Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests praising the cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location, particularly for attending MLB games. However, some guests had issues with the valet parking service, room size, and amenities such as pillows and towels.
- Clean and spotless rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Valet parking issues and fees
- Small room size and lack of amenities
- 5/5
Hotel was very quiet.
- 3/5
Woman who checked us in was fine, but the young man at the front desk this morning was a bit rude. He implied that I was trying to skip out on paying for the valet parking, even though I had my car back, and told the attendant I was checking out. Plus, the hotel had my credit card on file!
- 4/5
Had a very late check for my family to sleep and shower. The rooms were clean and tge complimentary breakfast was pretty good which was a plus. I would just say the rest of the hotel needed a little more upkeep. Other than that very pleasant stay for my family of 7. Plus convenient connecting rooms.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
Staff very nice. Room was clean. Hotel was a few minute walk to Tropicana stadium. Had a great time

- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to alot of small places to eat
- 5/5
Proximity to Tropicana field and price of the rooms. $40 a day for valet.

Location near the Trop. Friendly staff, nice breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally by the delightful staff.

Perfect location clean room and nice staff
- 3.5/5
Need a quick stay after our AC went out. Didn’t check in until super late.. staff accommodated us with allowing us to check out later. Good breakfast options and quiet.
- 5/5
I loved the stay. The room was a little smaller than I’m used to. The parking garage only was a little different ( almost like being in NYC ) overall the hotel was in the heart of downtown and you could get most places by walking. I would recommend.
- 5/5
El hotel es moderno y acogedor, ideal si quieres ir a explorar la ciudad o si quieres pasar un rato tranquilo y descansar, el personal es muy atento.
- 5/5
I liked the location of the hotel, the room comfortable and clean
- 3.5/5
Location and cleanliness of the room. The room was smaller and parking was 40 for valet and 25 for self park. If I'm paying for a room that should include a free parking option. I can pay less per night and park at the stadium. Your prices are ridiculous.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious. The hotel staff were excellent especially Ameer!! Everything was good nothing to complain about. The mattress size could have been higher, thats really all.
- 5/5
The valet parking is $40 but you can park on the street. The caveat is you have to move the vehicle every two hours. Free breakfast and helpful staff. It’s a good. Like 4.7 stars
- 5/5
This was a great place to stay! Valet is a little pricey, but otherwise fabulous.
- 5/5
The young man was very nice and helpful that parked my car and always had a smile The front desk staff was very nice and friendly the Breakfast was good The property was great thank you
- 5/5
The front desk and housekeeping staff as well as the people who took care of the breakfast buffet are all so courteous and friendly. Ameer was especially helpful with our check in and was always courteous.

- 4.5/5
We were in for a one-night stay. All of the staff that we encountered including the valet, were very happy and pleasant. The room was comfortable, the shampoo, lotion, shower gel containers were full. The towels and sheets smelled fresh and were soft. They did not have the over bleached smell at all. The location was perfect to I-275 as well as the eateries. Very Very pleased. The bathroom looked a little outdated with some wear and tear but acceptable for us.
- 4.5/5
Location was perfect, it was an easy walk to the Tampa Bay Rays stadium, we are Detroit Tiger Fans! We walked to a sports bar and grill “Ferg’s, easy walk and great food. The coffee and breakfast in the morning was delicious! Most of all was how nice and courteous the staff was from the staff that parked our car to the staff at the counter so friendly and helpful. Even the gal cleaning the rooms when we were on our way to the room said hello and said if you need anything in the room let us know. In room coffee maker? …I went downstairs about 5:30 am and took back to our room 4 cups of coffee was nice and fresh tasting.

Breakfast Paying for parking
- 4/5
A clean, affordable (at least when the Rays are out of town!) hotel in a great neighborhood! There's a wading pool instead of a real pool and the rooms are a bit tight. Beds are comfortable, shower is great, breakfast is very good, staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. Only thing I didn't like was that overnight parking has gone up to $40, plus tax! And then of course, you have to tip the guy. On balance though, a stay here is a good experience.

