Wyndham that I have stayed at before !
- 2/5
For $600 for two night this place is a rat hole, the toilet had trouble flushing, the couch was so stained and gross that I couldn’t even ask my son to sleep on it because it was that disgusting. The baggage cart was chained to the wall like it was going to be stolen. Parking was extremely limited. Your motel is aweful and you are awful for gouging me that much money for that shotty of a room, I can honestly say I will never go back to this place and they should send me a refund because this was highway robbery.
- 4/5
Nice stay however the floors were beautiful but very dirty. My feet were black. Wore slides getting out of shower. Other than that very nice room and good location
- 2/5
Bed sheets was not clean no iron
- 3/5
Bed was clean and comfortable. Floor looked dirty. Saw a cockroach in the sink. Staff knocking on door loudly and talking outside well before checkout (9am).
- 1/5
The walls have suspicious stains as if fungus were growing or something. The couch in the room is filthy, stained as if it had never been cleaned. The desk chair has a part of the arm torn off and it doesn't stay in position, so it sinks to the lowest level. The advertised continental breakfast not only doesn't exist, the woman at the front desk told me they haven't had it since 2020. We tried cancelling but best we could do was to get a refund for one of the two nights. The entire situation with this filthy hotel almost ruined our weekend with our daughter. Thankfully we found a great Hyatt in Tampa. This place is totally gross and my strong suggestion is never ever to book anything here.
- 1/5
Not as advertised old and dirty
- 1/5
The floor was filthy, the towels and sheets had stains on them, the room is in bad shape, this place looks like it was in a horror movie. Would not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Front desk was very friendly and polite. Room was clean. Shower pressure was good. Room and area was very quiet despite being close to the road and a one story building. No issues through the night. Good location as well.
- 2/5
The floor was very dirty. I wore flip flops since I was afraid to walk barefoot. When I got in the shower with flip flops the shower water turned black on my feet. The towels all were old and had black marks as if used to wash a car.
- 1/5
The first room was filthy! There was a nose ring, hair's all over the bed just disgusting. Later that evening, we saw 3 hookers and a John coming from a room. Not where I would take my family again.
- 3/5
Check in went smooth.Air conditioning worked to make the room comfortable. Bed was comfortable however there was a stain on the bedspread. The floor was filthy dirty and my socks were black on the bottom from walking in the bedroom. The bolt for securing the exit door was not throwing into the doorwall slot securely. Only 3 facial (kleenex) tissues were left in the bathroom.
- 5/5
I liked most everything. Staff was fri6 and helpful. Convenient location. Everything worked. I plan to stay here next year when I return for an annual event.
- 1.5/5
The only positive was that the bed was comfortable. The floor was filthy and turned the bottom of my feet black after walking barefoot for 15 minutes. I had to wash my feet before I could get in the bed. Then I had to put down towels to walk on in order to keep my feet clean. I told the receptionist about the dirty floor, but she did not have it cleaned. Also the sink did not drain properly. I had to hold up the metal plug to drain the sink. The receptionist was also informed of the sink issue and did nothing. The only thing she did was give me more towels. Also a breakfast was promised on the website, but the only thing available was coffee with powdered creamer. Very poor value for my money!

Floors were absolutely filthy. Toilet wouldn’t always flush.

When we checked in they were very friendly. I went up to the room and the smoke detector was beeping every 60sec. Went to the front desk She was very nice and moved us to the next room. Thought they would fix the smoke detector but instead, they rented it to someone else and during the night I heard the beep through the wall There was no coffee maker or soap in the room so in the morning decided to go to the office to get coffee door was locked.

I hope the property owner are aware of how that manager is running their property. I am never staying at this property again and advice anyone to stay away from it unless you enjoy being threatened with calling the police if they are 10 mins late in checking out even after requesting a late checkout.

The bedding and towels looked dingy. The comforters and some of the pillows had stains. The toilet didn't have enough pressure to flush and had to be flushed multiple times. The shower didn't drain. The courtesy soap provided in dispensers were empty. I would not stay at this facility again.

Disappointing for sure. Nowhere near a 7 rating it has

I was told my booking was cancelled by the hotel less than 3 hours before I left for my trip. Ended up getting emails at the event I was at about checking in. I had to fight to get my money back. Don't use hotels.com, and definitely consider staying somewhere else.

Stayed one night during a hurricane. They were accommodating and building was safe.

Didn't feel safe, door lock appeared broken.

The hotel was in a convenient location and it was easy to access different places. The pool was nice and so was the staff. However, it was run down and there was construction going on that I didn’t know about. Also, there was no breakfast available to get even though it was posted in the room that there was complementary breakfast 6:00am- 9:00am.

The staff was great, so friendly and service oriented. Thank you for making my friends and me feel welcome.

Super cute & clean room... Only complaint is the AC could of worked better..

One night stay before flying out. The staff were very nice. The room looked to have been updated but not completely. The problem is, they sprayed Axe body spray around, one would assume to cover up a smell. Our belongings all carried the smell after leaving.

The room was basic and clean. Refrigerator didnt work.

The location was very undesirable. We drove up then kept right on going. Never stayed. Lost out on my money that we paid.

I will keep this short. I will not stay at this property again. The staff was fine. That's not the problem. The problem is the facility itself. It needs to be worked on. The rooms were just gross. There's something weird going on here.

Cleanliness and friendly staff.

This was a motel. They did not have the AC unit on in either room. It smelled like sewage everytime you flushed the toilet. It was close to a bus station and there were homeless looking people hanging around in tne parking lot. It also looked like someone may have been selling drugs out of one of the rooms

Great location. The staff is excellent.

The stay was very comfortable. Just the right size not too big. Nice place to come to when you need to get away and so much within walking distance.

We arrived to a dusty room where the sheets had scuff marks and the shower curtain had gray stains and the counter tops had wet/ sticky spots. We left for our event and arrived to a flooded restroom and asked for a different room or a rest room to relieve ourselves and they were supposedly sold out and wouldn’t allow us to use the staff toilet. They allowed us to briefly use a room that wasn’t checked in yet for the toilet and we noticed it was the same type of room we reserved but it was better kept. It had cleaner sheets send less dust and when we told them about it they had nothing to say. They offered a discounted rate for the next time we book them but I won’t be returning. We only stayed one night and it was incredibly uncomfortable.

I found a dead bug by the bed. Towels were like sand paper. The pool was super hot and salty. Parking was aweful.

Exceptional performance.

I expected more for the price, but since nowadays everything has gone up so much, it is hard to gauge. It is clear that this is an old property, but the location was good for me, as I came to attend a wedding. All I needed was a place to sleep after a late party

Terrible neighborhood. Pictures shown on website are not of this hotel. Please check location. On google maps for the real images. Stayed one night, requested a refund for the remaining days and was denied.

Stayed 2 nights. I didn't read the description thoroughly or I would have known better what to expect from this Motel. All outside entrances. The living area was updated and decent. But the door didn't actually seal, letting noise and hot air in. There was rust spots on the tiles in the shower. This main lighting was dim.