- 3/5
Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service.
- 4/5
Room was ok. Water pressure was low. Space was small. Breakfast was edible. Had to pay for valet parking. No access to vehicle since the key was in valet box
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Location, price, friendly staff Cost to valet as guests, only one working elevator in our two visits this month
- 3.5/5
I like that the property was in the middle of downtown and very accessible I did not like that. The rooms were not cleaned daily and we were there for four days. They would just come and give towels and sometimes switch out the garbage. I would’ve loved for them to make the bed, etc..
- 5/5
All staff was helpful and went out of their way to help us.
- 5/5
Nice place! Close to the baseball stadium
- 5/5
Staff was friendly
- 4/5
The property was in a great location for my needs. Parking valet staff was fast and friendly. Breakfast staff was excellent. The only issue with the property was the elevators. One of the 2 elevators was out of service for my entire stay.
- 3/5
Parking is a bit of a hassle
- 5/5
Plenty of space in room. The free breakfast is amazing! Keke in valet is the best!!
- 5/5
Parking was a little expensive but considering the location I guess it was okay
- 5/5
All staff were great. Especially Nick on valet out front, solid guy!
- 3/5
Not worth the money! Hotel had 2 elevators; however 1 of the elevators were out of service. Therefore, with only 1 elevator working, it took a very long time to get to the floor you wanted. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time (our room was on the 6th floor). The room was very small and shower door did not close properly, so when showering, water would get all over the bathroom floor. For the price of the room I feel that parking should have been free for guests, but instead it was $40 for 1 night. The best thing about the hotel included the amenities such as billiard room and also the location.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
PERFECTO
- 3/5
Yes. Didn’t like having to park on the other wig the building next to the hotel
- 4/5
Thank you to helpful front desk staff, all very kind & helpful😁
- 3/5
I will start off by saying the staff was nice enough and they had a free shuttle to run you down to the pier and restaurant area since this hotel is not in walking distance of those amenities. It is adjacent to the Rays stadium so it would be ideal for game days. Parking was $40 a night, pricey for the type of hotel, but the valet was extremely fast. I did not try the breakfast but there was a nice area with snacks and all day coffee. Things I found to be a problem were room cleanliness and the broken elevator. When we arrived there was a noticeably dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and the shower door was pretty dirty. The toilet flushed very weakly and the smell in the shower was off putting. It had a large drain and smelled off. One of the 2 elevators was broken so everyone in the entire hotel (including housekeeping) was waiting for 1 elevator and the wait was very long at times and sometimes full when it finally arrived. It sounded like it wasn’t an issue that was going to fixed in the near future.
- 5/5
Everything was awesome
- 5/5
We've stayed a couple of times for Ray's games. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. It's walking distance to the stadium and bars/restaurants and they even offer a free shuttle to the downtown area. Rooms are clean and building is secure. Must pay for self or valet parking if driving.
- 5/5
Location is ideal for walking to bars and restaurants. Can’t beat the proximity to Tropicana either
- 5/5
My only issue was the noise level at night. Rude loud neighbors way past midnight. This was reported but to no resolution
- 5/5
Great location & staff were awesome
- 3/5
Hilton Honors WIFI would not stay connected to my devices.
- 5/5
Extremely pleasant staff, very helpful. Room was nice but few amenities like no coffee maker or microwave.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! The staff amazing and the room was clean and comfortable!
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, great location and Valet were exceptional.
- 5/5
Yes very good 👍
- 5/5
Excellent location. Clean and beautiful. Staff were so nice. Good breakfast. Only thing you need to get down the price of the parking.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Very central to most things in St. Pete
- 5/5
yes great breakfast. easy parking. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Great location, room was great, super amazing staff, specially Ameer!
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was ok. The location is very good and the parking rates are decent
- 3/5
Average (not good for the price)
- 2/5
Parking was a big issue. Your online description said " valet parking available". What it should have said was "Valet parking $40/day or $25/day to park yourself across the street. No other options available! We were extremely annoyed about this, especially as we had two vehicles!
- 5/5
Perfect location and lots of fun amenities!
- 5/5
We had such a wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly and always looking to help you out with what you need. The hotel was very clean and it was a great area to stay in. I hope I can make another trip back and book another stay!
- 5/5
Parking process works great.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Pancakes under done Juices all watered down everyday No maid service at all What would expect for over $300 per night that’s disgraceful if you ask me Also, had I shown up 1 hr later than I did they were going to give my room away because of such a popular weekend. I booked in September 2025, even though I paid you $75 to hold my reservation. We did like all the people who served us during our stay every very friendly group. The area around hotel is great!
- 5/5
Everything was awesome!!! The only bad thing that I can say is that the shower water pressure was not good enough.
- 5/5
Very nice property with a friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable but no parking lot…valet only. Ten minute walk to Tropicana Field if going to a ballgame, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
The breakfast was hot and delicious with the staff on hand for any assistance. The room was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Everyone from the valet attendant to the cleaning staff was nice to my senior dog which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Staff very nice
- 5/5
Excellent location for nightlife and access to Rays ballpark. All staff very attentive.
- 3/5
Not what I would normally expect of a Hilton. Seems to be catering to a younger crowd wit few amenities. Parking was a ridiculous $40 for overnight.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
The room was ridiculously small and very expensive for what it was.
- 5/5
excellent staff
- 4/5
Great restaurant-Nobel Tavern-on 1st floor (crafted menu and super convenient). A convenient store is also on the 1st floor if you forget something or need a quick snack. A warm fresh morning breakfast (coffee, milk, juice and ice cream included) and no packaged foods! Ideal for all travelers and located in a safe and vibrant area of St Petersburg.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very friendly staff and a great location. Good value for the money.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel would stay at again. Try the food truck if you are looking for ideas for dinner.
- 5/5
Really professional and good for solo travelers. The valet is very fast and reliable, always so nice. My shower door was a litttle leaky but other than that 10/10
- 5/5
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was absolutely perfect for my weekend in St. Pete. The staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
This property was in a great location and was dog-friendly; however, the room was damp. They needed to place a dehumidifier in there. I’m sure they would have had I asked, so please ask.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful. The only thing I can say is they need a microwave in the room, but that’s it. Everything else the room was excellent. I love the fact that they have a restaurant right with the hotel so when we went, it rained at night but we had the option of the hotel restaurant that was nice. Food was excellent. Also at the restaurant and Service was also excellent workers were very attentive to our needs. Definitely would recommend this hotel. It is a 10 star to me.
- 3/5
Will probably not stay again.
- 4/5
Clean room. Good location.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful
- 5/5
The entire experience was phenomenal
- 4/5
The room was clean; Daily service was good. There was an outdoor deck on our floor that looked nice but we didn’t get to use due to the weather. The breakfast and coffee were nice, and the common space was nice to have. The location was convenient to a number of good restaurants and breweries, and a great bike rental shop on the Pinellas Trail.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
Not because of our irritating neighbor, but because the hotel, for the cost, was incredibly unsatisfactory, I will never stay at a Tru Hilton again!
- 3/5
Location great, amenities great, rooms so not great but not horrible. Breakfast ends at 9 am… way too early in my opinion. The noise through out the night is insane.. cars honking, highway noise, maids early banging stuff.
- 5/5
The hotel is exceptionally nice, featuring modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere, a fresh and comfortable stay.
- 3/5
The area was centrally located. The staff was incredibly nice however the rooms could use a deep cleaning. It appeared that the only thing that was cleaned were the bedsheets and the bathroom counters but otherwise untouched.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch!
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, and a great location. The new little grocery store was a great addition. We use this hotel frequently.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Soft pillows. Pretty property.

Hilton should be ashamed to have its name associated with this property. Our room was a disgrace. First, It was dark and dingy, so we raised the window shade, only to discover that our window faced a stucco wall just a few feet away. Worse, the window from a different guest room stared right into our room, compromising our privacy. We were thus forced to keep the shade down which had the practical effect of a windowless room. We asked if we could be moved to a room with a better view and were told “all the rooms are like that”. Second, there was a clump of human hair in the bathtub from a previous guest, which was disgusting. Third, the room was very poorly appointed and lacked even a chair or sofa. The only choice was to sit on the bed or stand. Fifth, there was no real closet and no bureau or chest to put our clothing. The hotel was obviously aware of this design defect and had temerity to post a sticker suggesting to use the hooks in the hallway or store items “under the bed.” Sixth, most of the lighting, which was inadequate to begin with, did not work. Seventh, the décor was obviously budget-level with most surfaces covered in cheap laminate. To add insult to injury, we were charged $450, which is literally a multiple of the rate typically charged for hotel rooms of this caliber. We feel we were misled and were victims of price gouging. We have photographs to document the conditions we have described in this review. This review complies with your criteria
- 5/5
Room was very clean, quiet. Everyone we ran into-from valet to registration desk to the breakfast attendant were all pleasant and helpful.
- 1/5
In my haste i booked this due to a last minute business trip. Instant regret! Prior to getting out of my rental car, i was met by a valet attendant who immediately advised of the valet/parking rates. Daily valet, $40 per day. Parking a block away in an unsecure lot, $20. After checking into my smallish room, i went to park at the 2nd option. I didn't feel secure in leaving my rental in this lot or paying an addition fee for valet so i chose an express Holiday Inn a short distance from this hotel.
- 5/5
Great staff and very clean! Amazing location, you can walk everywhere. Parking isn’t so great.
- 4/5
Breakfast was so so. Room was clean and fresh
- 5/5
Staff was excellent
- 4/5
Overall a great hotel. Cleanliness not a problem everything was very clean. Staff were very helpful and informative. Valet is easy to use snd you may as well unless you want to walk a few blocks away. Theres a small lot just for the hotel behind a building next to a food truck, it costs $30 to park there over night. After goijg through all the trouble and fees and inconvenience its almost worth the $10 difference just for them to park it and get it for you. Amenities lacking and thats the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The breakfast will leave you thinking you should just wake up and go somewhere else, not many options and the ones you do have are low quality. Stayed for 3 days, was not impressed any day with breakfast. Rooms do not have a microwave. Older mini fridge made a high pitched hum sound the whole stay in our room, got used to it. A/c unit was old and sounded like it struggled each time it came on but it kept the room a crisp 71°. The pool, literally just a wading area its about 10 inches deep no lie it has a no swimming sign next to it we took a picture for the irony. Its noisy here, some i understand cant be helped, the room next to us i think finally realized we were there and were quieter finally. But being where the hotel is, all the bars and parties bring all the people outside. It sounded like a party Friday and Saturday night outside and never stopped. Didnt bother us but something to think about.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and what was great is there is a restaurant and market connected to the hotel on the first floor. Parallel parking was the only option but they responded quickly
- 5/5
Night front desk clerk was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Room clean, elevator way too slow
- 4/5
Everything are good except parking diffuct. Thank you.
- 5/5
Friendly and courteous staff. Clean hotel and excellent location.
- 5/5
Beautiful nice Hotel.. the nices people at the front desk
- 4/5
Con : the room is kind of too small for 4 ppl, no parking space that hotel provided, there is a valet parking outside that cost $40 a night.
- 5/5
Awesome - lovely place for overnight ;)
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
All good, clean room, nice staff, but $40 to valet park your car in an uncovered dirt lot less than 300ft away was a little excessive.
- 5/5
Excellent 👍
- 5/5
Room was comfortable. Pillows were soft, shower pressure was excellent. The location was prime. Walking to a wide variety of restaurants and bars.
- 4/5
The room were spotless, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend.
- 2/5
Breakfast was absolutely terrible. The people in other rooms could be heard slamming their doors and being very loud into late hours of the night and early hours of the morning. The only pleasant thing I can say about the place is the location and the distance it has from local spots and activities.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel experience! The staff was so kind and welcoming all throughout the trip!
- 5/5
The staff was indeed courteous. The hotel is spectacular. The valets were great.
- 5/5
Excellent facility, staff & great location.
- 4/5
Easy check in and stay was comfortable. Lots of food options all around as well!
- 5/5
Perfeito
- 5/5
Cleanliness and amenities available for the guests
- 5/5
AC was great in the room and the shower was nicer than most. The location is great as well. Beware there is required valet parking for a cost.
- 3/5
Everything was very decent.
- 5/5
Clean room and kind staff
- 1/5
Then my wife tripped and fell over a large curb. The nice attendant remarked that they have problems with that. THEN the “lobby” is on the 3rd floor of the building. Room wasn’t great either. Needed a place near the children’s hospital. Will have to find a different one.
- 5/5
Staff were super friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Like the breakfast variety and quality.
- 5/5
It was perfect!
- 4/5
One last thing, parking is not free. If you use valet, it's 40 per night. I used the lot next to the hotel and it came out to around $18 for the night, but if i had know that I probably would have gone with another hotel that included self parking for free. The area is nice, nothing fancy but close enough to all the fu
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and very helpful Great location
- 1/5
While I must commend the staff for their exceptional service, I unfortunately had a rather uncomfortable experience due to the condition of the mattresses in my room. They appeared to have several dips and sunk in many places, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I found myself having to sleep on the edge of the mattress, which was not ideal. Given this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel based on my stay. I believe that addressing the mattress issue could significantly improve the comfort for future guests.
- 5/5
Everyone was very pleasant. They made sure all my needs were met.
- 5/5
Convenient location. Very nice and comfortable place
- 4/5
Room was great and breakfast was good.
- 5/5

We stay here 3 times a year and hope it was just a fluke this time

It was amazing! clean rooms, fabulous breakfast and a cool pancake maker. Whole stay was so so nice!
- 5/5
Great location. Very clean and new
- 5/5
All fine. Parking limited.

One elevator was out of service. Long wait times.
- 5/5
Great staff. Excellent coffee. Location, outstanding
- 4/5
rooms clean good staff
- 5/5
Clean and safe
- 4/5
It was very nice place for my stay. It is a very central location. The breakfast was really good everyday. The staff was very helpful each day and had great customer service.
- 4/5
If you want a place near to Tropicana Field, and/or the nightlife of downtown St Pete this is the place. It is clean, excellent staff, and was quiet for our two night weekend stay. I would say it's up to Hilton standards. However, the room was fairly small (by many standards) and the shower floor was slippery when wet with one grab bar --- certainly dangerous for older folks. The cost of (necessary) valet parking is high ($40 per day) --- but the valet staff is at your service 12/7.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very nice.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Rooms and bedding, were very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Had to pay $30 daily for parking.👎
- 5/5
The room and hotel were clean and quiet. I enjoyed some time on the roof top terrace. I parked in a nearby lot instead of using the valet parking. It costs less, and makes it easier to make trips to the car, but is a bit of a pain to renew if staying two nights.
- 4/5
Small rooms. Surprised there was a small fridge but no microwave. Appreciate the fact that animals are allowed but $75 pet fee seems a bit excessive. Otherwise a great location. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Love
- 1/5
Hard for me to draw down on what I liked about this hotel. My college dorm room was better than this hotel room. The place was absolutely disgusting. Dirt, hair bodily fluids dried up on the floor. So guess they didn’t mop or sanitise the place. Bed linen clean but not ironed.
- 5/5
I think my visit to the check desk last 5 minutes. They had everything ready. We call ahead to see if we could get a room in the back of hotel away from Central Ave traffic noise. Our room over looked the pool. Restaurants all over the place great food. We walked the entire weekend to everything that we needed to do. We walked out one of the peers which was equivalently 2 1/2 miles walk, but it was a beautiful scenery all the way.
- 5/5
Had to pay $30 for parking.
- 5/5
It was close to everything! Not bad pricing for the area!
- 1/5
not very clean
- 5/5
The stay was great however Maribeth was the better, she made it better. She is the very best in hospitality, and goes above and beyond! I can’t wait to stay again and say hi!
- 5/5
Clean. Ncentral
- 4/5
Forced Valet Breakfast hours… should be 7-10 Besides a few more quirky things in between 😊
- 5/5
Nice, clean hotel.
- 1/5
This was possibly the worst hotel experience that I have ever had . I will start off with the size of the rooms are incredibly small. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever laid in and when I asked for more pillows, I got told that they didn’t have anymore . What hotel doesn’t have anymore pillows?? The pool really isn’t a pool but literally a 9-12 inch splash pad . (Yes the pool depth is 9-12 inches not feet) but the worst part of the experience was that I couldn’t get an hour of sleep because of how uncomfortable I was . I’d go ANYWHERE else but here.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
Nice to be downtown and helpful staff
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The lobby was on the 3rd floor instead of the first like usual.
- 4/5
I didn't like the $40 valet parking or limited self parking for a few, that was not on the details when I booked this hotel.
- 3/5
Expect to pay $40 a night to park at the hotel, it is not complimentary and the king room is smaller than I expected but other than that property was nice and clean and has small shops in walking distance.
- 5/5
Quick and easy process. A good flight and timely.
- 2/5
The room smelled moldy, the mini fridge didn’t seem like it worked (barely cooled). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids. Parking options were limited to $40 per day valet or city parking at $11/day of which we had to wake up at 5 am to re up since we couldn’t do it longer than 12 hours. It’s so inconvenient to unload kids and everything right there for the valet service and then having to have them get your car everytime you need something or going somewhere with the car because you had kids and need car seats and at such a steep price. I personally won’t be returning here.
- 5/5
Excellent service, the valet parking guy did awesome.
- 3/5
The room didn’t smell good
- 2/5
The room was smelling.. not the best place to stay in
- 4/5
Need to do something about the cost of valet parking. Parking for free on street is a good option but had to move car every 2 hours after 9AM.
- 3/5
This place is great for travelers that love nightlife, and a downtown experience. I however, was traveling for business and found it too loud for the needs of my stay. Parking was somewhat inconvenient, there is street parking that is monitored in 2 hour increments or valet parking for a fee. The guys at the valet stand are great and provided me the best customer service of the entire visit. The walls of the room are fairly thin, and street noise from local nightlife created a vibrant auditory experience that doesn’t lend itself to late sleepers or early morning risers. There is a grocery store, corner store, and great restaurants within walking distance. I would return to this hotel if staying for a fun getaway, just not for business again.

Really good reasonable place to stay in downtown St. Pete. Good proximity to downtown. Literally across the street from Tropicana field.

I was not expecting to pay $42 for parking my own truck! The truck was a duel and I had to park across the road myself and walk all they way back then turn my keys in to the front desk only to be charged a valet fee for the service I did not use! Ridiculous!

All staff were VERY helpful, including Valet.

The parking

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The space is modern with fun decor. The available morning breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea were both really nice. It’s a close walk to Central Ave and easy to navigate nearby areas/public transportation. Overall I really enjoyed this stay for 2 nights; felt safe and comfortable the entire time!

Loved it, parking wasn’t an issue for me because I wasn’t driving!

The staff were VERY friendly!

Half of the staff we worked with was pleasant but the others we encountered were unhappy answering questions and seemed to have had a bad attitude. The only parking for the hotel is $40 vallet. Area was nice and room was clean. Just the staff and amenities could have been better.

I came for my baby Sister funeral and we was close to where we needed to be. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

located right on Central Ave, which is basically downtown. It is close to everything.
- 2/5
The breakfast was very good and the staff/chef maintaining it kept it clean and friendly and eager to help

Hotel was Great. Would definitely stay again
- 3/5
Professional and friendly staff. No parking and they charge a lot for valet parking (not advertised). The other guests had extremely loud music playing into early morning hours with no hotel staff intervening. And the "pool" is about 12 inches deep and is not kid/user friendly for any sort of swimming (also sort of misrepresented). Lastly, the hotel rooms smelled of smoke as did the elevators, which was less than desirable.

Great! No motes. Enjoyable stay

Always a great stay! Clean, convenient with ability to walk to so many shops, restaurants and cafes. Its my go to when near pier!

Everything

For parking, this property has only valet parking, and surprised me how quick and convenient the valet staff were... also very friendly.

Noche!
- 5/5
great location - parking expensive
- 4/5
Another problem was that they charged $35/day for overnight parking, although the sign said they charge $20/day for daily parking, so the real price would be a mixture of the two if you stay more than one night. Overall a good hotel, good breakfast, good room (and clean).

The hotel was really nice and I enjoyed the stay!
- 3/5
The stay was good . I was irritated about having to stop and the front desk every time they promised a digital key. It defeats the purpose

Lots if restaurants nearby. Dog friendly. :)

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, within walkable distance of the shops and restaurants.

Great friendly welcome by the team. Amazing breakfast spread. Room was nice and clean and bed very comfortable

It seems like it was a hotel for dogs and the fact that parking was not mentioned that it had to be paid for expedia never stated that parking needed to be paid for, i am never going to rent from you because i have been lied to

Tru is a nice property good customer service clean only problem I had few roaches in my room and that didn’t make me happy overall my experience was good they just need to possibly spray or get exterminator on a regular to just spray around in the rooms.

The access and check-in were very easy. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continential breakfast was a nice touch.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure
- 4/5
Parking way too expensive
- 3/5
I booked the room for king size bed and when I went to check in there were only two double queens beds available. Parking wasn’t available as advertise requiring me to pay valet. I would like my money back since I did get what I paid for.

This is a basic hotel but a very good value for the price. It's in a great location and is very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a small, but well equipped gym. Breakfast was OK
- 4/5
The breakfast was great! More than what I was expecting. The room didn’t feel very clean. Got asked to move my car myself instead of actually having valet
